【0014】
パージ通路16の途中には、パージVSV(Vacuum Switching Valve)22が配置されている。
【0018】
本実施形態のシステムは、図1に示すように、ECU(Electronic Control Unit)40を備えている。

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as disclosed in, for example, JP-A-5-163993, an internal combustion engine having a PCV (Positive Crankcase Ventilation) system that recirculates blowby gas flowing out into a crankcase of an internal combustion engine to an intake passage of the internal combustion engine is known. ing. According to the PCV system, it is possible to prevent stagnation of blow-by gas in the crankcase, and to obtain effects such as prevention of rust generation in the crankcase and prevention of deterioration of the lubricating oil.
[0003]
In the above publication, the air-fuel ratio feedback correction coefficient (αAV1) when blow-by gas is recirculated into the intake passage, and the air-fuel ratio feedback correction coefficient (αAV2) when blow-by gas is not recirculated into the intake passage are described. Based on this difference, a technique for obtaining the influence (αB) of blow-by gas on the air-fuel ratio is disclosed. In the above publication, a learning value that eliminates the influence of blow-by gas is obtained by adding the influence αB to the learning value αL of the basic control value of the air-fuel ratio control amount, and the learning value is compared with the reference value. 【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is configured as described above, the following effects can be obtained.
In the first aspect of the present invention, the output of the evaporated fuel concentration sensor at the time of the purge cut becomes a value corresponding to the recirculation amount (actual recirculation amount) of the blowby gas actually flowing into the intake passage. Further, according to the present invention, an abnormality determination value related to the output of the evaporated fuel concentration sensor can be set based on the amount of blow-by gas recirculation that should occur during normal operation. Then, the abnormal state of the ventilation mechanism can be detected based on the abnormality determination value and the actual reflux amount. According to the method of the present invention, it is possible to determine an abnormal state of the ventilation mechanism without requiring a dedicated sensor or the like and without accompanying a large cost increase.
[0044]
According to the invention described in claim 2, it is possible to determine whether the ventilation mechanism is normal or abnormal by comparing the output ratio of the evaporated fuel concentration sensor with the abnormality determination value. The output of the evaporated fuel concentration sensor has a pressure dependency, but its output ratio is a physical quantity that does not have a pressure dependency. Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to accurately determine an abnormality without being affected by the intake pipe pressure.
[0045]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, it is possible to easily obtain the air corresponding output necessary for the calculation of the output ratio.
[0046]
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, the evaporated fuel concentration sensor is disposed in the surge tank, and blow-by gas is supplied to the surge tank. Therefore, according to the present invention, the influence of blow-by gas can be detected with high accuracy by the evaporated fuel concentration sensor.
