Description
【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、往復動式圧縮機のモータに係るもので、詳しくは、稼動中のモータコイルの巻線数をモータ自体が変化させて、ストローク(Stoke)を制御し得るようにした往復動式圧縮機の冷暖房力変更用コイル巻線数可変型モータ及びコイル巻線数変更方法に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来の往復動式圧縮機の制御装置は、図4に示したように、ピストン(未図示)の上下方向直線運動によりストロークを変更させて冷力(冷暖房力)を調節する往復動式圧縮機10Aと、電流感知用抵抗R1とACスイッチング素子(トライアック(Triac)Tr1)間に接続される接地端と、電流感知用抵抗R1、トライアックTr1及びコンデンサCを通って、トライアックTr1のスイッチング信号により圧縮機10Aに電圧及び電流を供給する電源回路部10と、前記接地端を基準にして往復動式圧縮機10Aに供給される電流を検出して、この検出された電流を出力する電流検出部20と、前記接地端を基準にして往復動式圧縮機10Aに印加される電圧を検出して、この検出された電圧を出力する電圧検出部30と、前記の検出された電流及び電圧が入力されてストロークを計算して、現在のストロークが予め格納された初期のストローク指令値と合致するように往復動式圧縮機10Aの入力電圧を調節するスイッチング信号をトライアックTr1に出力するマイクロコンピュータ40と、を包含して構成されていた。

以下、このように構成された従来の往復動式圧縮機の運転制御装置の動作について、図面に基づいて説明する。

上記の往復動式圧縮機10Aは、使用者によって既設定された初期ストローク指令値に従ったストローク電圧によりピストンが直線往復運動を行うように、ストロークが変更されて、この変更されたストロークにより冷蔵庫及びクーラの冷力が変更される。

一方、マイクロコンピュータ40のスイッチング制御信号によりトライアックTr1のオン(Turn-On)期間が長くなって、ストロークが長くなるように変化すると、往復動式圧縮機10Aから発生する電圧及び電流は、夫々電圧検出部30及び電流検出部20から検出されて、マイクロコンピュータ40に与えられる。

次いで、マイクロコンピュータ40は、電圧検出部30及び電流検出部20から検出された電圧及び電流によりストロークを計算した後、この計算されたストロークと初期に与えられたストローク指令値とを比較して、スイッチング制御信号を出力する。即ち、算出されたストローク値が初期指令値より小さいと、マイクロコンピュータ40は、トライアックTr1のオン(On)期間を長くするためのスイッチング制御信号を出力して、往復動式圧縮機10Aに印加されるストローク電圧を増加させる。

一方、上記算出されたストローク値が初期指令値より大きいと、マイクロコンピュータ40は、トライアックTr1のオン(On)期間を短くするためのスイッチング制御信号を出力して、往復動式圧縮機10Aに印加されるストローク電圧を減少させる。このとき、往復動式圧縮機10Aのモータは、コイルが所定巻線数に一定に巻かれていて、上記ストローク電圧により駆動される。

このように、従来の往復動式圧縮機の制御装置は、トライアックTr1のオン/オフ(On/Off)される期間を調節することによって、ストロークの制御を遂行して、負荷及び電圧の変動に対処するようになっていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
然るに、このような従来の往復動式圧縮機の制御装置においては、ストロークを制御するために、トライアックに入力されるスイッチング信号のオン/オフ期間を変更して上記往復動式圧縮機のモータに印加される駆動電圧を制御するため、スイッチングによる騒音が発生して、この騒音を除去するためにノイズフィルタ(Noise Filter)のような付加的な回路を必要とするため、原価が上昇するという不都合な点があった。

又、スイッチング制御信号によりトライアックのオン/オフ期間を制御する場合、高調波によるパワーファクタ(Power Factor)への影響が生ずるため、これを補正するための付加回路を更に必要として、原価が上昇するという不都合な点があった。

又、トライアックのスイッチングによるサージ電圧(Surge Voltage:急峻に上昇する電圧)によりトライアックが損傷(Break Down)する危険があるだけではなく、トライアックが高調波成分を発生するため、往復動式圧縮機の効率が低下するという不都合な点があった。

本発明は、このような従来の問題を鑑みてなされたもので、負荷及び電圧の変動に対応するために、モータ自体の容量に関係するコイルの巻線数をモータ自体が変化させるようにした往復動式圧縮機の冷暖房力変更用コイル巻線数変更型モータ及び巻線数変更方法を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
このような目的を達成するため、本発明に係る往復動式圧縮機の冷暖房力変更用コイル巻線数変更型モータは、往復動式圧縮機のストロークを制御し得るモータであって、該往復動式圧縮機のストロークの制御を行うモータ( 100A-1 )のコイルの巻線数の大部分を占めるメインコイル( MC )と、該メインコイル( MC )と接続されて微細に冷暖房力を調節する複数のサブコイル( SC1 〜 SCN )と、を包含して構成される巻線数可変部( 500 )と、前記往復動式圧縮機に大きいストロークの発生が要求される場合、前記メインコイル( MC )のみに電圧を印加してコイルの巻線数を減少させ、前記往復動式圧縮機に小さいストロークの発生が要求される場合、前記メインコイル( MC )及び予め決定した複数のサブコイル( SC1 〜 SCN )に電圧を印加して、コイルの巻線数を増加させる制御部( 400 )と、を含包して構成されることを特徴とする。
又、本発明に係る往復動式圧縮機の冷暖房力変更用コイル巻線数変更型モータは、前記モータコイルの巻線数を変更し得るように複数に分割巻線されて相互に直列に接続された前記のメインコイルと複数のサブコイル(MC、SC1〜SCN)と、それらコイル(MC、SC1〜SCN)の隣接したコイル間に夫々接続される複数の継電器(Ry1〜RyN)と、負荷及び電源電圧の変動によって、前記モータのコイルの巻線数を変更するためのオン/オフ制御信号を出力して継電器(Ry1〜RyN)を制御する継電器制御部401-Aと、を包含して構成されることを特徴とする。

又、本発明に係る往復動式圧縮機の冷暖房力変更用コイル巻線数変更型モータの電気容量変更方法は、往復動式圧縮機に所定電圧が印加される場合、ストローク制御のために必要なコイルの巻線数を判断する段階と、前記往復動式圧縮機が大きいストロークの発生を要求する場合、メインコイルMCのみに電圧を印加して、コイルの巻線数を減少させる段階と、前記往復動式圧縮機が小さいストローク発生を要求する場合、前記のメインコイルMC及び予め決定した複数のサブコイルSC1〜SCNに電圧を印加してコイルの巻線数を増加させる段階と、を順次行うことを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態について、図面を用いて説明する。

本発明に係る往復動式圧縮機の冷暖房力変更用コイル巻線数変更型モータは、図1及び図2に示したように、モータ100A-1のコイルの巻線数を変更し得るように複数に分割巻線されたコイルMC、SC1〜SCNと、負荷及び電源電圧の変動によりモータ100A-1のコイルの巻線数を変更するために、オン/オフ制御信号を出力するマイクロコンピュータ400の継電器制御部401-Aと、上記の複数のコイルMC、SC1〜SCN間に接続されて上記オン/オフ制御信号の入力を受けて、モータコイルの巻線数を変更する複数の継電器Ry1〜RyNとを備えた巻線数可変部500と、電流検出部200及び電圧検出部300と、を包含して構成されている。

又、モータ100A-1に巻線されるコイルMC、SC1〜SCNは、メインコイルMCと複数のサブコイルSC1〜SCNとに分割され、複数の継電器Ry1〜RyNは、メインコイルMC及び複数のサブコイルSC1~SCNの接続端間に夫々接続されて、マイクロコンピュータ400の継電器制御部401-Aから複数の継電器Ry1〜RyNに対するオン/オフ制御信号の入力を受けて、モータ100A-1の巻線数を変更して、ストロークの制御を行うようになっている。

そして、使用者により初期指令値が入力されると、マイクロコンピュータ400は、ACスイッチングを行うスイッチング信号をトライアックTr1に出力して往復動式圧縮機100Aを駆動させ、電流検出部200及び電圧検出部300は、往復動式圧縮機100Aに供給される電流及び電圧を夫々検出して、マイクロコンピュータに出力すると、マイクロコンピュータ400は、使用者による初期ストローク指令値と往復動式圧縮機100A駆動中に計算されたストローク指令値とを比較して、その比較結果によって上記の計算されたストローク指令値が上記初期のストロークに合致するように、スイッチング制御信号(即ち、オン/オフ信号)を往復動式圧縮機100Aに出力することによって、モータ100A-1のコイルの巻線数が変更されて、巻線数可変部500によりストローク制御が遂行されるようになっている。

以下、上記のように構成された本発明に係る往復動式圧縮機の冷暖房力変更用コイル巻線数変更型モータの動作について、図面を用いて説明する。

往復動式圧縮機100Aのモータ100A-1は、内部にメインコイルMC及び複数のサブコイルSC1〜SCNが夫々独立的に直列に連結され、電圧及び負荷の変動によってオン/オフされて、モータ100A-1のストロークを制御するメインコイルMCと、N個のサブコイルSC1〜SCNの接続点に接続されたN個の継電器Ry1〜RyNと、を包含して構成されるが、このとき、往復動式圧縮機100Aのモータ100A-1に巻線されるコイルの巻線数Nは、モータ常数と比例関係にあり、所定の電源電圧(Voltage)が印加されるとき、往復動式圧縮機100Aのストローク(STROKE)はコイルの巻線数Nに反比例するので、次の(1)式のように表される。

従って、本発明は、モータ100A-1コイルの巻線数を可変にして、往復動式圧縮機100Aのストロークを制御することができる。

即ち、本発明に係る冷暖房力変更用コイル巻線数変更型モータの巻線の殆ど全ての部分をメインコイルMCで巻線して、残りの部分をN個のサブコイルSC1〜SCNで巻線した後、上記メインコイルMCと各サブコイルSC1〜SCN間に夫々継電器Ry1〜RyNを接続して、それら継電器Ry1〜RyNを電圧及び負荷の変動に応じてオン/オフさせて、モータ100A-1コイルの巻線数を変化させ、往復動式圧縮機100Aのストロークを制御する。

このようなストロークの制御方法においては、往復動式圧縮機100Aのストロークとモータ100A-1のコイルの巻線数との反比例関係を利用して、所定の電源電圧が印加される場合に、一番大きいストロークを発生させるときは、N個の継電器中第1番目の継電器Ry1をオン(ON)させて、その他の継電器Ry2〜RyNは全てオフ(OFF)させることによって、モータ100A-1のコイルの巻線数を低減させる。反対に一番小さいストロークを発生させるときは、N番目の継電器RyNをオン(ON)させて他の全ての継電器Ry1〜RyN-1をオフ(OFF)させることで、モータ100A-1のコイルの巻線数を増加させて、ストロークの制御を遂行する。

ここで、各継電器Ry1〜RyNは、電圧及び負荷の変動によりモータコイルの巻線数を変化させてストロークを制御し、マイクロコンピュータ400の継電器制御部401-Aからオン/オフ制御信号の入力を受ける。

本発明に係る往復動式圧縮機の冷暖房力変更用コイル巻線数変更型モータ及びコイル巻線数変更方法を冷房クーラに適用すると、図3に示したように、冷力がモータ100A-1の巻線数Nによって所定部分ではほとんど直線的に反比例することが分かる。

即ち、本発明に係る往復動式圧縮機の冷暖房力変更用コイル巻線数変更型モータ及びコイル巻線数変更方法は、所定電圧が印加されるときに、ストローク及びコイルの巻線数Nがほとんど線形に反比例するという特徴を利用して、上記メインコイルMCと複数のサーブコイルSC間に複数の継電器Ryを接続し、電源電圧及び変更される冷力による負荷の変動に従って、上記の複数の継電器Ryをオン/オフさせて、モータ100A-1のコイルの巻線数Nを変更させることによって、電圧及び負荷の変動により発生するノイズ等の悪影響を受けずに、往復動式圧縮機のストロークを制御することができる。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように、本発明に係る往復動式圧縮機の冷暖房力変更用コイル巻線数変更型モータ及びコイル巻線数変更方法においては、モータ内部に巻線されるコイルをメインコイルとサブコイルとに区分して、往復動式圧縮機のストロークを制御するとき、モータ自体のコイルの巻線数を変化させるようにすることによって、電圧及び負荷の変動に効率的に対処し得るという効果がある。

Claims (5)
- 往復動式圧縮機のストロークを制御し得るモータであって、
該往復動式圧縮機のストロークの制御を行うモータ( 100A-1 )のコイルの巻線数の大部分を占めるメインコイル( MC )と、該メインコイル( MC )と接続されて微細に冷暖房力を調節する複数のサブコイル( SC1 〜 SCN )と、を包含して構成される巻線数可変部(500)と、
前記往復動式圧縮機に大きいストロークの発生が要求される場合、前記メインコイル( MC )のみに電圧を印加してコイルの巻線数を減少させ、前記往復動式圧縮機に小さいストロークの発生が要求される場合、前記メインコイル( MC )及び予め決定した複数のサブコイル( SC1 〜 SCN )に電圧を印加してコイルの巻線数を増加させる制御部( 400 )と、
を包含して構成されることを特徴とする往復動式圧縮機の冷暖房力変更用コイル巻線数変更型モータ。 - 前記モータ(100A-1)のコイルの巻線数を変更し得るように複数個に分割して巻線されて相互に接続された前記メインコイルと複数のサブコイル(MC、SC1〜SCN)と、
前記メインコイルと複数のサブコイル(MC、SC1〜SCN)の隣接したコイル間に夫々接続される複数の継電器(Ry1〜RyN)と、
負荷及び電源電圧の変動により前記モータ(100A-1)のコイルの巻線数を変更するためのオン/オフ制御信号を出力して、前記継電器(Ry1〜RyN)を制御する継電器制御部(401-A)と、
を包含して構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の往復動式圧縮機の冷暖房力変更用コイル巻線数変更型モータ。 - 前記メインコイル(MC)及び前記サブコイル(SC1〜SCN)は、前記往復動式圧縮機(100A)が要求する冷暖房力によって巻線数が変更されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の往復動式圧縮機の冷暖房力変更用コイル巻線数変更型モータ。
- 前記継電器制御部(401-A)は、所定電源電圧が印加される場合、前記複数の継電器(Ry1〜RyN)をオン/オフさせて、所要冷暖房力によりストロークを制御することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の往復動式圧縮機の冷暖房力変更用コイル巻線数変更型モータ。
- 往復動式圧縮機に所定電圧が印加されると、ストロークを制御するために必要なコイルの巻線数を判断する段階と、
前記往復動式圧縮機が大きいストロークを要求する場合、メインコイルのみに電圧を印加して前記コイルの巻線数を減少させる段階と、
前記往復動式圧縮機が小さいストロークを要求する場合、前記メインコイル及び予め決定した複数のサブコイルに電圧を印加して、前記コイルの巻線数を増加させる段階と、を順次に行うことを特徴とする往復動式圧縮機のコイル巻線数変更方法。
