本発明は、レンズ,光学ローパスフィルタ,プリズム等の光学機器において用いる、光学素子を枠に対して固定するための光学素子の固定構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
光学機器において光学素子を枠に固定する従来の固定構造は、以下に示すように種々ある。以下の説明では、光学素子としてレンズを例にする。図5〜図7において、実質的に同じ働きをする部分には同一符号が付してある。

▲1▼ねじリング…図5に示すように、レンズ1を収納した枠2の内周部にねじを切っておき、そのねじとは雄雌反対のねじを切ったねじリング3を枠2にねじ込むことにより、ねじリング3の一部をレンズ1に押し当てて固定する構造。

▲2▼レンズ押さえ…図6に示すように、レンズ1を収納した枠2にレンズ押さえ4を固定し、レンズ押さえ4の一部をレンズ1に押し当てて固定する構造。レンズ押さえ4を枠2に固定する手段は、嵌合,スクリューによるねじ止め等がある。また、レンズ押さえ4自体をCリングにして、鏡筒(図示せず)に予め設けた溝に嵌めると同時に、レンズ1に当てて固定する構造もある。

以上の4種類の固定構造は、光学機器に要求される光学素子の位置決め精度、固定強度、熱膨張への寛容度、作業性等に応じて使い分けている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
一例として、撮影レンズ(レンズ1)を備えたビデオカメラを組み立てる場合、組立終了後にレンズ1の表面にごみや傷があることが発見され、検査で不合格となる場合がある。また、レンズ1自体の偏心が大きかったり、枠2の中に正しく収まっていない状態で固定されていることが発見され、検査で不合格となる場合もある。このような場合には、不具合を直した上でレンズ1や枠2等の部品を再利用するのが経済的であり、好ましい。

しかしながら、上述した従来の固定構造は、部品を再利用するのに適していなかったり、その他の問題点を有する。即ち、▲3▼のかしめや▲4▼の接着では、枠2の再利用は困難であり、分解の際にレンズ1に傷を付ける可能性も高いので、修理には適していない。また、▲3▼のかしめは、レンズ1の端部が薄い場合には、レンズ1が欠けたり、面取りを設けることができないので、かしめた部分がレンズ1の端部に接触せず、レンズ1ががたついてしまう等の不具合があり、端部が薄い光学素子には向いていない。レンズ1の枠2への固定作業にジグが必要であり、固定作業は容易ではない。

▲1▼のねじリング3や▲2▼のレンズ押さえ4においては、予め枠2にねじを切ったり、穴や突起や凹みを設けなければならず、ねじリング3やレンズ押さえ4にもねじまたは穴や突起や凹みに引っ掛けるための腕が必要になり、部品自体のコストや金型代が高くなってしまうという問題点がある。さらに、レンズ1がプラスチックよりなる場合、レンズ1と枠2との線膨張係数は大きく異なるので、特に▲1▼のねじリング3や▲3▼のかしめにおいては、周囲温度の変化によってレンズ1に歪みが生じやすいという問題点もある。

本発明はこのような問題点に鑑みなされたものであり、光学素子の枠への固定作業が容易で、安価であり、光学素子の形状(厚さ)に関係なく採用することができ、光学素子や枠を再利用することができる光学素子の固定構造を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、上述した従来の技術の課題を解決するため、枠(20)に収納された光学素子(10)を前記枠に固定する光学素子の固定構造において、粘着剤(33)または接着剤が塗布され、前記枠と前記光学素子とにまたがるようにして貼り付けたシール(30)と、前記シールを前記枠に位置決めするため前記枠のみまたは前記枠及び前記シールに設けた位置決め手段(23,24,32)とを備えることを特徴とする光学素子の固定構造を提供する。
また、枠(20)に収納された光学素子(10)を前記枠に固定する光学素子の固定構造において、粘着剤または接着剤が塗布され、前記枠と前記光学素子とにまたがるようにして貼り付けたシール(30)を備え、前記シールは開口(31)を有し、その開口の周囲部に前記粘着剤または接着剤の非塗布領域(34)を設けたことを特徴とする光学素子の固定構造を提供する。
さらに、枠(20)に収納された光学素子(10)を前記枠に固定する光学素子の固定構造において、粘着剤または接着剤が塗布され、前記枠と前記光学素子とにまたがるようにして貼り付けたシール(30)を備え、前記シールは開口(31)を有し、この開口が、前記光学素子を通過する光の絞りとして作用していることを特徴とする光学素子の固定構造を提供する。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の光学素子の固定構造について、添付図面を参照して説明する。図1は本発明の光学素子の固定構造の第1実施例を示す斜視図、図2は本発明の光学素子の固定構造の第1実施例を示す断面図、図3は図1,図2中のシール30を裏面から見た状態を示す平面図、図4は本発明の光学素子の固定構造の第2実施例を示す断面図である。

<第1実施例>
図1において、(A)は各部品を分解した状態、(B)は各部品を組み立てた状態を示している。第1実施例及び後述する第2実施例においても、光学素子としてレンズを例にする。本発明の固定構造は、レンズの固定に限定されることはなく、光学ローパスフィルタ,プリズム等の各種の光学素子の固定に採用することができる。

図1(A),(B)に示すように、レンズ10を収納する枠20は、上面から見て略円形となっており、その中央部には、円形の開口21が形成されている。枠20の内周側の端部には、レンズ10を収めるための凹部22が形成されている。凹部22の外周径は、レンズ10がちょうど収まる程度の大きさとする。また、図2に示すように、凹部22の深さは、レンズ10の周端部に高さと略同じか、レンズ10の周端部が枠20より若干突出するよう、凹部22を僅かに浅くしておく。枠20の上面には、一対の突起23が一体成形により設けられている。

枠20の凹部22にレンズ10を収めた状態で、レンズ10は枠20に対して、シール30によって固定される。シール30は、上面から見て略円形となっており、その中央部には、円形の開口31が形成されている。また、シール30には、一対の突起23を挿入するための一対の孔32が形成されている。シール30の裏面(レンズ10側)には、ここでは図示していないが、粘着剤33が塗布されている。シール30は、厚さ0.1mm程度のPETシートやポリエステルシートのような柔軟なプラスチックシートであり、好ましくは、黒色不透明で表面に艶消しのため細かいシボを形成したシートとする。

シール30の孔32を突起23に挿入し、シール30をレンズ10及び枠20に貼り付けると、図2に示すように、シール30(粘着剤33)は、レンズ10と枠20とにまたがるようにしてレンズ10及び枠20に粘着する。上記のように、レンズ10の外周端部は、枠20の凹部22側の端部(レンズ10と接触する部分)と略同じ高さか、僅かに高くなっているので、シール30は、レンズ10と枠20とをまたいで良好に粘着し、レンズ10を枠20に固定する。本発明者は、レンズ10の周端部が枠20より低くなっていると、良好に固定できないことを確認している。なお、レンズ10及び枠20のシール30が貼られる部分は、平滑な表面としておく。

粘着剤33は、シール30の裏面全体に塗布してもよいが、図3に示すように、シール30の内周端部(開口31の周囲部)には粘着剤33を塗布しない(即ち、内周端部を残して粘着剤33を塗布する)ことが好ましい。34は、粘着剤33の非塗布領域である。このように、シール30の内周部に粘着剤33を塗布しない非塗布領域34を設け、粘着剤33の塗布範囲を開口31よりも僅かに大きな径となるようにすると、開口31の周囲部にごみが付着することがなく、シール30自体にごみが付着することによる不良を減らすことができる。なお、非塗布領域34は、レンズ10と枠20との境界部に及ばない程度の範囲とすることは当然である。

<第2実施例>
図4に示す第2実施例は、シール30の枠20に対する位置決め手段が異なっている。図4において、図1,図2と同じ働きをする部分には同じ符号が付してある。図4に示す枠20と図1,図2に示す枠20とは形状が異なるが、便宜上同じ符号を用いることとする。第1実施例では、突起23と孔32との係合によってシール30を枠20に位置決めしたが、第2実施例では、図4に示すように、シール30を収める凹部24を設け、シール30の外形で位置決めするようにしたものである。

以上のように、粘着剤33を塗布したシール30を用いた本発明の固定構造では、レンズ10の枠20への固定作業は極めて容易である。しかも、シール30は極めて安価である。枠20からレンズ10を外す必要が生じた場合、シール30を引き剥がすことが可能であるので、一旦不合格となったものでも、修理の上、再利用することが可能となる。粘着剤33であるので、引き剥がしたシール30を再び利用することもできる。また、本発明の固定構造は、レンズ10の端部が薄くても採用することができ、汎用性に富む。

さらに、シール30の開口31の径を、レンズ10の有効径に合わせておけば、シール30をレンズ10の有効径を決める固定絞りとして作用させることもできる。

<他の実施例>
第1,第2実施例では、粘着剤33を塗布したシール30を用いたが、粘着剤33の代わりに接着剤を塗布してもよい。接着剤を塗布したシール30でも、シール30を引き剥がすことが可能であり、部品の分解や再利用が可能である。但し、引き剥がしたシール30を再利用することはできない。シール30は安価であるので、さほど問題とならない。接着剤を塗布したシール30は、粘着剤33を塗布したシール30よりも、レンズ10を枠20に強固に固定することが可能である。

本発明の固定構造を採用した光学機器においては、光学素子にごみや傷が発見されて検査で不合格となった場合でも、光学素子もしくは枠等の部品を再利用することができる。また、仮に廃棄しなければならないとしても、主としてガラスである光学素子と金属やプラスチックである枠等を容易に分別することができるので、再資源化が容易であり、環境に配慮した構造と言える。

以上詳細に説明したように、本発明の光学素子の固定構造によれば、光学素子の枠への固定作業が容易で、安価であり、光学素子の形状(厚さ)に関係なく採用することができ、光学素子や枠を再利用することができる等の実用上優れた効果を奏する。
