Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a water faucet provided with a mechanism for restricting the opening / closing operation of a valve without permission or carelessness.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a means for preventing water theft in a stop cock, a type in which a handle is separated from a spindle (valve shaft) (see, for example, Utility Model Registration No. 2523352), a cover is covered with a cover, and the cover is covered with a padlock. There was a type that used and locked (see, for example, JP-A-2001-329581). According to the former, it is possible to prevent water theft by separating the handle so that the valve shaft cannot be operated. Further, by combining the handle and the valve shaft with a special engagement shape, The use of is prohibited. According to the latter, the handle cannot be contacted by the cover, and the cover cannot be removed by locking, so that theft can be prevented.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, none of the above-mentioned prior arts was completely expected to prevent water theft. That is, according to the former, the valve shaft can be easily operated by forging a tool corresponding to the joint, and the shape of the joint is the same in the same model. There is a problem that water can be stolen from all the stoppers. Further, according to the latter, there is a problem that the cover is easily removed by cutting the padlock with pliers or the like.
[0004]
By the way, it is necessary not only to operate the valve from closing to opening, but also to prevent an inadvertent operation from opening to closing. In other words, in an operating plant, it is necessary to keep the faucet open at all times for the purpose of securing cooling water, etc., but if this is inadvertently closed, the plant stops or breaks down. There is a risk of Even in hospitals, if the faucet is not open at all times, it may pose a crisis to the patient's life.
[0005]
The present invention solves these problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a water stop cock that cannot be easily opened and closed from the outside.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, in the present invention, in a water faucet in which a spindle for opening and closing a valve body connected to a lower end by rotating a shaft is accommodated in an upper cover of a main body, a guide that always protrudes from the spindle. The upper cover is provided with a guide groove that engages with the guide piece to rotate the spindle in a range of 90 degrees necessary for opening and closing the valve body, and the upper cover further includes a guide groove. provided with a locking hole, using a means of Ru provided a plunger and out to engage perpendicular to the spindle axis relative to the lock hole at the further valve-opening position and / or open position in the spindle. According to this means, the movement of the spindle is restricted by projecting the plunger and engaging with the lock hole, and at least the valve closed state is maintained. In this case, a water theft prevention function is obtained. Of course, if the same engaging means is adopted also in the valve opening position, an inadvertent valve closing operation is prevented. In addition, it is also possible to employ | adopt the said engaging means only in a valve opening position, and it changes only the formation position of a lock hole into a valve opening position on structure.
[0007]
In Claim 2, the locking means of the plunger was provided. Therefore, the operation of moving the plunger in and out is regulated by the locking means.
[0009]
Then, since the plunger is moved in and out in conjunction with the lock / release key of the locking means, the valve closing and / or valve opening can be locked or released by the operation of the key.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, the best embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is a reference example necessary for explaining the present invention . 1 is a main body, 2 is a ball valve rotatably accommodated in a valve chamber of the main body 1, and 3 is integrally provided on the upper portion of the main body 1. The spindle-side upper cover 4 is a spindle (valve shaft) rotatably provided on the upper cover 3. The lower end of the spindle 4 is connected to the ball valve 2, and the ball valve 2 is opened and closed by rotating the spindle 4 with a handle H attached to the upper end of the spindle 4. Such a basic configuration is not different from the conventional stop cock.
[0011]
Next, in the figure, 5 is a lock claw protruding from the side surface of the spindle 4 in the axial radial direction, and 6 is a valve control mechanism. The valve control mechanism 6 includes a lateral housing 7 provided integrally with the upper cover 3, and a locking portion 8 accommodated in the housing 7. As shown in FIG. 2, the locking portion 8 has a keyhole 9 formed at the rear end 8a. Then, by inserting a lock / release key 10 into the keyhole 9 and rotating the key 10, the plunger 11 is operated toward the spindle 4 so as to be able to enter and exit in a direction perpendicular to the axis. As shown in FIG. 3, the plunger 11 protrudes to a position where the plunger 11 interferes with the lock claw 5 by the operation of the key 10 and restricts the shaft rotation of the spindle 4. On the other hand, if the key 10 is rotated in the opposite direction, the plunger 11 is retracted to the locking portion 8 side, the interference with the lock claw 5 is released, and the spindle 4 is allowed to rotate.
[0012]
As described above, according to the water faucet according to the first embodiment, only the person holding the key 10 can lock and release the rotation of the spindle 4, and avoid unauthorized operation of the opening / closing valve by other persons. it can. Moreover, since the plunger 11 is built in the water stop cock, it cannot be operated from the outside. In this embodiment, since the upper cover 3 and the housing 7 are integrally formed with the main body 1, the robustness can be increased and a structure that can withstand external impacts can be obtained. However, these may be configured separately and assembled together.
[0014]
Next, FIG. 4 shows an embodiment of the present invention, and the basic structure is the same as that of a conventional water stop cock, which is the same as the reference example. The following description will be made with emphasis on the features of this embodiment . First, as shown in FIG. 5, a lock hole 22 is formed in the upper cover 21 that houses the spindle 23 of the main body 20. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 6, the spindle 23 is provided with a plunger 24 that engages with the lock hole 22 in the valve closing position so as to be able to enter and exit. The plunger 24 is operated by a locking portion 25 connected to the upper end of the spindle 23, and the key hole 26 of the locking portion 25 is formed at the upper end of the handle 27 as shown in FIG. 5 and 6, reference numeral 28 denotes a guide groove formed in the upper cover 21 in a range of 90 degrees, and 29 denotes a guide piece that always protrudes from the spindle 23. The guide piece 29 is guided by the guide groove 28, and the spindle The shaft 23 is rotated in the range of 90 degrees necessary for the opening / closing operation.
[0015]
According to this embodiment , the plunger 24 is moved in and out by inserting a key (not shown) into the key hole 26 and turning it. Then, the key operation is performed at the valve opening position, and the rotation operation of the spindle 23, that is, the valve opening operation can be regulated by engaging the plunger 24 with the lock hole 22 of the upper cover 21. It plays. On the other hand, according to this embodiment, compared to the reference example, the locking portion 25 does not protrude to the outside, and the structure is space saving and more difficult to break.
[0016]
As a modified example related to this embodiment , the key hole 26 is not limited to the upper end of the handle 27 but can be provided on the side surface or the side surface of the upper cover 21. That is, the key insertion direction and the plunger 24 entry / exit direction may be in a 90-degree relationship as in this embodiment, or the two directions may coincide with each other.
[0017]
Furthermore, the water stop valve body is not limited to the ball valve, and other valve bodies may be used. Further, the lock / release mechanism of the locking portion may be a password type not only with a key but also with a dial or a button. Even with this PIN code type, the plunger can be moved in and out of the spring biasing force, or on the other hand, even if such a complicated structure is not adopted, a plunger access means is provided separately, The entry / exit means may be regulated by the locking part. Further, if a means for detachably attaching the handle to the spindle is employed, the faucet itself cannot be operated when the handle is removed, so that the faucet can be prevented from being illegally or carelessly operated.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, since the plunger for controlling the opening and closing of the valve body and / or the spindle is built in the main body or the spindle, it cannot be operated from the outside, and higher water theft prevention Function is obtained. In addition, since the plunger locking means is provided, unauthorized stealing by persons who do not have this lock / release key is prevented, and the locking means is made unique to each stop cock, Since there are a plurality of types, it is possible to improve stealing management and prevent the locking means from being easily released. Moreover, by using a common master key for all locking means, the burden of key selection by the administrator is greatly reduced. Furthermore, since the plunger is moved in and out in conjunction with the key operation of the locking means, the water theft prevention lock and release can be easily performed only by the key operation. In addition, the above is not only the case of theft prevention preventing the opening operation but also the common effect when closing the valve in the open state. In this case, the present invention is applied to a plant or a hospital. The safety can be maintained.
