前記従来例は、ほぞ穴にほぞを嵌挿しての固定手段であるため、当該柱に作用する引き抜き力が、土台のほぞ穴部に集中し、その分、種々の接合金物を用いて補強するなどの補強手段を必要とし、また、常套手段としての土台に対する接合金物の釘着は、土台を裂傷させてその耐久性を低下させるなどの種々の問題点が生じることがある。

本発明は斯様な従来より用いられているほぞ接合から生じ勝ちな問題点をできるだけ除去して、斬新な構造の柱の固定装置を提供することを目的として創案したものである。

基礎コンクリート上に、接合金具の基板を介して載置した土台を、前記基礎コンクリートに立設したアンカーボルトとこれに螺合したナットによって締付けると共に、前記基板と該基板上に立設し、しかも、上部片と該上部片の両側に側部片を相対設した、コの字形の接合片とで成る前記接合金具の接合片を、前記土台に設けた組付け孔を貫通させて前記土台上に載置した柱に設けた縦穴に嵌挿して該柱に止着した構成とする。
