Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for marking on a substrate in a surface-mounted product.

The ink printed on the surface of the substrate is in a paste form before the heat-curing process. When the ink is touched, the printed characters disappear, and the quality deteriorates due to adhesion of the ink to other parts, resulting in operational problems. For this reason, the opportunity of handling the product before ink curing is reduced as much as possible, and careful attention has been paid when handling the product. For this reason, the

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional method, as described above, the stamping is performed off-line for the purpose of reducing the handling before ink curing as much as possible. Therefore, a stamping and drying process is required separately from the SMT line. There was a problem that extra man-hours for drying occurred.
In addition, in order to prevent contact between the stamped products, a dedicated storage container is required, and in the ink heat curing process, the product stored in the storage container from the previous process must be heated together with the storage container. There was a waste that had to be done. In addition, in order to improve the workability of offline processing, a large amount of processing must be performed at once, and a large-capacity and expensive drying furnace (0.2 to 1.0 m 3 ) is required, which increases the initial cost. In addition, a long time (30 minutes to 1 hour) is required to raise the temperature to the specified temperature, and a large running cost of 4 to 6 kwH is generated.
Furthermore, in a large-volume drying furnace, a product stored in a large amount together with the storage container is likely to be heated non-uniformly, often causing a quality problem of poor adhesion strength due to insufficient ink curing.
The present invention has been made in view of the above situation, and it is not necessary to provide a stamping process separately from the SMT line, and a substrate mounting method and system for a surface mount product that does not require a dedicated storage container and a drying furnace. The purpose is to reduce the stamping drying man-hours, reduce the initial running cost, and improve the quality.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a method for marking on a substrate according to the present invention includes a step of marking a substrate using a thermosetting marking ink, and a component via a heat-soluble adhesive on the printed substrate. a step of mounting, by heat treatment to the substrate, curing the marking ink, and related to the component by the adhesive seal method to a substrate comprising the step of fixing to the substrate, wherein The board has one side and the other side, the marking is performed on one side of the board, the component is mounted on the other side of the board, and the printed board is reversed, The component is mounted on the other surface of the substrate.
[0007]
[Action]
In the method of marking on the substrate, the heat treatment for curing the printing ink on the substrate and the heat treatment with a heat-soluble adhesive for fixing the components are performed simultaneously, and the heat of the heat-soluble adhesive is heated and cured for the printing ink. It is also used for processing, and an offline drying furnace is not required. In addition, since the curing heat treatment of the printing ink is performed in the component mounting line, it is not necessary to protect the substrate by the storage container, and heating of each substrate becomes possible.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, a method for marking a surface-mounted product on a substrate according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

The stamping machine 20 forms a stamp on one surface (for example, the surface) of the substrate using ink. The solder paste printer 12 forms a solder paste at a component fixing position on the back side of the board. The
[0010]
The reason why the stamping machine 20 is arranged at the above-described line configuration position is that, after solder paste printing and after component mounting, during the process until solder reflow is completed, the accuracy of the mounted component position is maintained and removal of the substrate is prevented. This is because it is necessary to avoid inversion. Therefore, the stamping machine 20 is disposed in front of the solder paste printer 12 before these processes.

【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, according to the method for marking a surface-mounted product on a substrate according to the present invention, a heat treatment for imprinting a stamped ink on a printed substrate and a heat treatment for fixing a component with a heat-soluble adhesive are performed. Since it is performed at the same time, the heat for fixing the parts can also be used for heat-curing the printing ink, and an off-line drying furnace is not required, and the initial cost and running cost can be largely eliminated. Also, since the stamping and drying man-hours in a separate process are eliminated, the time required for assembly completion can be greatly shortened. Furthermore, since heating can be performed for each substrate without protection by the storage container, the adhesion strength of the printing ink is stabilized and the quality can be stabilized.
