Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a folding door fitting for movably and rotatably attaching an end of a folding door to a frame.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The folding door device is folded when the door is opened, and is often used as, for example, a closet door or a room partition door.
This folding door device has an inset type and an outset type. Among these, the inset type is a type in which the folding door 1 is housed in a frame 2 as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 19, the set type is a type in which the folding door 11 is attached to the outer front side (lower side in the figure) of the frame 12.
[0003]
FIG. 20 shows the metal fitting 13 conventionally used for the outset type folding door device. The metal fitting 13 is for attaching the left and right and upper and lower end portions 11a of the folding door 11 to the frame 12 so as to be movable and turnable. The metal fitting 13 is respectively separated from the door-side metal fitting 14 and a separate frame side. It comprises a metal fitting 15 and a connecting mechanism 16 that connects these metal fittings 14 and 15 so as to be rotatable.
The folding door 11 is formed by connecting two door plates 11b with a plurality of hinges 11c so that they can be folded and unfolded.
[0004]
As shown in detail in FIG. 21, the door-side metal fitting 14 of the metal fitting 13 has a cylindrical portion 18 inserted into a hole 17 formed on the back side of the end portion 11a of the folding door 11, and the flange portion 19 is folded at the upper and lower portions. 11 is attached to the end portion 11a by a screw 20.
On the other hand, the frame-side metal fitting 15 has a suspension wheel 21 (see FIG. 20) whose horizontal axis rotates with respect to the upper side portion (the duck portion) of the frame 12, while the lower side portion (the sill portion) of the frame 12 Has a roller 22 that rotates in the vertical axis, and a suspension wheel 21 is slidably accommodated in a rail 23 provided on the upper side of the frame 12, and the roller 22 is provided on the lower side of the frame 12. The rail 24 is also stored so as to be able to roll.
[0005]
Then, as shown in FIG. 22, the connecting mechanism 16 connects the base end portions of the two connecting plates 26 and 27 to the base 25 so as to be rotatable by the shaft pins 28 and 29, and these two connecting plates. 26 and 27 are pivotally connected to the peripheral side portion of the cylindrical portion 18 of the door-side metal fitting 14 by shaft pins 30 and 31, and the base 25 further has a notch groove 32. As shown in FIG. 21, the groove 32 is fitted to a screw 33 temporarily screwed into the frame side metal fitting 15, and the screw 33 is tightened at an optimal slide adjustment position so that the groove 32 can be attached to the frame side metal fitting 15. It has become.
[0006]
Here, in actual mounting, the door side metal fitting 14 is attached and placed on the end 11a of the folding door 11, while the rails 23 and 24 accommodate the roller 22 of the frame side metal fitting 15 and the suspension wheel 21. The door side metal fitting 14 is attached to the frame side metal fitting 15 with the notch groove 32 and the screw 33, respectively (see FIG. 23).
[0007]
When the folding door 11 is pulled to the front with a handle 11d (see FIG. 19) provided on the front surface near the connecting portion of the hinge 11c after the attachment, the frame side metal 15 is moved by the suspension wheel 21 and the roller 22. The door 11 is moved along the rails 23, 24, and at the same time, the door 11 is turned from the base 25 by the connecting mechanism 16 and eventually from the frame 15 to turn the folding door 11. It is designed to fold.
[0008]
In the case of the above-described configuration, the folding door 11 is formed between the hole 17 and the end face of the folding door 11 because of the need for strength when forming the hole 17 into which the cylindrical portion 18 of the metal fitting 13 is inserted. A margin of dimension L shown in FIG. For this reason, the door side metal fitting 14 of the metal fitting 13 is attached to be separated from the end face of the folding door 11 by a dimension L. With this state, when the folding door 11 is opened, the end face portion 11e of the folding door 11 is on the frame 12 side. To the frame 12 and the folding door 11 cannot be opened.
[0009]
Therefore, the door-side metal fitting 14 of the metal fitting 13 is connected to the frame-side metal fitting 15 by the connecting mechanism 16, and the connecting mechanism 16 attaches the base end portions of the two connecting plates 26 and 27 to the base body 25 described above. With the structure which connected so that it could rotate by the shaft pins 28 and 29, and connected the front-end | tip part of this connection board 26 and 27 to the side part of the cylinder part 18 of the door side metal fitting 14 by the shaft pins 30 and 31. When the folding door 11 is opened, as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 22, the door-side metal fitting 14 is not simply rotated, but is also pushed forward (left side in FIG. 22). The folding door 11 can be fully opened by avoiding the collision of the frame 11e with the frame 11e.
[0010]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above-mentioned conventional one, the suspension wheel 21 is provided at the upper part of the folding door 11 and the roller 22 is provided at the lower part. Among these, the suspension wheel 21 rolls with the folding door 11 suspended from the rail 23, and therefore receives the weight of the folding door 11. On the other hand, the roller 22 only rolls the rail 24 as the suspension wheel 21 rolls, and functions only as a guided member used for moving guidance of the folding door 11. In this relation, the roller 22 rolls in the rail 24 away from the bottom surface (floating in the air).
[0011]
In this case, the weight of the folding door 11 hung on the rail 23 by the suspension vehicle 21 is applied to the upper side portion (portion portion) of the frame 12, and this portion is lowered, so the rail 23 bends downward. The movement of the suspension vehicle 21 along the rail 23 deteriorated, and the folding door 11 could not be opened and closed smoothly.
[0012]
As for the attachment of the folding door 11 to the frame 12, as described above, the suspension wheel 21 and the roller 22 of the frame side metal fitting 15 are stored in advance in the rails 23 and 24, and the folding door 11 is attached to the end 11 a of the folding door 11. The door side metal fitting 14 is attached and placed in advance, and then the door side metal fitting 14 is attached to the frame side metal fitting 15, and one or more of the workers float the folding door 11 and others. It is necessary for the worker to attach the door-side metal fitting 14 to the frame-side metal fitting 15, and the work is difficult.
[0014]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and therefore the object thereof can be smoothly opened and closed. Provide folding door brackets Easy installation of the folding door to the frame When Both provide folding door brackets that are effective in maintaining stable state. Offer There is.
[0015]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the folding door fitting of the present invention is for attaching the end portion of the folding door to the frame so as to be movable and rotatable, and firstly, the door side fitting attached to the folding door. And a frame-side metal fitting rotatably connected to the door-side metal fitting, and the frame-side metal fitting is on the rail portion provided on the lower side of the frame with respect to the lower side of the frame. While receiving the load of the folding door It has a door roller that rolls, and for the upper side of the frame, it has a guided member that is movably fitted to the lower surface fully open rail provided on the upper side of the frame, The guided member or the rail on the upper side of the frame is attached in the fitted state, and the guided member is fitted with the rail while allowing the guided member to move along the rail. A holding means for holding in a combined state is provided (invention of claim 1).
[0016]
According to this, the folding door is opened and closed not by a conventional hanging type but by a lifting type from below by a door cart. For this reason, since the weight of the folding door is not applied to the upper side portion of the frame and the upper side portion of the frame is not lowered, the folding door can be opened and closed smoothly.
[0017]
In addition, with regard to the installation of the folding door to the frame, the folding door fitting with the door carriage is attached to the lower portion of the folding door, the folding door fitting with the guided member attached to the upper portion of the folding door, and the guided member in this state is attached. It is possible to assemble to the rail part on the upper side of the frame and assemble the door wheel to the rail part on the lower side of the frame.
The rail part on the upper side of the frame is fully open on the lower surface, and the guided member fitted thereto is detached from the rail part by moving along the rail part when the folding door is folded or close to it. Although there is a concern that it can be held, it can be held in the fitted state by the holding means, and detachment can be prevented.
[0022]

[0027]
Further, a holding plate 61 shown in FIG. 3 is attached to the guided member 56. The holding plate 61 is made of plastic or metal and has a rectangular shape. A long groove 62 is formed on the front side (left side in the figure) on the left and right sides, and two vertically long parts are formed on the lower part. A long hole 63 is formed. With this configuration, the holding plate 61 is directed to the rear surface (right side in the drawing) of the guided member 56, and then, two screws 64 are passed through the elongated holes 63 from the rear (right side in the drawing). The holding plate 61 is attached to the rear surface of the guided member 56 by being screwed into the screw hole 59 of the guided member 56 and tightening.
[0028]
On the other hand, the door side metal fitting 49 of the lower folding door metal fitting 45 is formed by bending a metal plate into an L shape as shown in FIG. 4, and is a corner of the horizontal plate portion 49a which is a connecting portion. A screw hole 65 is formed as a connecting hole in the part. A plurality of mounting holes 66 are formed in the vertical plate portion 49 b that is the mounting portion of the door side metal fitting 49.
[0029]
On the other hand, the frame side metal fitting 50 bends the metal plate in an L shape, further bends the upper part in an inverted L shape, and also bends the tip in an inverted L shape. In addition, wall portions 50e are provided on one surface portion perpendicular to these bent portions, and connection holes 67 are formed at the corners of the lower horizontal plate portion 50a, which is a connection portion. Further, holes 68 and 69 are formed at the corners of the front and rear vertical plate portions 50b and 50c, which are the attachment portions of the frame side metal fitting 50.
[0030]
Furthermore, upper and lower support pieces 70 and 71 are formed in the vertical plate portion 50b of the frame side metal fitting 50 by, for example, cutting and raising to the vertical plate portion 50c side. The roller 72 is rotatably supported by a longitudinal axis 73.
[0031]
In addition, the upper horizontal plate portion 50d of the frame-side metal fitting 50 is formed with a screw hole 74 at the end opposite to the holes 68 and 69, and a screw 75 is screwed into the screw hole 74 from above to move downward. Further, a long hole 76 is formed in the wall part 50e on the screw hole 74 side so as to be long in the front-rear direction.
The connecting member 51 is formed of a stepped screw, and the lower horizontal plate portion 50a of the frame side metal fitting 50 is overlapped under the horizontal plate portion 49a of the door side metal fitting 49, and then the connecting member 51 is connected to the connection hole 67. Then, the door side metal fitting 49 and the frame side metal fitting 50 are connected to each other so as to be rotatable around the connecting member 51. The connecting member 51 may be a rivet instead of the stepped screw.
[0032]
A door pulley 77 is attached to the lower folding door fitting 45 between the vertical plate portions 50b and 50c. As shown in FIG. 5, the door pulley 77 is housed in a door roller support member 78 made of plastic, for example, and supported by a shaft 79 so as to be rotated in the horizontal axis. 6 and 7, as shown in FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, the door 80 is secured to the holes 80 and 80 and the holes 68 and 69 of the frame side metal 50 through a shaft 81. A door 77 together with the case 78 is pivotally supported so as to be pivotable up and down about a shaft 81. Further, in this case, the door cart case 78 can be displaced along the shaft 81 between the vertical plate portions 50 b and 50 c of the frame side metal fitting 50.
[0033]
The door case 78 also has a recess 82 formed on the wall 50e side surface of the frame side metal 50, and a transmission piece 83 is accommodated in the notch 82. The transmission piece 83 includes the frame side metal fitting. A screw 84 through 50 long holes 76 is screwed.
[0034]
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 1, a rail 85 is attached to the lower surface of the upper side portion (the duck portion) 43a of the frame 43 with a screw 86. It has a full-open groove 87 that has a letter-like shape whose bottom surface is fully open as a rail portion. The rail 85 is provided with a protrusion 88 on the rear surface (right side in FIG. 1) in parallel with the extending direction of the groove 87 (direction perpendicular to the paper surface in FIG. 1).
[0035]
On the other hand, a rail 89 is attached to the upper surface of the lower side portion (sill portion) 43b of the frame 43. In this case, the rail 89 has a V-shaped cross section and a fully open groove 90 whose upper surface is fully open. As a rail part.
[0036]
Next, a procedure for attaching the folding door 42 to the frame 43 having the above configuration will be described. First, the folding door fittings 44 and 45 are attached to the folding door 42. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 8, the folding door brackets 44 are attached to the left and right ends of the upper part of the folding door 42, and the folding door brackets 45 are attached to the lower left and right ends, respectively. It is symmetrical. The folding door 42 is formed by connecting two door plates 42a so that they can be folded and unfolded by a plurality of hinges 42b.
[0037]
As shown in FIG. 1, the folding door fittings 44 and 45 are attached to the folding door 42 by placing the vertical plate portions 46 b and 49 b of the door side fittings 46 and 49 on the back surface (back surface) of the end portion of the folding door 42, respectively. The countersunk screws 91 and 92 that have passed through the mounting holes 53 and 66 are screwed into the folding door 42 and tightened. Further, at this time, the horizontal plate portion 46 a of the door-side metal fitting 46 is aligned with the corner of the folding door 42, and the horizontal plate portion 46 a is overlaid on the upper surface of the folding door 42. The horizontal plate portion 49 a is overlapped with the lower surface of the folding door 42 so that the corner portion of the plate portion 49 a is aligned with the corner portion of the folding door 42.
[0038]
Here, by attaching the folding door fitting 45 having the door pulley 77 to the folding door 42 as described above, the door pulley 77 is positioned on the back side of the folding door 42.
Thereafter, the convex portion 57 of the guided member 56 is fitted into the groove 87 of the rail 85, and the door pulley 77 is placed on the groove 90 of the rail 89.
[0039]
Then, the vertical and vertical position adjustment of the door pulley 77 is performed. Among them, the vertical position adjustment of the door pulley 77 is performed by moving the screw 75 forward and backward. That is, if the screw 75 is screwed back and forth, the door wheel case 78 is turned up and down around the shaft 81, and the upper and lower positions of the door wheel 77 are adjusted by turning the door wheel case 78 up and down. Is made.
[0040]
The front / rear position adjustment of the door pulley 77 is performed by pinching the screw 84 and moving it forward and backward along the long hole 76. That is, if the screw 84 is moved back and forth, the transmission piece 83 is moved integrally therewith, so that the door wheel case 82 in which the transmission piece 83 is housed in the recessed portion 82 is moved back and forth along the shaft 81. The front / rear position of the door pulley 77 is adjusted. In this case, by tightening the screw 84 at the optimum adjustment position, the transmission piece 81 is brought close to the head side of the screw 84 and clamps the wall 50e of the frame side metal fitting 50 between the head of the screw 84. Thus, the door cart case 78 is fixed at the adjusted position, and the door wheel 77 is fixed at the adjusted position.
[0041]
On the other hand, in the upper folding door metal fitting 44, the front-rear position adjustment of the guided member 56 is performed. The front / rear position adjustment of the guided member 56 is performed by once loosening the screw 60, adjusting the position of the guided member 56 forward / backward by the elongated hole 55, and then tightening the screw 60 again.
[0042]
Then, the holding plate 61 is attached to the guided member 56 as described above, and the groove 62 of the holding plate 61 is slidably fitted to the protruding portion 88 of the rail 85 so that the guided member 56 The fitting state with the groove 87 is maintained. Further, at this time, the holding plate 61 is attached by adjusting the vertical position through the long hole 63.
[0043]
As described above, the folding door 42 is attached to the frame 43. After this attachment, the folding door 42 is pulled forward with a handle (not shown) provided on the front surface near the connecting portion by the hinge 42c. The frame side metal fitting 47 of the upper folding door metal fitting 44 is moved along the groove 87 of the rail 85 by the guided member 56, and the frame side metal fitting 50 of the lower folding door metal fitting 45 is moved to the groove 90 of the rail 89 by the door wheel 77. Roll along. At the same time, the door side metal fitting 46 of the upper folding door metal fitting 44 is rotated from the frame side metal fitting 47 by the connecting member 48, and the door side metal fitting 49 of the lower folding door metal fitting 45 is connected to the frame side metal fitting 50 by the connecting member 51. The folding door 42 is folded and opened by rotating the folding door 42 by rotating the folding door 42.
[0044]
Further, when the folding door 42 is pushed into the frame 43 side from the state in which the folding door 42 is folded open, the respective parts operate in directions opposite to the above, and the folding door 42 is expanded and closed.
[0045]
At those times, the holding plate 61 protrudes while the groove 62 is fitted to the protrusion 88 of the rail 85, that is, while the guided member 56 is held in the fitted state with the groove 87. Accordingly, the holding plate 61 holds the guided member 56 in a fitted state with the groove 87 while allowing the guided member 56 to move along the groove 87. It functions as a holding means.
[0046]
Thus, the thing of this structure is the structure which provided the door pulley 77 by the folding door metal fitting 45 in the lower part of the folding door 42, and provided the to-be-guided member 56 by the folding door metal fitting 44 in the upper part, and the folding door 42 is the same as the past. It is opened and closed by a lift from the lower side by a door pulley 77 instead of a suspended shape. For this reason, the weight of the folding door 42 is not applied to the upper side portion 43a of the frame 43, and the upper side portion 43a of the frame 43 is not lowered, so that the folding door 42 can be opened and closed smoothly.
[0047]
The folding door 42 is attached to the frame 43 by attaching the folding door bracket 44 with the guided member 56 to the upper portion of the folding door 42 and attaching the folding door bracket 45 with the door pulley 77 to the lower portion of the folding door 42. In this state, the guided member 56 is assembled to the groove 87 of the rail 85 which is the rail portion of the upper side portion 43a of the frame 43, and the door pulley 77 is assembled to the groove 90 of the rail 89 which is the rail portion of the lower side portion 43b of the frame 43. The suspension wheel 21 and the roller 22 of the frame side metal fitting 15 are previously stored in the rails 23 and 24, and the door side metal fitting 14 is attached to the end portion 11a of the folding door 11 as in the prior art. There is no need for difficult work such as attaching the door-side metal fitting 14 to the frame-side metal fitting 15 while one or more of the workers are floating and holding the folding door 11 after being attached in advance. It can be good.
[0048]
And the groove | channel 87 (rail part) of the rail 85 of the upper side part 43a of the said frame 43 is a lower surface full open shape, and the to-be-guided member 56 fitted to this is a groove | channel in the folding state of the folding door 42 or a state close | similar to it. There is a concern about the movement along the line 87 and the separation from the groove 87. However, it has a holding plate 61, and this holding plate 61 allows the guided member 56 to move along the groove 87 while keeping the guided member 56 in a fitted state with the groove 87. Therefore, the guided member 56 can be prevented from being detached from the groove 87, and the state can be stably maintained.
[0049]
In addition, the folding door 42 is folded forward when it is opened, so that the center of gravity is positioned forward, and the frame side fitting 50 of the lower folding door fitting 45 is moved to the frame 42. When it hits the front surface M (see FIG. 1) of the lower side portion 43b, there is a possibility that the movement and, consequently, the folding door 42 cannot be opened and closed smoothly. To that end, a roller 72 is rotatably provided on the vertical plate portion 50b which is a portion facing the front surface M of the lower side portion 43b of the frame 43 of the frame side metal fitting 50, and the frame side metal fitting 50 and the frame 43 are provided. A roller 72 is located between the lower side portion 43b and the front surface M of the lower side portion 43b. When the folding door 42 is tilted forward, the roller 72 comes into contact with the front surface M of the lower side portion 43b of the frame 43 instead of the frame side metal fitting 50. The frame side metal fitting 50 can be moved more smoothly, and the folding door 42 can be opened and closed more smoothly.
[0050]
9 to 17 show the second to sixth embodiments of the present invention. The same parts as those of the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof is omitted. Only the differences are described.
[0051]
[Second Embodiment]
In the second embodiment shown in FIG. 9, instead of the holding plate 61 having the groove 62 described above, a holding plate 102 having a flange portion 101 is used, and the flange portion 101 is used as the protrusion 88 of the rail 85. The guided member 56 is engaged with the groove 87 by being slidably engaged.
[0052]
Accordingly, even in this case, the holding plate 102 functions as a holding unit that holds the guided member 56 in a fitted state with the groove 87 while allowing the guided member 56 to move along the groove 87. As in the first embodiment, the guided member 56 can be prevented from being detached from the groove 87, and the state can be stably maintained.
[0053]
[Third embodiment]
In the third embodiment shown in FIGS. 10 to 12, a plurality of rollers 72 are provided on the frame side metal fitting 50 of the lower folding door metal fitting 45 in the extending direction of the groove 90 of the rail 89, in this case, the vertical plate portion 50b. Two in total, one on each of the left and right sides.
[0054]
When the folding door 42 is opened and closed, the door pulley 77 tends to rotate around the contact portion with the groove 90 of the rail 89. 11 and 12 show this state. When the folding door 42 is opened, the door pulley 77 moves as shown by an arrow A in FIG. 11 and folds the folding door 42 as shown by an arrow B. At this time, The folding door 42 is also pulled forward (left side in FIG. 11) with a handle 42d, and accordingly, the door pulley 77 has a direction indicated by an arrow C centered on the contact portion S with the groove 90 of the rail 89. Is provided. On the other hand, when the folding door 42 is closed, the door pulley 77 moves as shown by an arrow D in FIG. 12 to expand the folding door 42 as shown by an arrow E. Accordingly, the door 77 is turned in the direction indicated by the arrow F around the contact portion S with the groove 90 of the rail 89.
[0055]
Thus, when the door pulley 77 rotates in such a manner, the frame side metal fitting 50 of the lower folding door metal fitting 45 hits the front surface of the lower side portion 43 of the frame 43, and the movement may eventually fail to smoothly open and close the folding door 42. There is.
[0056]
On the other hand, in this embodiment in which a plurality of rollers 72 are provided in the extending direction of the groove 90 of the rail 89 on the frame side metal fitting 50 of the lower folding door metal fitting 45, the folding door 42 is opened and closed. Thus, the roller 72 on the opposite side of the moving direction (arrows A and D) of the door pulley 77, that is, the position after the moving direction, contacts the front surface of the lower side portion 43b of the frame 43 instead of the frame side metal fitting 50 described above. In addition, by rolling in the same direction as the door pulley 77, the movement of the frame side metal fitting 50, and consequently the opening and closing of the folding door 42 can be ensured smoothly.
[0057]
[Fourth embodiment]
In the fourth embodiment shown in FIG. 13, a door wheel case 111 that is a door wheel support member is wider than the door wheel case 78 in the front-rear direction (right and left in FIG. 13), and a partition portion is provided inside the door wheel case 111. 111a is provided, and the door pulley 77 is rotatably supported between the partition portion 111a and the vertical plate portion 50c of the frame side metal fitting 50.
[0058]
Further, a downward extension 111b is formed at the front portion (left side in FIG. 13) of the door cart case 111, which faces the front surface M of the lower side portion 43b of the frame 43 of the door wheel case 111. Upper and lower support pieces 112 and 113 instead of the above-described support pieces 70 and 71 are formed at a location by mold forming at the same time as molding of the door cart case 111, for example, with plastic, and a roller 72 is vertically disposed between the support pieces 112 and 113. The shaft 73 is rotatably mounted and supported.
Even if the roller 72 is provided in this way, the folding door 42 can be opened and closed smoothly with respect to the forward tilt of the folding door 42 and the rotation about the contact portion with the groove 90 of the rail 89 of the door pulley 77 as described above. There is an effect that can be secured.
[0059]
[Fifth embodiment]
In the fifth embodiment shown in FIG. 14, the door cart case 121, which is a door cart support member, is narrower in the front and rear directions than the above door cart case 111, and similarly, has a partition part 121a inside, A door wheel 77 is rotatably supported between the partition portion 121a and the vertical plate portion 50c of the frame side metal fitting 50 by using the one having the extension portion 121b on the left side in FIG.
[0060]
In addition, upper and lower support pieces 122 and 123, which replace the above-described support pieces 112 and 113, are provided on the extension portion 121 b, which is a portion facing the front surface M of the lower side portion 43 b of the frame 43. For example, it is formed on the vertical plate portion 50b side of the frame side metal fitting 50 by molding at the same time as molding with plastic, and the hole 124 is formed between the upper and lower sides of the support pieces 122, 123, and is positioned in the hole 124 to be the support piece. A roller 72 is attached and supported by a longitudinal axis 73 between 122 and 123.
[0061]
Further, in this case, holes 125 and 126 are formed in the vertical plate portion 50 b of the frame side metal fitting 50 and the vertical plate portion 49 b of the door side metal fitting 49, and the roller 72 and the support pieces 122 and 123 are formed in the holes 125 and 126. And is located.
[0062]
Even if the roller 72 is provided in this way, the folding door 42 can be opened and closed smoothly with respect to the forward tilt of the folding door 42 and the rotation about the contact portion with the groove 90 of the rail 89 of the door pulley 77 as described above. There is an effect that can be secured.
In this case, the folding door 42 and the frame 43 can be brought close to each other by the amount of the roller 72 positioned in the holes 125 and 126 of the frame side metal fitting 50 and the door side metal fitting 49. Can be reduced.
[0063]
[Sixth embodiment]
In the sixth embodiment shown in FIGS. 15 to 17, the door side metal parts 133 and 134 of the upper and lower folding door metal parts 131 and 132 are formed in an L shape that follows the side edge face G from the back surface R of the folding door 42. The frame side metal fittings 135 and 136, in particular, these bases are formed in an L shape following the door side metal fittings 133 and 134, respectively, and these are combined at the edge of the folding door 42 on the side edge surface G side. The parts 137 and 138 are connected so as to be rotatable by passing the longitudinal axes 139 and 140 which are connecting members, respectively.
[0064]
According to this, the attachment position of the door side metal fittings 133 and 134 can be freely set along the back surface R and the side edge surface G of the folding door 42 without being restricted by the upper surface and the lower surface of the folding door 42. . This allows you to 15 As shown in FIG. 5, even when the folding door 42 covers the frame 43, it can be implemented. Further, in this case, the combined length of the cylindrical portions 137 and 138 and the longitudinal axes 139 and 140 passing through the combined length are long, and the door side fittings 133 and 134 of the folding door fittings 131 and 132 are connected to the frame side fittings 135 and 136. The strength, and thus the support strength of the folding door 42 can be increased.
[0065]
In addition, the convex portion 57 of the guided member 56 may be implemented by changing it to a roller that rotates in the vertical axis, and the convex portion 57 is provided so as to be able to project and retract and is incorporated in the groove 87 of the rail 85. It may be easy. Furthermore, the guided member 56 may be adjusted not only in the front-rear position but also in the vertical direction.
In addition, the holding plate 61 (holding means) is not attached to the guided member 56, but is attached to the rail 85 side, that is, the rail portion side of the upper side portion 43a of the frame 43, and the guided member 56 is fitted to the rail portion. You may make it hold | maintain in a match state.
In addition, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above and shown in the drawings, and can be implemented with appropriate modifications within a range not departing from the gist.
[0066]
