Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a washing / drying machine having a hot air supply device on a top cover.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, laundry dryers that can not only wash and dehydrate laundry but also dry it have been provided. In this washing and drying machine, a tank used for washing and dehydrating laundry is used until drying, and hot air is supplied to the inside of the tank by a hot air supply device during drying. ing.
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-279681 describes itself, and particularly in the device described in FIG. 3, the hot air supply device is attached to the top cover mounted on the upper portion of the outer box containing the above-described tank. It is arranged.
[0003]
And in this thing, a warm air supply device has an inlet in the back, draws air outside the machine from the inlet, generates warm air, and supplies this warm air to the inside of the tank It is like that.
In this case, rainwater may enter the hot air supply device from the intake port, and in addition, foreign matter may enter. For this reason, the intake port is generally covered with a top cover or a cover attached separately thereto.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above-described configuration, when the hot air supply device sucks air outside the machine from the air inlet, it also sucks dust flying in the air. For this reason, the sucked dust adheres to and accumulates on the peripheral edge of the air inlet and the inner surface of the cover covering the air inlet. The accumulated dust is sometimes sucked into the hot air supply device and blown out together with the hot air, so that the laundry being dried is soiled.
[0005]
For this reason, it is necessary to occasionally clean the peripheral portion of the intake port to which the dust adheres and the inner surface of the cover that covers the intake port, but in the above configuration, it is narrow between the cover and the intake port. The only way to do this is to insert a hand with a rag or the like into the gap, which makes it difficult to work and has a problem that it cannot be cleaned sufficiently.
[0006]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances. Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a washing / drying machine capable of easily and sufficiently cleaning a portion to which dust adheres.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the washing and drying machine of the present invention comprises a top cover on the top of an outer box that houses a tub for washing, dehydration and drying of laundry, and the top cover is provided with an air inlet from the outside of the machine. A warm air supply device that generates warm air by supplying air through the tank and supplies the warm air to the inside of the tank is provided with a detachable air inlet cover that has a box shape with an open bottom surface. The air intake cover of the hot air supply device is covered with an air intake cover, and the air outside the machine that is inhaled by the hot air supply device passes through the inside of the air intake cover from the opened lower surface portion of the air intake cover. It was it to allowed to reach characterized by (invention of claim 1).
[0008]
According to this apparatus, when the hot air supply device sucks air outside the machine from the air intake port, dust flying in the air is collected on the peripheral portion of the air intake port and the inner surface of the air intake cover that covers the air intake port. All the dust-attached parts are exposed by removing the air inlet cover. In the exposed state, the dust-attached parts can be easily and sufficiently cleaned. it can.
[0009]
In this case, it is preferable that a dust removal filter is disposed inside the intake port cover so as to face the intake port of the hot air supply device (the invention of claim 2).
In this case, the dust filter prevents the dust flying in the air from being sucked into the hot air supply device. As a result, dust adheres to the dust removal filter, and this dust removal filter is also exposed by removing the air intake cover, so that the dust removal filter is exposed together with the peripheral edge of the air intake port and the inner surface of the air intake cover. The filter can be easily and sufficiently cleaned.
[0010]
The dust filter is preferably removable (invention of claim 3).
In this case, by removing the dust removing filter, it is possible to clean the inner surface of the air inlet cover more easily and more sufficiently.
[0011]
Furthermore, the dust removal filter is preferably provided on the air inlet cover so as to be opened and closed by a self hinge (invention of claim 4).
In this case, by opening the dust removal filter, it becomes easier to clean it and to clean the inner surface of the inlet cover, so that they can be more easily and sufficiently cleaned. In this case, even if the dust filter is opened, the dust filter is not lost because it is integrated with the air inlet cover and the self hinge.
[0012]
In addition, the intake port cover may have an outside air intake port oriented in the same direction as the intake port at a position deviated from the intake port (invention of claim 5).
In this case, the air outside the machine is bent from the outside air intake port of the air intake cover and is sucked into the air intake port, and since the air intake port and the outside air intake port do not overlap, rainwater intrusion and foreign matter intrusion It is avoided by it.
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
First, the tank 2 is disposed inside the outer box 1 shown in FIG. This tank 2 is composed of a double tank of an outer tank 2a and an inner tank 2b, both of which have a bottomed cylindrical shape.
