Description

【0001】

【0009】
Figure 0003712868
【0010】
【0018】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an aerosol composition, in particular, while containing water in the stock solution, it is excellent in storage stability and redispersibility, has a uniform mist at the time of spraying, and is applied to the skin and hair when used. It relates to an excellent aerosol composition.
[0002]
[Prior art and problems to be solved by the invention]
Conventionally, an aerosol composition containing water in a stock solution is a state in which the stock solution is solubilized using a large amount of dimethyl ether as a propellant, or the stock solution and propellant are separated in a pressure vessel using liquefied petroleum gas as a propellant. In use, it is shaken at the time of use to disperse the propellant. If the stock solution is solubilized using a large amount of dimethyl ether as a propellant, the container, valve, etc. may corrode during long-term storage. In addition, when liquefied petroleum gas is used as a propellant, the raw solution and the propellant are shaken during use in a state of being separated in a pressure vessel, and the propellant is dispersed and used, the above-mentioned corrosion problem does not occur. Since it is difficult to disperse uniformly, there is a problem that the uniformity of fog at the time of injection is poor.
[0003]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide an aerosol composition that is excellent in redispersibility of a propellant without causing corrosion of a container or a valve, has a uniform mist at the time of injection, and is excellent in use feeling when applied to skin and hair. Is to provide.
[0004]
The above-mentioned object is that 0.5 to 40% by weight of cyclic silicone 4 to 6-mer , sorbitan monoisostearate and / or diglyceryl monoisostearate is 0.1 to 3% by weight, and the following general formula:
[Chemical formula 2]

[0006]
(Wherein m is 300 to 500, n is 1 to 7, a is 20 to 30, and b is an integer of 20 to 30). This is achieved by an aerosol composition characterized in that a water-in-oil emulsion composition containing 30 to 70% by weight of water is used as a stock solution, and the weight ratio of the stock solution and the propellant is 90:10 to 3:97.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail.
[0008]
The cyclic silicone tetramer to hexamer used in the present invention is represented by the following general formula.
[0009]
[Chemical 3]
Figure 0003712868
[0010]
(Wherein p is an integer of 4 to 6)
Light liquid isoparaffin and liquid isoparaffin used in the present invention are hydrocarbons having side chains obtained by copolymerization of isobutene and n-butene and then hydrogenation, and the degree of polymerization thereof is 4 to 10. Of these, one or a combination of two or more are used. And the content is 0.5 to 40 wt%, preferably 3 to 30 wt%, with the stock solution being 100 wt% (hereinafter abbreviated as wt%). That is, if it is less than 0.5 wt%, the redispersibility is deteriorated. On the other hand, if it exceeds 40 wt%, the spread becomes worse and the feeling of use is impaired.
[0011]
The content of sorbitan monoisostearate and / or diglyceryl monoisostearate used in the present invention is 0.1 to 3 wt%, preferably 0.5 to 1.5 wt%. That is, when the amount is less than 0.1 wt%, the dispersibility of the propellant is deteriorated.
[0012]
Further, the polyether-modified silicone used in the present invention is one represented by the above general formula 2, which may be a random copolymer or a block copolymer, and its content is 0.1 to 3 wt%. Preferably it is 0.3-1.5 wt%. If this is less than 0.1 wt%, the dispersibility of the propellant is inferior. On the other hand, if it exceeds 3 wt%, the spread becomes worse and the usability is impaired.
[0013]
As water used in the present invention, purified water or the like is used, and its content is 30 to 70 wt%. If it is less than 30 wt%, the feeling of use is impaired, and if it exceeds 70 wt%, the dispersibility of the propellant is deteriorated.
[0014]
Examples of the propellant used in the present invention include Freon gases such as Freon 11, Freon 12, Freon 21, Freon 113, Freon 114, and Freon 134a, and hydrocarbon gases (LPG) such as propane, isobutane, normal butane, isopentane, and neopentane. ) And liquefied gas such as dimethyl ether. Among these, hydrocarbon gas is preferable in consideration of the influence on the environment. These gases can be mixed and adjusted to a desired pressure. Carbon dioxide gas or nitrogen gas may be used, but since it is inferior in jetting power alone, it is preferable to use it in addition to the above-mentioned Freon gas or hydrocarbon gas. As described above, when dimethyl ether is used in a large amount, it causes a problem of corrosion of the container.
[0015]
The content of the propellant is 10 to 97 wt%, preferably 25 to 95 wt%, with respect to the aerosol composition. If it is less than 10 wt%, it will be difficult to form a good mist at the time of injection, and if it exceeds 97 wt%, the mist will become too strong.
[0016]
Examples of water-insoluble and oil-insoluble powders used in the present invention include silicic acid, anhydrous silicic acid, diatomaceous earth, talc, sericite, mica, kaolin, montmorillonite, clay, bentonite, vermiculite, titanium oxide film mica (titanium mica). , Bismuth oxychloride, boron nitride, zirconium oxide, magnesium oxide, zinc oxide, titanium oxide, low order titanium oxide, metal tungstate, zeolite, ceramic powder, aluminum oxide, calcium sulfate, barium sulfate, calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, Bengala, black iron oxide, yellow iron oxide, ultramarine, bitumen, chromium oxide, chromium hydroxide, calamine, carbon black, nylon 6, nylon 12, nylon 66, polyethylene, polypropylene, benzoguanamine powder, polytetrafluoroethylene, poly Styrene, polyethylene terephthalate, polycarbonate, polymethyl methacrylate, starch, starch derivatives, silicone powder and complexes thereof. By including these powders, the feeling of use (no stickiness) can be further improved. The content of the powder is 0.1 to 20 wt% in the stock solution, preferably 0.5 to 10 wt%. If it is less than 0.1 wt%, improvement in feeling of use is not felt, and if it exceeds 20 wt%, the dispersibility deteriorates. The particle size of the powder is preferably from 0.01 to 30 μm, and if it is less than 0.01 μm, a feeling of squeak is generated, so that the feeling of use may be impaired.
[0017]
In addition to the above essential components, the aerosol composition of the present invention may contain oily components, moisturizers, emulsifiers, fragrances, ultraviolet absorbers, preservatives, plant extracts and the like as necessary.
[0018]
