Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a clutch on / off device, and more particularly to a clutch on / off device capable of automating a clutch of a vehicle.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The present applicant has previously engaged in a clutch engagement / disengagement means having manual engagement / disengagement means for manually engaging / disengaging the clutch by operating the clutch pedal, and automatic engagement / disengagement means for performing automatic engagement / disengagement of the clutch by controlling the supply / discharge of air pressure to the booster Various devices (so-called semi-auto clutch systems) have been proposed. As these features, the supply and discharge control of air pressure to the master cylinder is performed in synchronization with the automatic engagement / disengagement of the clutch, and the master cylinder is driven with air pressure, thereby generating negative pressure in the hydraulic passage during automatic engagement / disconnection. It is in the point to prevent.
[0003]
Among these, in the one proposed in Japanese Patent Application No. 7-337023, the exhaust from the booster and the exhaust from the master cylinder are merged when the clutch is automatically connected and the exhaust speed is synchronized, Prevents negative pressure due to early return. Also, by providing a check valve in the exhaust passage from the master cylinder, the pressure on the master cylinder side is always kept higher than the pressure on the booster side, thereby ensuring the prevention of negative pressure.
[0004]
In addition, two solenoid valves are used for pneumatic supply and discharge control, and these solenoid valves are switched by an appropriate ON / OFF combination, so that two types of exhaust speeds can be selected and two types of clutch connection speeds can be selected. ing. Thus, when the clutch is automatically connected, the connection speed is increased (rapid connection) from the clutch disengagement position to the half-clutch position, and the connection speed is slowed (slow connection) at the half-clutch position, and again after the clutch is completely connected. Control close to actual manual connection, such as increasing the connection speed (rapid connection), is possible.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in other words, there is a problem that the clutch connection shock cannot be completely eliminated because the degree of freedom of control is low because only one type can be selected for the slow joint speed.
[0006]
That is, in order to eliminate the clutch connection shock, there are a method of synchronously controlling the engine speed in accordance with the clutch connection state, and a method of slowing the loose linkage speed and extending the half-clutch state.
[0007]
However, the former method requires a lot of time and effort to tune the engine speed control, and the latter method causes excessive slippage of the clutch, particularly during sudden acceleration or climbing, and causes clutch wear. There are drawbacks to promote.
[0008]
Conventionally, the point at which the clutch connection shock disappears was tuned pinpointed while trying these methods. However, in driving modes that are susceptible to shock, such as low-speed driving, the former method requires the engine speed to be adjusted fairly accurately, and if it is set too accurately, the feeling of deceleration during downshifting is lost. In addition, it was difficult to achieve a connection that fits the driver's feeling with only one kind of loose joint speed while eliminating the clutch connection shock in all driving modes.
[0009]
Also, if pinpoint tuning is performed too much, it will not be able to cope with mechanical changes over time such as wear and sag of the clutch, and this will change the transmission characteristics of engine power and the engine blow-up / rotation drop characteristics, The initial suitable performance and operation feeling are lost. As described above, the conventional apparatus has a small control error tolerance range and requires a very narrow range even though strict tuning is required.
[0010]
In order to solve this problem, it is conceivable to increase the number of solenoid valves and increase the types of loose joint speeds. However, as the number of solenoid valves increases, the number of output ports increases in an electronic control device such as an ECU, which increases the cost and causes failure modes and failure points. It is also possible to use a proportional control valve as the solenoid valve and adjust the exhaust speed of the booster, that is, the clutch connection speed in a stepless manner in accordance with the travel mode, but this is also because the proportional control valve itself is expensive. It leads to cost increase.
[0011]
On the other hand, in a device that performs pneumatic supply / exhaust control to the master cylinder in synchronization with automatic clutch engagement / disconnection, the hydraulic passage must be operated unless the master cylinder is reliably driven prior to supplying pneumatic pressure to the booster. There is a possibility that negative pressure is generated inside.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has a manual on / off means for performing manual on / off of the clutch by operating the clutch pedal, and an automatic on / off means for executing automatic on / off of the clutch by controlling supply / discharge of air pressure to the booster. In the clutch disengagement device that performs air pressure supply / discharge control on the master cylinder in synchronization with the discontinuity, the first and second three-way solenoid valves are respectively arranged upstream of the first air pressure supply path leading to the booster. And a third pneumatic supply path that reaches the master cylinder is connected to a position between the first and second three-way solenoid valves in the first pneumatic pressure supply path, A third three-way solenoid valve is provided in the air pressure supply path, and when the clutch is automatically disconnected, the first and third three-way solenoid valves are switched to the supply side, and then the second three-way solenoid valve is supplied with a predetermined time difference. Controller to switch to the side In which the provided.
[0013]
The present invention also includes manual on / off means for executing manual on / off of the clutch by operating the clutch pedal, and automatic on / off means for executing automatic on / off of the clutch by controlling supply / discharge of air pressure to the booster. In the clutch on / off device that performs pneumatic pressure supply / discharge control on the master cylinder in synchronization with the automatic on / off control, the first and second three-way solenoid valves are respectively provided in the first air pressure supply path leading to the booster. Provided in series on the upstream side and the downstream side, a first pneumatic discharge path is connected to a position between the first and second three-way solenoid valves of the first pneumatic supply path, and the second three-way electromagnetic A second pneumatic discharge path is connected to the discharge side of the valve, and an end of the first pneumatic discharge path is connected to the middle of the second pneumatic discharge path, and the first pneumatic discharge path The first throttle and the check valve are provided in series, and the second The pressure discharge passage is provided with a second throttle on the downstream side of the connecting portion of the first pneumatic discharge passage, and between the first and second three-way solenoid valves of the first pneumatic supply passage. Is connected to the third pneumatic pressure supply path leading to the master cylinder, and a third three-way solenoid valve is provided in the third pneumatic pressure supply path, and the first and third three-way electromagnetic valves are provided when the clutch is automatically separated. A controller is provided for switching the valve to the supply side, and thereafter switching the second three-way solenoid valve to the supply side with a predetermined time difference.
