Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a plastic molded body and a packaging body suitable for storing small items such as cosmetics and writing instruments.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a container for storing small items such as cosmetics, a plastic sheet is usually molded according to the shape of the stored item, and after filling the product, the back side is covered with cardboard with a pattern or color pattern printed on one side What is called a blister pack is used. This blister pack generally has perforations for product removal on cardboard, and retailers store high-priced items, such as lipsticks, but hang them on hooks for sale. There seem to be many places.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since this blister pack has perforations formed on cardboard, it is regarded as a good target for crimes that break the perforations, remove the contents, and leave the pack as it is, and has recently become a serious social problem.
In other words, if you take out the whole pack, you can handle it with a security device such as an alarm buzzer, but if you take out the contents while leaving the pack as it is, the contents will be extracted just by looking at it because the back side was covered with cardboard This is because it is difficult to understand and the crime prevention device does not work, so there is no hand in the present situation.
[0004]
Accordingly, the present inventor can solve the above-mentioned problems and can reliably maintain the state of storage of the product, and a beautiful plastic molded body and package excellent in printability are disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. 7-225564. Etc. The present invention further improves these.
That is, the containers according to these applications are formed by contacting a plastic sheet in a fold shape and forming a concave portion for storing an article in the surface of the sheet in contact with the container in order to satisfy the beauty and function of the appearance. The folded piece is formed on the outer edge of the one sheet in contact with each other through a folding line, or the same folded piece is formed on one side and the inner edge of the other sheet is approximately the same width inward. A cut line is formed at the entered position, and the folded piece is formed as an adhesive margin joined to the outer surface portion along the outer edge of the other sheet.
[0005]
However, in the manufacture of a package using such a plastic sheet, the sheet is sequentially separated from the sheet bundle, the article (product) is filled in the article storage recess of the sheet, the sheet is folded into a container shape, The adhesive is applied to the folded piece and dried, and immediately after drying, the folded piece is folded and pressure-bonded to adhere, but this work is performed at a considerably high speed according to the speed of the high-speed filling machine, Therefore, the bonding work is also performed in a state matching this speed.
For this reason, the adhesive is thoroughly examined and the application of the adhesive is kept to the minimum necessary. However, since the adhesive is stable when dried, it takes a very short time to dry. If any stress or external force is applied to the inside, adhesion of the glue margin is likely to be incomplete, and a defective package filled with contents is manufactured and shipped as it is, even though it is not sufficiently adhered. There is a fear.
This is because, for example, some distortion remains in the sheet when molding the concave portion for storing the article, and the distortion is not noticeable in the process of high-speed filling, adhesive application, and adhesive margin crimping, but the adhesive margin crimping force is released. After that, while the adhesive is not dried, the effect of the distortion is generated, and there is a risk that a restoring body of the bent piece will be added to this, and a packaging body in which the glue margin is peeled off may be generated. I knew that there was.
[0006]
The present invention has been made by investigating the above-mentioned problems, and reduces distortion or stress at the time of bending a plastic sheet. For example, even when distortion or stress appears, it can be produced by a high-speed manufacturing machine. Even if it exists, when forming a package body by bending and adhere | attaching a molded object, the plastic molded object and packaging body which can be performed reliably, without adhesion | attachment peeling are provided.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is arranged such that plastic sheet bodies having substantially the same shape which can contact each other on both sides of a folding line are arranged continuously, and a little width is provided on the outer side of one plastic sheet body via a cut line or a fold line. A position where the folded piece is extended and enters the inside of the other plastic sheet body from the outer edge to the inside approximately the same width as the width of the folded piece if necessary (if it is not necessary) A cut line is formed in the sheet surface of the plastic sheet body, and recesses for storing articles that can match each other are formed in the sheet surface of the plastic sheet body. It is characterized by its configuration.
In addition, the plastic molded body is folded in two along the folding line, and the plastic packaging body is configured so that the folded piece is folded and bonded to the outer surface portion along the outer edge of the other plastic sheet body. To do.
[0008]
The above-mentioned plastic sheet body has a folded piece extending only on the outside of one plastic sheet body. In addition to the folded piece, the plastic sheet body is located at a position entering the inside of the folded piece from the outside of the other plastic sheet body. Any configuration of the cut lines is included, and it is not limited to whether or not folded pieces or cut lines are formed on the remaining side edges other than the outer edges, that is, the upper and lower edges.
The incision is formed in the direction crossing the folded piece, and the depth of the incision is preferably the length between the nearly full width of the folded piece or a little over the full width. From the slit state without any gap to about 3 mm width is preferable. One folded piece can be provided with one or more incisions in the middle part, but may be set according to the length of the folded piece.
[0009]
Both outer edges of the plastic sheet body, that is, both sides of the folded piece formed on one sheet body and the outer edge on which the folded piece of the other sheet body is not provided, or the outer edge of one folded piece and the other sheet body In the case where cuts are provided on both sides of the cut pieces defined by the cut lines, the same cuts as described above can be provided at the positions where they face each other. Preferably, it is even more preferable to set each staggered position approximately equally.
The folded pieces can be bonded by an adhesive, an adhesive by thermal fusion, or other adhesive means.
The edge fold line that forms the folded piece may be a thin line, perforation or other interrupted line, a curved hinge line, or other configuration, and the cut line may be a thin line, perforation or other interrupted line, etc. It is preferable to have a configuration that can be cut off. The folding line can have an arbitrary folding configuration similar to the edge folding line.
[0010]
With the above-described configuration, even when the distortion during molding and the elastic force of the folded piece are generated in the same manner as described above, this distortion or stress is released by the cut and attenuated, and the folded over the cut. Since it does not spill over to one part, the peeling action of adhesion does not occur, and the glue margin does not peel off.
[0011]
It should be noted that the configuration other than the above can be arbitrarily adopted in the plastic molded body or the package having the above configuration. For example, a convex frame portion can be formed at the periphery of one of the article storage recesses, and a concave frame portion that can be fitted to the convex frame portion can be formed at the periphery of the other article storage recess. The convex frame portion and the concave frame portion may be formed over the entire periphery of the article storing concave portion, or may be formed in a part thereof. Thereby, the reliable holding | maintenance and sealing state of a stored article become a better thing.
In addition, a slight warpage is given to the plastic sheet body on both sides of the folding line, or to the outer portion of the article storage recess of the plastic sheet body in such a direction that the sheet surface folded in two along the folding line moves away from the outside. Can be. Thereby, since the sheet | seat part of the storage recessed part vicinity in a joining state will be in a press-contact state, the adhesiveness of sheets and the sealing performance of the recessed part for articles | goods storage are improved further.
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a front view of an unfolded state of a plastic molded body 1 of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a side sectional view of a folded and packaged body, and FIG. 3 is a partially enlarged perspective view of the vicinity of the folded piece.
The plastic molded body 1 uses a plastic sheet having an appropriate strength (waist strength) made of transparent thermoplastic such as unstretched PET, polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene, polystyrene, polycarbonate resin, etc. The thickness is preferably about 100 to 1000 microns.
This plastic molded body 1 is provided with a series of rectangular sheet bodies 2 and 3 having substantially the same shape by vacuum, pressure forming or heating, press molding, etc., and in the longitudinal direction at the boundary between the sheet bodies 2 and 3. Is formed so that the sheet bodies 2 and 3 can be bent and contacted with each other.
[0013]
The sheet body 2 has a sheet surface 2a as a joint surface with the sheet body 3, a cut line 2b parallel to the folding line 4 is provided slightly inside the outer edge, and a portion between the outer edge and the cut line 2b is formed as a cut piece 2c. is there. Further, an article storage recess 5 capable of storing an article is formed in the sheet surface 2a near the short side inside the cutoff line 2b, and an arbitrarily shaped locking hole 2d is formed in the vicinity of the other short side, Of the peripheral edge of the concave portion 5, a convex frame portion 5a that slightly protrudes from the sheet surface 2a so as to border the concave portion 5 is formed at a portion facing the cutoff line 2b and the locking hole 2d. A cut 6 having a length from the outer edge to the cutoff line 2b is formed at an intermediate position 2b.
[0014]
The sheet body 3 has a sheet surface 3a as a joint surface with the sheet body 2, and is located outside the sheet body 3 at a position having a width that is the same as or slightly wider than the width W1 of the sheet body 2. A parallel edge fold line 3b is formed, and a folded piece 3c having a slight width W3 is integrally extended on the outside, and the width W1 from the folding line 4 to the outer edge of the folded piece 3c is the width of the sheet body 2 and the folded piece 3c. It is set to be the same as or slightly wider than the total width. Further, when the sheet surface 2a and the sheet surface 3a are joined, the article storage recess 7 that can match the article storage recess 5 is formed, and the concave frame portion 7a that can match the convex frame portion 5a is formed as a convex frame portion. The seat surface 3a is recessed to a depth substantially matching the height of 5a, and a locking hole 3d is formed at a position symmetrical to the locking hole 2d around the folding line 4, and the folded piece 3c. Are formed in notches 8 and 8 having a length extending from the outer edge to the cutoff line 2b at an intermediate position approximately dividing the distance into three or a quarter position on both sides approximately divided into four.
[0015]
The plastic molded body 1 having the above configuration can be a packaging body 7 for storing articles as shown in FIGS. That is, a predetermined article a (for example, lipstick) is stored in either the concave portion 5 or the concave portion 7, the folding line 4 is bent, the convex frame portion 5a is fitted into the concave frame portion 7a, and the sheet surface 2a Bonding the sheet surface 3a and performing an adhesive treatment such as heat sealing or bonding along the outer edge of the overlapped portion of the sheet surface 2a and the sheet surface 3a, the article a is sealed The stored package 9 can be completed.
[0016]
At this time, the folded piece 3c is thinly coated with an adhesive on the inner surface before folding, and then folded along the edge fold line 3b so that the sheet body 3 is sandwiched between the sheet body 3 and the folded piece 3c. If these are joined to each other and pressure-bonded to each other, this edge portion is securely bonded.
At this time, distortion stress due to bending occurs in the folded piece 3c. Therefore, if the folded piece 3c is a long continuous piece, the folded piece 3c is likely to be bent due to this stress, and adhesion stability is improved. Although there is a possibility of being inhibited, since the distortion is reduced by the cuts 8 and 8 and the stress is released, it is possible to surely bond in a state where the stability is not inhibited. When the notch 6 on the cut piece 2c side and the notch 8 are formed in a staggered state, both the notches 6 and 8 act, so that the notches 8 and 8 can be formed with an interval corresponding thereto. it can.
Thereby, the sealed state of the package 9 can be made more reliable, and a criminal act of extracting the stored article a can be prevented in advance. Needless to say, the bonding method between the cut piece 2c and the folded piece 3c may be normal heat sealing.
[0017]
In addition, when a consumer takes out the stored article a, the sheet bodies 2 and 3 may be felt to be difficult to take out because they are stacked, but the sheet body 2 may be divided and cut off by the tear line 2b. Alternatively, the cut line 2b and the edge fold line 3b can form the cut portion 10 that can cut the folded piece 3c and the cut piece 2c adhered therebetween. Since the entire thickness of the cut portion 10 is higher than that of the other portions of the sheet bodies 2, 3 and the like, it is easy to cut by scratching the sheet body 2 with a cutter or a toe along the cut line 2b. The package 7 can be easily opened.
On the other hand, if the cut portion 10 is cut off and the contents of the package 9 are taken out, the package 9 itself is inevitably destroyed (opened). This makes it easier to find shop assistants and security guards, and contributes to a reduction in crime.
[0018]
FIG. 4 shows an embodiment different from the above, in which sheet bodies 2 and 3 are continuously provided on both sides of the folding line 4, and article recesses 5 and 7 are formed in the sheet surface. The configuration in which the edge fold line 3b and the folded piece 3c are formed in the folded piece 3c and the cuts 8 and 8 are formed in the folded piece 3c is the same as that in the above embodiment, but the cut line is not formed along the outer edge of the sheet body 2. It is different.
Even with such a configuration, the same effect as described above can be obtained by forming the notches 6 similar to the above from the outer edge of the sheet body 2.
FIG. 5 shows that the sheet body 2 is not formed with a recess for storing articles and, like the embodiment of FIG. 4, the cut line is not formed along the outer edge, but the sheet bodies 2 and 3 are bonded. In order to facilitate the subsequent opening, a cut line 12 is provided along the folding line 4 to form a thin cut piece 13 between the two lines, and the outer edges of the sheet bodies 2 and 3 are cut in the same manner as described above. , 8 and 6 are shown. In addition, although not shown in figure, a bending line can be made into the hinge structure of curved protrusions, and other arbitrary structures.
[0019]
FIG. 6 shows an example in which the sheet bodies 2 and 3 are slightly warped in the above embodiments. That is, when the folding lines 4 are bent and the sheet bodies 2 and 3 are joined, the sheet bodies 2 and 3 are formed with a warping angle α that is slightly separated from each other toward the outer edge. Thus, if the folded piece 3c is folded and the outer edge portion of the sheet body 2 is bonded in a sandwiched state, the intermediate portions of both the sheet bodies 2 and 3 are pressed against each other under the warping stress. Adhesion is enhanced, and the possibility of dust entering the article storage recesses 5 and 7 can be eliminated. The notch 8 (6) is useful for enhancing the adhesion and enhancing the adhesion.
[0020]
As shown in FIG. 7, the concave portion for storing an article is provided with a concave portion 7 for storing only in one sheet body 3, and the corresponding portion of the other sheet body 2 has a slight level difference 5b. It can also be set as the lid-like level | step difference surface 5A fitted to. Moreover, as shown in FIG. 5, the sheet | seat body 2 is good also as a flat sheet without an unevenness | corrugation, and these structures are arbitrary.
The cut line 2b can be in the form shown in FIG. 8 or any other form that can be cut, and the cut 6 can be easily cut along the cut line 2b without breaking the entire length of the cut piece 2c. It can be formed in a state where it does not reach from the outer edge of the sheet body 2 to the cutoff line 2b.
