The slip ring rotates with the rotor, the other end of each coil is connected, and the minus side brush is provided so as to be always in sliding contact with the slip ring regardless of the rotational position of the rotor, and supplies minus side drive power. . Therefore, the direct current motor having such a configuration uses an iron piece salient pole in place of a permanent magnet that is a relatively expensive member, and thus the cost can be reduced. In addition, permanent magnets need to worry about cracking due to stress and vibration during assembly, low-temperature demagnetization, etc., but this DC motor that uses iron piece salient poles instead of permanent magnets needs to worry about it. Absent.
[0011]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, each coil is wound by concentrated winding with respect to one corresponding tooth, so that the space factor of the coil winding can be increased, and the DC motor has a small size and high torque. It can be.
[0012]
According to the invention of claim 4, a surge absorbing element is provided between both ends of each coil, and the surge absorbing element generates a surge voltage generated between both ends of each coil when the brush on the plus side switches the segment. Remove. Therefore, since this surge voltage adversely affects the rotation of the rotor, the efficiency of the DC motor can be improved by absorbing this surge voltage.
