【0001】

Conventionally, a sheet disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-48841 is known as a means for reducing the impact at the time of this type of rear collision. In the seat described in this publication, the seat back frame is provided with a connecting portion that can be deformed rearward with respect to the seat cushion, and the pressure receiving member is supported by the connecting portion. As a result, even if the occupant's torso moves rearward at the time of a rear collision, the connecting part is deformed by the inertial force from the pressure receiving member, so that the inertial force acting on the torso can be gradually raised, and the inertial force The peak value can be reduced. As a result, the movement of the head easily follows the trunk, and the impact at the time of rear collision is reduced.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the vehicle seat is required to have a function of seating ability during normal driving as well as an impact mitigation function at the time of a rear collision. The sheet characteristics (load-displacement characteristics) suitable for impact relaxation and the seat characteristics suitable for seating are usually different. That is, for example, as shown in FIG. 5, a soft characteristic as shown in characteristic (b) is preferable in order to protect the occupant at the time of a rear collision, and a characteristic to enhance the occupant's supportability during normal operation. A hard characteristic as shown in (a) is preferred. Therefore, as a vehicle seat, it is desirable to make a plurality of characteristics compatible with one seat. However, the seat described in the above publication has only one characteristic, and it is difficult to realize a desired seating property while satisfying the impact relaxation function.
[0004]
An object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle seat that can have a plurality of seat characteristics with a single seat and that can achieve a desired seating property while satisfying an impact mitigation function.

【The invention's effect】
In the present invention, the upper seat back and the lower seat back are provided so as to be movable in the vehicle front-rear direction with respect to the seat cushion, respectively, and transmission means for transmitting the movement of the lower seat back to the upper seat back is provided. As a result, when the lower seat back moves rearward at the time of a rear collision or the like, the upper seat back can also move rearward, and a desired seating property can be realized while satisfying the impact relaxation function with one seat.. UpSince the setting means for setting the support rigidity of the upper support means for supporting the lower seat back to be smaller than the support rigidity of the lower support means for supporting the lower seat back is provided, the relatives of the lumbar and shoulder occupants at the time of rear collision The difference in travel is suppressed. underSince the amplifying mechanism that amplifies and transmits the movement of the upper seat back to the upper seat back is provided, the seat characteristics at the time of rear collision can be easily changed by changing the amplification ratio.. underBecause the wire and pulley are used as means for transmitting the movement of the upper seat back to the upper seat back, handling is easy and sliding resistance is low.. WaSince the X link mechanism is used instead of the ear and the pulley, it can be assembled in the sub-assembly state, and the assemblability is improved.
