Description

【0001】
【0015】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a polyurethane-based composite fiber. More specifically, the present invention relates to a polyurethane-based composite fiber particularly suitable for stockings and to stockings using the polyurethane-based composite fiber.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a fiber in which a polyamide component and a polyurethane component are eccentrically combined in the same filament is known to have excellent crimpability (Japanese Patent Publication Nos. 55-22570 and 55-27175). Issue gazette). Stockings using such fibers are thinner and more transparent than stockings using covering yarn obtained by wrapping polyamide fibers or the like around polyurethane fibers, and are currently used as stockings especially for spring and summer. On the other hand, as a recent consumer demand, there are comforts such as moderate sharpness and fashionability such as fine and elegant luster that makes the legs look beautiful and thin.
[0003]
In order to satisfy the fashionability such as comfort and fine and elegant luster, it has been conventionally studied to make the fiber cross-section irregular. For example, a polyamide fiber with an irregular cross section such as a triangular cross section is wound around a polyurethane fiber, but there is a sense of sharpness but it is not very comfortable and it is not comfortable. When the number of filaments is increased at the same fineness, the texture is improved, but the glossiness does not appear and a good one is not obtained. On the other hand, a conventional fiber in which a polyamide component and a polyurethane component are eccentrically combined in the same filament is less crisp and has no glossiness. There has also been proposed a composite fiber using a flat cross section that satisfies a specific condition in order to utilize the rubber elasticity of polyurethane (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 57-205520). Not done.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to obtain a polyurethane-based composite fiber having a fine and elegant glossiness and having an appropriate sharpness.
[0005]
[Means for solving the problems]
As a result of intensive studies to achieve the above object, the present inventor has found that a fine and elegant glossiness and an appropriate sharpness can be obtained by setting the cross-sectional shape of the polyurethane-based composite fiber to a specific shape. It was. Furthermore, when this polyurethane composite fiber is used as a material for stockings, it has been found that it has the above-described characteristics, and the present invention has been achieved.
[0006]
That is, the present invention is a core-sheath eccentric composite fiber composed of a polyamide resin component and a polyurethane resin component and having a flatness ratio of 1.2 to 3.0, wherein the polyurethane resin component is at least 2 in the fiber cross section. And a stocking using the polyurethane composite fiber.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In the present invention, the flatness of the composite fiber needs to be 1.2 to 3.0. Preferably, the flatness is 2.0 to 2.5. The flatness mentioned here is a numerical value obtained by dividing the maximum diameter length of the major axis of the fiber cross section by the maximum diameter length of the minor axis of the fiber cross section. That is, when the flatness ratio is smaller than 1.2, it becomes difficult to express glossiness, and when the flatness ratio is larger than 3.0, glossiness appears, but the texture and operability during stretching are deteriorated.
[0008]
In the present invention, the eccentric portion made of the polyurethane resin component of the polyurethane-based composite fiber needs to be positioned in the minor axis direction of the fiber cross section. When the eccentric portion is positioned in the minor axis direction of the fiber cross section, a flat surface having a large area is easily exposed on the crimped loop surface, and the light reflection area is increased and glossiness is easily exhibited. . When the eccentric part is in the major axis direction of the fiber cross section, twisting is likely to occur in the fiber axis direction, and gloss is hardly exhibited and the texture is also deteriorated.
In the present invention, it is necessary that at least two polyurethane resin components of the polyurethane-based composite fiber are present in the fiber cross section. Preferably, the eccentric part is 2. As described above, in the present invention, the eccentric portion needs to be positioned in the minor axis direction of the fiber cross section in order to express a fine and elegant gloss. However, even if the eccentric part is located in the minor axis direction of the fiber cross section, if the polyurethane resin component that becomes the eccentric part is 1, the polyurethane resin component is exposed too much on the fiber surface, resulting in adhesion between fibers and operability. Problems are likely to occur. There is also a problem with the quality of knitted stockings. When the eccentric portion is 2 or more, the polyurethane resin component can be prevented from being excessively exposed, and the polyurethane resin component can be arranged in a balanced manner in the fiber cross section even in a deformed fiber having a flat cross section as in the present invention. Suppresses the occurrence of elegant luster.
[0010]
In the present invention, examples of the polyamide resin component include 6 nylon, 66 nylon, 6,10 nylon, 11 nylon, and 12 nylon. Moreover, the copolymer polyamide resin which has these as a main component is also contained.
[0011]
Examples of the polyurethane resin component include polyester polyurethane, polycaprolactone polyurethane, and polycarbonate polyurethane.
[0012]
A light-resistant agent for improving light resistance may be added to the polyamide resin component and the polyurethane resin component used in the present invention. Treatment agents such as odorants and UV cut agents can be added.
[0013]
The fineness of the single yarn filament constituting the composite fiber of the present invention is preferably 3.3 to 33 dtex, the number of filaments is 1 to 10, and the total fineness is preferably 5.5 to 55 dtex. More preferably, the total fineness is 11.1 to 33.3 dtex and the number of filaments is 1 to 4. When the single yarn fineness forming the filament is large, the durability is improved, but the texture becomes hard. The fineness in the above range is preferable in terms of durability and texture.
[0014]
The stockings referred to in the present invention include all over-knit stockings up to the knee, full-length stockings up to the thigh roots, and panty-stockings in which the panty and stockings are integrated. .
[0015]
【Example】
The present invention will be specifically described below with reference to examples. As evaluation items of the present invention and comparative examples, glossiness and sharpness were compared and evaluated by the following methods.
(1) The stocking gloss panel was worn with stockings, and was subjected to a sensory test, and was evaluated in five stages: too glossy [5] to moderate gloss [3] to no gloss [1].
(2) The stocking texture panelist was made to wear stockings, and the sensory test evaluated 5 levels from [5] to an excessively sharp feeling [3] to [1] having a smooth feeling.
[0016]
(Example)
6 Nylon with a relative viscosity of 2.35, and a mixed polymer of polyurethane / poly 1,6 hexane adipate = 7/3 (mass ratio) as a polyurethane, and a composite ratio of 6 nylon to polyurethane is 1/1. The core-sheath eccentric composite fiber having a flat cross section shown in FIG. 5 is melt-spun, and then the spun undrawn yarn is drawn at a roller heater of 100 ° C. and a draw ratio of 3.6 times to obtain a stocking yarn (22 dtex / 2f) having a crimping performance. ) The gloss and texture of stockings obtained by knitting and dyeing this raw yarn were evaluated. As a result, a fine and elegant glossiness and an appropriate sharpness were exhibited.
[0017]
(Comparative Examples 1-4)
As Comparative Example 1, fibers (flatness 2.0) and stockings shown in FIG. 2 were prepared in the same manner as in the Examples except for the joining direction of the eccentric portion and the number of polyurethane resin components. As Comparative Example 2, it was produced in the same manner except that it was a core-sheath eccentric (flatness 1.0) fiber having a polyurethane resin component number 1 in the round cross section shown in FIG. As Comparative Example 3, it was produced in the same manner except that the fiber (flatness ratio 3.3) shown in FIG. 4 was used, but the glossiness and sharpness were not satisfied. In addition, as a comparative example 4, an evaluation of a stocking made by covering and knitting 22 dtex / 2f triangular cross section 6 nylon fiber to 22 dtex polyurethane fiber was performed, but the glare is strong and it does not satisfy glossiness and sharpness. It was.
