Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an improved dehydrating / washing machine for effectively dehydrating laundry.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a washing machine for both dehydration and dehydrating is provided with a rotating tub inside an outer shell such as an outer box, and rotating the rotating tub in a state in which laundry is stored, thereby performing dehydration of the laundry. . When the dehydration is performed, air is also discharged from the rotary tub, and air is sucked into the tub from the outside of the rotary tub, whereby air is passed through the rotary tub. It is known that air passing through the tub touches laundry in the tub to remove the moisture, thereby promoting dehydration of the laundry.
[0003]
However, with regard to the ventilation, no special measures have been taken in the conventional general dehydrating / washing machine, and at most, between the outer box in the outer shell and the cover attached thereto, and between the outer cover and the cover. The outside air is only sucked in from appropriate gaps such as between the lid and the like. For this reason, the inside of the rotating tub is not sufficiently ventilated, and the effect of dewatering the laundry is small, so that only a small effect of promoting the dehydration of the laundry is obtained.
On the other hand, there is one in which a lid is provided with an intake port (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 62-34548 (page 2, FIG. 2)
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Unlike the above-mentioned one in which the lid is provided with an intake port, unlike the one in which only external air is sucked through an appropriate gap in the outer shell, the outside air is actively sucked from the intake port, so that the air in the rotary tank is also ventilated. Sufficiently performed, therefore, a high effect of dewatering laundry is obtained, and a high effect of promoting dehydration of the laundry is obtained.
[0006]
However, since the air inlet provided on the lid is closed by the laundry placed on it casually, the outside air cannot be sucked in, and the air in the rotating tub is not sufficiently ventilated and the dehydration of the laundry is promoted. In addition, there is a disadvantage that the effect of the washing is lost, and the intake port is conspicuous and the aesthetic appearance of the washing machine for both dehydration is impaired.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and therefore has as its object the effect of accelerating the dehydration of the laundry without disturbing the laundry placed on the lid and without impairing the appearance. An object of the present invention is to provide a washing machine that can be used at high cost.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a spin-drying / washing machine according to the present invention, wherein a spin tub for spin-drying laundry by rotating inside the outer shell is provided. A lid having a portion is provided, and a suction port for sucking outside air into the inside of the rotary tub is provided in a handle portion thereof (the invention of claim 1).
According to this configuration, even if the laundry is placed on the lid, the outside air can be continuously sucked through the air inlet in the handhold portion, and the ventilation in the rotating tub can be sufficiently performed. Also, the air inlet is made inconspicuous by the handhold.
[0009]
Secondly, in the washing machine with dehydration of the present invention, the outer shell is provided with a cover having a laundry inlet / outlet, and a side portion of the cover is provided with an air inlet for sucking outside air into the inside of the rotary tub. (Invention of claim 2).
According to this configuration, even if the laundry is placed on the lid, the outside air can be continuously sucked through the air inlets on both sides of the cover, and the ventilation in the rotating tub can be sufficiently performed. In addition, the air inlets are located on both sides of the cover and are inconspicuous. Furthermore, in the case of this type, even if the model does not have an intake port on the lid due to, for example, strength, etc., the intake port can be provided, and the effect of promoting dehydration of the laundry can be enhanced. .
[0010]
Thirdly, the spin-drying washing machine of the present invention includes an electronic unit for controlling operation including rotation of the rotary tub, and an air inlet for sucking outside air into the rotary tub near the electronic unit. The invention is characterized in that it is provided (the invention of claim 3).
According to this configuration, even if the laundry is placed on the lid, the outside air can be continuously sucked through the air inlet in the vicinity of the electronic unit, and the ventilation in the rotating tub can be sufficiently performed. Further, the intake port is located in the vicinity of the electronic unit and is inconspicuous. In addition, in particular, in this case, the electronic unit can be cooled by the outside air sucked from the intake port.
[0011]
Fourthly, in the dehydrating / washing machine of the present invention, fourthly, on the inner peripheral side surface portion of the rotary tub, an inlet is directed in a rotation direction during dehydration of the rotary tub, and an outlet faces outside the rotary tub. A ventilating member for ventilating with the rotation of the rotating tub is provided (the invention of claim 4).
According to this configuration, even when the laundry is placed on the lid, air can be kept flowing through the rotating tub through the ventilation member on the inner peripheral side surface of the rotating tub. Further, the ventilation member is present on the inner peripheral side surface of the rotary tank and is inconspicuous.
[0012]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
First, FIG. 2 shows the entire structure of a washing machine for both dehydration, in which an outer box 2 having a plurality of legs 1, a cover (so-called top cover) 3 mounted on the top of the outer box 2, and the cover 3 The outer shell 5 is constituted by the lid 4 pivotally attached.
[0013]
The lid 4 has a structure that can be folded in two by, for example, a rear lid 4a and a front lid 4b. The lid 4 opens and closes the laundry entrance 6 located substantially at the center of the cover 3. . The outer box 2 has a rectangular cylindrical shape, and has an opening 7 on the upper surface thereof communicating with the laundry doorway 6 and an opening 8 on the bottom surface thereof communicating with the outside of the machine.
[0014]
An outer tank 9 for storing water is provided inside the outer box 2 and is elastically supported by an elastic support mechanism 10 (only a part is shown). The inner tank 11 is rotatably disposed inside the outer tank 9, and therefore, the inner tank 11 is a rotating tank. A large number of dewatering holes 12 are formed on substantially the entire periphery of the inner tank 11, and a pumping path 13 and a filter 14 for catching lint are provided. Are provided. A ring-shaped outer tank cover 16 is attached to the upper edge of the outer tank 9.
[0015]
On the other hand, a stirrer 17 is disposed in the lower part of the inner tank 11, and a motor 18, a belt transmission mechanism 19, and a clutch mechanism and a brake mechanism (not shown) are provided in a lower part of the outer tank 11. A driving device 21 comprising a mechanism section 20 is provided. The driving device 21 rotates the agitating body 17 at low speed in both the forward and reverse directions during washing, and rotates the inner tub 11 together with the agitating body 17 in one direction during dehydration. I try to rotate it.
In addition, a drain valve 22, a drain hose 23, and the like are provided outside and below the inner tank 11.
[0016]
On the other hand, a handle portion 24 is provided at a substantially central portion of the cover 4, particularly the front cover 4b which is a front portion thereof. As shown in detail in FIG. 1, the handle 24 is formed by a concave portion 24a and a handle main portion 24b, and the concave portion 24a has a gently curved slope at the rear right side in FIG. A front main part forms an upright surface, and a main handle part 24b is provided in an upper front part of the concave part 24a in an eave shape flush with the front lid 4b. The cover 4 is opened and closed by putting the hand inserted into the handle main portion 24b.
[0017]
In the handle 24, an intake port 25 is formed by a large number of slit holes on the upright surface at the forefront of the concave portion 24a and the bottom surface near the upright surface. In addition, with respect to the intake port 25, the main handle portion 24b is located above the intake port 25 and covers the intake port 25. Therefore, the intake port 25 is It is provided in a portion shaded by the main portion 24b.
In addition, an operation panel 26 is provided in front of the lid 4 (in front of the cover 3) for the user to perform an operation related to the operation of the spin-drying washing machine.
[0018]
By the way, in the case of the above-described configuration, as described above, the inner tub 11 is rotated at a high speed in one direction together with the stirrer 17 at the time of dehydration by the driving device 21. It is shaken off from the dewatering hole 12 by centrifugal force, and dewatering is performed.
[0019]
At the same time, as shown by an arrow A in FIG. 2, air is also discharged from the inner tank 11 through the dewatering hole 12, and accordingly, outside air is supplied from the outside of the machine to the air-inlet provided in the handle 24 of the lid 4. It is actively sucked through the mouth 25, and further passes through the laundry doorway 6 of the cover 3, the opening 7 on the upper surface of the outer box 2, the outer tub cover 16, and the rotary balancer 15, and sequentially into the inner tub 11. It is sucked and discharged from the dehydration hole 12 through the inner tank 11.
[0020]
Thus, air is passed through the inner tub 11, and the air sufficiently passing through the inner tub 11 touches the laundry in the tub and actively removes the moisture, thereby greatly promoting the dehydration of the laundry. The air that has come out of the inner tub 11 is discharged out of the machine through the opening 8 on the bottom surface of the outer box 2 together with the moisture taken from the laundry.
[0021]
As described above, according to the present configuration, during dehydration, the outside air is sucked from the air inlet 25 provided in the lid 4 in the outer shell 5 of the dehydrating / washing machine, and the inside of the inner tub 11 is actively ventilated. It is highly effective in accelerating the dehydration of the laundry. Even if the laundry is folded and the laundry is placed on the lid 4, the laundry can be washed through the air inlet 25 provided in the handle 24 of the lid 4 described above. It is possible to continue to inhale the outside air without being blocked by the thing and to continue to sufficiently ventilate the inner tub 11, and thus it is possible to continue to obtain a high effect of promoting the dehydration of the laundry.
In addition, the air inlet 25 provided in the handle portion 24 of the lid 4 does not stand out, so that the good appearance of the washing machine for both dehydration can be kept good.
[0022]
3 to 6 show the second to fourth embodiments of the present invention. The same parts as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description will be omitted. Only different parts will be described.
[0023]
[Second embodiment]
In the second embodiment shown in FIG. 3, the suction port 31 is provided at two places on each of the sides of the cover 3 in the outer shell 5 of the dehydrating and washing machine, particularly, only one side is shown. The intake port 31 sucks outside air into the inside of the inner tank 11 instead of the above-described intake port 25 as shown by an arrow B.
[0024]
According to this, even if the laundry is placed on the lid 4, the outside air can be continuously sucked through the air inlet 31 and the ventilation in the inner tub 11 can be sufficiently performed. The effect of accelerating the dehydration of the material can be continuously obtained. In addition, the intake port 31 provided on the side of the cover 3 is not noticeable, so that the aesthetic appearance of the washing machine for both dehydration can be kept good. Furthermore, in the case of this type, even in a model in which the intake port 25 is not provided in the lid 4 due to, for example, strength, the intake port 31 can be provided on the side of the cover 3.
[0025]
[Third embodiment]
In the third embodiment shown in FIG. 4, an electronic unit 41 for controlling the operation of the spin-drying / washing machine including the rotation of the inner tub 11 is provided particularly below the operation panel 26. An intake port 42 is provided on both left and right sides (only one side is shown) of the operation panel 26, and this intake port 42 replaces the above-described intake port 25 and the above-described intake port 31 as shown by an arrow C. The outside air is sucked into the inside of the inner tank 11.
[0026]
According to this, even if the laundry is placed on the lid 4, the outside air can be continuously sucked through the air inlet 42 and the ventilation in the inner tub 11 can be sufficiently performed. The effect of accelerating the dehydration of the material can be continuously obtained. In addition, the intake port 42 provided in the vicinity of the electronic unit 41 does not stand out, so that the aesthetic appearance of the washing machine for both dehydration and washing can be kept good. In addition, especially in this case, the outside air sucked from the intake port 42 touches the electronic unit 41 and passes in the direction of the inner tub 11, so that the electronic unit 41, particularly, an electronic component having a large heat radiation amount such as a power element of the electronic unit 41. Can be cooled.
[0027]
In this case, a plurality of drainage holes 43 are formed in the front part of the cover 3 below the electronic unit 41, so that the outside air sucked from the intake port 42 can be removed from the drainage holes 43. Through to the inner tank 11.
[0028]
[Fourth embodiment]
In the fourth embodiment shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, a ventilation member 51 is provided at the inner peripheral side surface of the inner tank 11, particularly at two opposing positions (only one position is shown). The ventilation member 51 has an inlet 51 a oriented in the rotation direction (arrow D) during dehydration of the inner tub 11, and an outlet 51 b through a vertically long opening 52 formed in a peripheral portion of the inner tub 11. It faces the outside, and has a number of vertically parallel rectifying ribs 53 between its inlet 51a and outlet 51b. The ventilation member 51 is attached to the inner tank 11 by screwing a plurality of screws 54 through the inner tank 11 from the outside and into bosses 55 formed on the back surface of the ventilation member 51, respectively.
[0029]
With this configuration, at the time of spin-drying, as the inner tub 11 rotates, the air flows from the inlet 51a of the ventilation member 51 to the outlet 51b along the rectifying rib 53 as shown by the arrow E, so that Even if the laundry is placed, the air can be kept flowing through the inner tub 11, and thus the effect of accelerating the dehydration of the laundry can be continuously obtained. Further, the ventilation member 51 is present on the inner peripheral side surface in the inner tub 11 and is inconspicuous, so that the aesthetic appearance of the washing machine for both dehydration can be kept good.
In this case, the rectifying ribs 53 are effective in preventing the laundry from entering the ventilation member 51, but need not be provided.
[0030]
In addition, the entire dehydrating and washing machine is not limited to the vertical type having the inner tub 11 (rotating tub) described above in the vertical direction, and may be applied to a drum type having the horizontal axis or the oblique axis. It is possible.
In addition, the present invention is not limited to the embodiment described above and shown in the drawings, and can be implemented with appropriate modifications without departing from the scope of the invention.
[0031]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the effect of accelerating the dehydration of the laundry can be enhanced without being hindered by the laundry placed on the lid and without impairing the appearance. Can be.
