Description

【0001】
【0051】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a self-supporting holding mechanism for a bag that uses a support frame to support the bag when the bag for storing and transporting articles is placed on a floor or a chair.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Bags (bags) or bags (hereinafter referred to as bags, etc.), which is one of the means for storing and transporting articles, are generally hand-hung or hung from the shoulder. Opening and closing the opening for putting in and out the article with a fastener, opening the lid closed with the base by removing the base, or forming a pair of U-shaped frames with the outer periphery overlapping each other, the frame There are a wide variety of types and shapes, such as a type that opens and closes both frames apart from each other around the hinge part of the base part, a pocket that is provided with side pockets, and a decoration.
[0003]
Of these bags, bags having an open frame are widely used in travel bags and ladies' handbags, as is well known, and when bags are placed on the floor or chairs, they stand on their own. Many of these are designed to be placed, and these are generally thicker. On the other hand, the shoulder bag suspended from the shoulder can be opened and closed easily while being suspended from the shoulder so that articles can be taken in and out while walking with the spread of laptop computers and mobile phones. Some have been devised so that they can be kept in a convenient state, and these are generally thin.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the bag having the above-mentioned self-supporting function is generally thick, and a strong and hard material using metal or plastic is used as a material for forming a shell material (shell member) such as a bag. A self-supporting function is given by the rigidity of the skin material. Accordingly, when the thickness is reduced or a soft material is used, the self-supporting function is impaired. Also, since the shoulder bag type is used under the condition that it is suspended from the shoulder, the thickness is inevitably limited, and it cannot be made too thick. In general, soft materials are used. Therefore, in such a shoulder bag type bag or the like, when the bag is lowered from the shoulder, the bag cannot stand on its own.
[0005]
The present invention keeps the above-mentioned various problems in mind, maintains the independence of the bag using a soft outer skin material that cannot hold the self-supporting state of the material itself, It is an object of the present invention to provide a self-supporting mechanism for a bag that allows contents to be taken out from inside.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a means for solving the above problems, the present invention provides a bag. of A pair of opening frames which are attached to the opening and at least one of which is rotatable or movable around the base end and which is rotatable. And , Each of the above Opening Frames are connected and a pair of opening frames The A self-supporting holding member for holding in a self-supporting state; Opening frame and self-supporting Connecting the members and limiting the opening angle of the opening frame within a predetermined range or moving the opening frame and guiding the rotation, And when the bag is opened and closed Connection adjusting means for adjusting the opening frame. Of Hold the bag on its own with at least one open Using a flexible skin material This is a self-supporting mechanism for bags that can be attached to the bag storage body.
[0007]
The self-supporting holding mechanism for a bag of the present invention having the above-described configuration is used so as to form a bag by attaching a skin material to the opening frame and covering the self-supporting holding mechanism with the skin material.
[0008]
The self-supporting holding of the bag is obtained by keeping the open frame in the open frame by the self-supporting holding member regardless of whether the bag is closed or opened, but as a form of the self-supporting holding member, a flat plate surface is formed on the bottom of the bag, There are a type in which the flat plate surface remains the same in any state when the bag is opened and closed, and a type in which the flat plate surface is folded in two and is held independently with the outer corner of the bag thickness as a holding end.
[0009]
In the former type of bag, since the bag has a predetermined thickness, the rotation center of the outer shell material and the rotation center of the opening frame are shifted in position when the bag is opened. For this reason, the opening frame is rotated, moved, or rotated to a predetermined angle, the angle is limited, and the connection adjusting means prevents the opening frame and the self-supporting holding member from being subjected to excessive force on the outer skin material. Adjust the connection state.
[0010]
The bag formed as described above is held in a self-supporting state by the self-supporting holding mechanism when the opening frame is opened and the contents are taken out. It is not necessary to hold the bag with one hand so that it does not fall down, and the contents can be taken out with both hands while holding the opening frame and holding it with no hands. In addition, since the outer skin material is soft, the hand feeling of the bag is good and the bag is light and soft, but the self-supporting property is maintained by the self-supporting member of the self-supporting holding mechanism.
[0011]
Embodiment
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1A shows a schematic configuration of the bag self-supporting holding mechanism of the first embodiment. The illustrated self-supporting mechanism for a bag is used by being incorporated in a bag, and in order to give the bag a self-supporting function so that the contents can be taken out with both hands while the bag is self-supported with the opening frame open. belongs to. In this example, the pair of opening frames 1 are symmetrical to each other, and the rotation and movement are interlocked with each other.
[0012]
As shown in the figure, the bag self-supporting mechanism A 1 Includes a pair of opening frames 1 (1a, 1b), a self-supporting holding member 2, and a connection adjusting member 3. The pair of opening frames 1a and 1b are formed in a U shape, and their base ends are connected to the self-supporting holding member 2 so as to be rotatable and slightly movable in the vertical direction. Between the self-supporting holding member 2 and the opening frames 1a and 1b, both of them are connected by a connection adjusting means 3, subjected to angle restriction, and movable and rotatable. As will be described later, the center of rotation of the outer shell material of the bag is determined. It also serves as an adjustment member that adjusts the movement of the opening frame during rotation about the center.
[0013]
The pair of opening frames 1a and 1b are connected to each other by connecting shafts 1x so as to be freely rotatable, and the shafts 1x are inserted into and supported by the elongated holes 3a provided in the legs 2a as the self-supporting holding members 2. 1 a and 1 b are connected to the self-supporting holding member 2. In this embodiment, the self-supporting holding member 2 is composed of a leg portion 2a having a U-shaped cross section. However, if necessary, the left and right leg portions 2a may be connected and fixed by a common base plate (not shown). Good.
[0014]
In this example, the connection adjusting means 3 includes a rotating arm 3b that rotatably connects the opening frames 1a and 1b and the leg 2a with axes 3x and 3x, and a long hole 3a provided in the leg 2a described above. Become. The long hole 3a is set to a distance length necessary for the connecting shaft 1x to rise when the opening frame 1a, 1b is rotated from an upright state where the opening frames 1a, 1b overlap each other to a state where the opening frame 1a, 1b is opened by a predetermined angle α. The opening frames 1a and 1b have the same shape as each other, but are slightly different in size so that one overlaps with a slight gap along the other inner dimension in the upright state. 10p is the center of rotation of the outer shell material 11 of the bag.
[0015]
When the bag having the above-described configuration is used, not only when the bag is closed and brought into an upright state, but also when the opening frames 1a and 1b are opened at a predetermined angle (α), the bag is maintained in an independent state. When opening and closing the bag, the opening frame 1 (1a, 1b) is connected to each other by the connecting shaft 1x, and the connecting shaft 1x is inserted and fitted into the elongated hole 3a provided in the leg 2a which is the self-supporting holding member 2. Therefore, when one of the opening frames 1 rotates and moves in the elongated hole 3a, the other opening frame 1 also rotates symmetrically and moves in the same direction. In this case, it is assumed that the opening frame 1 is adjusted for rotation and movement by the connection adjusting means 3.
[0016]
Although the bag skin 11 maintains the shape of the bag shown in the figure, it can be bent and opened around the center of rotation 10p when the bag is opened, and even if this opening and closing is repeated, it remains on the center of rotation 10p. For example, animal skins, thick cloths, synthetic leather materials, etc. having a predetermined thickness are used, which have appropriate rigidity and flexibility that are not so fragile that scratches such as fissures and cracks immediately occur in a short period of time.
[0017]
Self-supporting holding mechanism A having the above-described configuration and action 1 Is expressed as one mode of the mechanism of the basic structure as shown in FIG. 2 in which the basic idea is simplified, and other embodiments described later are also the same. In FIG. 2A, the basic mechanism is shown assuming the most simplified triangular cross-section bag. The skin material 11 is assumed to be a thin and hard plate that does not stretch. This is because the actual skin material 11 is soft and stretchable, but the mechanism can be established even with a flexible skin material as long as it is configured to be a hard plate.
[0018]
(A) The figure has shown the state which closed the bag, (b) The figure shows the state which opened the bag. (A) When the bag in the state shown in the figure is opened, the outer skin material 11 opens outwardly with the rotation center 10p of the outer skin material 11 as the center, so that the apex of the outer skin material 11 has the oblique side length of the outer skin material 11 as the radius. Move in an arc. At this time, one frame 1a of the opening frame 1 has its apex moved from O to an arc shape composed of points a, b, c, d... The point where is inserted gradually rises from the position of the lower end 1x and rises to a position corresponding to the length X of the elongated hole 3a provided in the leg 2a described above. Then, the length X and the length of the opening frame 1a are set so that the opening angle of the opening frame 1a at that time is α.
[0019]
The predetermined angle α is such that when the bag is opened, the angle is sufficient for putting the item into and out of the bag, and so that the bag can maintain its independence even when the stored item is tilted. It is set empirically as the optimum angle according to the type of outer skin material. An arbitrary point where the shaft 3x slightly above the elongated hole 3a is fitted (for convenience, the symbol of 3x is shared) is illustrated in accordance with the movement of the opening frame 1a to the positions O to d as described above. Draw a short curve (a curve close to an arc) like
[0020]
Accordingly, when the opening frame 1a is set to rotate and move so as to draw the arc and the short curve as described above, an ideal movement is obtained. Since a typical cross-sectional shape of an actual bag is a rectangular box shape, it is as shown in FIG. However, since a flexible material is used for the outer skin material 11 in an actual example, various inconveniences occur without restricting the movement of the opening frame 1a. For this reason, in the actual example, the connection adjusting means 3 is provided as a member for restricting the movement of the opening frame 1a within the predetermined angle α.
[0021]
When the connection adjusting means 3 is provided, various types can be adopted, but one example is that of the first embodiment. The connection adjusting means 3 of the first embodiment is in the form of a rotating arm 3b. The rotating arm 3b moves with a slight deviation within an allowable range with respect to the ideal movement described above. . The rotating arm 3b connects the arbitrary points 3x at the positions O and d of the opening frame 1a with a straight line in FIG. 2B, and the leg 2a of the self-supporting holding member 2 on the perpendicular bisector of the straight line. A point intersecting with the second frame is set as another arbitrary point 3x and is connected to the arbitrary point 3x on the opening frame 1a.
[0022]
Since the rotary arm 3b moves while drawing an arc around an arbitrary point 3x on the leg 2a, the above-described curved movement drawn by the arbitrary point 3x as an ideal movement of the opening frame 1a is completely complete. A slight difference between the arc and a curve close to this occurs, but the length of the rotating arm 3b may be set so as to be within an allowable error range in practice. The rotating arm 3b set in this way rotates around an arbitrary point 3x on the leg portion, whereas the outer skin 11 of the bag rotates around the rotation center 10p. Therefore, the connection adjusting means 3 formed by the elongated hole 3a and the rotating arm 3b not only restricts the opening angle of the opening frames 1a and 1b to the predetermined angle α, but also makes the opening frames 1a and 1b a self-supporting holding member 2. It is connected to guide the rotation and movement of the opening frames 1a and 1b when opened, and adjusts the deviation from the rotation of the outer skin material 11. The basic idea based on FIG. 2 described above is similarly applied to other embodiments described below.
[0023]
The self-supporting holding mechanism A of the second embodiment is shown in FIG. 2 Indicates. In this example, the leg portion 2a is formed of an L-shaped cross-section member including a single vertical plate, and a rotary arm 3b is attached to both surfaces via a shaft 3x. In this embodiment, the vertical bisector (dotted line) described above in FIG. 1A is extended obliquely upward and intersects the vertical center line when the opening frame 1 (1a, 1b) is closed. Is an arbitrary point 3x, and a rotating arm 3b is provided between this point and an arbitrary point 3x on the opening frame 1. The leg 2a is assumed to be narrow, and a wide base plate 2B is attached to the lower end thereof. Since the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the other same structural member, it abbreviate | omits description redundantly.
[0024]
Self-supporting holding mechanism A of this embodiment 2 Is basically the same as that of the first embodiment. However, since the rotation arm 3b is attached in the opposite direction, the direction of the deviation is also opposite, and the magnitude of the deviation is different. Therefore, it is necessary to provide the rotation arm 3b so that the deviation is within an allowable range.
[0025]
The self-supporting holding mechanism A of the third embodiment is shown in FIG. Three Indicates. In this example, the connection adjusting means 3 does not have a rotating arm, but includes long holes 3a and 3e provided in the leg 2a. The leg portion 2a is formed of two vertical plates that are wider than the leg portion 2a in FIG. The cross section may be U-shaped. The connecting shaft 1x is fitted in the elongated hole 3a in the same manner as in the first and second embodiments, but the elongated hole 3e has an obliquely upward shape as shown, and the shaft 3x attached to the opening frames 1a and 1b. Is configured to guide and regulate the path of movement when the opening frame is opened and closed. In addition, although the illustrated elongate hole 3e shows a linear thing, it is most preferable to make it into the curve shape which carries out the ideal motion of FIG. However, it may be arcuate instead. Also in this embodiment, a base plate 2B is provided at the lower end of the leg 2a.
[0026]
FIG. 1C shows a self-supporting holding mechanism A according to the fourth embodiment. Four Indicates. In this example, the leg portion 2a is formed with a protrusion at the center of the vertical surface of the L-shaped cross section, and the opening frames 1a and 1b are connected via a connecting shaft 1x inserted and fitted into a long hole 3a provided in the protrusion. The base ends of the frame are rotatably connected, and the rotary arm 3b 'is integrally formed at right angles to the base ends of the opening frames 1a and 1b.
[0027]
FIG. 1 (d) shows a self-supporting holding mechanism A of the fifth embodiment. Five Indicates. In this example, the shape of the leg portion 2a is the same as that of the second embodiment, but the long hole 3d 'is provided in the upper part of the leg portion 2a instead of the long hole 3a, and the connecting shaft 1x can rotate. However, it is different in that it cannot move up and down. In this example, the opening frames 1a and 1b only rotate and cannot move laterally.
[0028]
FIG. 1C shows a self-supporting holding mechanism B of the sixth embodiment. In this example, the opening frames 1a and 1b are bilaterally symmetric, but the left and right movements are not interlocked, one of them is opened and closed independently, and the left and right opening frames 1a and 1b face each other when they are closed in exactly the same shape. It is a form to close opposite. The structure of the leg 2a, the connection adjusting means 3 and the like is different in that the one side part of the first embodiment is formed independently, but the other part is the same as the structure of the first embodiment. In addition, this self-supporting holding mechanism B is A 2 ~ A Four It is possible to apply to each of the mechanisms without needing to be described in detail.
[0029]
FIG. 1B shows a self-supporting holding mechanism C of the seventh embodiment. In this example as well, the opening frames 1a and 1b are symmetric, but are greatly different from the other embodiments in that the rotation center of the opening frame 1 and the rotation center of the opening and closing of the bag are at the same point via the connecting shaft 1x. . In this example, the rotating arms 3b ′ and 3b ′ are integrally connected and formed at the base ends of the opening frames 1a and 1b, respectively. Therefore, the leg portion 2a is not provided, and the rotating arms 3b ′ and 3b are not provided. 'Serves as a self-supporting holding member and as a coupling adjustment means.
[0030]
Accordingly, there is no need for individual members such as the leg 2a, the base plate 2B and the connection adjusting means 3 as the self-supporting holding member 2 as in the other embodiments, and the rotating arm 3b ′ integrated with the opening frames 1a and 1b. 3 b ′ is simply attached to the outer skin material 11. For this reason, although a structural member differs from other embodiments, it is the same as other embodiments in that it has a self-supporting function. When the opening frames 1a and 1b having such a configuration are opened, the rotating arms 3b 'and 3b' rotate as shown in the figure, and the tips serve as legs. Will be held.
[0031]
FIG. 1C shows a self-supporting holding mechanism D of the eighth embodiment. In this example, the opening frames 1a and 1b are not interlocked, and both the structure and the operation are asymmetric. The opening frame 1b is fixed to the leg 2a, whereas the opening frame 1a is the mechanism A of the first embodiment. 1 Is the same as half of About the half part, since the same code | symbol is attached | subjected and shown in the figure, detailed description is abbreviate | omitted. This embodiment is intended to show that the opening frames 1a and 1b are not necessarily symmetrical. Other examples of asymmetry will be further described later. A 2 ~ A Five Needless to say, this can also be applied.
[0032]
Next, details of various self-supporting mechanisms for bags applied to the bag will be described. FIG. 3A is a self-supporting mechanism A for a bag according to the first embodiment. 1 It is an expansion perspective view of the principal part. The example shown corresponds to the first embodiment of FIG. 1A, and the entire mechanism has already been described. In this embodiment, the rotary arm 3b is a plate-like member, and the shaft 1x and the shaft 3x are specifically shown. (B) The state which closed the opening frames 1a and 1b is shown in the figure. FIG. 4 shows an overall schematic perspective view of a bag to which the bag self-supporting holding mechanism of this embodiment is applied. As shown in the figure, the bag K maintains its independence even in an upright state.
[0033]
FIG. 3C is a partial modification of the detailed structure of the first embodiment. As shown in the figure, the difference is that an auxiliary leg 2a ′ is provided to be connected to the leg 2a of the self-supporting holding member 2 of the first embodiment. As shown in the figure, the auxiliary leg portion 2a 'has an L-shaped cross section, and has a long hole 3a' at the center of the vertical surface, and the same two upper and lower portions near the left and right ends in the width direction. Long holes 3c and 3c are provided on the line, the connecting shaft 1x is inserted through the long hole 3a ', and the shafts 3x and 3x' are inserted through the long hole 3c. The length of the long hole 3a 'is several times longer than that of the long hole 3a.
[0034]
As can be seen from the figure, the connecting shaft 1x and the shaft 3x have a length extending between both side plates of the leg portion 2a, and are provided so as to be movable up and down within the elongated holes 3a ′ and 3c. The shaft 3x ′ has a length connecting the side plate on one side of the leg portion 2a and the vertical plate of the auxiliary leg portion 2a ′, and can move up and down within the elongated hole 3c. In this example, the flange surface of the auxiliary leg 2a ′ is fixed to the bottom surface of the outer skin material, and the leg 2a can move up and down with respect to the auxiliary leg 2a ′.
[0035]
The reason why the auxiliary leg 2a ′ is provided in this modification is to absorb the swelling when the article is accommodated in the bag. Further, when the article is accommodated in the bag, since the outer skin material is flexible, the bag swells sideways and the height of the bag changes. Therefore, this change in height is absorbed by the auxiliary leg 2a ′. Further, when the bag is lifted, the weight of the article is dispersed in the outer skin material and the opening frames 1a and 1b without making any slack in the outer skin material. Therefore, if a material having flexibility is used as the outer skin material, a light, easy to handle and soft image bag can be obtained.
[0036]
FIG. 5 shows the self-supporting holding mechanism A of the second embodiment. 2 The principal part expansion perspective view (a) of this and its partial modification (b) are shown. The overall shape of the opening frames 1a and 1b is the same as that of the first embodiment, and is not shown. (A) The self-supporting holding mechanism shown in the figure has the same basic principle as that of the first embodiment, but differs in the following points. In this embodiment, the leg 2a of the self-supporting holding member 2 is an L-shaped vertical plate, and the rotating arm 3b of the connection adjusting means 3 is rotatably connected to the top of the vertical plate of the leg 2a. Different.
[0037]
In this embodiment, as described above, the rotating arm 3b is connected to the top of the vertical plate of the leg 2a. However, the opening and closing operations of the opening frames 1a and 1b when opening the bag are reversed. However, it is almost the same as the first embodiment. Since the width of the leg 2a is narrower than the base plate 2B, the base plate 2B takes charge of the self-supporting property.
[0038]
The self-supporting holding mechanism of FIG. 5B is a partial modification of the example of FIG. 5A, and the leg 2a is interposed via the auxiliary leg 2a ″ as in the modification of the first embodiment. The auxiliary leg 2a ″ is installed on the base plate 2B. The reason for providing the auxiliary leg 2a ″ is the same as that of the modification of the first embodiment (FIG. 3C).
[0039]
FIG. 6 shows the self-supporting holding mechanism A of the third embodiment. Three The principal part expansion perspective view (a) of this and its partial modification (b) are shown. (A) Although the basic principle of the self-supporting holding mechanism in the figure is the same as that of the first embodiment, the constituent members are slightly different. The leg portion 2a is formed of a U-shaped cross-section member as in the first embodiment, but its vertical side plate is formed high, and a vertical hole 3a is formed closer to the lower center of the vertical side plate than the upper end. An elongated hole 3e is provided in an oblique direction, and the connecting shaft 1x is inserted into the elongated hole 3a, and the shaft 3x is inserted into the elongated hole 3e.
[0040]
The elongated hole 3a is the same as that of the first embodiment, but the elongated hole 3e is for guiding and adjusting the rotation and movement of the opening frames 1a and 1b in place of the rotating arm 3b of the first embodiment. The shape of the long hole 3e is a linear shape. The opening / closing operation as a bag is almost the same as in the first embodiment.
[0041]
6 (b) is similar to the modification of the first embodiment in that the leg 2a is installed on the base plate 2B via the auxiliary leg 2a ′. Is different. The operation is also the same as that of the modification of the first embodiment.
[0042]
FIG. 7 shows a self-supporting holding mechanism A according to the fourth embodiment. Four The principal part expansion perspective view (a) of this and its partial modification are shown. (A) Although the basic principle of the self-supporting holding mechanism in the figure is the same as that of the first embodiment, the constituent members are slightly different. As shown in the figure, the self-supporting holding member 2 is formed as a leg 2a having an L-shaped cross section and a chevron at the center, and a vertical hole 3a is provided on the chevron side plate of the leg 2a. The base ends of the opening frames 1a and 1b are rotatably attached to each other via a connecting shaft 1x.
[0043]
Further, the base ends of the opening frames 1a and 1b are integrally provided with a connecting arm 3b 'forming an L-shaped end with respect to each frame, and the other end of the connecting arm 3b' is connected via a shaft 3x. The leg 2a is rotatably attached to both ends. A long hole (not shown) is formed in the L-shaped end of the connecting arm 3b ', and the distance between the connecting shaft 1x and the shaft 3x slightly changes when the opening frames 1a and 1b are opened and closed. Therefore, it is provided to absorb the change in the inter-axis distance. Accordingly, in this embodiment, the connection adjusting member 3 is constituted by the connection arm 3b ′, the long hole 3a, and the long hole at the L-shaped end of the connection arm 3b ′.
[0044]
The operation of the self-supporting holding mechanism of this embodiment is basically the same as that of the first embodiment. In the case of this embodiment, if the rotation center 3x of the connecting arm 3b 'overlaps with the rotation center of the bag, the error due to rotation becomes zero, but the deviation due to each rotation increases as the two rotation centers shift. In addition, since the center of rotation cannot be overlapped by the play of the shaft, the outer shell material is required to be flexible in order to absorb this. Instead of the L-shaped end portion, the elongated hole may be provided at the other end of the arm or the shaft 3x portion of the self-supporting holding leg portion.
[0045]
(B) The partially modified example of the figure is different in that an auxiliary leg 2a ′ is provided with respect to the self-supporting holding mechanism of the embodiment of (a). As shown in the figure, the auxiliary leg 2a ′ is formed so that the leg 2a is movable in the vertical direction while holding the vertical plate 2a ″ of the leg 2a whose appearance is T-shaped. The operation of the auxiliary leg 2a ′ is the same as that of the modification of the first embodiment, and the description of the same part as the self-supporting holding mechanism of the embodiment of FIG.
[0046]
Self-supporting holding mechanism A according to the fifth embodiment shown in FIGS. Five Is a special case. Self-supporting holding mechanism A in this example Five Is the mechanism A of the second embodiment in structure. 2 The connection shaft 1x is largely different from the other examples in that the connection shaft 1x is provided so as to be rotatable with respect to the leg 2a and not to move up and down. In this example, the opening frames 1a and 1b rotate in conjunction with each other around the connecting shaft 1x and are opened and closed, but the opening frames 1a and 1b do not move in the vertical direction. Further, since the rotary arm 3b is rotatable with respect to the shaft 3x fitted in the elongated hole 3d 'of the leg 2a, one of the opening arms rotates and the shaft 3x moves up and down via the rotary arm 3b. By doing so, the other of the opening arms rotates in conjunction. This self-supporting mechanism A Five Needless to say, has a self-supporting function.
[0047]
FIG. 8C shows the self-supporting holding mechanism A. Five On the other hand, this is a partial modification of the fifth embodiment in that an auxiliary leg 2a ″ is provided. Five The operation of the auxiliary leg 2a "is the same as that of the modification of the first embodiment.
[0048]
FIG. 9 shows the auxiliary member 2 ′ of the self-supporting holding member 2. Each of the examples in FIGS. (A) and (b) is attached to enhance the self-supporting function from the outside of the outer shell material 11 of the bag. In particular, in the embodiment of FIG. When the width of the leg portion 2a of the self-supporting holding member 2 provided inside is inevitably small because the width of the bag is small, the self-supporting holding function is lowered when the width of the base plate 2B needs to be reduced to the same extent. To do. Therefore, this self-supporting function is supplementarily strengthened.
[0049]
(A) The auxiliary member 2 'shown in the figure is composed of two projecting plates 21 and 21. When not in use, the auxiliary member 2' is drawn parallel to the bottom of the bag as shown by a chain line, and is attached to the base plate 2B or the self-supporting device by a shaft 23x. It is attached to the leg 2a. 21a and 21a are teeth, 21b is an end pad, and 22 is a connecting plate. When the auxiliary member 2 'is used, if one of the overhanging plates 21 and 21 is rotated and pulled out, the other overhanging plate 21 is engaged with the tooth portions 21a and 21a at the end, so that the other The overhanging plate 21 is also rotated and pulled out to be linear with each other and overhang perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the bag. The self-supporting function is reinforced by the extension plates 21 and 21 being extended.
[0050]
(B) The auxiliary member 2 'shown in the figure is composed of one overhanging plate 21, and the center position of the auxiliary member 2' is attached to the inner bottom portion of the bag or the base plate by a shaft 23x. 21b is an end pad. In this example, if one end of the overhanging plate 21 is pulled out, the other end is inevitably pulled out to the opposite side, and the same functions as in FIG.
[0051]
FIG. 10 shows a principle diagram of a mechanism in which the mechanism shown in the principle diagram of FIG. 2 is asymmetric. As illustrated, in the closed state, the opening frame 1 (1a, 1b) is configured to form an asymmetric triangle in which a perpendicular passing through the apex of the triangle is slightly to the left of the center. The long hole 3a of the connection adjusting means 3 is provided vertically, and the lower end of the opening frame 1 (1a, 1b) connected to the long hole 3a by the shaft 1x can be raised and lowered. The conditions for the skin material 11 are the same as in the case of FIG.
[0052]
The mechanism of this embodiment is also applied to a bag close to a general rectangular box shape in an actual example, as in the case of FIG. 1 ~ A Five It goes without saying that each of the mechanisms B and B can be applied. In addition, the long hole 3a can also be provided in the predetermined angle inclination shape instead of perpendicular | vertical shape like illustration.
[0053]
【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, the self-supporting holding mechanism for a bag according to the present invention has a pair of opening frames. And Since it is equipped with a self-supporting holding member for self-supporting it and a connection adjusting means for connecting both members, it can hold a self-supporting state even when it is opened at a predetermined angle as well as when a bag made of a soft skin material is closed. Because it is not necessary to hold the bag with one hand, the contents can be easily taken out with both hands. Since the outer skin material is soft, it is easy to hold the bag with a light, soft and soft feel, and it has the epoch-making effect that it can greatly contribute to the creation of a bag with a new structure and design.
