Description

【0001】
【0014】

Figure 0003743966
【0015】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an elastic bandage having good hand cutting properties and texture.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The elastic bandage is formed so as to expand and contract in the length direction, so if you try to tear it by hand, the warp stretches in the length direction and the weft picked up by the hand slides out against the warp. The force did not work well due to the shifting movement, and the hand cutting performance was poor. In addition, when the weft and the warp are bonded so that the weft does not shift during cutting, a new problem arises that the feeling becomes worse.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention provides a bandage with good hand cutting and good texture.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the present invention, a base fabric is woven with warps and wefts, and the tensile strength of the wefts is formed to be stronger than that of the warps. The base fabric has an emulsion type natural rubber or synthetic rubber having a glass transition point of −4 ° C. or lower, or these The mixture is adhered, and at the time of adhesion, the emulsion type rubber is spray-coated on a base fabric.
[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The bandage (1) is woven with warps (2) and wefts (3) to form a base fabric (4).
The warp yarn (2) consists of the elastic core yarn surface coated with cotton or chemical fiber, synthetic fiber or other suitable fiber, or other elastic yarn (5), and non-elastic yarn (6) such as cotton yarn or cotton blended yarn. The number of the elastic yarn and the non-elastic yarn is usually set to a ratio of about 1: 1 to 1: 6, and both yarns are uniformly arranged to have stretchability in the length direction of the bandage. In the illustrated example, this ratio is 1: 2, that is, two inelastic yarns are sandwiched between the elastic yarns and the elastic yarns, so that the elastic yarns come to both ends of the cloth. However, the ratio between the elastic yarn and the non-elastic yarn may be other than the above.
[0006]
The density of such warp (2) rows can be made suitable depending on the application, but it is usually preferable to make about 3 to 30 yarns per 1 cm width, and 21 in the illustrated case. .
[0007]
In this warp (2) row, the above-mentioned weft (3) is driven, and for this weft, appropriate inelastic fibers such as cotton yarn, chemical fiber, synthetic fiber, blended fiber, etc. can be used. In consideration of hygroscopicity, it is often preferable to use cotton yarn. The weft may be woven by stretching the elastic yarn and driving the inelastic yarn into an aligned warp string so as not to be loosened.
[0008]
As shown in the figure, it is formed in a portion (7) and a portion (8) where the distance between adjacent wefts is wide as if woven with two wefts, and when the elastic yarn contracts, the inelastic yarn loosens. The part is mainly located in the wide part.
The wide portion (7) of the weft row is usually formed about 1 to 3 times the interval between the warp rows, and the narrow portion (8) is formed about 1/2 to 1/6 of the interval between the warp rows. The interval is not limited to this.
[0009]
The weft (3) has a higher tensile strength than the warp (2), and the warp is easier to cut than the weft. In the figure, the weft (3) is about 210 to 260 gf, and the warp (2) is about 150 to 220 gf.
[0010]
Ear portions (9) are formed at both ends of the base fabric (4). The ear part is woven by a single-ring sewing method of the sewing machine so that the weft (3) is hung around the warp (2) at one side end (10) of the cloth, and the other side end (11 ) Is formed by forming a loop (12) with the weft (3) and passing the weft that is then folded back into this loop. In this case, both ears can be used to hang a weft around a warp, form a loop and pass the weft through the loop, or other appropriate ones.
[0011]
On the surface of the base fabric (4) thus formed, an emulsion type natural rubber (13) or butadiene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, isoprene rubber, chloroprene rubber, acrylonitrile-butadiene having a glass transition point of −4 ° C. or lower. Rubber (nitrile rubber), acrylic rubber or other synthetic rubber or a mixture thereof is adhered by spray coating or the like.
[0012]
This adhesion amount is usually such that the fabric weave is not sealed and the air permeability is not deteriorated, and is preferably about 5 to 25 g / m 2 (dry when stretched).
In addition, although this emulsion type rubber | gum is apply | coated to the whole surface of the base fabric (4) in the Example, you may make it apply | coat to the edge part of the base fabric.
[0013]
Here, bandages in which various types of emulsion type rubber were applied to the above-mentioned base fabric were prepared as samples, and experiments were conducted on their hand cutting properties, texture, and the like. The results are shown in Table 1 below.
[0014]
[Table 1]
Figure 0003743966
[0015]
At the time of coating, an air gun for coating was used and the air pressure was set to 4.0 kgf / cm 2 . When the emulsion had a high viscosity, it was appropriately diluted with water and sprayed.
In the above table, the glass transition point shows the catalog value, but the one with the underline shows the actual measurement value by the JISK6301 low temperature torsion test.
[0016]
As a result of the experiment, as apparent from the above table, when the glass transition point is −4 ° C. or lower, the hand cutting property and the texture are improved.
In addition, the sample of the product name Bond CR500, Bond GXP2, Nipol LX531, JSR 0700 has self-adhesiveness.
[0017]
This bandage (1) is usually wound around a core (14), and when this is used, the end is applied to the affected area where treatment has been carried out, and the bandage is slightly stretched in the longitudinal direction (length direction). Roll it up. At that time, since the yarn is not frayed by the ears on the side of the bandage, it is easy to wind and the winding is clean. Once wound so that the affected area can be protected, a portion of the side edge of the bandage can be picked with both hands and pulled laterally to easily tear the bandage. If wefts are formed alternately in narrow and wide intervals, the inelastic yarn loosened when the elastic yarn of the warp shrinks fits into the wide portion, so the loose inelastic yarn protrudes to the surface, Since wrinkles are not formed and there is no sag, no stagnation occurs, and since it is cut from its wide part, the weft thread does not get in the way and can be made smooth.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
In the present invention, the weft yarn for weaving the base fabric of the bandage is formed to have a tensile strength stronger than that of the warp, and an emulsion type rubber having a glass transition point of −4 ° C. or less is attached to the base fabric. Therefore, the warp can be cut along the weft, and the weft does not move at the time of cutting, so that it is easy to cut and has good hand cutability, and is flexible when wound with a bandage. It doesn't get ridiculous, it is easy to roll and fits well on the skin, and the texture is good. In addition, when the emulsion type rubber is spray-coated on the base fabric, it is applied in the form of dots, so that unlike the case where it is applied to the entire surface, the decrease in the texture of the base fabric can be suppressed. Furthermore, when an antibacterial agent is mixed in the emulsion type rubber, an antibacterial action can be obtained, which is hygienic.
