BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a configuration of a traverse device and a traverse method for traversing a yarn wound around a package by driving a traverse motor forward and backward.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, in a single spindle type traverse device, each spindle is individually provided with a traverse motor for traversing the yarn wound around the package. In addition, a backup capacitor is generally provided in order to secure a driving power source and a control power source for the traverse motor when an instantaneous power failure occurs when the power source voltage temporarily decreases.
If this backup capacitor has a large capacity, the traverse device becomes large, and therefore it is desired to make the capacitor capacity as small as possible.

In the above-mentioned traverse device, if the power supply to the traverse motor is stopped and a free rotation state (free run state) is caused when a momentary power failure occurs, the power consumption decreases, so the capacity of the backup capacitor is reduced. can do.
However, when the traverse motor is set to a free-run state, there is a problem that the traverse guide driven by the traverse motor collides with peripheral members such as pulleys and stoppers provided in the drive unit of the traverse guide.
Therefore, the present invention provides a traverse device that can continuously control a drive member such as a traverse motor with a minimum power supply backup amount when an instantaneous power failure occurs.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention uses the following means in order to solve the above problems. That is, according to the first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a detecting means for detecting a drop in the power supply voltage and a traverse control means for controlling a traverse motor for driving the traverse guide. The traverse motor can be controlled at two drive speeds, and when the power supply voltage is in a normal state, control is performed so that the traverse motor is driven at the first drive speed, and a drop in the power supply voltage is detected. In such a case, control is performed so that the traverse motor is driven at the second drive speed.
[0005]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, when the detecting means detects a decrease in power supply voltage, the traverse control means calculates the second driving speed with reference to the position and moving direction of the traverse guide at the time of detection. And second speed calculation means.
[0006]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, the second drive speed calculated by the second speed calculation means is the longest duration during which the control by the traverse control means can be continuously performed in a power supply voltage lowered state. The speed is such that when the time elapses, the traverse guide reaches a preset origin position.
[0007]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, the traverse control means detects the decrease in power supply voltage and then stops the traverse guide at the preset origin position until the traverse guide is stopped at the end of the traverse range. The traverse motor was controlled so that the number of turns was one.
[0008]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, when the traverse control means detects a power recovery after the power supply voltage is lowered, the traverse guide is driven with a traverse width smaller than that at the time when the power supply voltage drop is detected for a predetermined time. Thus, the traverse motor is controlled.
[0009]
Furthermore, in the invention of claim 6, the traverse device is provided with a winding control means for controlling a winding motor for driving the package rotation, and when the winding control means detects a decrease in the power supply voltage, the winding control means. The take-up motor is controlled to freely rotate.
[0010]
Further, in the invention of claim 7, when the traverse control means and the winding control means detect the power recovery after the power supply voltage is lowered, the traverse speed of the traverse guide and the winding speed of the package are set for a predetermined time. Keep in an asynchronous state.
[0011]
Furthermore, in the invention of claim 8, in the traverse method for reciprocating the traverse guide in accordance with forward / reverse driving of the traverse motor, when a decrease in the power supply voltage for supplying power to the traverse motor is detected, the power supply voltage is Control is performed so that the drive speed of the traverse motor is lower than that in the normal state.

Further, as shown in FIG. 4, as described above, when a voltage drop is detected, the traverse speed is immediately switched from the first drive speed to the second drive speed. After returning from, the traverse speed is switched to a third drive speed that is faster than the second drive speed and slower than the first drive speed for a predetermined time. In this example, for example, the third drive speed is set to a speed that is approximately 95% of the first drive speed, which is the speed at the time of instantaneous power failure. This third drive speed can be appropriately set to the
Note that the second drive speed in this example is a constant speed set to be lower than the first drive speed, which is immediately switched from the first drive speed when a voltage drop is detected. From the time point after detection, it can be set to gradually decelerate steplessly from the first driving speed, or can be set to decelerate stepwise. That is, the second drive speed can take all speed profiles that decelerate from the first drive speed from the time point when the voltage drop is detected.
As described above, the second driving speed is a speed pattern set at a speed lower than the first driving speed during the period from the time when the voltage drop is detected to the time when the power recovery is detected. It can also be expressed with an average speed until power detection.
[0031]
Further, when a voltage drop is detected, the

That is, when power is restored from an instantaneous power failure state, the traverse speed is not accelerated in synchronization with the rotational speed of the winding
In this way, by causing the rotational speed and traverse speed of the winding
[0034]
Further, immediately after the power is recovered from the instantaneous power failure state, the yarn Y has a weaker tension because the running speed of the yarn Y (the rotational speed of the winding roller 2) is lower than the normal winding speed. If the traverse is performed with the same traverse width as in the normal state in a state where the tension is weak, there is a possibility that “twisting” occurs in which the wound yarn Y falls on the end surface of the winding
Therefore, in the
In the case of this example, the traverse is performed with a width of approximately 95% of the normal time (when a voltage drop is detected), but this ratio is appropriately set to the
[0035]
Further, when power is recovered from an instantaneous power failure, control can be performed so that the rotational speed and traverse speed of the winding
By configuring in this way, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of a twill and ribbon winding at the end of the winding
Note that only one of the disturb control and creeping control may be executed.
[0036]
In addition to the above-described control, when a decrease in the power supply voltage is detected, it is also possible to perform control such that the traverse speed and the rotation speed of the winding
[0037]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is configured as described above, the following effects can be obtained. In other words, according to the first aspect of the present invention, there is provided detection means for detecting a decrease in power supply voltage, and traverse control means for controlling a traverse motor for driving the traverse guide, wherein the traverse control means has a first drive speed or a second drive speed. The traverse motor can be controlled at the drive speed of the power supply, and when the power supply voltage is in a normal state, the traverse motor is controlled to be driven at the first drive speed, and a drop in the power supply voltage is detected. In this case, since the traverse motor is controlled to be driven at the second driving speed,
The power consumption after the power supply voltage is lowered can be reduced, and the control of the traverse motor can be continued for a long time.
As a result, the traverse motor cannot be controlled before the instantaneous power failure occurs and the traverse guide is free-runned, and collides with peripheral members such as pulleys and stoppers provided in the drive unit of the traverse guide. Can be prevented.
[0038]
Furthermore, as described in
It is possible to calculate the optimal second driving speed for preventing an increase in power consumption, a free run of the traverse guide, and the like.
[0039]
Further, according to a third aspect of the present invention, the second drive speed calculated by the second speed calculation means is the longest continuous time that can be continuously controlled by the traverse control means in the power supply voltage lowered state. Since the speed is such that the traverse guide reaches the preset origin position,
When the power failure occurs, the traverse guide is located at the origin position. When power is restored from the power failure state, the traverse guide starts moving again from the origin position, and the traverse control that was in the control stopped state When the apparatus resumes control, the position of the traverse guide can be easily grasped.
Also, since the origin position is reached when the longest returnable period has elapsed, the traverse guide quickly reaches the origin position and stops in that state (without the yarn being traversed, Occurrence of a phenomenon in which the winding package is continuously wound at the same position in the traverse direction can be prevented.
[0040]
In addition, the traverse control means may detect the traverse guide at the end of the traverse range until the traverse guide is stopped at the preset origin position after detecting a decrease in the power supply voltage. Since the traverse motor was controlled so that the number of turns was one,
As in the case of returning to the origin without turning the traverse guide, large power consumption due to sudden deceleration does not occur, and the capacity of the backup capacitor can be reduced and the size can be reduced.
In addition, since traverse speed fluctuations due to turns can be minimized, it is possible to prevent the yarn from coming off the traverse guide and the yarn falling off from the end of the package from falling off. be able to.
[0041]
Furthermore, as described in
The occurrence of traversing in a state where the tension of the yarn immediately after power recovery from the instantaneous power failure state is weak can be prevented.
[0042]
Further, according to a sixth aspect of the present invention, the traverse apparatus includes a winding control unit that controls a winding motor for driving the package rotation. When the winding control unit detects a decrease in the power supply voltage, the traverse device By controlling the motor for free rotation,
Since power supply to the winding motor is stopped, power consumption can be minimized.
[0043]
The traverse control means and the take-up control means, as claimed in claim 7, asynchronously synchronize the traverse speed of the traverse guide and the take-up speed of the package for a predetermined time when detecting power recovery after the power supply voltage drops. Since it keeps in the state
It is possible to prevent the occurrence of ribbon winding in which the yarn is wound intensively at the same location of the package.
[0044]
Further, in the traverse method for reciprocating the traverse guide in accordance with forward / reverse driving of the traverse motor, the power supply voltage is normal when a decrease in the power supply voltage for supplying power to the traverse motor is detected. Since the drive speed of the traverse motor is controlled to be lower than when it is in a
The power consumption after the power supply voltage is lowered can be reduced, and the control of the traverse motor can be continued for a long time.
As a result, the traverse motor cannot be controlled before the instantaneous power failure occurs and the traverse guide is free-runned, and collides with peripheral members such as pulleys and stoppers provided in the drive unit of the traverse guide. Can be prevented.
