Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a corner member used for a corner portion of a building.
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 4 is a plan view showing an example of a conventional corner member.
[0003]
When constructing an outer wall with an inorganic plate material, in order to avoid a situation in which the end face of one of the inorganic plate materials is exposed at the protruding corner portion of the outer wall and the appearance looks worse, a corner member having an L-shaped cross section is used as the protruding corner portion. Often constructed.
[0004]
As the corner member, conventionally, as shown in FIG. 4, the end portions of the two plate members 2 and 3 are cut obliquely from the back surface to the front surface, and the cutting surfaces 2d and 3d of the plate members 2 and 3 are adhesives. The corner member 1 which is bonded at 5 to have an L-shaped cross section has been widely used.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in this corner member 1, as shown in FIG. 4, there is a possibility that the adhesive 5 used when bonding the plate members 2 and 3 sticks out to the front side and stains the decorative surface of the plate members 2 and 3. For this reason, it is not only necessary to repair the decorative surfaces of the plate members 2 and 3 with great effort, but there is also a disadvantage that the decorative surfaces of the plate members 2 and 3 are often damaged during the repair.
[0006]
In view of the above circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a corner member that does not require repair of the decorative surface of the plate material and, therefore, does not damage the decorative surface of the plate material.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
That is, the present invention is a method of manufacturing a corner member (1) in which two plate members (2, 3) are bonded in an L-shaped cross section, and the end portion of one plate member (2) is changed from the back surface to the end surface (2c). The first step of cutting obliquely so that a part of the end surface remains over the surface of the other plate material and obliquely cutting so that a part of the end surface remains from the back surface to the end surface (3c). Then, the cutting surfaces (2d, 3d) of these plate materials are bonded to each other with an adhesive (5) to form a V groove (6) composed of an end surface of the plate material, and the cutting surface (2d) is formed in the V groove (6). 3d), the second step of collecting the excess adhesive, and after the adhesive has hardened, the corners are removed from the cut surface of the plate material by removing the cured adhesive. And a third step of cutting the part (1a).

The numbers in parentheses are for convenience and represent the corresponding elements in the drawings, and therefore the present invention is not limited to the description on the drawings. The same applies to the column “Claims”.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a plan view showing a first step of a method of manufacturing a corner member according to the present invention,
FIG. 2 is a plan view showing a second step of the corner member manufacturing method according to the present invention,
FIG. 3 is a plan view showing a third step of the corner member manufacturing method according to the present invention.
[0010]
The manufacturing method of the corner member by this invention is based on the following procedure.
[0011]
First, as shown in FIG. 1, the end portion of the flat plate material 2 having the decorative layer 2b on the front side of the substrate 2a is inclined at a predetermined inclination angle α (for example, α = 45 °) from the back surface to the end surface 2c. To cut. At this time, a part of the end surface 2c of the plate member 2 is left (the width of the end surface 2c after cutting is preferably about 2 to 5 mm). Similarly, the end of the flat plate material 3 having the decorative layer 3b on the front side of the substrate 3a is cut obliquely at the same inclination angle α from the back surface to the end surface 3c. At this time, a part of the end surface 3c of the plate material 3 is left (the width of the end surface 3c after cutting is preferably about 2 to 5 mm).
[0012]
Next, as shown in FIG. 2, after the adhesive 5 is applied to the cutting surface 2 d of the plate material 2 or the cutting surface 3 d of the plate material 3, the cutting surfaces 2 d and 3 d of these plate materials 2 and 3 are bonded to each other. As a result, an L-shaped cross section having a predetermined included angle β (= 180 ° −2α) is formed, and a V-groove 6 including end surfaces 2c and 3c is formed on the cutting surfaces 2d and 3d of the plate members 2 and 3 in FIG. It is formed. Further, excess adhesive 5 protrudes from the cutting surfaces 2d and 3d of the plate materials 2 and 3, but since this excess adhesive 5 accumulates in the V-groove 6, the decorative layers 2b and 3b of the plate materials 2 and 3 are bonded. The agent 5 does not get dirty.
[0013]
In this state, the adhesive 5 was cured until it hardened, and when the adhesive 5 was hardened, it protruded from the cutting surfaces 2d and 3d of the plate members 2 and 3 and hardened in the V-groove 6 as shown in FIG. The corner 1a is cut flat so that the adhesive 5 in the state is removed and the cutting surfaces are perpendicular to the cutting surfaces 2d and 3d of the plate members 2 and 3. Then, the corner member 1 having the chamfered corner portion 1a is completed, but the decorative surfaces of the plate members 2 and 3 (that is, the surfaces of the decorative layers 2b and 3b) are not stained with the adhesive 5, so that the repair is possible. It becomes unnecessary, and the decorative surface of the plate materials 2 and 3 cannot be damaged by the repair.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, a method of manufacturing a corner member 1 in which two plate members 2 and 3 are bonded in an L-shaped cross section, the end of one plate member 2 extending from the back surface to the end surface 2c. A first step of cutting diagonally so that a part of the end surface 2c remains, and cutting diagonally so that a part of the end surface 3c remains from the back surface to the end surface 3c from the back surface to the end surface 3c, and these plate materials The cutting surfaces 2d and 3d of 2 and 3 are bonded to each other with an adhesive 5 to form a V-groove 6 composed of the end surfaces 2c and 3c of the plate members 2 and 3, and the V-groove 6 eats from the cutting surfaces 2d and 3d. In the form of removing the adhesive 5 in the second step of storing the excess adhesive that has been taken out, and after the adhesive 5 is cured, the adhesive 5 that protrudes from the cutting surfaces 2d and 3d of the plate members 2 and 3 and is cured. Since it is configured from the third step of cutting the corner 1a, the second work The excess adhesive 5 protruding from the cutting surfaces 2d and 3d of the plate materials 2 and 3 is cured while remaining in the V-groove 6, and the adhesive 5 is removed in the third step. Since it is possible to avoid the situation where the decorative layers 2b and 3b of the plate are soiled with the adhesive 5, it is not necessary to repair the decorative surfaces of the plate materials 2 and 3, so that the decorative surfaces of the plate materials 2 and 3 are not damaged by the repair. It becomes possible to provide the manufacturing method of a corner member.
