【産業上の利用分野】
本発明は、情報を管理する情報管理装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、利用者が端末から回線を介してセンタのデータベースをアクセスして情報やプログラムの提供を受ける場合、センタから送られてきたメニュー上に表示されたリスト中から所望の情報やプログラムを選択し、選択した情報やプログラムの提供を受けるようにしていた。

また、リストから選択した情報やプログラムの有償による提供を要求した場合、センタから公開レベルに応じた部分を空白にした情報やプログラムを返信して表示したり、あるいは使用して処理を実行していた。

また、情報やプログラムを提供する際に、全体に対する課金を表示して請求していた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来は上述したように、リスト中から所望の情報やプログラムを選択し、センタが選択された情報やプログラムのうちから公開レベルに応じて提供できない部分を空白にして返信して表示させていたため、表示画面上で非公開の部分が空白となって不自然となってしまう問題があると共に、非公開の部分が存在することを知らせてしまい不快感を与えるという問題があった。

また、リスト中から選択した情報やプログラムの全体の課金を表示して請求していたため、１頁しか見ていないのに係わらず、全頁の例えば１００頁分の課金を請求されてしまい、融通がきかず、不便でその安価かつ簡易な利用を妨げる理由となってしまう問題があった。

本発明は、これらの問題を解決するため、メニュー上に利用者の公開レベルをもとに権限のあるリストのみを表示したり、表示や提供した部分のみ課金したり、情報のうちの権限のある内容や関連情報のみを表示や提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
図１は、本発明の原理ブロック図を示す。
図１において、センタ１は、データベース８の情報やプログラムを利用者に提供などするものであって、管理装置２、データベース８、利用者管理テーブル９、および情報管理テーブル１０から構成されるものである。

管理装置２は、データベース８の情報やプログラムなどを管理するものであって、情報リストチェック手段３、メニュー生成手段４、内容チェック手段５、課金手段６、および関連情報チェック手段７から構成されるものである。

情報リストチェック手段３は、利用者管理テーブル９から利用者ＩＤの公開レベルを取り出し、この公開レベルによって権限有りとされた情報のリストを情報管理テーブル１０から検索して取り出すものである。

メニュー生成手段４は、権限有りとして取り出したリストをもとに動的にメニューを生成するものである。
内容チェック手段５は、利用者ＩＤの公開レベルをもとにデータベース８を検索して情報に付与されている公開レベルと比較して権限有りとされた情報の内容のみを取り出すものである。

課金手段６は、表示や提供した部分の課金のみを集計するものである。
関連情報チェック手段７は、データベース８を検索して取り出した関連情報の公開レベルと、利用者ＩＤの公開レベルとを比較して権限有りの関連情報のみを取り出すものである。

データベース８は、情報、関連情報などを検索し易く保存したものである。
利用者管理テーブル９は、利用者の公開レベルを登録したものである。
情報管理テーブル１０は、情報の公開レベルを登録したものである。

端末１１は、利用者が操作して検索依頼などをセンタ１に通知したり、検索結果を表示などするものである。

【作用】
本発明は、図１に示すように、利用者ＩＤを入力した情報のリスト表示要求に対応して、情報リストチェック手段３が利用者管理テーブル９から利用者ＩＤの公開レベルを取り出し、この公開レベルによって権限有りとされた情報のリストを情報管理テーブル１０から検索して取り出し、この取り出したリストを表示させるようにしている。

この際、メニュー生成手段４が情報リストチェック手段３によって権限有りとして情報管理テーブル１０から取り出された情報のリストをもとに動的にメニューを生成し、この生成したメニューを端末１１の画面上に表示し、利用者に提示するようにしている。

また、利用者から情報の表示指示に対応して、内容チェック手段５が利用者ＩＤの公開レベルをもとにデータベース８を検索して情報に付与されている公開レベルと比較して権限有りとされた情報のみを取り出し、この取り出した情報の内容を端末１１の画面上に表示するようにしている。

また、権限有りとされた情報のみを取り出して表示されたことに対応して、課金手段６がこの表示された部分についてのみ課金を集計するようにしている。
また、表示された情報上で、関連情報の表示指示された情報について、関連情報チェック手段７がデータベース８を検索して取り出した関連情報の公開レベルと、利用者ＩＤの公開レベルとを比較して権限有りの関連情報のみを取り出し、端末１１の画面上に表示するようにしている。

従って、利用者の公開レベルをもとに権限のあるリストのみをチェックして動的にメニューを作成して表示したり、権限のある情報の内容のみを抽出して表示したり、表示や提供した情報の部分のみを課金したり、情報の関連情報のみを表示や提供することが可能となった。

【実施例】
次に、図２から図１８を用いて本発明の実施例の構成および動作を順次詳細に説明する。

図２は、本発明の動作説明フローチャートを示す。
図２において、Ｓ１は、検索を依頼する。これは、利用者が図１の端末１１を操作して検索依頼を回線を介してセンタ１に通知する。

Ｓ２は、検索する。
Ｓ３は、情報リストのチェックを行う。これらＳ２、Ｓ３は、Ｓ１で検索依頼を受けたセンタ１が検索依頼した利用者ＩＤをもとに利用者管理テーブル９から公開レベルを取り出し、この取り出した公開レベルと、情報管理テーブル１０中の情報リストに付加されている公開レベルとを比較し、権限が有りとされた情報のリストのみを抽出する。

Ｓ４は、メニュー生成する。これは、Ｓ３で権限有りとされた情報のリストのみを取り出し、見やすい形のメニューを作成する。これにより、従来の非公開とされた情報のリストの部分を空白として非公開のリストがあると利用者に不快感を与えるようなメニューではなく、非公開リストが存在する手掛かりを与えることのないメニューを公開レベルに応じて動的に作成できることとなる。

Ｓ５は、メニュー選択する。これは、Ｓ４で動的に作成したメニューを回線を介して端末１１に返信してディスプレイ上に情報のリストのメニューを表示させ、利用者が任意の情報のリストを選択する。

Ｓ６は、情報料を表示する。これは、Ｓ５で利用者がメニュー上から選択した情報のリストの通知を受けたセンタ１が情報料を返信し、メニュー上にその情報料を表示する。

Ｓ７は、概要を表示する。これは、情報の概要や要約を表示する。
Ｓ８は、内容表示を指示する。これは、Ｓ６で情報料、Ｓ７で概要表示を見た利用者が情報の内容の表示を指示する。

Ｓ９は、情報内容のチェックを行う。これは、Ｓ８で利用者が内容表示を指示したことに対応して、センタ１が指示を受けた情報の内容に付加されている公開レベルと、利用者の公開レベルとを比較し、権限のある情報の内容のみを抽出する。

Ｓ１０は、内容を表示する。これは、Ｓ９で権限有りとされた情報の内容のみを端末１１に返信してディスプレイ上に表示する。
Ｓ１１は、表示範囲を移動する。これは、Ｓ１０で情報の内容の表示を見た利用者が、例えば次の頁の表示範囲に移動などして必要な頁を表示する。例えば全体で１００頁あった場合、先頭の第１頁から第５頁まで表示範囲を移動する。

Ｓ１２は、表示の課金を算出する。これは、Ｓ１１で利用者が表示範囲として移動した範囲の例えば第１頁から第５頁までの合計５頁分の課金を算出する。これにより、従来は情報単位、ここでは１００頁分の情報料を課金していたが、本実施例では実際に表示させた５頁分の情報料の課金のみとなり、利用者は情報を使い易くなり、結果として使用頻度が増大することとなる。

Ｓ１３は、提供範囲を指定する。これは、利用者が実際に見た表示範囲の他に、更に提供範囲を必要に応じて指定する。
Ｓ１４は、提供の課金を算出する。これは、Ｓ１３で利用者が指定した提供範囲分の課金を算出する。

Ｓ１５は、部分を提供する。これは、Ｓ１０からＳ１２で実際に表示した情報の内容、あるいはＳ１３とＳ１４で提供範囲を指定した情報の内容のみの部分を提供する。

以上によって、利用者が端末１１を操作して検索を依頼したことに対応して、センタ１が利用者の公開レベルをもとに権限のある情報のリストを情報管理テーブル１０から取り出して動的にメニューを作成し、端末１１のディスプレイ上に表示させる。利用者はこのメニューから選択したことに対応して、センタ１が利用者の公開レベルをもとに権限のある情報の内容のみを抽出し、端末１１のディスプレイ上に表示させる。利用者はこの表示された情報の内容のうち見たい頁のみを表示移動して見たことに対応して、この表示範囲のみの課金を計算したり、更に提供範囲を指定したことに対応して、当該提供範囲のみの課金を計算したりし、その提供範囲のみをセンタ１が表示や提供することが可能となった。以下順次詳細に説明する。

図３は、本発明の情報のリストのチェックフローチャートを示す。これは、図２のＳ３の情報リストのチェックの詳細な手順を示したものである。
図３において、Ｓ２１は、利用者ＩＤを入力する。これは、右側に記載したように、利用者が端末１１を操作して利用者ＩＤとしてここでは、“００１”を入力する。

Ｓ２２は、利用者管理テーブル９の参照による利用者の公開レベルの取出しを行う。これは、右側に記載したように、例えば後述する図５の利用者管理テーブル９を参照して、利用者ＩＤ“００１”の公開レベル“０”を取り出す。ここで、公開レベルの数値が小さい程、権限が高い。

Ｓ２３は、情報管理テーブル１０の参照による情報の公開レベルの取出しを行う。これは、右側に記載したように、例えば後述する図６の情報管理テーブル１０を検索して、情報コード“Ａ００１”の公開レベル“２”を取り出す。

Ｓ２４は、権限ありか判別する。これは、利用者の公開レベルが情報の公開レベルと同じあるいは小さく、権限がありか判別する。ＹＥＳの場合には、Ｓ２５で情報リストの表示可の確定をする。この確定に対応して、権限有りと確定した情報のリストについて動的に見やすいメニューを作成し、これのメニューを回線を介して端末１１に返信してディスプレイ上に表示させる。一方、ＮＯの場合には、情報リストの権限が無いと判明したので、利用者から検索要求のあった情報リストの表示を行わない。

以上によって、利用者が端末１１上で利用者ＩＤを入力して情報リストの検索依頼に対応して、センタ１が利用者の公開レベルと、情報リストの公開レベルとを比較して権限のある情報のリストのみを抽出して表示可と確定し、この確定した情報リストを動的にメニュー作成し、端末１１のディスプレイ上に表示する。これにより、利用者に権限のある情報リストのみのメニューを見せることが可能となる。

図４は、本発明の公開レベル例を示す。これは、部門種別に付与する公開レベルを予め設定したものである。例えば図示の下記のように設定する。

図７において、Ｓ３１は、情報を選択する。これは、図３のＳ２５で権限有りとして確定された情報のリスト表示のうちから情報の内容を見たいものを１つ選択する。

Ｓ３２は、情報内の公開レベルの取出しを行う。これは、Ｓ３１で端末１１で利用者が選択した情報を回線を介して通知を受けたセンタ１が、当該情報をデータベース８から検索し、情報に付加されている公開レベル（例えば公開レベル“１”）を取り出す。ここで、公開レベルの数値の小さい程、利用者からはアクセスしにくいことを表す。

Ｓ３３は、権限ありか判別する。これは、Ｓ３２で情報から取り出した公開レベルが、利用者の公開レベルと等しい、あるいは大きくて情報の内容をアクセスする権限ありか判別する。ＹＥＳの場合には、権限ありと判明したので、Ｓ３４で情報内容を回線を介して端末１１に返信してディスプレイ上に表示する。一方、ＮＯの場合には、情報の内容を表示しない。これらにより、リスト選択した情報の内容のうち、権限のある情報の内容のみが返信され、端末１１のディスプレイ上に表示され、これを利用者は見たり、利用することができる。

以上によって、権限有りとされた情報リスト中から選択した情報の内容をデータベース８から検索し、付加されている公開レベルを参照して利用者の公開レベルで権限有りとされた情報の内容のみを取出し、返信して端末１１のディスプレイ上に表示し、利用者が見たり、利用したりすることが可能となる。

以上によって、利用者からキーワードを指定して検索依頼に対応して、センタ１はこの指定されたキーワードに合致する情報リストの公開レベルを情報管理テーブル１０から取り出すと共に、利用者管理テーブル９を参照して利用者の公開レベルを取出し、利用者の公開レベルで権限のある情報のリストのみを抽出し、動的に見やすいメニューを作成する。この作成したメニューを端末に返信して表示し、利用者がそのうちから選択した情報リストの通知を受けたセンタ１がデータベース８を検索して情報に付加されている公開レベルを参照し、権限のある情報の内容のみを取出し、情報料を端末１１のディスプレイ上に表示し、ＯＫの応答があったときにその情報の内容を返信して表示する。これらにより、利用者からのキーワードを指定した検索指示に対応して、権限のある情報リストのみのメニューを動的に作成して表示したり、更に、権限のある情報の内容のみを表示したりし、利用者に空白などで非公開として不快感を与えることなく、公開レベルに応じて情報リストおよび情報内容を表示したり、提供することが可能となる。

以上によって、リストメニュー上から選択した情報リストの情報の情報料および概要を表示し、利用者がＯＫしたときに利用者の公開レベルで権限のある情報の内容を抽出し、端末１１のディスプレイ上に表示し、利用者は見たり利用する。更に、情報の中に関連情報が在った場合に同様にして、概要表示および情報料を表示し、利用者がＯＫしたときに利用者の公開レベルで権限のある関連情報の内容を抽出し、端末１１のディスプレイ上に表示し、利用者は見たり利用する。これらにより、情報の内容の権限のある部分のみを抽出して利用者に表示したり、使用させることができ、更にその情報の内容の関連情報も同様に利用者の権限内で表示したり、使用させることが可能となった。
