【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, for example, even when the sliding door is separated from the vehicle body when the sliding door is opened and the wire harness is pulled toward the vehicle body (door trim side), Bending smoothly along the curved guide surface of the harness guide member, sliding in the sliding door opening / closing direction along the curved surface, and not sliding with the door trim. The force or the like does not act, and the wire harness is prevented from being damaged or deformed, the door trim being worn or abnormal noise.
[0073]
At the same time, the wire harness is corrected by the guide surface of the harness guide member and moves (oscillates) with an accurate trajectory, so that smooth and reliable slack absorption is performed and an unreasonable tensile force acts on the wire harness. This prevents the vehicle body and the sliding door from being caught. These functions and effects are the same when the sliding door is closed.
[0074]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, for example, even when a tensile force to the vehicle body side (door trim side) is applied to the harness guide member during the pulling operation of the wire harness when the sliding door is opened, the harness guide member is the door panel. Therefore, it receives the tensile force and prevents the tensile force from acting on the door trim. Thereby, deformation of the door trim, disengagement of the locking clip, rattling of the door trim, accompanying abnormal noise, and the like are prevented.
[0075]
According to the invention described in
[0076]
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, the panel fixing portion of the harness guide member is fixed to the door panel, the wire harness passes through the inside of the board portion, contacts the curved guide surface, and the trim support portion joins the door trim. Or it is fixed and the effect of the said Claims 1-3 is played reliably. Since the harness guide member has a simple structure, the harness guide member is inexpensive and can be easily assembled to the door panel and the door trim.
[0077]
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, the wire harness is inserted between the curved guide surfaces so that the track of the wire harness is corrected and moved in a more accurate path in the opening / closing direction of the slide door. (Oscillate). Thereby, smooth and reliable slack absorption is performed, an excessive tensile force or the like does not act on the wire harness, and the wire harness is prevented from being caught between the vehicle body and the slide door. In addition, since the wire harness is smoothly bent along the second guide surface when pulled to the door panel side, an excessive bending force or the like does not act on the wire harness, and the wire harness is prevented from being damaged.
[0078]
Further, according to the invention described in
[0079]
According to the invention of
[0080]
According to the eighth aspect of the invention, the tip of the guide surface or the tip of the first guide surface is close to the lower end of the door trim, so that the wire harness contacts (interfers with) the lower end of the door trim via the guide surface. Therefore, sliding contact between the lower end (edge) of the door trim and the wire harness is reliably prevented, and wear, damage, abnormal noise, and the like of the wire harness and the door trim are prevented.
[0081]
According to the ninth aspect of the present invention, when the wire harness led out from the harness slack absorbing device swings in the front-rear direction, that is, the sliding door opening / closing direction when the sliding door is opened / closed, the front guide rib and the rear guide rib And the further swinging of the wire harness is prevented, the trajectory of the wire harness is corrected, and the wire harness swings with an accurate trajectory in the opening / closing direction of the slide door. Thereby, the slack absorption of the wire harness is smoothly and surely performed, an excessive tensile force or the like does not act on the wire harness, and the wire harness is prevented from being caught between the vehicle body and the sliding door. Further, since the wire harness is curved smoothly by contacting the inclined or curved guide ribs, an excessive bending force or the like does not act on the wire harness, and the wire harness is prevented from being damaged or deformed.
[0082]
According to the tenth aspect of the present invention, since the door panel and the door trim are connected and fixed by the reinforcing rib, even if the door trim is pulled in the disengagement direction by the wire harness when the sliding door is opened and closed, the deformation or engagement of the door trim is prevented. Stop clip will not come off and no abnormal noise will occur. Further, by forming the guide rib and the reinforcing rib integrally, the structure is simplified and the cost is reduced, and the sliding door is easily assembled.
[0083]
