Description
【0001】
C1=4×C0
k0=2×k1
【0024】
F=k1x1+c1v1 …(1)

【0035】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an improvement in a suspension mechanism of a vehicle such as an automobile.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a strut type, a double wishbone type, etc. have been widely adopted as a suspension mechanism for vehicles such as automobiles. In such a suspension mechanism, an arm and a vehicle body that freely support a hub of each wheel are supported. A pair of shock absorbers and coil springs are interposed in between to support the vehicle body while attenuating vibration input from the road surface.
[0003]
In such a shock absorber of a suspension mechanism, it is necessary to harmonize the conflicting demands that it is better to reduce the damping force in order to improve riding comfort and to increase the damping force in order to improve the steering stability. In a general shock absorber, the damping force is uniquely determined according to the operating speed, so it is difficult to achieve both riding comfort and driving stability. For this reason, a frequency-sensitive shock absorber that changes the damping force according to the piston operating frequency = the vibration input frequency is employed to achieve both riding comfort and steering stability.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the frequency-sensitive shock absorber as described above, if the damping force is set to gradually decrease as the input frequency increases, the structure of the valve mechanism and the diaphragm becomes complicated and the manufacturing cost increases. was there.
[0005]
Accordingly, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object thereof is to provide a suspension mechanism that can achieve both riding comfort and steering stability while simplifying the structure of a shock absorber.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In a suspension mechanism in which a shock absorber and a spring are interposed between a vehicle body side and a lower arm side, a first shock absorber and a first spring connected to the vehicle body side are connected to the lower arm side. A second shock absorber and a second spring, and means for coupling the first and second shock absorbers and the spring, wherein the first spring and the second spring have different spring constants, respectively, The damping forces of the first and second shock absorbers are uniquely determined according to the operating speed, and the damping coefficients of the first shock absorber and the second shock absorber are different from each other.
[0007]
The coupling means includes a lower upper arm whose base end is supported to freely swing on the vehicle body side, and the lower arm is supported to swing freely on the middle of the lower upper arm. The second shock absorber and the second spring are interposed between the lower upper arm and the lower upper arm.
[0008]
In a second aspect based on the first aspect, the damping coefficient of the first shock absorber is larger than the damping coefficient of the second shock absorber, and the spring constant of the first spring is that of the second spring. It is set smaller than the spring constant.
[0009]
[Action]
Therefore, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the first shock absorber, the second shock absorber, the first spring, and the second spring having different damping coefficients and spring constants are arranged in series between the vehicle body side and the lower arm side. Therefore, the damping coefficient can be changed according to the input frequency from the lower arm side, while the first and second shock absorbers are configured so that the damping force is uniquely determined according to the operating speed. It is possible to achieve both ride comfort and handling stability.
[0010]
The first shock absorber and a first spring is coupled to the second shock absorber and a second spring through the lower upper arm, the first and second shock absorbers and springs through the lower upper arm series in distribution The first and second shock absorbers have a simple structure in which the damping force is uniquely determined according to the operating speed, but can be attenuated by changing the damping coefficient according to the input frequency. It is possible to achieve both ride comfort and handling stability.
[0011]
In the second invention , the damping coefficient of the first shock absorber is set larger than the damping coefficient of the second shock absorber, and the spring constant of the first spring is set smaller than the spring constant of the second spring. Therefore, while the first and second shock absorbers are configured so that the damping force is uniquely determined according to the operating speed, the damping coefficient can be reduced according to the increase of the input frequency from the lower arm side. In the region where the input frequency is high, the damping coefficient is lowered to improve riding comfort, while in the region where the input frequency is low, the damping coefficient can be increased to ensure steering stability.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, since the first shock absorber, the second shock absorber, the first spring, and the second spring having different damping coefficients and spring constants are arranged in series, the first and second shock absorbers are arranged. Although the damping force is uniquely determined according to the operating speed, the damping coefficient can be changed according to the input frequency from the lower arm side, so that the frequency-sensitive shock absorber of the conventional example can be changed. In comparison, it is possible to achieve both riding comfort and handling stability while simplifying the structure.
[0049]
The first shock absorber and a first spring is coupled to the second shock absorber and a second spring through the lower upper arm, the first and second shock absorbers and springs through the lower upper arm series in distribution The first and second shock absorbers have a simple structure in which the damping force is uniquely determined according to the operating speed, but can be attenuated by changing the damping coefficient according to the input frequency. It is possible to achieve both riding comfort and handling stability.
[0050]
In the second invention , the damping coefficient of the first shock absorber is set larger than the damping coefficient of the second shock absorber, and the spring constant of the first spring is set smaller than the spring constant of the second spring. Therefore, while the first and second shock absorbers are configured so that the damping force is uniquely determined according to the operating speed, the damping coefficient can be reduced according to the increase of the input frequency from the lower arm side. In the region where the input frequency is high, the damping coefficient is lowered to improve riding comfort, while in the region where the input frequency is low, the damping coefficient can be increased to ensure steering stability, and the structure of the shock absorber is simplified. It is possible to achieve both ride comfort and handling stability.
