Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a building structure of a building, and more particularly to a building structure of a building that is extremely lightweight and excellent in durability and that can be set relatively freely.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The building frame structure is an extremely important point in constructing a safe and reliable high-performance building, and various structures are known today. Typical examples include wooden structures, steel structures, and reinforced concrete structures (RC structures).
[0003]
For wooden construction, there are the traditional Japanese construction method that supports the building load with pillars and beams (conventional construction method) and the 2 × 4 (two-by-four) construction method that supports the building load with bearing walls and floors. is there. Wooden construction is easy to process because it uses wood as its main material, and provides a building that is comfortable to live in terms of the climate of Japan.
[0004]
There are two types of steel structures: light steel structures and heavy steel structures. Lightweight steel structures use light-weight steel as the main structural material, and are used in small buildings such as prefabricated houses. The lightweight steel structure has the advantages that the structure is relatively light and therefore has a low burden on the base part, and that the members can be easily transported, processed and assembled. On the other hand, the heavy steel frame system employs a rigid frame structure in which columns and beams are mainly formed of H-shaped steel or I-shaped steel, and is also employed in relatively high-rise buildings. The ramen structure has a feature that an opening can be secured wider than an “wall” -based structure, and an open space can be formed. In addition, steel as a material has the advantages of being strong in tensile force and compressive force and having uniform quality.
[0005]
The RC structure is a structure in which reinforcing bars that are strong in tensile force and concrete that is strong in compressive force are combined. There are a ramen structure supported by columns and beams as described above and a wall structure supported by walls and floors. RC construction is excellent in earthquake resistance and fire resistance, and it can be said that it has a relatively high reliability because it has little deterioration in strength due to corrosion.
[0006]
In addition to such a conventional frame structure, in recent years, a so-called “steel house” in which a wooden two-by-four frame material is replaced with steel has appeared and attracted attention. Steelhouses are particularly interested in the United States because they are resistant to earthquakes and white ants, and are also concerned with the destruction of the natural environment by deforestation. The interior and exterior of the steel house can be the same as the conventional wooden two-by-four house.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, among the above-mentioned skeleton structures, in the case of wooden structures, the material wood is a natural material, so there are restrictions on the shape and dimensions, and it is prone to decay and insect damage, and it has the disadvantage of being inferior in fire resistance. . In addition, in the light steel structure of steel structures, the material thickness is thin with respect to the load of the entire building, so the strength against buckling and torsion is small, so a reinforcing material is provided to prevent local deformation And may be constrained by the floor plan. On the other hand, in the heavy steel structure, there is a case where the floor plan is restricted because a so-called “column shape” in which columns and beams protrude into the living space appears. Furthermore, the RC structure has the disadvantages that the overall weight is heavy and the unit price of the basis weight is high. In addition, the steel house basically has the same structure as a wooden two-by-four, and therefore requires a wall to support the structure. As described above, an opening can be provided at the desired location. There may not be.
[0008]
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of such problems, and an object thereof is to provide a building structure of a building that is extremely lightweight, inexpensive, and excellent in durability by using a minimum number of housing materials.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a building structure for a building that is easy to assemble on site and can be set up relatively freely.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the building frame structure according to the present invention, the ceiling portion is configured by the metal frame body provided with the truss structure, and the vertical loads applied to the gravity direction are arranged on the frame body. Since it is configured to be supported by members and supported by at least two panel-shaped reinforcing materials arranged at arbitrary positions so that horizontal loads applied in the horizontal direction are orthogonal to each other, the minimum housing material Therefore, it is possible to provide a building structure of a building that is extremely lightweight, inexpensive, and excellent in durability. Moreover, according to the building frame structure according to the present invention, the frame and the reinforcing material are unitized by factory production, so that there is an effect that assembly is easy without requiring processing at a building site. .
[0029]
Further, according to the building structure of a building according to the present invention, it is very lightweight, so that a column member with a thin column can be used, a column shape does not appear in the living space, and the space can be used effectively, and the column member In addition, since the housing structure is constituted by at least two panel-shaped reinforcing members, there is an effect that the opening and the layout can be set relatively freely.
