Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cosmetic container, and more particularly to a cosmetic container that contains cosmetics that are discolored or deteriorated by ultraviolet rays.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, cosmetics (for example, compact etc.) have been mass-marketed, and accordingly, the cosmetics are displayed in the store or in the store in a state of being included in the cosmetic container, and the purchaser can directly take the displayed cosmetics together with the cosmetic container. Judgment and purchase are made. As described above, a product for which a purchaser directly determines whether or not to purchase cosmetics is generally referred to as a self-product.
[0003]
Therefore, since cosmetics sold as self-made products need to visually recognize the cosmetics contained from the outside of the cosmetic container, the container body constituting the cosmetic container has at least a portion where the cosmetics can be seen as a transparent region. ing. Specifically, this type of cosmetic container is formed of a transparent resin, so that the cosmetics contained from the outside of the cosmetic container can be seen.
[0004]
As described above, in the case of a self-product, the purchaser determines whether to purchase the product directly by looking at the product. At this time, if the self-product is a cosmetic product, the color of the cosmetic is determined by the purchaser. It becomes a big factor to decide whether or not. For this reason, cosmetic containers containing cosmetics are required to have high transparency so that cosmetics can be clearly confirmed.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, when selling cosmetics as a self-product as described above, for example, in a compact case, the foundation container is stored in the cosmetic container with the lid of the foundation container opened so that the color of the foundation can be seen.
However, in a cosmetic container having a transparent region, it can be considered that ultraviolet rays enter the inside of the container from this transparent region. As described above, since the position where the transparent region of the cosmetic container is formed is set to a position where the cosmetic can be visually recognized, the ultraviolet rays that have entered the inside of the container are irradiated to the cosmetic.
[0006]
Therefore, the cosmetic container simply having a transparent region has a problem that the cosmetic may be discolored or deteriorated by ultraviolet rays entering the inside of the container.
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic container that can prevent discoloration or alteration of cosmetics due to ultraviolet rays while ensuring the visibility of the cosmetics contained therein.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The above problem can be solved by taking the following measures. The cosmetic container according to the first aspect of the invention includes a cosmetic container that contains cosmetics, and has a container body in which at least a portion where the cosmetics can be seen is a transparent region, and a property of absorbing ultraviolet rays. An ultraviolet absorbing member disposed so as to cover at least the portion of the cosmetic that is altered by the ultraviolet rays, and the ultraviolet absorbing member is shaped to cover the entire front surface of the cosmetic container, It is an ultraviolet absorption tray for fixing the cosmetic container in the container body by being mounted in the container body in a state of being attached to the cosmetic container, and the thickness of the ultraviolet absorption member is 10 μm or more It is 0.5 mm or less.
[0009]
Further, the invention according to claim 2, in cosmetics container according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the ultraviolet absorbing member may be UV absorber to the substrate is configured formulated or film-forming Is.
[0010]
The invention described in claim 3 is the cosmetic container according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the ultraviolet absorbing member is such that the base material itself has ultraviolet absorbing ability.
[0013]
Each means described above operates as follows. According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the ultraviolet rays that enter the container body are absorbed by the ultraviolet absorption tray, it is possible to prevent the cosmetics from being irradiated. Further, by setting the thickness of the ultraviolet absorbing member to 10 μm or more and 0.5 mm or less, it is possible to reliably absorb ultraviolet rays while maintaining transparency. That is, if the thickness of the ultraviolet absorbing member is less than 10 μm, it is impossible to reliably absorb ultraviolet rays. On the other hand, when the thickness of the ultraviolet absorbing member exceeds 0.5 mm, the ultraviolet absorbing member is colored and the transparency is deteriorated. Therefore, by setting the thickness of the ultraviolet absorbing member in the above range, both transparency and ultraviolet absorbing property can be improved. Therefore, the cosmetics can be prevented from being deteriorated by ultraviolet rays, and the reliability of the cosmetics can be improved even if they are sold as self products. Further, the cost can be reduced as compared with a configuration in which the entire container body has an ultraviolet absorbing function.
[0014]
Further, according to the invention described in claim 2 , the ultraviolet absorbing member can be easily formed with good workability by adopting a configuration in which the ultraviolet absorbing member is blended or formed into a film on the base material. .
[0015]
In addition, according to the invention described in claim 3 , when the ultraviolet absorbing member is manufactured, the base material itself has an ultraviolet absorbing ability as the ultraviolet absorbing member. Is unnecessary, and an ultraviolet absorbing member can be manufactured easily and inexpensively.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, various effects described below can be realized. According to the first aspect of the present invention, the ultraviolet rays entering the container body are absorbed by the ultraviolet ray absorption tray , so that the cosmetics can be prevented from being irradiated, and the cosmetics are altered by the ultraviolet rays. The reliability of cosmetics can be improved even if sold as a self-product. Moreover, since the ultraviolet ray absorbing tray has two functions of fixing the cosmetic container in the container body and absorbing ultraviolet rays as described above, the ultraviolet absorbing member and the tray are provided separately. Compared to the configuration, the number of parts and the cost can be reduced. Furthermore, it is possible to reliably absorb ultraviolet rays while maintaining transparency. Therefore, the cost can be reduced as compared with a configuration in which the entire container body has an ultraviolet absorbing function.
[0048]
Further, according to the invention described in claim 2 , the ultraviolet absorbing member can be easily formed with good workability by using the ultraviolet absorbing member as a base material in which the ultraviolet absorber is blended or formed into a film. .
[0049]
In addition, according to the invention described in claim 3 , when the ultraviolet absorbing member is manufactured, the base material itself has an ultraviolet absorbing ability as the ultraviolet absorbing member. Is unnecessary, and an ultraviolet absorbing member can be manufactured easily and inexpensively.
