【0001】
イメージサーバ31には、DVD(Digital Versatile Disk)オートチェンジャ310が接続されている。

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an image management system, an image management method, and an image management program for efficiently managing image images such as documents.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, office work performed in organizations such as companies has been mainly managed using documents. Since the amount of paperwork is enormous when performing office work, documents that need to be viewed at a later date are stored in a warehouse or the like. In addition, the document is managed as a microfilm as necessary. In order to view a document, a file containing the document is extracted from a warehouse, or a search request is made by a microfilm browsing system to extract the document.
[0003]
Both the method of extracting files from the warehouse and the method of browsing the microfilm require a great deal of time to obtain the document contents. As a result, there are concerns about a decrease in office efficiency due to stagnation of office work and a decrease in customer service due to variations in response time for inquiries from customers regarding documents. In addition, considering an enormous copy and storage space for managing past documents by the actual thing, a more efficient management method is desired. In particular, when offices that wish to view documents and warehouses that store documents are scattered throughout the country, the efficiency of office work and customer service vary greatly due to the management of document information.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, according to the conventional method, a complicated process is required to search for documents recorded on the microfilm, and the office efficiency is low.
[0005]
SUMMARY An advantage of some aspects of the invention is that it provides an image management system, an image management method, and an image management program for efficiently managing image images such as documents. .
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a plurality of image recording areas, and at least one of the image recording areas includes a micro code including a bar code recorded in such a manner that micro index data for managing image information can be read. A scanner that sequentially captures the film images of the film to acquire image data, an image analysis unit that recognizes a barcode included in the image data and acquires barcode analysis data, and is analyzed by the image analysis unit The bar code analysis data and the micro-index data are compared and collated. If the data does not match, a data correction screen for correcting the barcode analysis data is displayed on the display device, and the input of the corrected barcode analysis data is prompted. An image management system comprising: analysis data inspection means; and image classification means for classifying the image data by associating the barcode analysis data corrected by the analysis data inspection means with the image data as search index data Provided.
[0007]
As a result, since the image is taken from the microfilm and managed based on the microindex data, it is not necessary to search the microfilm, and the document recorded as the microfilm can be efficiently searched. . Specifically, the search time that took several hours to several days from search to extraction can be performed in a few seconds or less. As a result, the waiting time until the required document information is obtained by the search can be greatly reduced, and the office efficiency can be improved and the customer service can be improved by avoiding the office stay.
[0008]
According to another aspect of the invention, In the image management method by the image management system, the scanner of the image management system, A plurality of image recording areas are provided, and at least one of the image recording areas sequentially captures a microfilm film image including a bar code recorded in a mode in which microindex data for managing image information can be read. Get image data , Storing the image data in an image file recording device, and image analysis means of the image management system, Recognize the barcode included in the image data to obtain barcode analysis data, The barcode analysis data is stored in the image file recording device, and stored in the image file recording device by the analysis data inspection unit of the image management system. The bar code analysis data and the micro-index data are compared and verified. Are not matched, display a data correction screen for correcting the barcode analysis data on the display device, prompt the input of the corrected barcode analysis data, in the image classification means of the image management system, Classifying the image data by associating the barcode analysis data corrected by the analysis data inspection means with the image data as search index data And record it on a multi-image recording device as a multi-image file. An image management method is provided.
[0009]
Further, according to another aspect of the present invention, the computer includes a plurality of image recording areas, and micro index data for managing image information is recorded in at least one of the image recording areas in a readable manner. Means for acquiring image data by sequentially capturing film images of microfilm including a barcode; means for acquiring barcode analysis data by recognizing a barcode included in the image data; Means for obtaining the barcode analysis data The bar code analysis data analyzed in

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0012]
FIG. 1 is a diagram showing an overall configuration of an image management system according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, the image management system is roughly composed of a

In the
[0014]
In the image acquisition client system 2, an image registration terminal 21 and an image search terminal 22 are arranged connected to the network 4. An image scanner 210 for scanning a document image is connected to the image registration terminal 21. The image acquisition client system 2 implements a function of scanning a document image and converting it into image data, and an image search function.
[0015]
An image server 31 is connected to the network 4 in the image
[0016]
In this image management system, a document generated in large quantities is imaged by the image acquisition client system 2, and document information of microfilm stored for managing documents generated in a large amount in the past is converted by the
[0017]
FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating an example of a microfilm. As shown in FIG. 2, in the microfilm 112, for example, a film having a film width of 16 mm extends long in a direction (x-axis direction in FIG. 2) perpendicular to the film width direction (y-axis direction in FIG. 2). . The microfilm 112 includes an image recording area 202 and a guide area 203 that is an area other than the image recording area 202. The image recording area 202 is an area where visual image information such as a document recorded using a microfilm recording apparatus (not shown) is recorded. Two image recording areas 202 are provided at the same position in the film length direction, that is, at the same x-coordinate position in FIG.
[0018]
When an image relating to a plurality of documents is recorded on one microfilm 112, a bar code serving as index information is recorded in the image recording area 202 as, for example, the top image of the document. Therefore, the area surrounded by the broken line in FIG. 2 corresponds to the area where one document is recorded. The index information corresponds to a document identification number. That is, any one of data managed as a micro index file described later is recorded in this barcode. Thereby, since the barcode analysis data read by analyzing the barcode matches the document identification number, it is possible to ensure the identity between the index information and the document image recorded in the image recording area 202. it can. The scanning order of bar code analysis data read by a microfilm reader (not shown) matches the order in which microindex data is registered.
[0019]
In the guide area 203, a blip mark is formed at the x coordinate corresponding to the image recording area 202. The blip mark includes a large blip mark 204a and a small blip mark 204b. A series of frame numbers are attached to the large blip mark 204a and the small blip mark 204b so as to be readable (or observable) by a microfilm reader (not shown). Further, not only the frame number but also document identification information or document identification number may be recorded on the large blip mark 204a so as to be readable by a microfilm reader (not shown).
[0020]
Note that these frame numbers and document identification information need not be recorded in the lip marks 204a and 204b so as to be readable if they are associated with the reading order of the image recording area 202, that is, the number of frames. That is, when searching, the microfilm reader automatically counts the number of frames previously obtained as data (for example, the number of frames on the large blip is the 10th and the number of frames on the small blip is 3). Or, if the person in charge of the search counts, the image of the target document can be found.
[0021]
Furthermore, film identification information (for example, a film number) for identifying each microfilm from other microfilms is assigned to the microfilm.
[0022]
In order to search for documents using the microfilm, a microindex file for microfilm search is stored in advance in a computer recording device or the like.
[0023]
An example of the micro index file is shown in FIG.
[0024]
As shown in FIG. 3, in the micro index file, four data items including document identification information, document identification number, film number, and frame number are associated with each other, and micro index data is constituted by these. This micro-index data makes it possible to distinguish one document from another on the microfilm.
[0025]
Usually, in the search for microfilm, the person who needs the document (hereinafter referred to as the document requester) communicates the document identification information for searching the document to the person in charge of the document search using the microfilm (hereinafter referred to as the document searcher). Based on the micro-index file, the document identification number, the film number, and the frame number are read out from the recording apparatus storing the micro-index file and acquired as data on the micro-film for the document to be searched from the document identification information. . Then, the microfilm corresponding to the obtained film number is taken out from a warehouse or the like, and the document image in the image recording area corresponding to the target frame number is read by the microfilm reader. The person in charge of document retrieval transmits the obtained document image to the terminal of the document requester using e-mail or the like.
[0026]
In the example of FIG. 3, the case where the document identification information is composed of the data items of the organization number, the reference date, and the form ID is shown, but the present invention is not limited to this. In addition, an example is shown in which the document retrieval person searches for the document identification number based on the document identification information. However, the document retrieval person obtains the document identification number directly from the document requester and the document retrieval person A film number and a frame number may be specified. In this case, a data item called document identification information is unnecessary.

Therefore, by comparing the document identification number managed as a micro index file with the barcode analysis data, it is possible to determine whether the barcode analysis data is okay.

FIG. 9 is a diagram illustrating an example of an image file associated with barcode analysis data. As shown in FIG. 9, barcode analysis data is added in addition to the image-acquired file shown in FIG.
[0061]
This barcode analysis data is associated with the image data in which the barcode is recorded. In the example of FIG. 9, barcodes are recorded in each of
[0062]
Further, the barcode analysis data is added for each unit for identifying a document, and becomes one data for one document. Further, the barcode is recorded in the top area of the image recording area 202 where the document is recorded. Therefore, the barcode analysis data is stored in association with the first image file as a document recording unit. Since a plurality of documents are normally recorded on one film, if there is no reading omission or analysis omission, the same number of barcode analysis data as the number of documents can be obtained on each film.
[0063]
When this bar code analysis process is completed, the analysis data inspection unit 121b executes a digit loss inspection process (s6). FIG. 10 shows a detailed flow of the digit drop inspection process. In the digit drop inspection process, for example, a predetermined number of barcode digits (reference digit number) recorded in a recording device (not shown) is compared with the number of digits of barcode analysis data (s61). For example, in the example shown in FIG. 9, it can be seen that the number of digits of the bar code is normally 6 digits, but this reference digit number “6” is recorded in the recording device in advance. As the reference number of digits, as shown in FIG. 9, the number of digits of the barcode analysis data read in plural may be calculated, and the largest number of digits may be automatically set as the reference number of digits.
[0064]
The analysis data inspection unit 121b compares the reference number of digits with the number of digits of each barcode analysis data, and determines whether or not they match. If they match, there is no digit loss, so it is determined that there is no digit loss (s62). If they do not match, it is determined that a digit loss has occurred (s63). If it is determined that a digit loss has occurred, it indicates that a digit loss has occurred, and a data correction screen for correcting the digit loss barcode analysis data is displayed on the
[0065]
With reference to this data correction screen, the operator inputs correction data for the digit loss (s65). When the data correction is completed, it is determined whether or not all the bar code analysis data have been subjected to the digit loss inspection (s66). If not completed, the process proceeds to (s67), the next barcode analysis data is acquired, and the processes shown in (s61) to (s66) are repeatedly executed. If completed, the image file associated with the modified barcode analysis data is stored in the image file recording device 126 (s68), and the process is terminated. FIG. 12 shows an example of an image file that has been corrected for digit loss. The data items are the same as in FIG. As shown in FIG. 12, the digit loss of the barcode analysis data associated with the
[0066]
When this digit correction process is completed, the analysis data inspection unit 121b executes a barcode recognition omission determination process (s7).
[0067]
A detailed flow of the barcode recognition omission determination process is shown in FIG.
[0068]
In the barcode recognition omission determination, first, an image file (image file corresponding to FIG. 12) that has undergone the digit removal process is read from the image
[0069]
Next, the bar code analysis data after the digit loss correction included in the read image file and the document identification number that matches the bar code analysis data are extracted from the micro index file (s72). This extraction may be executed using, for example, a film number as a key.
[0070]
Next, the next barcode analysis data of the extracted barcode analysis data is compared with the next document identification number (s73). As a result of the comparison and collation, if both data match, it is determined that there is no analysis omission data (s74). Then, it is determined whether or not collation has been completed for all the document identification numbers (s75). If not completed, the process proceeds to (s76), and the next barcode analysis data and the next document identification number are extracted. Then, the same comparison / collation process is repeatedly executed. If the barcode analysis data does not match the document identification number, it is determined that there is analysis failure data (s77), and an analysis failure barcode data input screen is displayed on the display device 122 (s78). Prompt the input of data that could not be read. When data is input by the operator (s78a), the input data is compared and collated with the document identification number determined to be inconsistent in (s73) (s79). If the two match, the process proceeds to (s74). If not, the process proceeds to (s77), and the same processing as described above is repeated.
[0071]
When collation is completed for all document identification numbers, the image data associated with the barcode analysis data corrected by the barcode recognition omission determination is stored as an image file in the image file recording device 126 (s80), and the processing is terminated. To do.
[0072]
A more detailed process in the case where the bar code analysis data and the document identification number do not match due to comparison and collation will be described.
[0073]
Specifically, a first recognition failure determination process in the case where one or more recognition failure barcodes are present between two barcodes, a recognition failure barcode before a barcode There is a second recognition failure determination process in a case where there is a recognition failure barcode after a certain barcode.
[0074]
First, the first recognition failure determination process will be described.
[0075]
For example, as shown in FIG. 14, the barcode analysis data associated with the
[0076]

[0079]
Accordingly, the process proceeds to (s78), where a data input screen is displayed, and the operator is requested to input a bar code that is not recognized. On this input screen, images of image data 2 to image data 900 are displayed. The operator finds the image in which the barcode is recorded from the displayed image data 2 in the image data 900, and inputs the number attached to the barcode included in the displayed image to the input device of the
[0080]
Next, the second recognition failure determination process when there is a recognition failure barcode before a certain barcode will be described. In this second recognition omission determination process, a process deviating from the flow shown in FIG. 13 is executed.
[0081]
For example, as shown in FIG. 15, it is assumed that the barcode analysis data associated with the image data 301 is 001112 and the document identification numbers are given in the order of 001111, 001112,. A blank in the data item of the bar code analysis data indicates that the bar code analysis data is image data that has not been read. It is assumed that

Therefore, as in (s78) of FIG. 13, the data input screen is displayed, and the operator is requested to input a bar code that is not recognized. On this input screen, images up to the image data 300 are displayed. The operator finds an image in which the barcode is recorded from the images up to the image data 300, and inputs the number attached to the barcode included in the image using the
[0085]
Next, a third recognition failure determination process when there is a recognition failure barcode after a certain barcode will be described. In this third recognition omission determination process, a process deviating from the flow shown in FIG. 13 is executed.
[0086]
For example, as shown in FIG. 16, it is assumed that the barcode analysis data associated with the image data 501 is 00113, and the document identification numbers are given in the order of... 001113, 001114,. Up to the comparison and collation (s101) between the barcode analysis data 00113 and the document identification number 00113 is executed as shown in the first recognition omission determination process, and even if the next barcode analysis data is extracted, the next analysis data is obtained. Does not exist, but the next
[0087]
Therefore, as in (s78) of FIG. 13, the data input screen is displayed, and the operator is requested to input a bar code that is not recognized. On this input screen, images after image data 502 are displayed.
[0088]
The operator finds an image in which the barcode is recorded from the images after the image data 502 and inputs the numbers included in the image using the

In the case where a barcode is recorded in the last recording area along the scanning order of a plurality of image recording areas where an image of a document is recorded on the microfilm, the barcode analysis data is associated with the barcode. From the next image data of the obtained image data to the image data associated with the next barcode analysis data may be a single multi-image file. In this case, for example, in the example of FIG. 18, the image data 2 to the image data 301 are one multi-image file.

Note that the search auxiliary information registration process (s11) may be omitted. Alternatively, instead of the registration process (s11), a micro index file is received from another terminal or the like, and document identification information included in the micro index file is associated with the barcode analysis data to assist the search. It may be registered as information. In addition, as this search assistance information, other insurance product information related to the acquired image is registered, and this insurance product information and registration destination specifying information such as a folder name to be registered in the image server 31 are registered. [0100]
When executing the image search, the operator activates the image search program using the image search terminal 22. This image search program is realized by a commonly used WWW browser or the like. Of course, it may be realized by a program dedicated to image search. An example of the execution screen by the image search program is shown in FIGS. 19 (a), 19 (b) and 20 (a), 20 (b).
[0101]
When the image search program is started, an access request is issued from the image search terminal 22 to the image server 31. In response to this access request, the image server 31 transmits an image registration screen file to the image search terminal 22. The image search terminal 22 displays the received image registration screen. The image registration screen shown in FIG. 19A is displayed by the image search program. When a user name and a password name are entered on this image registration screen and logged in, a menu screen shown in FIG. 19B is displayed. When “data capture” is selected on this menu screen, it is possible to perform image capture by the document scanner using the image scanner 210.
[0102]
When “search” is selected on the menu screen, an image search request is issued from the image search terminal 22 to the image server 31. In response to this image search request, the image server 31 transmits a search processing screen file to the image search terminal 22. The image search terminal 22 displays the received search processing screen. FIG. 20A shows an example of a search processing screen. The index data is transmitted from the image server 31 to the image search terminal 22 based on the image search request from the image search terminal 22 and displayed on the search processing screen.
[0103]
On this search processing screen, it is possible to search both documents registered by the image scanner 210 and documents registered by using the high-speed scanner 110 from the microfilm. On this screen, the operator inputs “group number”, “new contract / change”, “form name”, “large item”, “medium item”, “small item”, and the like. These input items correspond to data registered in the index
[0104]
When index data is input or selected at the image search terminal 22, the index data is transmitted to the image server 31. The image server 31 extracts a multi-image file associated with the received index data and transmits it to the image search terminal 22. The image search terminal 22 displays the received multi-image file.
[0105]
An example of the extraction result screen on which the multi-image file is displayed is shown in FIG.
[0106]
As described above, according to the present embodiment, since the document image is captured from the microfilm and managed as a multi-image, it is not necessary to perform a search for the microfilm, and the document recorded as the microfilm is not necessary. Search can be done efficiently. Specifically, the search time that took several hours to several days from search to extraction can be performed in a few seconds or less. As a result, the waiting time until the required document information is obtained by the search can be greatly reduced, and the office efficiency can be improved and the customer service can be improved by avoiding the office stay.
[0107]
Also, by storing the multi-image file in the DVD autochanger, it is possible to store a document image having a data capacity of tera units. As a result, it is possible to reduce the cost of increasing floor space for the space for spot management.
[0108]
Further, it is possible to easily search by the same search method without distinguishing both the document image read by the microfilm and the document image obtained by reading the normal document by the scanner.

In addition, the analysis data can be checked by applying a determination process other than the digit loss determination and the recognition missing data presence / absence determination. For example, it is possible to include a recognition error determination process that cannot be inspected by the digit loss determination and the recognition missing data presence determination.
[0114]
When executing the recognition error determination process, the barcode analysis data is compared with the document identification number. If there is a mismatch, the barcode analysis data scanned before or after the mismatched barcode analysis data and the mismatch The document identification number registered before or after the changed document identification number is displayed, and the operator is requested to input an error correction. Then, the data corrected by the operator is associated with the image data including the barcode analysis data. As a result, it is possible to correct a barcode recognition error that cannot be inspected by the digit loss determination process or the recognition missing data presence / absence determination.
