本発明は、酸化防止性組成物に関し、詳しくはフェノール系酸化防止剤に特定のリン化合物を含有せしめてなることを特徴とする耐変色性に優れた酸化防止性組成物に関する。

【従来の技術及び発明が解決しようとする課題】
フェノール系酸化防止剤は、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレンをはじめとする有機材料に添加され、有機材料の酸化劣化を防止することは良く知られている。
しかしながら、フェノール系酸化防止剤は、貯蔵時、溶融して使用する場合等において変色することがあり、変色したフェノール系酸化防止剤を用いた場合は、有機材料が着色してその商品価値が低下するという問題があった。

本発明者は、フェノール系酸化防止剤のかかる問題点を改善すべく鋭意検討を重ねた結果、フェノール系酸化防止剤にジヒドロオキサフォスファフェナンスレン系という特定のリン化合物を含有せしめれば、フェノール系酸化防止剤の変色を改善し得ることを見出すとともに、更に種々の検討を加えて本発明を完成した。

すなわち本発明は、(A)一般式(II)で示されるフェノール系酸化防止剤に、(B)一般式(I)で示されるジヒドロオキサフォスファフェナンスレン系リン化合物を含有せしめてなることを特徴とする耐変色性に優れた酸化防止性組成物を提供するものである。

本発明の酸化防止性組成物は、フェノール系酸化防止剤(A)に前記一般式(I)で示されるジヒドロオキサフォスファフェナンスレン系という特定のリン化合物(B)を含有せしめてなることを特徴とするものであるが、ジヒドロオキサフォスファフェナンスレン系リン化合物(B)における置換基R1,R2としては、例えば水素原子、塩素原子、臭素原子等のハロゲン原子、メチル、エチル、n−プロピル、i−プロピル、n−ブチル、i−ブチル、sec−ブチル、t−ブチル、n−ペンチル、i−ペンチル、t−ペンチル、シクロペンチル、ヘキシル、シクロヘキシル等の低級アルキル基が挙げられる。

After the phenolic antioxidant (A) and the phosphorus compound (B) were mixed in the proportions shown in Table 1, they were put in a glass petri dish and kept for 1 hour in a constant temperature bath at a predetermined temperature (both melting points of both).
