Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a control device for an automatic transmission, and more particularly to a control device for computer-controlling an automatic transmission with a synchronization device that selectively operates a synchronization device to perform a shift.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Along with the improvement of the electronic control technology, the control device for the automatic transmission for vehicles also includes an electronic control unit, detects the driving state using various sensors, and obtains the gear stage corresponding to the detected driving state. As described above, those in which commands for operating the elements of the transmission are issued from the electronic control unit are known, and have already been widely put into practical use.
By the way, the electronic control unit resets the control output value to a predetermined value when the power supply is interrupted or when the calculation exceeds the calculation capacity and the normal value cannot be output. The control is performed with the reset value until the normal state is restored.
[0003]
In transmission control, if the reset value is such a value as to cause a downshift with respect to the previous driving state, an increase in engine speed and a sudden operation of the engine brake occur. Feeling worsens.
Therefore, when resetting, it resets to a value that shifts to a high speed stage, prevents the occurrence of downshifting, prevents the engine speed from increasing, suddenly activates the engine brake, and prevents sudden changes in driving feeling. Such a structure is known (see Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 63-190957).
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in an automatic transmission such as a twin-clutch type automatic transmission that automatically switches the operation of the synchronizer to perform a shift, for example, when an abnormality occurs, the high-speed stage is moved as described above. When the transition is made, for example, there is a problem that “engine blow-up” occurs due to the synchronization device becoming in a neutral state, or “gear ringing” occurs.
In view of the above problems, the present invention provides a control device for an automatic transmission that performs a shift by switching the operation of a synchronization device using an electronic control device that can cope with problems when an abnormality occurs in the electronic control device. For the purpose.
[0005]

The L position is a position where the vehicle travels only at the first speed stage.
In the twin clutch type transmission configured as described above, the synchronization device is operated to complete a gear combination of a desired speed stage, and a clutch connected to the gear combination is engaged to rotate the input shaft. The speed is changed with the gear ratio of the speed stage and transmitted to the output shaft.
FIG. 2 shows a combination of operation of each clutch and synchronizer for obtaining each speed stage.
[0021]
At the first speed stage, the first clutch C1 is engaged and the first sleeve S1 is moved to the first speed driven gear O. 1 Position the second sleeve S2 to the second speed driven gear O 2 Position it on the side. Here, the second sleeve S2 is moved to the second speed driven gear O. 2 As described above, the reason why the position is positioned on the side is to prepare for the second speed stage because it is highly likely that the second speed stage is shifted up to the second speed stage. The third sleeve S3 is set at the M (non-engaged, neutral) position.
[0022]
At the second speed stage, the second clutch C2 is engaged and the second sleeve S2 is moved to the second speed driven gear O. 2 Position the first sleeve S1 to the first speed driven gear O 1 Position it on the side. Here, the first sleeve S1 is moved to the first speed driven gear O. 1 The reason for this is to be able to respond quickly to a downshift to the first speed stage. The third sleeve S3 is set at the M position.
[0023]
At the third speed stage, the first clutch C1 is engaged and the first sleeve S1 is moved to the third speed driven gear O. 3 Position the second sleeve S2 to the second speed driven gear O 2 Position it on the side. Here, the second sleeve S2 is moved to the second speed driven gear O. 2 The reason for this is to be able to respond quickly to a downshift to the second speed stage. The third sleeve S3 is set at the M position.
[0024]
At the fourth speed stage, the second clutch C2 is engaged, and the second sleeve S2 is moved to the fourth speed driven gear O. 4 Position the first sleeve S1 to the third speed driven gear O 3 Position it on the side. Here, the first sleeve S1 is moved to the third speed driven gear O. 3 The reason for this is to be able to respond quickly to a downshift to the third speed stage. The third sleeve S3 is set at the M position.
[0025]
In the reverse speed, the second clutch C2 is engaged and the first sleeve S1 is moved to the first speed driven gear O. 1 The second sleeve S2 is positioned at the M position, and the third sleeve S3 is positioned at the reverse drive gear I. R Position it on the side.
[0026]
Next, in order to move each clutch and each sleeve as described above, the
Signals that have entered the input interface 510 from each sensor are converted into a form suitable for computation in the
As described above, the
The calculated control value is stored in a predetermined area of the RAM 530, and at the same time, stored in a predetermined area of the S-RAM 535.
The control signal stored in the RAM 530 is converted into an appropriate form by the output interface 550 and delivered to each actuator.
[0027]
Here, it is one of the features of this embodiment of the present invention that the calculated control value is stored not only in the RAM 530 but also in the S-RAM 535.
In this embodiment of the present invention, when the power supply is cut off momentarily or when the calculation exceeds the calculation capacity of the
[0028]
Further, in the above, when the value stored in the S-RAM 535 is stored in the RAM 530, it is determined whether the S-RAM 535 is normal, that is, whether the value stored in the S-RAM 535 is normal. If not normal, the current position of each synchronizer is read, the highest speed stage that can be realized is determined from the read position of each synchronizer, and the speed stage is stored in the RAM. Further, a control value necessary to realize the speed stage, for example, a clutch operation, that is, a control value for performing a clutch replacement operation when the clutch to be engaged and the clutch to be released must be replaced is necessary. Is stored in the RAM.
[0029]
FIG. 3 is a flowchart of a routine for performing the above control. When the routine starts, it is first determined in
