【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、信号の入出力方向の反転が可能な通信用中継器筐体に関し、特に、簡単な機構により筐体の蓋部を正姿勢で下側に開放でき、かつ信号の入出力方向を反転できる中継器筐体に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、入出力の反転が可能なCATV用の中継器筐体として、例えば図9に示されるものが知られている(特願平5−301161号)。
トランクアンプケース100は、主としてケース本体120と蓋110とから成る。本体120の左右の側面部には信号の入出力のためのコネクタ124、125がそれぞれ設けられており、本体120の上面にはそれをメッセンジャワイヤに固定するための固定金具122aが設けられている。蓋110はその下端において本体120の下端と蝶番部102bにより蝶着されている。中継器の調整時には、蓋110を本体120に対して蝶番部102bにて下方に回動させ、ケース100が開口される。
蓋110の外表面には銘板が貼着されており、この銘板により蓋110の正姿勢を判別できる。ケース本体120内に搭載された機器の信号伝送方向は固定されているので、蓋110を正姿勢にして左側のコネクタ124が入力、右側のコネクタ125が出力である。一方、バケット車などによって路上で調整作業を行う都合上、道路に沿って敷設されたメッセンジャワイヤに懸吊されたCATV用中継器の開口部は、常に車道側を向き、しかも蓋110が下方向に開かれることが望ましい。
このため、伝送路の信号の伝送方向によっては、入力コネクタと出力コネクタの位置を左右反転させる必要がある。上記条件を満たして入出力を反転させるには、蓋110を正姿勢に保持した状態で本体120の上下左右を反転させて蓋110に組付ける必要がある。そのための方法として、次の方法がある。
まず、メッセンジャワイヤに固定するための固定金具122a、122bと、開口のための蝶番部102a、102bとを本体120の上下両面に対称に4箇所配設する。各蝶番部102a、102bには、締め付けボルト101a、101bが螺合され、本体120と蓋110とが固定される。反転時には4箇所の締め付けボルト101a、101bをそれぞれ蝶番部102a、102bから抜き取り、蓋110を本体120から取り外す。次に、蓋110の姿勢はそのまま正姿勢とし、本体120のみ開口面の中心を軸として180度回転させ、上下左右を反転させる。その後、締め付けボルト101bを蓋110の挿通孔111aに通して反転させ、下方にある蝶番部102aに締め付ける。これにより反転後に本体120の下方に蝶番機構が形成される。又、本体120の上部には締め付けボルト101aを蝶番部102bに締め付ける。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記の方法は回動可能な蝶番部102a、102bに対して4本の締め付けボルト101a、101bを取り外しするため、操作性が良くない。又、固定金具122a、122bと蝶番部102とを本体120の上下両面に設けるために使用しない固定金具が存在し、回動機構を有した複雑な機構の蝶番を余分に必要とするという問題がある。

従って、本発明の目的は、上記課題に鑑み、簡単な機構により蓋を正姿勢に保持し、かつ下方に開口可能な状態で、信号の入出力方向を反転できる通信用中継器筐体を実現することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の課題を解決するために、請求項1に記載の発明によれば、通信用中継器筐体は、主として前面が開口した開口面部を有し、箱状の本体部と、本体部の開口面を覆う蓋部とで構成されており、本体部の左右の外側面部にはそれぞれ入力接栓又は出力接栓が形成されている。本体部の上下の外側面部にはそれぞれ柱状で略同径の固定手段が少なくとも1対突設され、蓋部の下端部には第1ヒンジ部材が突設されている。第2ヒンジ部材及び吊り部材には、それぞれ第1挿通孔及び第2挿通孔が形成されている。そして、下側の固定手段を第2ヒンジ部材の第1挿通孔に挿通し、この固定手段を用いて第2ヒンジ部材を本体部に着脱可能に固定することにより、第1ヒンジ部材が回動自在に支持される。又、上側の固定手段を吊り部材の第2挿通孔に挿通し、この固定手段を用いて吊り部材を本体部に着脱可能に固定すると共に、メッセンジャワイヤを吊り部材と本体部の外側面部とで挟持することにより、本体部がメッセンジャワイヤに懸吊される。筐体の入出力を反転する場合には、本体部を蓋部に対して上下及び左右を反転させた姿勢とし、吊り部材を本体部の上側の外側面部に設けられた固定手段を用いて取付け、第2ヒンジ部材を本体部の下側の外側面部に設けられた固定手段を用いて取り付ける。
これにより、吊り部材及び第2ヒンジ部材は共に固定手段の挿通が可能であるので、本体部の上下左右を反転させて蓋部と組付けすることにより、蓋部を正姿勢に保持した状態で信号の入出力方向を反転させることができる。このように共通の固定手段により第2ヒンジ部材と吊り部材とが本体部の上下面の共通の箇所に取付けられるので、全体として簡単な機構部材の設置領域を効率良く利用でき、簡単な操作により蓋部を正姿勢にして下側に開放でき、しかも入出力方向の反転を容易に行うことができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明を具体的な実施例に基づいて説明する。
図1(a)、(b)は、それぞれ本発明の具体的な実施例に係わる中継器筐体の本体部1の構成を示した模式的平面図、正面図であり、図2(a)、(b)は、それぞれ中継器筐体の蓋部2の構成を示した模式的平面図、正面図である。又、図3(a)、(b)、(c)及び(d)は、それぞれ吊り部材3の構成を示した模式的平面図、正面図、下面図及び右側面図であり、図4(a)、(b)、(c)及び(d)は、それぞれヒンジ部材(第2ヒンジ部材)4の構成を示した模式的平面図、正面図、下面図及び右側面図である。そして、図5は、蓋部2側から示した筐体の組立図であり、図6及び図8は、それぞれ吊り部材3及びヒンジ部材4の組立展開図を示している。又、図7は、吊り部材3と放熱フィン15とによるメッセンジャワイヤ10の挟持状態を示した部分拡大図である。

図1に示されるように、本体部1は、蓋部2と対向する面に開口面部10fを有した略箱型を成し、外側面部10a、10cと外底面部10eとには、放熱フィン15が複数個形成されている。本体部1の他方の外側面部10b、10dにはそれぞれ出力接栓16、入力接栓17が設けられている。
又、外側面部10a、10cには、吊り部材3及び第2ヒンジ部材であるヒンジ部材4を取付けるための略同寸法形状の取付け座部11a、11bが設けられており、それぞれの取付け座部11a、11bには略同径の埋め込みボルト12a、12bが外側に突出するように埋め込まれている。この埋め込みボルト12a、12bと後述するナット62a、62bとが請求項でいうところの固定手段に相当する。本体部1の四隅には、蓋部2との固定のための固定部13a、13b、13c及び13dが設けられ、それぞれには後述するボルトとの螺合が可能なネジ穴14a、14b、14c及び14dが形成されている。

次に、図5〜図8を用いて本体部1と蓋部2の組付け方法について以下に説明する。
まず、本体部1の各ネジ穴14a〜14dと蓋部2の各孔部24a〜24dとを位置合わせする。この位置合わせにより、下側に位置する埋め込みボルト12b側に腕部26a、26b及び軸部27a、27bが配置される。そして、各ボルト63a〜63dを蓋部2側から各ワッシャ53a〜53dを介して各孔部24a〜24dに挿通し、各ネジ穴14a〜14dに螺合する。

次に、図8に組立展開を示すように、埋め込みボルト12bをヒンジ部材4の第1挿通孔42に挿通し、ワッシャ52b及びスプリングワッシャ72bを介してナット62bを埋め込みボルト12bに螺合させ、ヒンジ部材4を取付け座部11a上に固定する。これにより、軸部27a、27bがヒンジ部材4の受け部43a、43bによって回動可能に支持される。
続いて、図6に組立展開を示すように、埋め込みボルト12aを吊り部材3の第2挿通孔32に挿通し、ワッシャ52a及びスプリングワッシャ72aを介してナット62aを埋め込みボルト12aに螺合させ、吊り部材3を取付け座部11a上に固定する。このとき、吊り部材3のガイド部34a、34bは、放熱フィン15間の凹部15aに配置される。
このようにしてヒンジ部材4及び吊り部材3を本体部1に組付けた状態を蓋部2側から示せば図5のようになる。図5に示されるように蓋部2側から見ると左側に入力接栓17が配置され、右側に出力接栓16が配置される。

上記に示される構成において、吊り部材3のワイヤ挿通孔33a、33bにメッセンジャワイヤ10を挿通し、ナット62aを締め込むことによりメッセンジャワイヤ10が放熱フィン15とガイド部34a、34bとで挟持固定される。このようにして、吊り部材3を用いて中継器筐体をメッセンジャワイヤ10に良好に固定することができる。放熱フィン15と吊り部材3とによるメッセンジャワイヤ10の挟持状態の部分拡大図を示せば、図7のようになる。尚、吊り部材3のガイド部34a、34bは、放熱フィン15間の凹部15aに配置されるので、上下方向への変位が容易であり、メッセンジャワイヤ10の径に応じて良好に挟持することができる。
又、蓋部2を開口するときは、各ボルト63a〜63dを螺緩し、各ネジ穴14a〜14dから引き抜けばよい。ヒンジ部材4によって本体部1と蓋部2とが下端で蝶着されているので、蓋部2を下方に向けて開口させることができる。尚、各ボルト63a〜63dは各孔部24a〜24dから脱落しないように設けられている。
又、ヒンジ部材4の受け部43a、43bが半球面状に形成されているので、軸部27a、27bとの回転摺動部が乾燥しやすく、錆による受け部43a、43bと軸部27a、27bとの固着が防止される。又、この蝶番構造は、図9に示される従来の蝶番構造に比較して簡易な構成であり、部品点数を低減することができる。
又、軸部27a、27bは、両端だけ形成され、中央部が分離された構造であるので第1挿通孔42を軸部27a、27bの軸線上に形成できる。これにより、第1挿通孔42を軸部27a、27bの軸線からずらして設ける必要がないのでヒンジ部材4をより小型化できる。又、軸部27a、27bの軸線と埋め込みボルト12bの軸線とが同一平面内に位置するので、蓋部2の回動時に蓋部2の自重により過大なモーメントが埋め込みボルト12bに対して作用することがなく、この埋め込みボルト12bにより蓋部2を確実に固定することができる。

又、上記実施例では、吊り部材3に設けられたメッセンジャワイヤ10を挿通するためのワイヤ挿通孔33a、33bを半円弧状に開口して形成したが、他の円弧状、V字状に開口して形成してもよい。
又、上記実施例では、吊り部材3の両端にガイド部34a、34bを設けた構成としたが、ガイド部34a、34bは放熱フィン15間の凹部15aに対応した位置に設けられていればよい。
又、上記実施例では、1対の埋め込みボルト12a、12bを設けた構成としたが、1対以上の埋め込みボルトを設け、その埋め込みボルトに対応して吊り部材及びヒンジ部材を備えた構成としてもよい。要は、本体部1を蓋部2に対して180度回転させたときに重なる点対称の位置に埋め込みボルトを設ければよい。
又、上記実施例では、メッセンジャワイヤ10を吊り部材3と放熱フィン15とで挟持固定する構成としたが、吊り部材3と本体部1の外側面とでメッセンジャワイヤ10を固定する構成としてもよい。
