T=(S−Z)/(R−Z)
【0030】
(Xn−X0)/(X1−X0)=(WLn−WLs)/(WLe−WLs)
【0031】
【0032】
WLn={(Xn−X0)/(X1−X0)}・(WLe−WLs)+WLs
【0033】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method of tracing a plurality of line graphs, and a spectrophotometer having a function of tracing a displayed spectrum.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Some devices that display a line graph on the display screen have a trace function that numerically displays the vertical axis value relative to the horizontal axis value indicated by the cursor by overlaying the trace cursor on the displayed line graph. is there.
For example, a spectrum displayed by a spectrophotometer having a spectrum display function is displayed by connecting a plurality of measured values with straight lines, and is a kind of line graph. The spectrophotometer has a trace function that continuously displays the vertical axis value (eg, photometric value) of the spectrum with respect to the horizontal axis value (eg, wavelength) of the graph as the cursor moves, and this trace function is displayed. This is one of the most important functions when reading measured values of a spectrum.
[0003]
In addition, as an example of using a spectrophotometer, it may be necessary to compare measured spectral shapes for different samples or samples with different concentrations. A plurality of obtained spectra are overwritten and displayed for easy comparison.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The trace function of the spectrophotometer described above is realized only for one display spectrum. When a plurality of spectra are displayed, it is necessary to execute the trace after selecting one of the spectra. .
By the way, when multiple spectra are displayed on the same screen and they are compared, there is a case where the shape is visually confirmed and the vertical axis value of each spectrum with respect to a certain horizontal axis value is determined at a time. is there. For example, since the shape of the wavelength spectrum is determined by the characteristics of the sample to be measured, the work of comparing the shape of the absorption spectrum and transmission spectrum of different samples and the measured value is a routine work for analysts.
[0005]
In addition, since this trace function displays only wavelengths where data actually exists, a photometric value for the same wavelength cannot be obtained when spectra having different sampling intervals (data intervals) are mixed. Therefore, when two or more spectra are displayed, if you want to obtain the horizontal and vertical axis values of the overlapping part of those spectra, output the displayed spectrum to the printer and print the result. Therefore, the operation is complicated and an accurate value cannot be obtained.
[0006]
Furthermore, for the purpose of product quality control and the like, it is also possible to measure a plurality of samples having the same component with a spectrophotometer, and to examine the characteristics of each sample and variations in components from the spectrum shape. In such a case, if one spectrum as a reference is designated from among a plurality of spectra and the difference or ratio of another spectrum with respect to the reference spectrum can be displayed, necessary information can be easily obtained.
[0007]
The present invention has been made based on such a problem recognition, and an object of the present invention is to provide a tracing method for a multi-line graph that can obtain a more accurate value for a plurality of line graphs by a simple operation. There is to do. Another object of the present invention is to provide a spectrophotometer having a function for realizing the tracing method.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the present invention, the object is achieved by incorporating a program having the following functions in the line graph display processing program.
1. A function that creates a data table that stores the data for all line graphs displayed on the screen.
2. A function that obtains the coordinates of the current cursor position on a line graph and obtains the horizontal axis value on the graph corresponding to that value.
3. A function for obtaining a corresponding vertical axis value from the data table for each line graph using the obtained horizontal axis value. The line graph is displayed by connecting each data point with a straight line, and when there is no data corresponding to the obtained horizontal axis value in the data table, the vertical axis value is obtained by performing linear interpolation from the data before and after the data table.
[0009]
4). A function for displaying the horizontal axis value obtained by
[0010]
5. A function that takes in the values displayed using
6). A peak and / or valley (valley) search is performed for all the line graphs displayed on the display screen, the position of the peak and / or valley is indicated by a trace cursor, and the vertical axis of each line graph at the horizontal axis value is displayed. A function to display axis values.
[0011]
7. A function of determining whether the vertical axis value of each line graph displayed using the function 6 is a peak or valley in the line graph and displaying the result.
8). Specify one reference line graph from the line graphs displayed on the display screen, and in synchronization with the movement of the trace cursor, the vertical value of the reference line graph and the trace value of each line graph A function to display the difference and ratio continuously.
[0012]
In the present invention, the following tracing method and spectrophotometer are realized by such a function.
That is, the present invention provides a method for tracing a plurality of line graphs that traces a plurality of line graphs displayed based on a plurality of pieces of data, respectively. The vertical axis value of the line graph is continuously displayed in association with each line graph.
[0013]
When multiple line graphs are displayed in different colors and the vertical axis value of each line graph is displayed in the same color as the display color of each graph, the correspondence between the vertical axis value of each line graph and each line graph is clear Become.
The horizontal axis value and the vertical axis value can be displayed in a movable screen, and the movable screen can be displayed at any place on the graph display screen.
[0014]
The displayed horizontal axis value and vertical axis value can be stored in a separate screen, and the contents of the separate screen can be collectively displayed or printed.
Further, the present invention is characterized in that in a spectrophotometer having a function of displaying a plurality of spectra in an overlapping manner, a function for realizing the tracing method described above for a plurality of displayed spectra is provided.
[0015]
The spectrophotometer may have a function of displaying the peak and / or valley of each spectrum, and may have a function of tracing each spectrum while comparing it with reference data.
According to the present invention, since the vertical axis value of all line graphs with respect to the horizontal axis can be continuously displayed on the display screen as the cursor moves, comparison of the shapes of a plurality of line graphs and comparison of measured values can be performed on the screen. It becomes possible to do it above, and there is no need for printing. Conventionally, depending on the number of data points and the number of data in the line graph, it may take several minutes to print, and the waiting time during that time is wasted, but this can be solved.
[0016]
Since the horizontal axis value and the vertical axis value obtained by the above means are accumulated and stored in another screen, the vertical axis values of a plurality of graphs for a plurality of horizontal axis values can be simultaneously confirmed.
In addition, specific horizontal axis and vertical axis values such as overlapping points, peak positions, valley positions, etc. in line graphs can be easily obtained, and the values are obtained accurately by calculation from the stored data table. It is.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail by taking a spectrophotometer having a spectrum display function as an example.
FIG. 9 is a schematic view of a spectrophotometer. As a light source, an iodine tungsten lamp WI and a deuterium lamp D2 are prepared. Depending on the measurement wavelength, light from one of the light sources is reflected by the mirrors M1 and M2, and is introduced into the spectroscope MM through the entrance slit S1. The light that has entered the spectroscope MM is wavelength-dispersed by the diffraction grating GT that is rotatably arranged by the motor MT, and is extracted as monochromatic light from the exit slit S2. Wavelength scanning is performed by controlling the angular position of the diffraction grating GT by the motor MT.
[0018]
The light extracted from the output slit S2 of the spectroscope is reflected by the mirror M3, and is incident on the rotating mirror M5 including a transmission part, a reflection part, and a non-reflection part for obtaining a zero signal. The rotating mirror M5 alternately distributes the light from the spectroscope MM to the mirror M4 and the mirror M7, and the light reflected by the mirror M4 passes through the reference sample RE and then passes through the mirrors M6 and M10 to the photomultiplier tube PMT. Incident. The light reflected by the mirror M7 is reflected by M8, then passes through the sample SP, is further reflected by the mirrors M9 and M11, and enters the photomultiplier tube PMT.

The horizontal axis value and the vertical axis value (trace value) obtained in this way are stored in the memory and further notified to the trace
In this state, when the
[0027]
By performing the processing from step 103 to step 111 in synchronization with the movement of the
[0028]
Next, a method for obtaining the horizontal axis value and the vertical axis value on the graph from the position of the
Now, in the graph coordinate system of FIG. 3, the coordinate of the origin (lower left) of the graph is (X0, Y0), the upper right coordinate is (X1, Y1), the horizontal coordinate of the position where the current trace cursor is (this value is the operating Xn is given by the system).
[0029]
Further, in the spectrum graph of FIG. 4 with the horizontal axis as the wavelength, if the start wavelength of the spectrum graph is WLn, the end wavelength is WLe, and the wavelength at which the trace cursor is located is WLn, the relationship of the following [Equation 1] with respect to the horizontal axis coordinates is It holds.
[0030]
[Expression 1]
(X n -X 0) / ( X 1 -X 0) = (WLn-WLs) / (WLe-WLs)
[0031]
From this equation, the wavelength WLn where the trace cursor is located is obtained by the following [Equation 2].
[0032]
[Expression 2]
WLn = {(Xn-X0) / (X1-X0)}. (WLe-WLs) + WLs
[0033]
Here, by specifying the wavelength, if there is vertical axis data corresponding to that wavelength in the data table, the data is returned, and if there is no corresponding vertical axis data, the data before and after that is used to perform linear interpolation. A process for obtaining vertical axis data by the process is created. When the wavelength WLn where the trace cursor is located is obtained, the vertical axis value of each spectrum corresponding to the wavelength can be obtained by the above calculation process.
[0034]
FIGS. 5 and 6 illustrate another example of the present invention, and are display examples of a peak trace value display screen when a peak trace for a plurality of spectra is executed.
To previously obtain the position of the pre-data table from the spectral peak, when run a trace for a plurality spectra, trace cursor by to move only the peak position, spectral display main image position of the peaks in FIG. 1 It can be easily confirmed on the
[0035]
When multiple displayed spectra have different shapes and peak positions, the peak spectrum has its data inverted or shaded, and a mark is added to determine whether the wavelength is a peak. Is also possible. Figure 5 is an example of trace displays the position of the wavelength 527nm against four spectra shown in FIG.
[0036]
Now, in the four spectra shown in FIG. 2, it is assumed that

FIG. 7 shows still another example of the present invention, and is a display example of a peak trace value display screen when a comparative data trace for a plurality of spectra is executed. In this example, when tracing a plurality of spectra, a reference spectrum (
[0038]
The shape of the spectrum of the wavelength spectrum obtained by the spectrophotometer is determined depending on the type of sample to be measured, and the measured value of each wavelength is a value approximately proportional to the concentration of the sample. However, the absorbance may not be proportional to the concentration due to a change in characteristics depending on the concentration. The three spectra shown in FIG. 8 display a spectrum 13 for a sample having a concentration of 1.5 times and a spectrum 12 for a sample having a concentration of 1.6 times, based on the spectrum 14 for the sample having a concentration of 1. It is.
[0039]
Referring to FIG. 8, the absorption spectra 12 and 13 are substantially in the concentration ratio except for the peak at the
[0040]
In addition, if this determination criterion is displayed in the determination criterion display area 12, the determination criterion can be always known. Then, by displaying this result on the comparison data trace value display screen, the determination result can be confirmed in synchronization with the movement of the
[0041]
Here, as an example of a line graph, the horizontal axis represents the wavelength and the vertical axis represents the absorption spectrum consisting of absorbance. However, the present invention is not limited to the change in absorbance with time, where the horizontal axis represents time and the vertical axis represents absorbance. The same applies to the line graph.
[0042]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, it becomes possible to store batch traces and trace values for all line graphs on a screen on which a plurality of line graphs are displayed, and to acquire a vertical axis value with respect to the horizontal axis on the target graph. Easy and accurate.
