1例を図1に示し説明する。軸筒1の内部には、芯タンク2が前後動自在に配置されており、その芯タンク2の後端には、芯タンク2の蓋ともなるノック部材が着脱自在に取り付けられている。勿論、そのノック部材は、前記軸筒1の後端から突出している。
一方、芯タンク2の前端には、継ぎ手3を介してチャック体4が固定されている。そして、そのチャック体4の前方外周には、チャック体4の開閉を行うチャックリング5が遊挿しているが、そのチャックリング5は、中継ぎ部材6の内周凹部7に前後動可能な状態で位置している。符号8は、内周凹部7の前方に固定されたリング部材であって、前記チャックリング5の前進位置を規制している。即ち、チャックリング5が、リング部材8に当接すると、チャック体4の拡開がなされ、把持していた芯が解放される。
