【産業上の利用分野】
本発明は、平板瓦の白地を効率的に焼成する様にした瓦焼成システムにおいて、焼成台車における白地又は焼成品を傾斜支持する棚板に対し、白地又は焼成品を傾斜状態のまま積み込んだり、降ろす様にした平板瓦の焼成システムにおける白地又は焼成品の積込・降ろし方法及び積込・降ろし装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、平板瓦の白地eの焼成台車aとしては、図12に示す様に、縦横方向に整列配設する、白地eより面積が小さい多数の載置板bを基台車cより立設した支持ピンdによって水平に支持して、焼成効率及び焼成炉の燃費を向上させたものが見受けられるが、かかる焼成台車aにあっては、載置板b上に白地eを倒伏載置した状態において、白地e相互が干渉しない様に、縦横方向に所定間隔fを設けねばならず、このため一台の焼成台車aによる白地eの積載枚数が制限されるため、生産効率が悪くなる欠点を有していた。

そこで、図13に示す様に焼成台車aの載置板bを同方向に傾斜させて、白地eを傾斜状に倒伏載置する様にして、積載枚数を増やすと共に焼成効率を向上させる様したものも見受けられるが、かかる焼成台車aへの白地eの積込作業は、平伏状態の白地eを載置板bと同角度に傾けた後に載置板b上へ直上から積み込む様にした装置があるも、前方の載置板bの上端側とその後方の載置板bの下端側をオーバーラップさせた焼成台車aにあっては、載置板bが邪魔に成って焼成台車aへ積み込めなかった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、載置板を同方向に傾斜させて、白地を傾斜状に倒伏載置する様にした焼成台車における棚板への白地の積込み及び棚板からの焼成品の降ろしを機械化して自動的に行う様にした平板瓦の焼成システムにおける白地又は焼成品の積込・降ろし方法及び積込・降ろし装置を提供せんとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、上記従来技術に基づく、多数の載置板を同方向に傾斜させて、白地を傾斜状に倒伏載置することにより、焼成効率及び焼成炉の燃費を良好と成すと共に、白地の積載枚数を増加させた焼成台車への白地の積込作業、及び焼成後の焼成品の降ろし作業が困難な課題に鑑み、焼成台車の幅方向に往復移動自在な台車下方に、白地搬入ライン又は焼成台車から降ろされた棚板に傾斜支持された複数枚の白地又は焼成品を一度に挟持する一対の挟持板を、白地又は焼成品の傾斜方向に昇降自在に配設し、挟持板により挟持した平板瓦を移送して白地又は焼成品の傾斜方向へ下降させることによって、空の棚板又は焼成品搬出ラインに白地又は焼成品を自動的に積み込む様にして、上記課題を解決せんとしたものである。

以下本発明の一実施例を図面に基づいて説明すると、
1は平板瓦の白地Wを焼成して焼成品Waにする様にした焼成システムであり、該焼成システム1は、図1〜7に示す様に、平板瓦の白地Wを連続的に焼成処理するトンネル窯2と、該トンネル窯2に並設した、焼成台車3を走行移動させる移動ライン4と、該移動ライン4とトンネル窯2間に配設した焼成台車3を移動させるトラバーサー5、5aにより構成され、移動ライン4の終端側を白地Wの予熱窯6と成している。
