【0081】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sliding door opening and closing device for an automobile.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Some automotive slide door opening / closing devices include an actuator mounted on a vehicle body that automatically opens and closes a slide door that is slidably supported with respect to the vehicle body based on power supply from a battery. In this case, an operation switch for opening and closing the door with an actuator is provided on the vehicle side such as a driver's seat.
[0003]
When the door is opened by the operation switch, power is supplied from the battery to the actuator, and the actuator is driven to open. The sliding door is continuously opened from the fully closed state to the fully open state. On the other hand, when the door is closed with the operation switch, power is supplied from the battery to the actuator, and the actuator is driven to open. Then, the sliding door is closed.
[0004]
By the way, when the sliding door reaches the intermediate position during the closing operation, the power supply from the battery to the actuator is temporarily cut off to temporarily stop the door. Then, power is supplied to the actuator again, and the door is closed again to control the door to be fully closed.
[0005]
With this configuration, the sliding door is temporarily stopped at the intermediate position of the sliding movement and then closed again, so that the operating speed when the door is fully closed is lowered. Therefore, noise such as operation noise and collision noise when fully closed can be suppressed.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-described configuration, as a matter of course, the operation speed and the noise such as the collision sound are not suppressed because the operation speed is not kept low when the sliding door is opened. Even during the closing operation, the sliding door closing operation speed increases again from the middle position of the sliding movement, so it cannot be reliably reduced to a low speed, and noise such as operating noise and collision noise is reliably suppressed. I can't.
[0007]
By the way, in the sliding door opening and closing device having the above-described configuration, the present applicant measured the pinching load acting on the door when an object or the like was pinched between the sliding door and the vehicle body that closed, and FIG. It was found that a load of 300 N at the maximum acts on the sliding door closing speed (absolute value). Therefore, a large load is applied to the sandwiched object when sandwiched. Therefore, it is necessary to reliably reduce the sliding door closing operation speed to a low speed immediately before the fully closing position.
[0008]
Further, since an operation switch for opening and closing the slide door is provided in the driver's seat, the operator must operate at a place different from the manual opening and closing operation of the slide door. Therefore, the operator feels uncomfortable.
[0009]
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and its purpose is to improve the operability of the automatic opening / closing operation of the sliding door to reduce the operator's uncomfortable feeling and to open / close the sliding door. An object of the present invention is to provide a sliding door opening / closing device for an automobile that can surely reduce the speed to a low speed and reliably suppress noise such as operation noise and collision noise.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a slide driving means for slidingly driving a sliding door supported so as to be slidable with respect to the vehicle body and opening and closing the opening based on power supply from a power source mounted on the vehicle. A sliding door opening and closing device for an automobile, which is disposed in a grip portion provided to manually open and close the sliding door, and for automatically opening and closing the sliding door via the slide driving means based on the opening and closing operation thereof When a sliding door is automatically opened and closed by the slide driving means based on the switch and the opening and closing operation of the switch, the opening and closing operation speed of the door is determined from a position before the door is fully opened or fully closed. Deceleration control means for controlling the slide drive means to decelerateAnd an acceleration control means for controlling the slide driving means to increase the opening / closing operation speed of the door from the start of the opening / closing operation of the slide door until reaching the maximum speed corresponding to the voltage value of the power supply.Equipped with.
[0011]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, the deceleration control means controls the slide drive means so that the acceleration during deceleration of the slide door is constant regardless of the voltage value of the power supply.
[0012]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the closing operation of the sliding door, the deceleration control means has a minimum speed constant so that the door reaches the fully closed state from a position immediately before the door reaches the fully closed state. The slide driving means is controlled so as to close the door.
[0014]
Claim4According to the invention, the speed increasing control means controls the slide driving means so as to keep the acceleration at the time of speed increasing of the slide door irrespective of the voltage value of the power source.
[0015]
Claim5The invention described in (2) is disposed at a tip portion in the closing direction of the slide door, and when the pressure sensing means detects an external force acting on the door, and the pressure sensing means detects an external force greater than a predetermined value, Closing operation control means for controlling the slide driving means to stop further closing operation of the sliding door.
[0016]
Therefore, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the switch is disposed in the grip portion provided to manually open and close the slide door, and the slide door is automatically opened and closed by the slide driving means based on the opening and closing operation. . The deceleration control means is configured to open and close the door from the position before the door is fully opened or fully closed when the slide door is automatically opened and closed based on the opening and closing operation of the switch. The slide driving means is controlled so as to decelerate. Therefore, since the door can be automatically opened and closed by operating a switch disposed on the grip portion of the slide door, the operator's uncomfortable feeling related to the automatic opening and closing operation can be reduced. In addition, the sliding door has its opening / closing operation speed reduced from a position before reaching the fully open or fully closed state by the deceleration control means and is surely suppressed to a low speed. Noise such as collision noise can be reliably suppressed. The speed increasing control means controls the slide driving means to increase the opening / closing operation speed of the door from the start of the opening / closing operation of the slide door until reaching the maximum speed corresponding to the voltage value of the power source. Therefore, by increasing the operation speed from the start of the automatic opening / closing operation of the sliding door, the door operates in the same manner as the manual opening / closing operation, so that the operator's uncomfortable feeling during the automatic opening / closing operation can be reduced. it can.
[0017]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the deceleration control means controls the slide drive means so that the acceleration at the time of deceleration of the slide door is constant regardless of the voltage value of the power supply. Then, even if the power supply voltage fluctuates, the deceleration of the opening / closing operation speed during deceleration of the sliding door is always constant. Therefore, the speed at which the sliding door reaches the fully closed or fully open state is always constant and low regardless of the power supply voltage, so even if the power supply voltage fluctuates, noise such as operating noise and collision noise when fully open or fully closed Can be reliably suppressed. In addition, the operator's discomfort can be reduced.
[0018]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, the speed reduction control means is configured such that the closing speed of the sliding door is constant at a minimum speed at which the door is fully closed from a position immediately before the door is fully closed. The slide driving means is controlled so as to close the door. Then, the sliding door is closed at a minimum speed from the position immediately before reaching the fully closed state. Therefore, when the sliding door is closed, the speed of the closing operation of the door is reduced and the speed is surely reduced to a lower speed. Therefore, it is possible to more reliably suppress noise such as operation noise and collision noise when the door is fully closed. it can.
[0020]
Claim4According to the invention described in (1), the acceleration control means controls the slide drive means so that the acceleration at the time of acceleration of the slide door is constant regardless of the voltage value of the power supply. Then, even if the power supply voltage fluctuates, the acceleration of the opening / closing operation speed at the time of sliding door acceleration is always constant. Therefore, since the acceleration at the time of sliding door acceleration is always constant regardless of the power supply voltage, the operator's uncomfortable feeling can be surely reduced.
[0021]
Claim5According to the invention described in (1), the pressure-sensitive means is disposed at the distal end portion of the sliding door in the closing direction, and detects an external force acting on the door. The closing operation control means controls the slide driving means to stop further closing operation of the sliding door when the pressure sensing means detects an external force of a predetermined value or more. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the sliding door and the vehicle body from being pinched.
