【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a disposable diaper. More specifically, it is a disposable that improves the discomfort at the time of wearing by preventing the wearer's excrement from touching the skin directly, preventing the crotch leakage of the disposable diaper, the leakage from the back side and the abdomen, and improving the absorption capacity. It is about diapers.
[0002]
The basic structure of a conventional disposable diaper is a three-layer structure in which the absorber is disposed between the backsheet of the topsheet and a liquid impermeable liquid permeable. In some cases, a water-permeable sheet is placed between the top sheet and the absorbent body.
[0003]
One problem with conventional disposable diapers is that when the excrement is highly viscous or large in volume, the liquid permeability of the top sheet is not sufficient, and the excrement flows and spreads on the top sheet, causing crotch leakage or When the wearer is lying down, leakage occurs from around the waist of the abdomen surface, and when the wearer is lying on the back, leakage occurs from around the waist on the back. In addition, even if there is no leakage at the time of excretion of the wearer, when the disposable diaper is replaced, the wearer lies on his back and the excrement remaining on the top sheet takes the wearer's weight, spreading the excrement and back There may be leaks from around the waist. In addition, the wearer's skin is contaminated extensively, which may cause discomfort to the wearer and may cause skin irritation in the case of infants.
[0004]
Many proposals have been made so far for preventing side leakage of these disposable diapers, preventing leakage from around the back of the back and reducing wearer discomfort. For example, as a side leakage prevention measure provided on the absorber side, a leg cuff member made of an elastic material having a barrier wall is provided on the top sheet side (upper side) of the side flap formed by bonding the top sheet and the back sheet. There is a proposal such as (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 61-296103). Further, as a measure for preventing side leakage on the absorbent body, a three-dimensional gather is provided along the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 62-250201), and a T-shaped or flat belt-like shape is formed by the surface sheet. A plurality of wrinkles formed on the surface are arranged (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 3-188851), and the wrinkles from the side to the center are formed by folding the surface (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 6-142134). There is also a proposal of forming a three-dimensional expansion / contraction gather for preventing side leakage by disposing an elastic body and slit-cutting the central surface sheet to an appropriate length along the elastic body (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 6-14960). .
[0005]
Further, as a measure for preventing leakage from the waist around the back surface, a sheet provided with a hole on the top sheet is provided (Japanese Patent Laid-Open Nos. 3-218751, 3-202057, and 5-49658). JP, JP-A-5-277149), further providing a waist flap on the surface sheet of the waist part (Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 62-182910, JP-A 64-26701, JP-A-3-136653), JP-A-3-195556, JP-A-5-35121), a waist flap is joined to a crotch three-dimensional gather and integrated to lift the entire waist flap from the surface sheet (JP-A 63-182402). ), The surface sheet itself is lifted to form a pocket shape, and the surface sheet has a U-shaped opening so that the absorbent body What comes out on the user contact surface (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 4-300543), and the surface sheet similarly rises to form a pocket-like shape and has an opening, but the absorber does not directly contact the wearer (special feature (Kaihei 4-102452) and the like have been proposed.
[0006]
However, with the proposal of preventing the side leakage of excrement by leak-proofing provided on the absorber side or on the absorber, or the leak-proof wall provided around the waist of the disposable diaper or the entire circumference of the absorber, The proposal to prevent leakage from the back or abdominal surface of excrement is because excrement that has not been absorbed on the top sheet remains even if it can prevent the side leakage of the excrement or the leak from the waist. Objects flow and spread over the top sheet, causing the wearer's skin to become extensively soiled. This can cause discomfort to the wearer and may cause skin irritation in infants. There is also a possibility of leakage when changing disposable diapers.

On the other hand, in the proposal to raise the top sheet itself to form a pocket shape and provide an opening, leakage can be prevented if excrement is secured in the pocket space from the opening, but in the case of one opening, it is worn Depending on the person's wearing state, the amount of excrement, and the viscosity, the excrement cannot always be secured in the pocket-shaped space from the opening. In such a case, the excrement flows and spreads on the top sheet, and the skin of the wearer may not only be contaminated extensively but also leakage may occur. In addition, when the opening is greatly cut out, there is a high possibility that excrement is secured in the pocket-shaped space from the opening, but the absorbent body directly contacts the wearer's skin, so Deterioration, kinking of the absorber itself, loss of shape, and polymer leakage may occur.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional disposable diaper shown above, since the excrement flows and spreads on the top sheet only by preventing the side leakage of the excrement or leakage from around the waist with a physical leakage barrier, There was a problem that caused the skin to become extensively soiled and uncomfortable to the wearer, and in the case of infants to cause skin irritation. In addition, those having means for transferring excrement from the surface sheet to the absorber by providing an opening in the surface sheet, the transition means is not sufficient, or the wearer's touch, the absorber itself, Some had problems such as shape loss and polymer leakage.
[0009]
The object of the present invention is to prevent side leakage of excrement on the surface sheet and leakage from around the waist regardless of the wearing state of the wearer, and do not leave excrement on the surface sheet by moving the excrement. In addition to providing a disposable diaper that covers the entire surface on the side in contact with the wearer with a sheet to improve the touch and does not cause the absorber itself to bend, lose shape or leak polymer.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention relates to a disposable diaper having a liquid-permeable top sheet, a liquid-impermeable back sheet, and an absorbent body disposed between the two sheets, wherein the top sheet is the center in the width direction of the disposable diaper. A plurality of first surface sheets arranged to overlap each other in the longitudinal direction over the entire length in the longitudinal direction, and to overlap each other in the width direction on both sides of the region in which the first surface sheets are arranged A plurality of second surface sheets arranged on the surface, the first and second surface sheets having a side edge portion located on the outer side centered on a portion corresponding to the center portion of the buttocks of the disposable diaper. The side edge located on the inner side is a free edge, and the free edge is separated from the adjacent sheet surface at the overlapping part of adjacent sheets, and a ridge is formed. It is a disposable diaper, wherein a plurality of openings are formed with.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
A disposable diaper according to the present invention includes a plurality of first surface sheets arranged at the central portion in the width direction of the disposable diaper so as to overlap each other in the longitudinal direction, and both side portions of the central portion in the width direction. In addition, the flow of excrement is prevented by forming wrinkles by the free edges of the plurality of second surface sheets arranged so as to overlap each other in the width direction, and leakage from the lateral direction and leakage from around the waist The problem is solved. Further, by having a large number of openings, the excrement can be quickly transferred to the absorber regardless of the wearing state of the wearer, the amount and viscosity of the excrement. Therefore, excrement flows on the surface sheet and spreads, and the wearer's skin is not stained in a wide range, and the wearer is uncomfortable and does not cause an infant's skin irritation. In addition, there is no possibility of leakage when changing disposable diapers. On the other hand, since the absorbent body is covered with the surface sheet, there is no problem of the touch of the wearer, the kinking of the absorbent body itself, shape loss, and polymer leakage.
[0012]
The surface sheet used in the present invention is a hydrophilic or hydrophobic nonwoven fabric, woven fabric, porous plastic film or the like, and the constituent fibers thereof are polypropylene, polyethylene, polyester, nylon, or polyester, polypropylene, polyethylene, A composite fiber composed of two or more components such as nylon may be used. Particularly, a composite fiber of polyester / polyester, polyester / polyethylene, or polypropylene / polyethylene is preferable from the viewpoint of strength, but is not particularly limited. Moreover, the nonwoven fabric made from the material which gathered together using the heat-shrinkable fiber and provided the elastic shrinkage can also be used.
[0013]
The absorbent body used is made from known absorbent materials commonly used in conventional disposable diapers and other absorbent articles. That is, it is formed from a single-layer or multi-layer mat made of absorbent fibers such as cotton-like pulp and rayon, and is further wrapped with a hydrophilic sheet. The superabsorbent polymer is uniformly mixed in each mat or arranged in layers between the mats. Alternatively, 3-60% by weight of a heat-fusible substance may be mixed and thermocompression bonded to the cotton-like pulp.
As the cotton-like pulp, those having a fiber length of 5 mm or less obtained by defibrating a chemical pulp sheet, a mechanical pulp sheet or a used paper pulp sheet with a pulverizer can be used. Pulp raw materials are not limited to conifers, but hardwoods, straw, bamboo, kenaf, and the like are also applicable. The amount of the pulp used varies depending on the intended absorber, for example, whether it is used singly, stacked in plural, or used in combination with other absorbents. Generally, it is 50 to 400 g / m 2 .
[0014]
Examples of the superabsorbent polymer include starch, cellulose, and synthetic polymer. Namely, starch-acrylic acid (salt) graft copolymer, saponified product of starch-ethyl acrylate graft copolymer, saponified product of starch-methyl methacrylate graft copolymer, saponified product of starch-acrylonitrile graft copolymer Saponified starch-acrylamide graft copolymer, saponified starch-acrylonitrile-2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid graft copolymer, acrylic acid (salt) polymer, polyethylene oxide crosslinked with acrylic acid Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose cross-linked product, polyvinyl alcohol-maleic anhydride reaction product cross-linked product, and the like. It absorbs urine, body fluid and water more than 20 times its own weight, and sodium polyacrylate is most suitable from the viewpoint of absorption performance.
[0015]
The superabsorbent polymer is used in an amount of 10 to 500 parts by weight, preferably 15 to 300 parts by weight, based on 100 parts by weight of the dry cotton-like pulp. Uniformly distributed. When the superabsorbent polymer absorbs and swells, the particles have minimal mutual interference and are less likely to come into continuous contact and form a permeation barrier, allowing urine and body fluids to penetrate and absorb in three dimensions. .
[0016]
The hydrophilic sheet may be a hydrophilic sheet such as tissue, absorbent paper, and hydrophilic nonwoven fabric.
As a compression method of the absorbent body, a continuous surface shape may be used so that the density of the absorbent body is substantially uniform over the entire surface by a roll having a smooth circumferential surface, or the circumferential surface is uneven. It may be embossed in a pattern arrangement in which the density of the absorber is partially different depending on the roll and guides urine and body fluid in the vertical and diagonal directions. In the case of embossing, the compression part and the non-compression part may be either continuous or discontinuous.
[0017]
The diffusion layer is a hydrophilic liquid-permeable nonwoven fabric, woven fabric, cotton-like pulp, etc., and its constituent components may be polypropylene, polyethylene, polyester, rayon, pulp, or composite fibers thereof, and are not particularly limited. Absent. The diffusion layer is disposed between the top sheet and the absorber, and is adhesively fixed to both or one of the absorber and the top sheet with an adhesive or the like. The diffusion layer used preferably has a basis weight of 8 to 200 g / m 2 and a thickness of 0.2 to 5 mm.
[0018]
As the stretchable elastic body disposed on the free edge, the leg periphery and the waist periphery of the surface sheet, those of natural, synthetic rubber, urethane, etc. are used depending on the installation position. The arrangement of the elastic member is fixed to the sheet with an adhesive.
[0019]
As the back sheet to be used, a liquid-impermeable polyethylene sheet, preferably a polyethylene sheet having fine pores, or a moisture-permeable liquid-impermeable sheet stretched by adding a filler to a thermoplastic resin is used.
[0020]
In the present invention, the top sheet and the absorbent body are bonded by hot melt bonding or the like. The adhesive surface is formed entirely or partially on the absorber. The adhesive may be starch-based or water-soluble glue such as CMC (carboxymethylcellulose) or an adhesive with high fluidity.
