BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a bundling method and a bundling machine for bundling an object to be bound with an adhesive tape.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When bundling leafy vegetables such as spinach, bags filled with retort food, etc., bags packed with processed foods with inert gas (hereinafter referred to as “bag-packed processed foods, etc.”) When bound, the object to be bound is damaged, or the bag is bent and the binding looks worse. Therefore, in order to bind such an object to be bound, it is necessary to appropriately adjust the binding force. As a binding machine for performing such binding work, the present inventors have disclosed the details in Japanese Patent Application No. 10-202071. The binding machine disclosed in the specification and the like wraps a binding tape around a binding object flowing on a transport path at a predetermined interval in parallel with the transport direction. According to this binding machine, since the transport direction of the object to be bound and the direction in which the binding tape is wrapped are parallel to each other, the tape can be wound in synchronization with the movement of the object to be bound. It is easy to perform the bundling operation on the bundling object continuously, and the bundling operation can be performed quickly and stably.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, even with the above-described conventional binding machine, there is a possibility that the tape is pulled more than necessary when the tape is applied around the outer periphery of the object to be bound, and the object to be bound is crushed. In addition, when the binding tape is not transparent, the display printed on the surface of the object to be bound may be hidden. The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and the object of the present invention is to continuously perform a bundling operation for a plurality of objects to be bound, and to wrap a tape around the outer periphery of the objects to be bound, The adhesive tape is surely applied without crushing the objects to be bound while optimally controlling the tension applied to the tape and preventing the tape from sagging. Another object is to devise a bundling method to ensure the beauty after bundling and to prevent the surface of the object to be bound from being hidden more than necessary.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A bundling method according to claim 1 of the present invention for solving the above-described problem is a method of bundling an object to be bundled flowing on a conveyance path in order, and conveying an object to be bundled from a roll of a bundling tape through an adhesive surfaceRouteFacing backwards,TheTransportSutraTo block the roadOnly the required lengthRemove the non-adhesive surface of the drawn binding tape,In the space on the transport path, it is pivotally supported by a rotating shaft arranged in parallel with the width direction of the transport path, and is moved around the rotating shaft in accordance with the movement of the object to be bound that flows in the substantially horizontal direction on the transport path. Bundled material transport directionIn the same direction asIn a direction that can be pushed upOf the rotating arm, Rotation direction backwardGuided by the side, and the tip of the armHas a plane parallel to the transport pathA first step of sandwiching the leading end of the binding tape with a flap, and the conveyance of the binding tape guided by a side surface of the arm.SutraOn the part that blocks the road, the front of the bound object in the transport directionWhile controlling the tension applied to the binding tapeA second step of contact, and the arm is rotated to a position where the arm is retracted from the conveyance path, and the object to be bound is passed between the rotation shaft of the arm and the flap to the surface of the object to be bound. And a third step of winding the binding tape and the tip of the rotating armPull out the binding tape guided by the head toward the rear in the transport direction of the object to be boundSynchronized with the fourth step and the movement of the object to be bound, the arm is brought into contact with the rear surface in the transport direction of the object to be bound, and is continuous with the portion of the binding tape that is wound around the surface of the object to be bound. A fifth step of adhering a portion to be bonded along a rear surface in the conveyance direction of the bound object;
A sixth step of sandwiching the binding tape continuous with the portion adhered along the rear surface in the transport direction between the tip of the arm and the flap, and a step of cutting the binding tape at a position adjacent to the sandwiching portion. 7 steps.
[0005]
In the first step of the present invention, the object to be bound is conveyed from the roll of the binding tape.SutraThe non-adhesive surface of the binding tape pulled out to block the road isBack direction of rotationGuided by the side, the tip of the tape is clamped by the tip of the arm and the flap. Therefore, the tip of the binding tape is stopped at the tip of the arm, and further from the tip of the arm.Back direction of rotationIt is in a state of being hung around the side and guided to continue to the roll. In this step, since the tip of the arm is in contact with the flap, the conveyanceSutraThe road is composed of the arm and the armBack direction of rotationIt is in a state of being blocked by the binding tape guided to the side.
[0006]
Subsequently, in the second step, the arm of the binding tape isBack direction of rotationGuided by the sideSutraThe front side in the transport direction of the object to be bound is brought into contact with a portion that blocks the road. Such contact is carried as described above.SutraThe path of the arm and armBack direction of rotationSince it is blocked by the binding tape guided to the side surface, it is generated simply by moving the object to be bound on the conveyance path. In addition, since the binding tape is pulled out in the first step with the adhesive surface facing backward in the transport direction of the object to be bound, the binding tape is attached to the front surface in the transport direction of the object to be bound by the contact. Is done.
[0007]
Next, in the third step, the arm is rotated to a position where the arm is retracted from the conveyance path (that is, the arm is rotated to a position that does not hinder the flow of the bundled material flowing on the conveyance path). , Transported by armSutraRelease the blockage of the road. However, the binding tape has a non-adhesive surface on the arm.Back direction of rotationSince it is guided to the side surface, only the binding tape is left in a position where the transport path is blocked in a state where the binding tape is stuck to the front surface in the transport direction of the object to be bound. In this state, by passing the object to be bound between the rotation shaft of the arm and the flap, a portion continuous with the part attached to the front surface in the transport direction of the object to be bound of the binding tape is It is drawn around the surface of the object to be bound so as to be pulled out from the passing path.
[0008]
Subsequently, when the arm that has been rotated to the position for retracting the object to be bound on the conveyance path in the third step is further rotated, the roll continues to the portion of the binding tape that is wound around the surface of the object to be bound. The arm again comes into contact with the portion that continues to the top. Therefore, in the fourth step, the tip of the rotating armPull out the binding tape guided by the head toward the rear in the transport direction of the object to be bound. Also at this time, the tension applied to the binding tape is controlled.
[0009]
Furthermore, in the fifth step, the arm is brought into contact with the rear surface in the transport direction of the bundled object in synchronization with the movement of the bundled object. Since the adhesive surface of the binding tape is wound around in the direction of the object to be bound, a part of the binding tape that is continuous with the part of the binding tape that is wound around the surface of the object to be bound is transported in the direction of the bound object. Can be attached along the rear surface.
[0010]
Subsequently, in the sixth step, the binding tape continuous to the portion adhered along the rear surface in the transport direction is sandwiched between the tip of the arm and a flap having a surface parallel to the transport path. That is, after the binding tape is stuck from the front surface in the transport direction of the object to be bound to the rear surface in the transport direction, the binding tape is sandwiched in the same manner as in the first step so as to cut the binding tape and form the rear end portion. . Further, the portion of the binding tape that continues from the sandwiched portion to the roll is in a state where its non-adhesive surface is guided by the side surface of the arm.
[0011]
In the seventh step, the binding work of the objects to be bound is completed by cutting the binding tape at a position adjacent to the sandwiched portion. By cutting the binding tape in this step, in the sixth step, the portion of the binding tape sandwiched between the tip of the arm and the flap having a surface parallel to the transport path is the tip of the binding tape. It becomes. And it enters into the preparatory stage of the binding work with respect to the following to-be-bound object.
[0012]
In the binding method according to
[0013]
Moreover, the bundling method according to
[0014]
In the bundling method according to
[0015]
As described above, by cutting the binding tape in the seventh step, the leading end portion of the binding tape is formed, and the preparation for the next binding work can be performed. And the binding operation | work of a to-be-bound object is performed continuously by shifting to the said 2nd step from the said 7th step. Note that during the period from the sixth step to the second step, the binding tape is held between the tip of the arm and a flap having a surface parallel to the transport path. Therefore, even if the tension related to the binding tape increases by performing the operation of pulling out from the roll of the binding tape to the transfer path, the tension does not reach the object to be bound. The binding force does not increase. For this reason, during the period from the sixth step to the second step, an operation of pulling the binding tape corresponding to the length to be attached to the next object to be bound to the spanning path is performed, and the binding force is reduced. Stabilize.
[0016]
Furthermore, in the bundling method according to
[0017]
In addition, a binding machine according to
[0018]
In the present invention, by arranging an arm whose rotation direction coincides with the tape pull-out direction in the bundling tape pull-out path, the bundling tape pull-out path can be adjusted according to the rotation of the arm and the movement of the object to be bound. Then, a binding tape having a predetermined length is pulled out, and the binding tape is sequentially brought into contact with and adhered to the front surface in the transport direction of the object to be bound, the surface following the front surface in the transport direction, and the rear surface in the transport direction.
[0019]
On this occasion,Synchronously with the rotation of the arm, the leading end of the binding tape pulled out so as to block the transport pathPinchingHolding means for cutting, and cutting means for cutting the binding tape in the vicinity of the holding meansAnd byThen, the binding tape continuously drawn out from the roll of the binding tape is cut after the end of the binding operation, and a tip portion for sticking to the next object to be bound is formed.
[0020]
Also,In the present invention,In the drawing path of the binding tape, the holding meansPinchingA pull-out means for pulling out the bundling tape corresponding to the length of the bundling tape that is stuck to the bundling object in synchronization with the operation is provided.
[0021]
Therefore,The binding tape is held by the holding means.PinchingSince the rear end of the binding tape adhered to the object to be bound is fixed in position, the pulling means pulls out the binding tape from the roll of binding tape so that the binding tape is pulled into the binding tape in the pull-out path. Even if the tension increases, the tension does not reach the object to be bound. Therefore, the bundling force on the object to be bound is not increased, and the bundling force can be stabilized while preparing for the next bundling work on the object to be bound.
[0022]
Further, the claims of the present invention7In the binding machine according to the present invention, the rotating shaft of the arm is disposed at a position where it can come into contact with the surface of the object to be bound flowing on the transport path. Therefore, when the object to be bound is transported, the binding tape in which the rotation shaft of the arm is wound around the surface of the object to be bound is stroked to ensure the sticking.
[0023]
Further claims of the present invention8In the binding machine according to the present invention, the arm isIn order to perform a bundling operation for one object to be bound during half rotation around the rotation axis,Symmetric about the rotation axisTwo are provided ining. According to this configuration, during the half rotation of the arm, the binding tape of a predetermined length is pulled out from the binding tape pull-out path according to the movement of the binding object, and the front of the binding object in the transport direction; The bundling tape can be sequentially brought into contact with the surface following the front surface in the conveyance direction and further on the rear surface in the conveyance direction to perform the affixing operation, and the cycle time of the bundling operation for one object to be bound is shortened.
[0024]
