BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a bathtub apparatus, and in particular, the hot water in the bathtub is pumped up by a hot water suction pipe using a circulation pump, is cleaned by a filtration tank, heated by a heating apparatus, and the like, and then the hot water pipe is transferred from the jet pipe to the bathtub. The present invention relates to a bathtub hot water purifying apparatus for ejecting again and keeping the bathtub hot water constantly.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Recently, the hot water in the bathtub has been actively used to keep the hot water in the bathtub clean and suitable temperature, so that it can be comfortably bathed anytime for 24 hours and save water.

As a direct heating heater, a sheathed heater is used in which the heater is installed directly in the circulating hot water. If the direct heating heater is used, heating efficiency is good, but there is a risk of electric leakage, and a double sheathed heater with double insulation is used. Various safety measures are required by installing an insulation deterioration detection device.
[0015]
As described above, since there is a problem with safety in the direct heating heater, as a heater used in a bath water purifier, a heat transfer medium is heated by the heater, and the heated heat transfer medium is used in the metal heat transfer tube. It is preferable to use an indirect heater that heats the hot water flowing through.
[0016]
Conventionally, an oil heat transfer type indirect heater that heats oil as a heat transfer medium with a heater and heats the hot water flowing through the metal heat transfer tube with the heated oil has been used. Recently, a metal heat transfer type indirect heater as shown in Fig. 6 has been developed which uses a metal with good heat conductivity such as aluminum alloy instead of oil with poor heat conductivity as a heat transfer material. It was done.

[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the present invention, the hot water in the bathtub is pumped up from the suction pipe and filtered through a filtration tank disposed in the circulation path, cleaned by a heating device, sterilized by a sterilizer, and then cleaned again from the fountain pipe. In the bathtub hot water purifier equipped with a water shortage sensor for jetting into the bathtub and detecting a water shortage state of the hot water, the heating device is an indirect heating device in which a heat transfer pipe for circulating hot water is embedded in a heat transfer medium. The indirect heating device is provided with temperature detecting means for detecting the temperature of the heat transfer medium, and when the temperature detecting means detects a temperature of the heat transfer medium equal to or higher than a predetermined temperature, the water shortage sensor causes a circulation path. When the water shortage sensor is normal and the water shortage sensor is normal and not water shortage, the heat transfer failure of the heat transfer tube is determined and a heat transfer failure signal is output. To be a cleaning device By, it was to solve the problems.
Further, the present invention is directed to cleaning bath water, wherein the water pump is controlled so as to stop the circulation pump to confirm normal operation of the water shortage sensor in response to a signal that the water shortage sensor is not short of water. The problem was solved by using the device.
[0029]
Further, according to the present invention, when the temperature detection means detects a temperature equal to or higher than a predetermined temperature of the heat transfer medium, the circulation pump is controlled to stop and the normal operation of the water shortage sensor is confirmed and determined. The problem was solved by using a bath water cleaning device characterized by this.
Furthermore, the present invention provides a fountain pipe after cleaning treatment such as filtration of dirt in a filtration tank which is pumped up from a suction pipe and arranged in a circulation path, heating by a heating device, sterilization in a sterilization device, etc. In the bathtub hot water purifier that is sprayed again from the hot water bath, temperature detecting means for detecting the temperature of the heating device is provided, and a water shortage sensor for detecting a water shortage state in which the circulation of hot water is stopped is provided. Is an indirect heating device, comprising a discriminating means for discriminating whether the temperature rises due to a heat transfer failure of the heat transfer tube of the indirect heating device or due to water shortage, and the water shortage sensor detects whether there is water shortage in the circuit When the water shortage sensor is normal and the water is not short, the heat transfer failure of the heat transfer tube is determined and a heat transfer failure signal is output. Issues were resolved.

【The invention's effect】
The present invention is configured as described above, and uses an indirect heating heater that heats the hot water flowing through the heat transfer tube via a heat transfer material to prevent an electric shock accident of the bather, and the indirect heating heater is overheated. However, the sensor immediately detects this and stops energization, and then the cause of overheating is due to the heat transfer failure due to the adhesion of scale on the heat transfer pipe, or because the water shortage sensor has failed to detect the water shortage state. It is now possible to accurately determine whether or not all air blows are the cause, and to immediately maintain the equipment in an appropriate manner suitable for each cause. There is provided a bath water cleaning device that can prevent a fire accident or the like of the device due to fire or emptying.
