Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an improvement of a paper holder installed in a toilet.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the toilet booth of the toilet, a paper holder that holds roll-shaped paper is installed.
This type of conventional paper holder is, for example, (1) provided with a holding member which is biased to a neutral position and is movable only upward, on the inner surface of the side piece of the holder body. The holding member is tilted upward at the portion, and the holding member enters the cylindrical core at a position where the cylindrical core of the paper and the holding member are fitted, and the paper is locked to the holder.
The paper is attached or detached by lifting the paper or the used cylinder core upward, removing it from the holding member movable in one direction, and attaching it.
[0003]
As another paper holder, for example, (2) the paper holding member is composed of a telescopic shaft, the shaft holding member is contracted in the axial direction, and extracted from the recesses on the inner surfaces of both sides of the paper holder. Pass through the core, position the shaft-shaped holding member between the pieces on the paper holder side while shrinking in the axial direction, release the compression to the shaft-shaped holding member, and engage both ends of the shaft-shaped holding member with the recesses on both side pieces Engage the protrusions.
The cylinder core is removed after the paper is used in the reverse order.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above prior art, in the above (1), it is necessary to detach and attach the paper, for example, by one-way movement above the paper or the cylindrical core after use. Hand movement in the front-rear direction against the paper holderSecureIt requires a space for moving, a paper for a paper holder for detaching the paper, and a space for one movement in the vertical direction of the cylinder core after use.
[0005]
That is, in the conventional example (1), for the paper holder, the use of paper, the space in the front-rear direction with respect to the paper holder, the securing of a large vertical space for removing and attaching the paper, etc. Both the operations for the holder and the paper removal / removal space are required, and a large space around the paper holder is required.
As a result, when installing the paper holder, the space above and below the paper holder becomes a dead space, which is disadvantageous in terms of space layout. In addition, because a paper removal space is required in the vertical direction of the paper holder, the installation layout of other equipment installed on the wall surface of the toilet booth is restricted, and the degree of freedom of installation of toilet equipment including the paper holder is hindered. There is a fear.
[0006]
On the other hand, in the above-mentioned conventional example (2), each time the paper is detached, the shaft-shaped holding member is pressed from the holder with a finger to shrink it, and the convex portions at both ends of the shaft-shaped holding member are removed from the concave portions on both sides of the holder, It is necessary to detach the shaft-shaped holding member from the cylindrical core and to detach the shaft-shaped holding member from the holder. The paper cannot be detached with one touch, and the removal of the paper from the holder is extremely complicated and troublesome.
[0007]
The inventors of the present invention have made the present invention in order to solve the above problems of toilet paper holders.
The present inventors have made it possible to attach and detach the paper to the paper holder by moving the paper up and down in the conventional manner, to improve the disadvantages of the space caused by this, and to easily detach and attach the paper easily and with a minimum of one action. Various attempts to obtain the holder, the holding member can be moved up and down on the inner side surface of the holder by tilting, etc., holding and holding the holding member in the neutral position by pressing, urging, and taking out the paper from the front and rear direction of the holder, The present invention has been made with the knowledge that it can be detached from the holder.
[0008]
Therefore, the object of the present invention is that the paper can be detached and replaced with one touch, and more importantly, the paper can be detached and replaced with one touch from the front and rear direction of the holder. Therefore, it is extremely advantageous in terms of space. Therefore, the installation flexibility of the equipment around the holder is improved, and one-touch paper can be removed and replaced only by moving the paper in the front-rear direction. An object of the present invention is to provide a toilet paper holder that can be embedded and can be made compact.
[0009]
Further, according to the present invention, since the paper can be moved back and forth to be detached from the holder, it is not necessary to consider the upper and lower operation spaces when removing the paper. An object of the present invention is to provide a toilet paper holder that can be half-immersed or completely submerged in the wall surface of a toilet booth and can eliminate the protrusion of devices from the wall surface.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides, in a first aspect, a substantially U-shaped holder body having at least left and right side portions and a rear wall surface mounting portion, and left and right side portions of the holder body. Are formed symmetrically on the inner surface of the paper, and are formed of paper holding members that are projected and retracted by a paper that moves back and forth, and engages with the paper core. The paper holding member is installed in the concave groove by being pressed and urged so as to be tiltable in the front-rear direction so as to hold the neutral position, and the paper holding member is provided on the inner surfaces of the left and right side portions. It is supported swingably on a support shaft installed vertically in the groove, and the elastic pressure and urging means are symmetrically provided with a C-shaped leg portion, and are integral with the leg portion and engaged in the holding member. This is a “human” type with a circular head that stops, and is a spring member that is integrally molded with resin. The features.
[0011]

The body of the paper holder 1 (hereinafter referred to as the holder) has a U-shape in plan view, as is apparent in FIGS. It includes a rectangular mounting portion 2 that is parallel to the wall surface W of the toilet booth and extends in the left-right direction, and left and right side portions 3 and 3 that are spaced apart from each other and project forward from the left and right ends of the mounting portion 2. The side parts 3 and 3 are parallel.
[0016]
The main body of the holder 1 is formed in a hollow shape with resin or the like, and the mounting bosses 2 a and 2 a protrude from the front surface side of the mounting portion 2 on the back surface of the mounting portion 2 so as to be spaced apart from each other on the left and right sides. The wood screws 2b and 2b are passed through the portions 2a and 2a, and the wood screws 2b and 2b are fixed to predetermined portions of the wall surface W.
On the inner surfaces 3a and 3a of the left and right side portions 3 and 3, groove portions 4 and 4 made of rectangular concave members 4a and 4a that are long in the front-rear direction, in the embodiment are long in the front-rear direction. The groove portions 4 and 4 are formed by fitting concave members 4a and 4a into rectangular openings 3b and 3b which are formed in the inner surfaces 3a and 3a of the side portions 3 and 3 in the front-rear direction, and the surfaces of the groove portions 4 and 4 are formed on the inner surface 3a. , 3a, or substantially flush.
[0017]
Said groove part 4 and 4 is arrange | positioned in the intermediate part-front part of the inner surfaces 3a and 3a of a side part.
The lower half portions of the thick plate flap-shaped holding members 5 and 5 with the front end portions 5a and 5a being rounded are fitted and faced at the intermediate portions in the front-rear direction of the groove portions 4 and 4, respectively.
The holding members 5 and 5 are hollow and formed of resin or the like as shown in FIG. 2, and are pivotally supported by support shafts 6 and 6 penetrating the base portions 5b and 5b vertically. The support shafts 6 and 6 are held vertically through the upper and lower pieces 4b and 4b of the groove portions 4 and 4, respectively.
[0018]
By the way, although it is the said groove parts 4 and 4, when the holding members 5 and 5 rock | fluctuate up and down in FIG. 2, the front-end | tip parts 5a and 5a of the holding members 5 and 5 are the wall before and behind each groove part 4 and 4, respectively. Set so as not to interfere with 4c and 4c.
When holding the above holding members 5 and 5 in the neutral position and swinging in the up-and-down direction in FIG. 2 (in the installed and used state, the front-rear direction, the right-and-left direction in FIG. 3 and the front and back direction in FIG. 4) A spring is provided to repress and urge to return to the neutral position.
[0019]
The spring is provided on each of the left and right holding members 5 and 5.
The springs 7 and 7 are torsion springs as shown in FIGS. 2, 3, and 4. Since the same spring is used for each of the springs 7 and 7, one of them will be described as a reference, but the other is the same and is given the same reference.
The spring 7 has upper and lower coil parts 7a and 7a wound around the intermediate part of the support shaft 6 penetrating the base part 5b in the holding member 5 with a little space in the axial direction, and a U-shape that bridges between them. [0020]
The two coil portions 7a and 7a of the spring 7 are continuously provided with leg portions 7c and 7d extending to opposite sides, respectively. Each leg part 7c, 7d is extended from the opening part 4e formed in the height direction intermediate part of the wall surface 4d of the back left and right of the groove part 4 to this back surface side, and is symmetrical above and below the periphery of the opening part 4e. Lock to.
The base end portion 5c of the holding member 5 faces the opening 4e. The torsion spring 7 described above is formed of a steel wire spring wire, and the portions 7a, 7b, 7c, and 7d are formed integrally.
[0021]
The upper and lower coil portions 7a and 7a of the springs 7 and 7 and the leg portions 7c and 7d extending symmetrically from the respective coil portions 7a and 7a. The torsional elastic force around the support shaft is applied to the locking portion 7b. Acts to be in the neutral position, and holds the holding members 5 and 5 in the neutral positions of FIGS. 1, 2, 3, and 4.
The operation of detaching the paper 8 from the holder 1 described above and the operation will be described.
[0022]
As described above, the holding members 5 and 5 projecting inward so as to face each other from the left and right side portions project coaxially inward as shown in FIGS. 1, 2, 3, and 4 in the neutral position. To do.
As is known, the paper 8 is obtained by winding a roll paper 8a around a cylindrical core 8b at the center.
The orientation of the paper 8 is set so that the axial direction thereof faces between the left and right side portions 3 and 3 of the holder 1.
The paper 8 is attached and set to the holder 1 by moving from the front to the back between the left and right side portions 3 and 3 of the holder 1. That is, the paper 8 is moved from the front to the rear of the holder 1 to be attached and set, and the paper 8 is attached only by moving back and forth with respect to the holder 8.
[0023]
FIG. 5 shows a middle state in which the paper 8 is inserted into the holder 1, and both axial end portions 8 c and 8 c of the paper 8 enter between the side portions 3 and 3 of the holder 1 with play.
Both ends 8c and 8c in the axial direction of the paper 8 are in contact with the front surfaces of the holding members 5 and 5 and are spring engaging portions that try to hold the springs 7 and 7 in a neutral position symmetrically in the direction of the mounting boss 2 The holding members 5 and 5 are swung rearward (backward) against the torsional pressure of 7b. The holding members 5 and 5 swing around the support shafts 6 and 6 against the springs 7 and 7 upward (actually rearward) in FIG.
[0024]
Both end portions 8c and 8c of the paper 8 swing and slide on the front surfaces of the holding members 5 and 5 that are falling to the back, and enter the back (rear) of the holder 1.
When the paper 8 continues to intrude and reaches the set position between the side portions 3 and 3, it matches the both end portions 8 d and 8 d of the cylindrical core 8 b of the paper 8, and the torsional restoring elasticity of the locking portions 7 b of the springs 7 and 7 Due to the force, the holding members 5 and 5 enter the inside from both end portions 8d and 8d of the cylindrical core 8b and are fitted.
This state is shown in FIG. 6, and since the front end portions 5a and 5a of the holding members 5 and 5 are rounded, the intrusion into the both end portions 8d and 8d of the cylindrical core 8b is smoothly performed without being caught.
[0025]
FIG. 7 shows a state where the cylinder core 8b of the emptied paper is removed.
If the roll paper 8a disappears due to the use of the roll paper 8a, the cylindrical core 8b is grasped and pulled out toward the front, that is, forward. By pulling the cylindrical core 8b forward, the holding members 5 and 5 swing forward against the neutral holding elastic force of the locking portions 7b and 7b of the springs 7 and 7.
By continuing the movement of the cylindrical core 8b toward the front, the holding members 5 and 5 are tilted forward, and finally the rounded tip portions 5a and 5a of the holding members 5 and 5 from the both ends 8d and 8d of the cylindrical core 8b. This state is shown in FIG. The separation between the cylindrical core 8b and the holding members 5 and 5 is performed smoothly and reliably without being caught by the action of the rounded ends 5a and 5a of the holding members 5 and 5.
After the punching, the cylindrical core 8b is further pulled forward, and when the interference between the both ends 8d and 8d of the cylindrical core 8b and the holding members 5 and 5 is eliminated, the holding members 5 and 5 are Return to the original neutral position.
[0026]
As described above, the paper 8 can be attached to and detached from the holder 1 only by moving in the front-rear direction with respect to the holder 1.
The replenishment of the paper 8 is executed by performing the above-described FIGS. 5 and 6 again.
[0027]
  Example 2

[0060]
The leaf spring portion 107d of the urging member 107 is bent up and down to form a bifurcated shape, while the locking portion 105b of the holding member 105 is tapered, so that the leaf spring portion 107d is within the locking portion 105b. Accordingly, the leaf spring portion 107d presses the holding member 105 in the expanding direction within the locking portion 105b, and urges the holding member 105 to the neutral position as shown in FIGS. While holding.
The bottom surface of the base portion 105a of the holding member 105 is closed by a disc-shaped plug member 103f provided at the lower end portion of the holding portion 103b, and the base portion 105a of the holding member 105 is pivoted and locked. Further, the lower end portion of the hanging portion 104a of the center arm 104 at the center is closed with an oval plug member 103f.
[0061]
In the above, the paper holder 101 constitutes one paper holder on the opposite side of the side arm 103 on one side and the center arm 104 on the center as shown in FIG.
The holding members 105, 105 are arranged facing each other at the lower ends of the arms 103, 104 facing each other, and the pair of holding members 105, 105 facing each other are arranged in the holding members. The biasing member 107 protrudes inward so as to face each other so that the longitudinal axes thereof coincide with each other.
[0062]
As shown by the imaginary line in the figure, when the paper 8 is inserted between the side arm 103 and the center arm 104, the left and right holding members 105, 105 hit the both ends of the paper, and the holding members 105, 105 are directed toward the mounting portion 102. Swing horizontally. This swinging is because the base portion 107a of the internal biasing member 107 is constrained by the fixed holding portion 103b, and the leaf spring portion 107d can be bent, so that the leaf spring portion of the biasing member 107 is inserted by the paper 8 being inserted. It is done against 107d.
A state in which the holding member 105 swings horizontally against the leaf spring portion 107d of the urging member 107 is shown in FIG. 21, with the holding portion 103b as the center, downward as shown and upward as indicated by an imaginary line. The holding member 105 swings.
[0063]
When the paper 8 is inserted, the left and right holding members 105, 105 are horizontally swayed in the direction of the mounting portion 102, which is symmetrically inside, and the leading ends of the holding members 105, 105 reach the both ends of the cylindrical core of the paper 8. The tip portion enters the cylindrical hole from both ends of the cylindrical hole of the cylindrical core, and is restored to the original state by the elastic restoring force of the leaf spring portion 107d of the urging member 107.
As a result, the holding members 105 and 105 return to the state shown in FIG. 19, and the paper core 8 is held by fitting both ends of the cylindrical core of the paper 8 into the cylindrical holes from the middle portion to the leading end.
In addition, after the paper 8 is used, the holding cores 105 and 105 can be horizontally swung to the front side by taking out the cylindrical core toward the front, and the cylindrical core can be taken out.
[0064]
As described above, also in this embodiment, the paper can be attached to the paper holder with one touch, and can be removed and replaced very easily.
In the embodiment, as described above, the two papers can be juxtaposed in parallel. However, in the case of household use, only one of the right side or the left side of FIG. 19 is used. Let's go.
In FIG. 19, reference numeral 146 denotes an openable / closable lid plate in which both sides of a portion near the mounting portion 102 are pivotally attached to the inner side surfaces of the arms 103 and 104.
[0065]
【The invention's effect】
As apparent from the above, according to the present invention,
According to claim 1, in the toilet paper holder, the holder body is substantially U-shaped in plan view and includes at least left and right side portions and a rear wall surface mounting portion, and is symmetrical to the inner surfaces of the left and right side portions of the holder body. And a paper holding member that engages with the paper core and is provided with a long groove in the front-rear direction on the left and right sides of the holder body. The paper holding member was installed in a recessed groove provided on the inner surfaces of the left and right side parts up and down. The elastically supporting and biasing means is symmetrically provided with a C-shaped leg portion, and is integrated with the leg portion and has a circular head that is locked in the holding member. It has a roughly “human” shape with a spring member that is integrally molded with resin. .
Therefore, when the paper is inserted into and removed from the paper holder, the paper needs to be moved only in the front-rear direction. Therefore, it is not necessary to move the paper in the up-and-down direction as in the prior art. The space is not used at the time of paper removal, and is very advantageous in terms of space, and a functional paper holder can be installed in a limited space.
Further, according to the present invention, since the paper detachment operation simply moves the paper back and forth with respect to the holder, the paper detachment operation is easy.
Furthermore, in the present invention, the left and right sides of the holder are provided with long concave grooves in the front-rear direction, and the concave and convex portions are elastically pressed and biased so as to hold the paper holding member in a neutral position so that it can be tilted in the front-rear direction. The holding member swings back and forth and is housed in the concave groove when the paper is detached by moving the paper in the front-rear direction, so that the holding member can be inserted into and removed from the side of the paper. There is no hindrance, and it is possible to ensure the detachment of the paper by moving in the front-rear direction smoothly and reliably.
Furthermore, the present invention provides the elastic and urging means with a symmetrical C-shaped leg and a circular head that is integral with the leg and engages within the holding member. Because it is made of a “human” type and is a spring member that is integrally molded with resin, the spring structure is simple, and it can be easily integrally molded with resin, etc., and it has excellent smoothness, reliability, and functionality. Thus, it is possible to hold the neutral position of the holding member, return to this position, and swing when the paper is removed.
[0066]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, the paper holder of the toilet is symmetrical with respect to the inner surfaces of the substantially U-shaped holder main body in a plan view including at least left and right side portions and a rear wall mounting portion, and inner surfaces of the left and right side portions of the holder main body. And a paper holding member that engages with the paper core and is provided with a long groove in the front-rear direction on the left and right sides of the holder body. The paper holding member was installed in a recessed groove provided on the inner surfaces of the left and right side parts up and down. The elastically supporting and urging means is supported by the supporting shaft so as to be swingable, and is constituted by a pair of torsion springs which are engaged with the holding member and elastically urged and urged in opposite directions wound around the supporting shaft. .
Therefore, when the paper is inserted into and removed from the paper holder, the paper needs to be moved only in the front-rear direction. Therefore, it is not necessary to move the paper in the up-and-down direction as in the prior art. The space is not used at the time of paper removal, and is extremely advantageous in terms of space, and a functional paper holder can be installed in a limited space.
Furthermore, in the present invention, since a torsion spring that is elastically pressed and urged in a direction opposite to each other is formed by engaging one end portion with the holding member in the elastic pressure and urging means and wound around the support shaft, Since it is only necessary to combine two torsion springs for each holding member, a spring for holding the neutral position of the holding member, returning to this position, and swinging can be easily obtained at low cost, and a paper holder It has excellent functionality as a spring and contributes to cost reduction of paper holders.
[0067]
In Claim 3, in Claim 1 or Claim 3, the front-end | tip part of a paper holding member is R
Therefore, in addition to the effect of the first or third aspect, the holding member can be swung, the paper can be inserted, and the holding member can enter and leave the paper tube core very smoothly.
[0068]
Claim 4A toilet paper holder for holding toilet paper includes a wall surface mounting portion, a pair of arm portions extending forward from the left and right of the wall surface mounting portion, and a pair of hanging portions hanging downward from the front end of the arm portion. And is rotatably attached by a long screw around the axis of the holding portion provided at the lower end of each hanging part, and can swing in the front-rear and horizontal directions. A pair of holding members that enter the section and hold the toilet paper, and a biasing member is provided in each holding member, and one end of the biasing member is engaged with the holding portion of the hanging portion, and the like. The ends are engaged with the engaging portions of the holding members, and the respective biasing members are pressed and biased in a direction so as to invade and hold the opposite ends of the tubular core of the toilet paper with the biasing members. Configured to do.
In the present invention, similarly to the first aspect, when the paper is attached to and detached from the holder, the paper needs to be moved only in the front-rear direction. Therefore, it is not necessary to move the paper in the up-down direction as in the prior art. Therefore, the space above and below the paper holder is not used at the time of detaching the paper, which is extremely advantageous in terms of space, and a functional paper holder can be installed in a limited space.
According to the present invention, similarly to the first aspect, since the paper detachment operation only moves the paper back and forth with respect to the holder, the paper detachment operation is easy.
In particular, according to the present invention, since the holding member is urged and pivoted horizontally at each front portion of the holder, the depth of the holder side portion is approximately half of the outer diameter of the paper. The depth dimension of the paper holder can be short, the amount of protrusion of the holder from the wall surface of the toilet booth can be small, and a paper holder that can perform one-touch paper removal can be compactly formed.
