【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an apparatus for lifting a heavy object while synchronizing a plurality of hydraulic jacks with each other.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-137994 has proposed a method of moving a heavy object up and down while maintaining the level with a plurality of hydraulic jacks.
[0003]
A stroke sensor is attached to each hydraulic jack, and when the deviation between the maximum value and the minimum value exceeds the predetermined value, the deviation between the hydraulic jacks is eliminated by opening and closing the solenoid valve provided in each high pressure circuit, Raises and lowers heavy objects while maintaining level.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in this method, the solenoid valve opens and closes on and off to correct the stroke deviation between the hydraulic jacks, so that an impact (shock) is likely to occur at that time, and the weight is stable. There was a problem that things could not be moved up and down.
[0005]
This tendency is particularly strong when the load balance of heavy objects supported by a plurality of hydraulic jacks is poor and the support load of each hydraulic jack is difficult to equalize. When the stroke is extended (lowered) and the hydraulic jack is lowered, the hydraulic jack in a portion with a large load is easily stroked (contracted) quickly, and the correction operation described above is frequently repeated in order to eliminate the stroke deviation between them.
[0006]
The purpose is to solve such problems.

[Means for Solving the Problems]
The first invention includes a plurality of hydraulic jacks for supporting heavy objects and each hydraulic jack.Supply and discharge hydraulic oilThe main flow control valve that controls the flow rate of theSupply and discharge hydraulic oilAn auxiliary flow rate control valve for controlling the flow rate ofA switching valve disposed upstream of each of the main and auxiliary flow control valves and capable of switching hydraulic oil between a supply side and a discharge side;Means for detecting the stroke of each hydraulic jack and the auxiliary flow control valve side so that the stroke deviation between each hydraulic jack does not exceed a predetermined value.Switching the selector valveAnd tuning control means for operating and absorbing the deviation.According to a second invention, in the first invention, hydraulic oil from the auxiliary flow control valve is mainly supplied to the hydraulic jack by being pressurized through a pressure-increasing cylinder, and the pressure-increasing cylinder has a pressure receiving area. It has a large oil chamber and a small oil chamber, and is composed of a reciprocating cylinder in which pistons arranged in these oil chambers are connected to each other. Hydraulic pressure from the main and auxiliary flow control valves is introduced into the large oil chamber. A small oil chamber connects to the hydraulic jack. According to a third invention, in the first or second invention, there is provided means for measuring the load load of the hydraulic jack, and a lowering valve connected to the discharge side when the load load of the hydraulic jack reaches a predetermined set value. Load load adjusting means for opening and lowering to a set load range. According to a fourth aspect of the invention, in the third aspect of the invention, in the process of initially lifting a heavy object, first, the hydraulic jacks are initially stroked by a predetermined amount all at once through the auxiliary flow control valve, and after the initial stroke, When there is a load exceeding the set load, the stroke of all the hydraulic jacks is temporarily stopped and the hydraulic pressure is adjusted until it falls within the set load via the hydraulic jack down valve that exceeds the set load. release. According to a fifth invention, in the third invention, the main flow rate control valve is controlled to supply / discharge hydraulic oil to / from each hydraulic jack, and the stroke amount of each hydraulic jack is detected in the synchronized ascending or descending stroke of the heavy object. Then, control the auxiliary flow rate control valve of each hydraulic jack so that the stroke speed of each hydraulic jack falls within a predetermined deviation value with respect to the reference speed, increase or decrease the supply amount, and keep the stroke deviation of each hydraulic jack within a certain value Ascend or descend while maintaining According to a sixth invention, in the fifth invention, the load load of each hydraulic jack is judged, and when there is a load load exceeding a set value, the strokes of all the hydraulic jacks are temporarily stopped to reduce the set load. The hydraulic pressure is released until the set load is reached via the lowering valve of the hydraulic jack that has been exceeded, and thereafter, the stroke deviation of each hydraulic jack is again raised or lowered while maintaining the stroke deviation within a certain value.
[0014]
[Operation and effect of the invention]
In the first invention, the flow rate is corrected by the auxiliary flow control valve so that the stroke deviation of each hydraulic jack does not exceed a predetermined value. At this time, the auxiliary flow control valve has a minute flow rate with respect to the main flow control valve. By setting to control, it is possible to suppress the fluctuation of the hydraulic pressure accompanying the correction and to perform stable synchronous control without shock.Further, upstream of the main and auxiliary flow control valves, a switching valve for switching hydraulic oil between the supply side and the discharge side is arranged, and the main and auxiliary flow rate flow valves can control the flow rate in both the supply side and the discharge side. Thus, the tuning control can be stably performed for both the rising and lowering by the hydraulic jack.
In the second aspect of the invention, hydraulic oil from the auxiliary flow control valve is mainly supplied to the hydraulic jack after being pressurized through the pressure-increasing cylinder, so that pressure control is facilitated and high pressure can be accommodated. In the third invention, when even one of the load loads of the hydraulic jack reaches a predetermined value, the load pressure of the hydraulic jack is reduced to the set load range, so that the hydraulic jack may be damaged by an excessive load. To be prevented. In the fourth aspect of the invention, even if the heavy object is stuck, the sticking can be eliminated by initial floating by a small stroke through the auxiliary flow control valve, and at this time, an excessive load is applied to one hydraulic jack. It can be prevented from taking off and can be raised safely. In the fifth aspect of the invention, the stroke speed of each hydraulic jack is controlled so as to fall within a predetermined deviation value with respect to the reference speed during the tuned up or down stroke of the heavy load. Ascending or descending can be completed stably. According to the sixth aspect of the present invention, when even one load load of the hydraulic jack reaches a set value during the tuned up or down stroke of the heavy object, the strokes of all the hydraulic jacks are once stopped, and in that state, the overload is exceeded. Since the load on the hydraulic jack is automatically reduced, an excessive load is not applied to each hydraulic jack during the tuning control, and stable and efficient tuning control can be performed.
