Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a resin frame vine for a spectacle frame having a deformed portion such as a bend or a curve in the middle, and a method for manufacturing the same.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In order to ensure the strength and springiness of the resin eyeglass frame, a metal core is embedded in the central axis. Such a resin vine is manufactured by injection molding into a mold and press-fitting a core metal from an opening of the mold before the resin is cured. It is also possible to cut and grind a resin plate or bar into a predetermined vine shape and press-fit the cored bar in a heated state.
[0003]
However, the conventional vine and the core metal that is press-fitted into the central shaft are straight, and if the curved part or bent part or the middle part of the metal core is thick in part, the vine is manufactured by the above method. I can't. Therefore, the shape of the vine is restricted by its processing and is basically limited to a straight one. The glasses that can be worn on the face are highly fashionable, and the functionality that can be placed on the face stably is not satisfactory. In particular, the weight occupied by vines is large, and various designs using vines have been applied in the past.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Thus, the conventional resin vine has the above-mentioned problems. The problem to be solved by the present invention is this problem, and provides a resin crane having a bent portion, a curved portion, or a deformed portion having a different thickness in the middle, and a method for manufacturing the same.
[0005]
[Means for solving the problems]
The resin vine of the present invention has a bent portion, a curved portion, or a deformed portion having a large dimension such as a thickness in the middle. In other words, since the core is not straight, it is impossible to press-fit the cored bar, and the cored bar is sandwiched between the resin vine pieces. Therefore, the lower temple piece is injection-molded with a mold, and a concave groove for fitting the core metal is simultaneously formed on the lower temple piece.
[0006]
Therefore, a cored bar is fitted into the concave groove and set in a mold, and the upper temple piece is injection molded. In this case, even if the upper lip piece is injection molded to the lower vine piece fitted with the metal core, the vines are not in close contact with each other. Then, when the joint surface is slightly melted by the solvent, the upper vine piece injection-molded can be brought into close contact with and integrated with the lower vine piece. Here, the lower rim piece and the upper rim piece mean a position in the case of injection molding, and are not a positional relationship when attached as glasses. Hereinafter, embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0007]
【Example】
FIG. 1 is an external view showing a resin eyeglass frame provided with a temple of the present invention. Resin vines 2 and 2 are attached to both sides of the front portion 1 so that they can be folded. The front portion 1 is connected to the rims 3 and 3 by connecting members 4 and 4, and the rims 3 and 3 are fitted with lenses. I can do it. A nose pad is formed on the inner side of the rims 3 and 3, and the temples 2 and 2 are connected to the outer side of the rim so that they can be folded via a joint such as a hinge.
[0008]
By the way, the vine shown in the same figure does not extend straight, but is substantially V-shaped at an intermediate portion thereof. And the metal cored bar is embedded in the central axis of the vine like the conventional vine to improve the strength and elasticity of the vine. Of course, the shape of the metal core is also substantially V-shaped at the intermediate part, like the crane.
[0009]
If it is a straight vine, the same straight metal core can be press-fitted. 2 is produced. FIG. 2 shows a specific example of the method of manufacturing the vine. FIG. 2A shows the lower vine piece 5, and a concave groove 6 is formed on the central axis of the lower vine piece 5. (b) shows the cored bar 7, which has the same shape as the recessed groove 6 and can be fitted into the recessed groove 6.
[0010]
The lower temple piece 5 is injection-molded with a mold, and its outer shape and the concave groove 6 are simultaneously formed. Therefore, as shown in (c), the core metal 7 shown in (b) is fitted into the concave groove 6 of the lower temple piece 5 and set in the mold, and after applying the solvent to the joining surface 8, the upper crane is attached. Injection molding. (d) is a cross-sectional enlarged view of the temple 2 obtained by injection molding the upper temple, and the upper temple piece is not peeled off from the lower temple piece 5.
[0011]
FIG. 3 shows another embodiment of the vine according to the present invention. The vine 2 shown in the figure is provided with resin vine pieces at various locations on the core metal 7, and the core metal 7 is bent at an intermediate portion thereof in a generally V shape. Therefore, the manufacturing method cannot press-fit the cored bar 7 as in the prior art, and the bonding method is adopted as in FIG.
[0012]
The temple 2 in FIG. 3 has the temple pieces 13 and 9 in which the core metal 7 is partially embedded. When the lower piece of the temple pieces 13 and 9 is formed, the metal core 7 is fitted into the concave groove. In this state, the upper rim piece is injection-molded by setting the mold in a mold and applying a solvent to the joint surface. FIG. 4 is an enlarged view showing a part of the vine, and the cored bar 10 forms an enlarged part in which a part thereof is enlarged.
[0013]
The enlarged portion 11 is exposed on the surface, and the other portions are buried in the temple pieces 12a and 12b. Such a metal core 10 provided with an enlarged portion 11 in the middle cannot be press-fitted into the central axis of the injection-molded vine, and is manufactured by bonding as shown in FIG. That is, the lower vine pieces of the respective vine pieces 12a and 12b are formed, the core metal 10 is fitted in the concave groove of the lower vine pieces, set in the mold, the solvent is applied to the joining surface, and the upper vine pieces are formed. Injection molding.
[0014]
By the way, a brand name or the like can be displayed on the enlarged portion, and another decoration can be given. As described above, the crane according to the present invention is obtained by fitting the core metal into the concave groove of the lower temple piece and setting it in the mold, applying a solvent to the joint surface and injection-molding the upper temple piece, The following effects can be obtained.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
The resin vine of the present invention is a vine whose middle portion is bent into a V shape or the like, and is a vine that partially exposes the core metal or has an enlarged portion on the core metal. Compared to the effect of decoration, the width of the design is widened. This crane then injection-molds a lower rim piece having a concave groove, fits a core metal into the concave groove and sets it in a mold, and applies a solvent to the joint surface to inject an upper rim piece. The upper and lower rim pieces will not be peeled off later.
[0016]
Further, since the lower rim piece and the upper rim piece are molded in separate steps, the resin can be made different, for example, the colors of the upper rim piece and the lower rim piece can be made different.
