【0085】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a waste mud reuse system and a waste mud reuse method that can be suitably implemented to treat the waste mud generated at the time of excavating natural ground in the mud concentration type propulsion method and reuse it as a face stabilizer, for example.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the mud concentration type propulsion method, mud soil discharged from the excavator when excavating a natural ground (hereinafter, this mud soil may be referred to as “drained mud soil”) is used to stabilize the face during excavation. Since the face stabilizer is included, all of the mud is discarded as industrial waste. In recent years, due to the shortage of final disposal sites and environmental conservation, sand having a particle size of 74 micrometers or more and less than 2 millimeters and gravel having a particle diameter of 2 millimeters or more and less than 75 millimeters have been separated from the mudstone, There is a movement to reduce the amount of waste that must be disposed of by landfill.
[0003]
As a first conventional technique for treating such waste mud, sand having a particle size larger than gravel and gravel is removed from the waste mud from the excavator using a vibrating sieve, and the sand is removed from the mud that has passed through the vibrating sieve with a cyclone. There is a method of separating and recovering muddy water containing clay and silt, returning a part of the muddy water to the excavator for reuse, and dewatering the remaining muddy water to reduce waste (for example, patents) Reference 1).
[0004]
As a second conventional technique, a large-grain gravel is removed from the mud from the excavator using a mesh-shaped rotating drum, and gravel is removed from the mud passing through the rotating drum using a vibrating screen. There is a method in which muddy water containing silt and clay is separated from the mud that has passed through the first vibrating screen, and the muddy water is returned to the excavator and reused (see, for example, Patent Document 2).
[0005]
As a third conventional technique, there is an apparatus that separates mud soil according to particle size using a plurality of concentrated cyclones (see, for example, Patent Document 3).

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The mud soil has a very high viscosity and specific gravity, and clay and silt adhere to the sand and gravel contained in the mud soil. In the first prior art described above, since the mud soil containing solids of various particle sizes discharged from the excavator is directly applied to one vibrating sieve, it adheres to large particle size solids such as gravel. It is very difficult to separate small solids such as clay and silt from the gravel.
[0008]
Further, in the second prior art described above, although the gravel having a large particle size is removed from the mud soil from the excavator by the rotating drum, the muddy water passing through the rotating drum has a large solid content having a relatively large particle size. As well as being contained, solid content of various particle sizes is included, so it is difficult to remove the small particle size solid matter adhering to the large particle size solid matter with one vibrating sieve. It is.
[0009]
Further, in the third prior art described above, a plurality of concentrated cyclones can be used to concentrate the discharged mud and separate it according to particle size, but the treatment applied to the mud for returning the mud to the excavator for reuse. Is not disclosed.

As described above, with these conventional techniques, it is difficult to reliably separate clay and silt from sand and gravel. In addition, the muddy water other than returning to the excavator becomes surplus muddy water, and such surplus muddy water is treated as waste, making it difficult to reduce the amount of waste.
[0011]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to efficiently remove gravel and sand from the mud soil, and to reliably separate and recover components that can be reused as a face stabilizer from the mud soil, thereby reducing the amount of waste. It is to provide a mud reuse system and waste mud reuse method.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention as set forth in claim 1 is a jetting means for injecting a treatment liquid onto drainage mud from an excavator that excavates a natural ground, and turning the mud mud into fluid mud.
A primary treatment device comprising a first vibrating sieve capable of passing a solid content less than a predetermined first particle size contained in the muddy water. And
A second vibrating sieve that is capable of passing a solid content less than a second particle size smaller than the first particle size contained in the muddy water that has passed through the first vibrating sieve of the primary treatment device;
The muddy water that has passed through the second vibrating sieve is concentrated by centrifugation to a solid content greater than or equal to the third particle size smaller than the second particle size, and discharged separately from the solid content less than the third particle size. A concentrated cyclone
The muddy water containing solid content less than the third particle size discharged from the concentrated cyclone is centrifuged to obtain a solid content greater than or equal to the fourth particle size smaller than the third particle size and a solid content less than the fourth particle size. Classifying cyclones that are separated into separate and discharged separately;
The second particle size contained in the muddy water containing a solid content of the third particle size or more discharged from the concentrated cyclone and the muddy water containing a solid content of the fourth particle size or more discharged from the classification cyclone. A third vibrating sieve through which a solid content smaller than the fifth particle size can pass,
A waste mud reuse system, further comprising a secondary treatment device for circulating the muddy water that has passed through the third vibrating screen to the concentrated cyclone.
[0013]
According to the present invention, the treatment liquid is jetted onto the mud from the excavator that excavates the natural ground by the jetting means of the primary treatment apparatus, and the mud becomes the fluid mud. At this time, the solid content having a smaller particle size than the gravel such as sand, silt and clay, which is attached to the solid content having a relatively large particle size such as gravel, for example, is contained in the mud soil.
[0014]
Moreover, the solid content less than the predetermined first particle size contained in the muddy water passes through the first vibrating sieve. At this time, the solid content contained in the muddy water is separated into a solid content greater than or equal to the first particle size and a solid content less than the first particle size. If the solid content equal to or larger than the first particle size is, for example, gravel, the first vibration sieve separates the solid content contained in the muddy water into solid content having a particle size smaller than the gravel. Further, when the first vibrating sieve vibrates, the solid content and the liquid content less than the first particle size adhering to the solid content having the first particle size or more are separated from the solid content having the first particle size or more. As described above, the treatment liquid injection and the first vibrating sieve can efficiently and surely separate the solid content of the first particle size or more contained in the mud soil from the remaining solid content.
[0016]
PreviousThe solid content less than the second particle size smaller than the first particle size contained in the muddy water that has passed through the first vibration sieve of the primary processing apparatus passes through the second vibration sieve. At this time, the solid content contained in the muddy water is separated into a solid content greater than or equal to the second particle size and a solid content less than the second particle size. If the solid content equal to or greater than the second particle size is, for example, sand having a particle size equal to or greater than medium sand, the solid content contained in the muddy water includes sand having a particle size equal to or greater than medium sand by the second vibrating sieve. It is separated into a solid content and a solid content with a particle size less than medium sand. Further, when the second vibrating sieve vibrates, the solid content and the liquid content less than the second particle size adhering to the solid content having the second particle size or more are separated from the solid content having the second particle size or more. In this way, the solid content of the second particle size or more contained in the muddy water can be reliably separated from the muddy water.
[0017]
Further, among the solid content contained in the muddy water that has passed through the second vibrating screen, the solid content that is not less than the third particle size smaller than the second particle size is concentrated by the concentrated cyclone and less than the third particle size. It is discharged separately from the solid content. If the solid content of the third particle size or more is, for example, sand having a particle size of fine sand or more, the concentrated cyclone concentrates the sand of fine particle size or more out of the solid content contained in the muddy water. Silt and clay, which are solids with a particle size smaller than fine sand, are discharged separately from the concentrated sand. In this way, the solid content of the third particle size or more contained in the muddy water can be reliably separated from the muddy water.
[0018]
Further, among the solids contained in the mud discharged from the concentrated cyclone, the solids having a particle size of less than the third particle size are obtained by the classification type cyclone with a solid content of the fourth particle size or more smaller than the third particle size. Separated into solids having a particle size of less than the fourth particle size and discharged individually. If the solid content of the fourth particle size or more is, for example, a silt having a relatively large particle size, the solid content contained in the muddy water is separated from the silt having a relatively large particle size by the classification type cyclone. Separated into solids containing small silt and clay. In this way, the solid content of the fourth particle size or more contained in the muddy water can be reliably separated from the muddy water.
[0019]
Further, the second particles contained in the muddy water containing a solid content of a third particle size or more discharged from the concentrated cyclone and the muddy water containing a solid content of a fourth particle size or more discharged from the classification cyclone. Solids less than the fifth particle size smaller than the diameter pass through the third vibrating sieve. At this time, the solid content contained in the muddy water is separated into a solid content of less than the fifth particle size and a solid content of the fifth particle size or more. Further, when the third vibrating sieve vibrates, the solid content and the liquid content less than the third particle size adhering to the solid content having the third particle size or more are separated from the solid content having the third particle size or more. In this way, it is possible to reliably separate the solid content of the third particle size or more contained in the muddy water.
[0020]
Further, the muddy water that has passed through the third vibrating screen is circulated to the concentrated cyclone. Thus, the solid content contained in the muddy water is reliably separated by repeating the separation and concentration by the concentrated cyclone, the classified cyclone and the third vibrating sieve. As a result, the solid content contained in the mud discharged from the classified cyclone can be reliably recovered only as a solid having a particle size less than the fourth particle size. Such a solid content less than the fourth particle size is, for example, silt and clay having a relatively small particle size, and these solid content should be used as a face stabilizer for stabilizing the face when excavating a natural ground. Can do.
[0021]
Claim2The described invention further includes first supply means for supplying muddy water containing solids less than the third particle size discharged from the concentrated cyclone to the injection means.
[0022]
According to the present invention, the muddy water containing the solid content of less than the third particle size discharged from the concentrated cyclone is supplied to the spraying means by the first supply means, so that the muddy water can be used as a treatment liquid. it can. By reusing muddy water in this way, the amount of muddy water to be discarded is reduced, the amount of waste generated when excavating natural ground is reduced, and the amount of processing liquid excluding muddy water to be reused is reduced. Or can be eliminated.
[0023]
Claim3The described invention further includes a second supply means for supplying the excavator with muddy water containing a solid content of less than the fourth particle size discharged from the classified cyclone.
[0024]
According to the present invention, the muddy water containing the solid content less than the fourth particle size discharged from the classification cyclone is supplied to the excavator by the second supply means. Such a solid content less than the fourth particle diameter is, for example, silt and clay having a relatively small particle diameter, and these solid contents are suitable as a face stabilizer for stabilizing the face when excavating a natural ground. . By reusing muddy water in this way, the amount of muddy water to be discarded can be reduced, and the amount of waste generated when excavating natural ground can be reduced, and the face stabilizer that excludes muddy water to be reused Can be reduced or eliminated.
[0025]
Claim4The described invention further includes a dehydrating means for dehydrating muddy water containing solids having a particle size of less than the fourth particle size discharged from the classified cyclone.
[0026]
According to the present invention, the dewatering means dewaters the mud containing solids having a particle size of less than the fourth particle size discharged from the classification type cyclone. Thus, the waste can be further reduced.
[0027]
Claim5The described invention is a fluidization step of injecting a treatment liquid onto the mud from the excavator that excavates the natural ground using the jetting means, and converting the mud into a mud having fluidity.

Including a first classification step that separates into solid contentSee
After the first classification step, using a second vibrating sieve through which the solid content of the second particle size smaller than the first particle size can pass, the solid content less than the first particle size contained in the muddy water, A second classification step for separating the solid content less than the second particle size smaller than the first particle size into the solid content greater than the second particle size;
Using a concentrated cyclone, out of the solid content less than the second particle size contained in the muddy water, the solid content not less than the third particle size smaller than the second particle size is concentrated by centrifugation, and the first A concentration step of discharging separately from the solid content of less than 3 particle sizes;
Using a classification type cyclone, a solid content less than the third particle size contained in the mud discharged from the concentrated cyclone is solidified by a centrifugal separation with a solid content not less than the fourth particle size smaller than the third particle size. A centrifugal classification step of separating and solidly discharging the solids having a particle size of less than the fourth particle size;
Using a third vibrating sieve capable of passing a solid content having a fifth particle size smaller than the second particle size, the solid content having a particle size equal to or greater than the third particle size contained in the muddy water discharged from the concentrated cyclone, and A third component that separates the solid content greater than or equal to the fourth particle size discharged from the classified cyclone into a solid content less than the fifth particle size smaller than the second particle size and a solid content greater than the fifth particle size. A classification process;
A method for recycling mud soil, further comprising a circulation step of circulating a mud containing solid content less than the fifth particle size to the concentrated cyclone.
[0028]
According to the present invention, in the fluidizing step, the treatment liquid is sprayed on the mud from the excavator that excavates the natural ground, and the mud becomes the fluid mud. At this time, the solid content having a smaller particle size than the gravel such as sand, silt and clay, which is attached to the solid content having a relatively large particle size such as gravel, for example, is contained in the mud soil.
[0029]
In the first classification step, the solid content contained in the muddy water is separated by the vibrating sieve into a solid content having a particle size equal to or greater than the first particle size and a solid content having a particle size less than the first particle size. If the solid content equal to or larger than the first particle size is, for example, gravel, the first vibration sieve separates the solid content contained in the muddy water into solid content having a particle size smaller than the gravel. Further, when the vibrating screen vibrates, the solid content and the liquid content less than the first particle size adhering to the solid content having the first particle size or more are separated from the solid content having the first particle size or more. As described above, the treatment liquid injection and the first vibrating sieve can efficiently and surely separate the solid content of the first particle size or more contained in the mud soil from the remaining solid content.
[0031]
FirstIn the two-classification step, the solid content less than the second particle size smaller than the first particle size contained in the muddy water that has passed through the first vibration sieve is changed to a solid content greater than or equal to the second particle size by the second vibration sieve. Separated into a solid content less than the second particle size.
[0032]
In the concentration step, of the solid content contained in the muddy water that has passed through the second vibrating screen, the solid content of the third particle size that is smaller than the second particle size is concentrated by the concentrated cyclone, and the third It is discharged separately from the solid content less than the particle size.
[0033]
In the centrifugal classification step, the solid content less than the third particle size out of the solid content contained in the mud discharged from the concentrated cyclone is equal to or greater than the fourth particle size smaller than the third particle size by the classification cyclone. Are separated into a solid content of less than the fourth particle size and discharged separately.
[0034]
In a 3rd classification process, it is contained in the muddy water containing the solid content more than the 3rd particle size discharged | emitted from the said concentration type cyclone, and the muddy water containing the solid content more than the 4th particle size discharged | emitted from the said classification type cyclone. The solid content smaller than the second particle size and less than the fifth particle size passes through the third vibrating sieve. At this time, the solid content contained in the muddy water is separated into a solid content of less than the fifth particle size and a solid content of the fifth particle size or more. Furthermore, when the third vibrating screen vibrates, the solid content and the liquid content less than the fifth particle size adhering to the solid content having the fifth particle size or more are separated from the solid content having the fifth particle size or more. In this way, it is possible to reliably separate the solid content of the fifth particle size or more contained in the muddy water.
[0035]
In the circulation step, the muddy water that has passed through the third vibrating screen is circulated to the concentrated cyclone. Thus, the solid content contained in the muddy water is reliably separated by repeating the separation and concentration in the concentration step, the centrifugal classification step, and the third classification step. As a result, in the centrifugal classification process, the solid content contained in the mud discharged from the classification type cyclone can be reliably recovered only as a solid having a particle size less than the fourth particle size. Such a solid content less than the fourth particle size is, for example, silt and clay having a relatively small particle size, and these solid content should be used as a face stabilizer for stabilizing the face when excavating a natural ground. Can do.

By reusing muddy water in this way, the amount of muddy water to be discarded is reduced, the amount of waste generated when excavating natural ground is reduced, and the amount of processing liquid excluding muddy water to be reused is reduced. Or can be eliminated.
[0038]
Claim7The described invention further includes a second muddy water supply step of supplying muddy water containing solids less than the fourth particle size discharged from the classified cyclone to the excavator.
[0039]
According to the present invention, in the second muddy water supply step, muddy water containing a solid content of less than the fourth particle size discharged from the classification cyclone is supplied to the excavator.
[0040]
