Description
【0001】

The present invention has been made to solve the above-described conventional problems, and does not adjust the stage, does not adversely affect the static eliminator, and does not scatter dust-containing air around the work. An object of the present invention is to provide a dust removing device that can completely remove the dust.
[0013]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The dust removing device of the present invention is provided with an air discharge chamber for discharging air and an air suction chamber for sucking air, and blows air to dust adhering to the work surface to float the dust, and then sucks the dust, In the dust remover that cleans the surface,
A plurality of cleaning heads with air discharge chambers and air suction chambers are provided, and the air discharge force of the air discharge chamber located on the upstream side with respect to the workpiece traveling direction is the air discharge force of the air discharge chamber located on the downstream side. It is characterized by being weaker than.
[0014]
By setting the pressure of the air discharge chamber on the upstream side to be weaker than that on the downstream side as described above, it is possible to prevent the remaining dust from being removed on the downstream side from being scattered around the environment rather than discharging air at normal pressure. Can be taken in reliably.
[0015]
That is, if the pressure in the upstream air discharge chamber is set to a normal pressure, the dust that could not be removed on the downstream side will be further discharged with the same pressure as the previous time, and the dust will be scattered further to the surroundings. Although it occurs, the above-mentioned problem is solved by making the pressure of the upstream air discharge chamber weaker than the pressure of the downstream air discharge chamber.
[0016]
As a means in this case, a valve can be provided in any of the paths on the air discharge chamber side to leak the air. For example, a valve may be provided in a pipe portion that connects a unit that discharges and sucks air and an air discharge chamber.
[0017]
By forming as described above, the dust removing device itself can be formed at a low cost without significantly changing the design, and the pressure of the air discharge chamber can be easily changed. In addition, in order to adjust the amount of air leaking from the gap between the workpiece and the cleaning head, there is no need to perform troublesome operations such as adjusting the height of the stage and parallelism.
[0018]
In the above, two sets of cleaning heads each having an air discharge chamber on the downstream side and an air suction chamber on the upstream side may be provided in succession. Alternatively, two sets of cleaning heads each having an air discharge chamber on one side and an air suction chamber on the other side may be provided in succession so that the air suction chambers face each other.
[0019]
In this case as well, the pressure in the upstream air discharge chamber is set to be lower than the pressure in the downstream air discharge chamber. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent air containing dust from leaking through the gap between the workpiece and the cleaning head.
[0020]
Also, on the upstream side of the cleaning head, a static eliminator is attached to remove dust adhering to the work surface due to the effect of static electricity. Even when this static eliminator is attached, the workpiece and the cleaning head By preventing the air from leaking from the gap, ions generated from the static eliminator flow, and the ions cannot reach the workpiece and the static elimination effect is reduced.
[0021]
Moreover, it is preferable that the air outlet of each air discharge chamber is formed obliquely in the direction of the paired air suction chamber.
[0022]
By the above means, dust adhering to the work surface can be efficiently peeled off, so that the cleaning effect can be improved, and the discharged air is prevented from leaking out of the cleaning head.
[0023]
In addition, you may provide an ultrasonic generator in the air blower outlet of an air discharge chamber. In this case, the dust attached to the workpiece surface can be more reliably removed by applying ultrasonic waves to the air to vibrate the air and applying the vibrated air to the dust.
