Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a temporary scaffold used at a construction work site, and more specifically, scaffolding plates are provided in a hierarchical manner in the vertical direction, the upper and lower scaffolding plates are connected by a ladder, and the entrance and exit from the ladder are connected to each scaffolding plate. In addition, the present invention relates to an erected scaffold in which a work floor for opening and closing the hatch is pivotally attached to a scaffold plate.
[0002]
[Prior art and problems]
Conventionally, the hatch provided on the scaffolding plate of the temporary scaffold as described above is provided with a bracket for mounting the ladder at either the left or right end, and both sides of the upper end of the ladder at the pin hole of this bracket. The ladder is locked in such a manner that the ladder is inserted in such a direction that the width direction of the ladder is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the scaffolding plate. In this way, when the ladder is attached to the scaffold plate hatch in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the scaffold plate, the ladder is installed at a site where a wide scaffold (scaffold width of about 900 mm to 1200 mm) cannot be assembled. On the scaffolding board, the ladder could get in the way and make it impossible to pass.
[0003]
The present invention provides a temporary scaffold in which a ladder can be attached to the hatch of the scaffold board in the longitudinal direction of the scaffold board and a direction orthogonal thereto, and the ladder can be installed in any direction depending on the situation of the scaffold. With the goal.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the invention according to claim 1, the scaffolding plates 1 are provided in a hierarchy in the vertical direction, the upper and lower scaffolding plates 1 are connected by a ladder 5, and each scaffolding plate 1 is provided with a hatch 3 serving as an entrance from the ladder 5, In the erected scaffolding provided with the work floor 4 for opening and closing the hatch 3, ladder mounting brackets 24, 24, 25, 25 are disposed at substantially four corners of the hatch 3, and these four brackets are used as scaffolding plates. As can be seen from FIG. 9, the ladder 5 is formed by horizontally placing a spade 32 at a predetermined interval on a pair of both sides 31, 31 having a length slightly shorter than the length of the scaffold plate body 2. The upper end of 31 is provided with a locking pin 11 that protrudes from the outer surface thereof by the biasing force of the coil spring 33, and the outer surface similarly at a position spaced Q from the protruding position of the locking pin 11 downward. A locking pin 12 that protrudes by the biasing force of the coil spring 33 is provided.
[0012]
As can be seen from (A) to (C) of FIG. 9, each of the locking pins 11 and 12 is supported so as to be slidable in the horizontal direction through the support post 31 and the bracket 34 attached thereto. The tip of the pin is urged by the coil spring 33 so as to protrude from the outer surface of the column 31. The inner ends of the locking pins 11 and 12 are bent in an L shape to form operation portions 11a and 12a. The ladder 5 is attached to the brackets 24 and 25 in the hatch 3, Alternatively, when removing, the operation portions 11a and 12a are pulled toward the front against the urging force of the coil spring 33, whereby the tip portions of the locking pins 11 and 12 are retracted. Note that the locking pin 11 on the upper end side of the ladder 5 and the locking pin 12 on the lower side have the same structure.
[0013]
Both pivoting portions 8 and 9 provided in the front and rear direction of the work floor 4 have the same structure, and each pivoting portion 8 and 9 is the longitudinal direction of the scaffold plate body as can be seen from FIGS. It consists of a pair of pivot rods 13 and 13 which are coaxially and slidably arranged on the front and rear ends of the work floor along the direction side end, respectively. The outer end 13a of the rod 13 is urged by the coil spring 14 so that it always protrudes from the left and right ends of the work floor 4, and the protruding ends 13a, 13a of the pivot rods 13, 13 are the scaffold plate body. 2 are inserted into the rod support holes 15 and 15 provided on the second side (see FIG. 7), respectively, so that they are pivotally attached, and the operation gripping portions 13b provided at the inner ends of the pivot shafts 13 and 13, respectively. 13b against the urging force of the coil springs 14 and 14 By lapping come, the projecting end portions 13a of both the pivot rods 13, 13, 13a is escaped state to each exit from the rod support holes 15 and 15.
[0014]
The rods 13 of the pair of pivot rods 13 and 13 constituting the pivot attachment portions 8 and 9 are slidably supported by slide support members 16 and 17 attached to the scaffold plate body 2. The operation gripping portion 13b provided at the inner end of each pivot rod 13 is formed by folding the inner end of the rod 13 into a U-shape. As shown in FIG. A coil spring 14 is fitted between the fixed pin 18 attached to the tip of the folded portion and the one end surface of the slide support member 16, and the coil spring 14 causes each rod 13 to be connected to the outer end portion 13 a of each rod 13. Are projected and urged from the left and right ends of the work floor 4, and the length of the projection is limited by a fixing pin 19 that contacts the other end surface of the slide support member 16.
[0015]
Therefore, when the pivoting portions 8 and 9 are brought into the escape state with respect to the scaffold plate body 2, the operation gripping portions 13b and 13b of the pivot shaft rods 13 and 13 are coil springs as shown by arrows in FIG. When pulled against the urging force of 14, 14, the projecting ends 13 a, 13 a of the pivot shaft rods 13, 13 escape from the rod support holes 15, 15 of the scaffold plate body 2, respectively, and enter an escaped state. In this case, as shown in FIG. 6, the floor plate 4a forming the work floor 4 has a finger insertion opening 20 at a portion where the operation gripping portions 13b and 13b of the pivot shafts 13 and 13 are disposed. Since the opening is formed, the fingers can be inserted from either the front side or the back side of the work floor 4 and the operation gripping portions 13b, 13b can be easily pulled and operated.
[0016]
Further, as shown in FIGS. 7A and 7B, the outer end portion 13a of each pivot rod 13 is formed with an engaging oblique end surface 21, respectively. As a result of the wedge action, the pivot rod 13 is pulled against the coil spring 14, and the outer end 13a of the rod 13 enters the rod support hole 15 as shown in FIG. It automatically locks into position.
[0017]
In actual use, if one of the pivoting portions 8 is pivoted and the working floor 4 with the other pivoting portion 9 in the escaped state is pushed down from the standing state to the closing direction as shown in FIG. The projecting end portions 13a, 13a of the pivot rods 13, 13 on the side of the pivoting portion 9 enter the rod support holes 15, 15 by their engaging oblique end surfaces 21, 21, and are automatically locked in the closed position. Will be. In addition, the rod support hole 15 into which the outer end portion (projecting end portion) 13a of each pivot rod 13 is inserted and supported is formed in the inner concave portion of the end portion lateral frame 22 of the scaffold plate body 2 as shown in FIG. The step portion 22a is formed of a hole concentrically formed in the nut member 23 fixed at a required position.
[0018]
In the temporary scaffold constructed as described above, the opening / closing operation of the work floor 4 provided on each scaffold plate 1 will be described. As shown in FIG. 2, both pivoting portions 8 and 9 of the work floor 4 are pivoted. When the work floor 4 maintained in the wearing state and in the closed position is opened from the pivoting portion 9 as shown in FIG. 3, the pivot rods 13 and 13 are operated on the pivoting portion 9 side. When the gripping portions 13b and 13b are gripped and pulled, the protruding end portions 13a and 13a of the pivot shaft rods 13 and 13 escape from the rod support holes 15 and 15 on the scaffold plate body 2 side. What is necessary is just to raise the landing part 9 side and to take the standing posture as shown in FIG. When the work floor 4 held in this standing posture is tilted in the closing direction, as described with reference to FIG. 7, the projecting end portions 13a and 13a of the pivot shafts 13 and 13 on the pivot attachment portion 9 side are The rods 15 and 15 enter the rod support holes 15 and 15 by the engaging oblique end surfaces 21 and 21 and are automatically locked in the closed position.
[0019]
When the work floor 4 locked in the closed position as described above is opened from the pivoting portion 8 side opposite to the case shown in FIG. 3, the pivot rods on the pivoting portion 8 side are opened. When the gripping portions 13b and 13b for operation 13 and 13 are gripped and pulled, the protruding end portions 13a and 13a of the pivot shafts 13 and 13 are pulled out from the rod support holes 15 and 15 on the scaffolding plate main body 2 side as described above. Since it escapes, the pivoting part 8 side of this work floor 4 is raised, and it should just be in a standing posture like the above.
[0020]
When the work floor 4 is removed from the hatch 3, the operation gripping portions 13 b and 13 b of the pivot rods 13 and 13 of the pivot joint 8 on one side of the work floor 4 and the pivot joint on the other side. If the gripping portions 13b and 13b for operation of the eight pivot rods 13 and 13 are simultaneously gripped, both pivotal attachment portions 8 and 9 are in an escaped state with respect to the scaffold plate body 2, The work floor 4 can be easily and easily detached from the hatch 3.
[0021]
