Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a glass plate transportation pallet that can be loaded and unloaded in a desired order without generating waste such as packaging sub-materials.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, when transporting and transporting a plate-like body such as a glass plate, a large number of sheets are stacked and transported on a pallet, and various devices have been devised to prevent the collapse and falling of the material during transportation.
[0003]
In addition, when a glass plate is placed on the back side of the pallet and loaded, a cushioning material such as a slip sheet is required between the glass plates. In order to prevent scratches caused by contact between the glass plates due to misalignment or the like, means such as fixing the glass plate to the back frame of the pallet with a belt-like PP band made of polypropylene resin or the like is often performed.
[0004]
However, since these packaging sub-materials cannot be used repeatedly, there is a problem in that they become industrial waste and are expensive to dispose of.
[0005]
For example, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-43187 related to the application by the present applicant, the pallet is repeatedly stacked so that the industrial waste is eliminated without using these auxiliary materials and the pallet can be used repeatedly. In the method of fixing multiple plate-like bodies to the back plate side of the pallet, a non-stretchable material band and a stretchable material band that are adjustable in length by a length adjuster are connected via a connector. , One end of the non-stretchable band is fixed to the back plate side of the pallet, and one of the connecting portions is connected by a detachable connecting tool, and at least one of the bands in the vertical direction and / or the horizontal direction is connected. There has been disclosed a method of fixing a plate-like body that is provided as described above and loaded on a pallet that suppresses the tilting of a plurality of plate-like bodies.
[0006]
Also, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-91944, which is also filed by the present applicant, is a transport carriage that loads glass plates separately in a vertical position one by one, and the loading direction of the glass plates on the bottom plate. A plurality of long members are juxtaposed in parallel, a vertical frame is erected above the vicinity of the corner of the bottom plate, and a horizontal frame is provided to connect the upper portions of the vertical frames. An auxiliary frame provided with a plurality of through holes in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the length member is detachably provided, and a plurality of rods standing upward are embedded in each of the plurality of recesses provided in the length member. The glass provided with a rotating roller that slides and rotates when the glass plate is loaded and unloaded into the lower beam of the glass plate that is inserted into the through-hole and separated from each other by the rod. A board loading carriage is disclosed.
[0007]
In addition to the above examples, a glass spacing holding concave material made of hard resin and having a V-groove shape is arranged on the floor and the back frame side, and the glass plate is held by two sides of the vertical side and the bottom side of the back side. At the same time, pull out the rubber band attached to the upper side of the back frame, fix it to the front frame side floor of the glass plate, hold the glass plate by pressing the corner of the glass plate with an L-shaped fitting provided in the middle of the rubber band. A fixed pallet is used.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The one described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-43187 is loaded and packed in a stacked state from the back side of the pallet to the near side of the pallet, so the loading order is often loaded from a large size to a small size, In this case, it must be taken out from the small size loaded on the front side.
[0009]
In addition, when the glass plates loaded in this way are shipped to the user, they are not necessarily loaded in accordance with the order required by the user side, so that the order desired by the user is obtained. It is not easy in such a package to take out the glass plate that has been cut out.
[0010]
In addition, the one described in JP-A-11-91944 is a carriage that is useful for carrying in the field, although the various glass plates loaded are separated by rods and the desired glass plates can be loaded and unloaded. Therefore, there is no means for fixing both vertical sides of the glass plate, and long distance transportation by a truck or the like is not possible.
[0011]
Furthermore, the glass plate is held in contact with the floor portion and the back frame side, and the glass gap holding concave material and the rubber band attached to the upper side of the back frame are used to fix the corner portion in front of the upper side of the glass plate. In the case of the pallet, since it is loaded on the back frame standard, it is not easy to take out the small glass plate sandwiched between the large glass plates, and the rubber band only presses the corner of the glass plate. Therefore, it cannot be said that the glass plates are sufficiently fixed during long-distance transportation, and the glass plates may come into contact with each other.
[0012]

[0018]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, a back frame 20 is fixedly erected from one end side of a floor portion 2 that is vertically and horizontally framed, and is detachably erected on a side facing the back frame 20 on the floor portion 2. A glass plate G in which the side stopper 5 pivotally supported on the upper side portion of the column 21 of the back frame 20 is engaged with the hook 17 on the upper side portion of the column 11 of the front frame 10 is provided vertically. In the pallet 1 loaded in the posture,
On the floor 2, a plurality of channel-shaped long members 3 are juxtaposed at predetermined intervals in a direction perpendicular to the front frame 10 and the back frame 20, and a glass plate G is disposed on the upper surface of the long member 3. The support member 4 that supports the lower end side of each was provided at a predetermined interval.
[0019]
The floor 2 is provided with a front frame insertion portion 6 into which the support 11 of the front frame 10 can be inserted.
[0020]
Further, the partition means 30 for separating the adjacent glass plates G and G from each other is provided diagonally from the upper side of the back frame 20 to the lower portion of the front frame 10, and the adjacent glass plates G and G are separated by the partition means 30. It was made possible to prevent the partition, the glass plates G and G from contacting each other, and the glass plate G from falling over.
[0021]
As shown in FIG. 6, the partitioning means 30 circumscribes a plurality of cylindrical members 32, 32,... On a rod 31 provided horizontally near the upper side of the back frame 20, that is, between the upper ends of the columns 21. A long and plate-like partition member 33, 33,... Is fixed to the members 32, 32,..., And a connecting bracket 34a is connected to the lower end of each partition member 33 via an adjustable belt 34 that can be adjusted in length. did. The total length of the cylindrical members 32, 32,... And the partition member 33 coincides with the pitch of the glass plates G and G to be stacked next to each other, and is at the center position between the glass plates G and G to be stacked. Since the partition member 33 is arranged, the partition member 33 will not be displaced.
[0022]
7 (a) to 7 (c), a plate-like locking member between the long members 3, 3 at the front end portion of the long members 3, 3,. 35 is provided so that it can be tilted up and down, and the locking member 35 is provided with at least one locking groove 36, 36,. When the partition member 33 and the locking member 35 are to be connected, the locking member 35 is erected to lock the connection fitting 34a and the desired locking groove 36 as shown in FIG. Thus, the partition member 33 is disposed so as to be substantially diagonal to the glass plate G as much as possible.
[0023]
The locking member 35 has a locking rod 38 provided so as to penetrate through substantially the tip ends of the plurality of long members 3, 3... Fixed to the lower end of the locking member 35 and the locking member 35. The L-shaped hole 37 provided in the L-shaped member is loosely inserted. In the state shown in FIG. 7A, the locking member 35 is in contact with the lower end of the locking member 35 and the bottom of the channel-shaped long member 3. As shown in FIG. 7 (b), when the locking member 35 is moved horizontally along the L-shaped hole 37 and then lifted up as shown in FIG. 7B, the lower end of the locking member 35 and the long channel-like shape are maintained. A gap is formed between the bottoms of the members 3 so that the locking member 35 can fall over and can be stored in the floor 2.
[0024]
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 1, by bringing the front stopper 13 provided on the floor 2 and the front pressing tool 12 provided on the front frame 10 into contact with the front frame 10 side vertical side of the glass plate G, The standing position of the glass plate G is aligned with the front frame 10 as a reference, and for the vertical side of the glass plate G on the back frame 20 side, the pressing member 45 of the rear pressing means 40 is pressed against the vertical side of the glass plate G. Can be pinched and fixed.
[0025]
As shown in FIG. 9, the front stopper 13 is provided with a plate-like member having a serrated portion on the floor portion 2 on the front frame 10 side via a mounting member 15 so that it can be reversed and detached by a hinge 14. The pitch of the saw blades is made to coincide with the pitch between the glass plates G and G in contact with each other.
[0026]
When the glass plate G is loaded on the pallet 1, the vertical side of the glass plate G on the front frame 10 side is brought into contact with the serrated portion of the front stopper 13 so that the glass plates G are aligned on the front frame 10 side. When the glass plate G is taken out from the pallet 1 as shown in FIG. 10, the plate member of the front stopper 13 is reversed and the sawtooth portion is separated from the glass plate G, as shown in FIG. Can be removed.
[0027]
Further, as shown in FIG. 11, the front pressing tool 12 provided on the front frame 10 is provided with a plate-like member having a serrated portion on each of at least one front frame crosspiece 16 so that it can be reversed and detached. Therefore, the pitch of the saw blades may coincide with the pitch of the glass plates G and G to be in contact with each other, and may be provided integrally with the width corresponding to the width of the front frame, or may be divided into a plurality.
[0028]
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the rear pressing means 40 is a long member through the opening of the channel-like long member 3 from the side of the rectangular member 41 slidable in the channel-like long member 3. 3 is provided, and a glass plate G is attached to the distal end of an arm 44 that pivotally supports a lower end portion of a fitting member 43 that circumscribes a rod-like member 42 that protrudes and is fixed above the upper end of the attachment member 49. The lower end of the presser fitting 45 that abuts the longitudinal side on the rear side is pivotally supported, and the weight member 46 is placed on the upper part of the fitting member 43.
[0029]
Since the weight member 46 is loaded on the lower side of the arm 44, the weight 44 pushes down the arm 44 downward due to its own weight, and the vertical edge of the rear side of the glass plate G is supported by a presser fitting 45 pivotally supported on the tip of the arm 44. Will be pressed.
[0030]
The rectangular member 41 slidably provided in the channel-shaped long member 3 is tilted to the rear side in which the rod-shaped member 42 is in the reverse direction by the reaction force of the pressing force that tilts the arm 44 by the weight member 46. The position of the rear pressing means 40 is determined by tilting the rectangular member 41 connected and fixed to the rod-like member 42 by the tilting within the long member 3 and pressing the rectangular member 41 against the upper and lower surfaces of the inner wall of the long member 3. Is fixed and the position of the rear pressing means 40 is not displaced.
[0031]
For adjusting the holding member 45 in the height direction, one of the position adjustment holes 50 provided at, for example, two upper and lower positions of the rod-like member 42 is selected, and the fitting member 43 is aligned with the position adjustment hole 50 to adjust the vertical position adjustment pin. If 47 is inserted, the height of the pressing member 45 can be adjusted in two steps, upper and lower, and the position adjusting holes are not limited to the two illustrated positions, and a plurality of the position adjusting holes may be provided.
[0032]
Further, an upper end stopper 48 is provided at the top of the rod-like member 42 to prevent the fitting member 43 and the weight member 46 from coming off.
[0033]
The glass plate G for each of the support member 4 on the long member 3, the front stopper 13 on the floor 2, the front pressing tool 12 on the front frame 10, and the presser fitting 45 of the rear pressing means 40 described above. It is preferable that the cross-sectional shape of the abutting portion has a concave groove portion such as an M shape, a V shape, or a U shape. Further, the material of the support member 4 is preferably made of a slippery resin.
[0034]
In this way, the glass plates G of different dimensions stacked on the pallet 1 can be unloaded in a desired order from a desired position, and even if the size of the glass plates G to be loaded is different, The vertical side is brought into contact with the front stopper 13 and the front pressing tool 12, and the vertical side on the rear side is pressed by the rear pressing means 40 for each sheet of the glass plate G so that the glass plate G is sandwiched and fixed securely. It can be used for long distance transportation and is safe.
[0035]
Further, since the pressing member 45 of the rear pressing means 40 can be moved and adjusted with one touch in the front-rear direction and the up-down direction, it can easily cope with a change in the dimension of the glass plate G.
[0036]
Furthermore, since the partition member 33 is provided in a substantially diagonal line shape by the partition means 30 between the glass plates G and G, the glass plates G and G can be prevented from contacting each other and from falling over.
[0037]
Furthermore, since the glass plate G is aligned and loaded on the front frame 10 side, when the glass plate G at a desired position is taken out from the glass plate G loaded on the pallet 1, it is loaded with reference to the back frame 20. Compared to this, it is much easier to take out and work efficiency is better.
[0038]
Further, the stacking direction of the glass plates G may be inserted from the front frame 10 side direction, but may be mounted from the side surface direction.
[0039]
As mentioned above, although preferred embodiment was described, this invention is not limited to this, Various application can be considered.
[0040]
The glass plate G loaded on the glass plate pallet 1 of the present invention is not limited to the transportation of double-layer glass, but is a single plate such as a tempered glass plate, a semi-tempered glass plate, a green plate, or a plurality of tempered glass plates. Alternatively, it may be an intermediate film such as PVB or EVA combined with tempered glass and green glass, or a laminated glass bonded by resin injection, and a flat glass plate in which an anti-scattering resin film is attached to the glass plate, Architectural, vehicle, industrial, furniture, or base plate thereof is also targeted, and the shape is rectangular, but the plate thickness is not limited.
[0041]
Below, the usage method of the pallet 1 for glass plates of this invention is explained in full detail.
[0042]
First, the case where the glass plate G is loaded on the pallet 1 of this invention is demonstrated.
[0043]
An empty pallet is placed at a predetermined position in the loading operation, and the side stoppers 5 and 5 locked to the hook 17 of the front frame are removed. Subsequently, both struts 11 and 11 of the front frame 10 fitted to the front frame insertion portions 6 and 6 of the floor portion 2 are pulled out and removed.
[0044]
A sawtooth portion of a front stopper 13 provided on the floor 2 via a mounting member 15 so as to be reversible is set inside the pallet 1.
[0045]
Before the first glass plate is loaded on the outermost side of the pallet, it is necessary to set a partition member by partition means in advance on the outside of the first glass plate surface. For this purpose, first, the locking member 35 at this position is fixed upright, the partition member 33 to which the adjustment belt 34 is connected is locked in the locking groove 36 of the locking member 35, and the first glass to be loaded is loaded. The position of the locking groove 36 that matches the size of the plate G is appropriately selected, and the length of the adjustment belt 34 is adjusted and set.
[0046]
Next, the glass plate G is placed on the support member 4 from either the front side or the side side of the pallet 1, so that the glass plate can be hung on the partition member set on the other side of the glass plate surface. In addition, it is preferable that the pallet is slightly inclined to the other side.
[0047]
After placing the glass plate, the partition member 35 is also set on the near side of the glass plate. That is, after the locking member 35 is fixed upright, the partition member 33 to which the adjustment belt 34 is connected is locked in the locking groove 36 of the locking member 35, and the position of the locking groove 36 is adjusted according to the dimension of the glass plate G. What is necessary is just to select suitably and to adjust and set the length of the adjustment belt 34.
[0048]
Subsequently, the vertical side of the glass plate G loaded last time is moved until it comes into contact with the front stopper 13, and after aligning with the front frame reference, the rear pressing means is set.
[0049]
If the rear pressing means is adjusted so that the pressing member 45 of the rear pressing means 40 abuts on the rear vertical side of the glass plate G and then needs to be adjusted in the height direction, the arm 44 is pivotally supported. The inserted insertion member 43 is adjusted by the vertical position adjustment pin 47, the arm 44 is tilted by the weight member 46, and the position in the front-rear direction is also fixed, so that the glass plate G is clamped and fixed from both front and rear ends.
[0050]
The above operation is repeated for a predetermined number of glass plates G, and after the loading of the predetermined number of glass plates G is completed, the front frame 10 is inserted and fitted into the front frame insertion portion 6 of the floor portion 2. , Fix.
[0051]
At this time, the sawtooth portions of the front pressing tool 12 provided on the cross rail 16 of the front frame 10 are sequentially reversed so as to be brought into contact with the vertical side of the glass plate G. Finally, the side stopper 5 Is set on the hooks 17 and 17 provided on the both columns 11 and 11 of the front frame 10.
[0052]
Next, the case where the glass plate G is taken out from the pallet 1 will be described.
[0053]
First, the pallet 1 loaded with the glass plates G is placed at a predetermined position, the side stoppers 5 and 5 are removed, and the side stoppers locked to the hooks 17 and 17 provided on the both columns 11 and 11 of the front frame 10. Remove 5 and 5. Subsequently, both struts 11 and 11 of the front frame 10 fitted to the front frame insertion portion 6 of the floor 2 are lifted to remove the front frame 10.
[0054]
The serrated portion of the front stopper 13 provided on the floor portion 2 via the attachment member 15 is reversed outward. (Fig. 9)
The glass plates G are sequentially extracted from the front side in a desired order, and after the glass plate G extraction operation is completed, the partition member 33 is removed from the locking member 35, and the partition member 33 is bundled on the back frame 20 side. The locking member 35 is folded and stored between the long members 3 and 3 of the floor 2.
[0055]
Finally, the front frame 10 is inserted and fitted into the front frame insertion portion 6 of the floor portion 2 and fixed, and the side stopper 5 is set on the column 11 of the front frame 10.
[0056]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, glass plates of different dimensions loaded on a pallet can be loaded and unloaded in a desired order, and the vertical side on the front side of the glass plate is a front stopper even if the size of the loaded glass plate is different. Since the glass plate can be securely fixed by pressing the rear side of the vertical side with the rear pressing means for each glass plate and holding the glass plate securely, long distance transportation It is safe to handle.
[0057]
Further, since the pressing member of the rear pressing means can be moved and adjusted with one touch in the front-rear direction and the up-down direction, it can easily cope with a change in dimensions of the glass plate.
[0058]
Furthermore, since the partition member is provided in a substantially diagonal line shape by the partition means between the glass plates, it is possible to prevent the adjacent glass plates from contacting each other and the glass plates from being overturned.
[0059]
Furthermore, since the glass plates are aligned and stacked on the front frame side, when taking out the glass plate at the desired position from the glass plate loaded on the pallet, it can be taken out significantly compared to those loaded on the back frame reference. It is simple and work efficiency is good.
