本発明を図示の実施例により詳記すると、先端に樹脂成形の口金2を着脱自在とし前部外側にシャープペン全体が後述のオーバーカップ5と相俟って砲弾状となる樹脂成形のグリップ4を被せた樹脂成形の中軸3と、該中軸3の内側先端部に固定した樹脂成形の軸継手12と、中軸3内の後部位置で一定距離スライドする樹脂成形のスライド軸6と、該スライド軸6の内側に配され軸継手12内にスプリング13を介して一定距離を前後に摺動自在とした樹脂成形の芯タンク14と、該芯タンク14の先端と口金2の間に設けた芯繰り出し機構17と、スライド軸6の後端部に固定され中軸3の後端部を覆い前述のグリップ4の後部分とオーバーラップする樹脂成形のオーバーカップ5と、該オーバーカップ5の後端部に芯タンク14に連通する開口部18を設けて開閉自在とした樹脂成形のトッププラグ8とよりなり、このトッププラグ8は着脱自在となっている。
