Description

【0001】

[0009]
(Exterior plate 1) The glass plate 1 used as the external plate has various sizes depending on the type of building, but a laminated glass of tetragonal tempered glass and float glass is generally used. In addition, you may use the float glass which laminated | stacked the laminated glass and scattering prevention film of float glass and float glass, for example. Although the glass plate 1 has a rectangular shape as a whole, each corner portion thereof is slightly cut to be supported by a support device described later. The corner portion of the glass plate 1 is cut in order to stably support the glass plate in a state where the wedge, a washer, a nut, a high nut and the like are not in contact with the glass plate during an earthquake.
[0010]
The glass plate 1 does not need to be specially processed other than the above cut. However, it does not prevent the processing. For example, in order to prevent the presence of a suspension rod 3, which will be described later, from being seen from the outside, a concave portion having a semicircular horizontal section is provided on the longitudinal side of the glass plate 1 along the length direction thereof. 3 may be arranged. Further, the glass plate 1 may be colored or a reinforcing net may be inserted.
[0011]

However, the suspension rod 3 is flexible and knitted with many thin steel wires. You may comprise. The upper and lower ends thereof are attached to the mounting portion of the housing 2 as shown in FIG. The thickness (horizontal cross-sectional area) of the suspension bar 3 is appropriately designed according to the load because the tensile stress varies depending on the total weight of the glass plates 1 to be supported. The suspension rod 3 is provided for each lateral gap between the glass plates 1. Basically, all the suspension rods 3 have the same configuration.
[0012]
(Wire structure 9) The wire structure 9 is provided on the indoor side from the hanging position of the suspension bar 3 in the housing 2, and as shown in FIG. It consists of a body 14. The wires 10 and 11 are arranged in parallel as a set, and the upper and lower ends thereof are fixed to the mounting bracket 7 provided on the housing 2. Further, a spacing member 14 is mounted horizontally between the wires 10 and 11, and the wire structure 9 composed of the wires 10 and 11 and the spacing member 14 is attached to the surface of the glass plate 1. A plurality of wire structures 9... Are formed in a truss shape as a whole. A horizontal shaft 15... Is provided at the outdoor side end of each spacing member 14..., And an inner connection bolt 17. To wear.
[0013]
In addition, although a present Example uses the wires 10 and 11 and the space | interval holding body 14 which were attached to the housing as mentioned above, this structure is an Example to the last, and is used as the wire structure 9 of this invention. It is, for example, may be used truss structure, etc. made of steel pipe or steel rod or the like. By using the wires 10 and 11 and the spacing member 14, the wire structure 9 allows the horizontal support 16 described later to be slightly swung, that is, the horizontal support 16 can be swung within the extension range of the wires 10 and 11. This can be followed when the glass plate 1 swings due to an earthquake or the like. The wire structure 9 may take various forms, but in this embodiment, only the structure shown in FIG. 3 is shown.
[0014]
(Horizontal support body 16) The horizontal support body 16 is a member which connects the exterior board holding frame 18 with respect to the wire structure 9, as shown in FIG. The distance of the holding frame 18 in the indoor / outdoor direction can be changed. The horizontal support 16 includes an inner connecting bolt 17 that is pivotally mounted on the horizontal shaft 15 provided on the outdoor end of the spacing member 14. The distance adjusting pipe 17a is screwed to the outside, the outer connecting bolt 20b is screwed to the outside of the distance adjusting pipe 17a, and the support bearing 28 is provided at the other end of the outer connecting bolt 20b.
[0015]
A bearing receiver 27 into which the support bearing 28 is fitted engages with a receiving flange 24 of an exterior plate holding frame 18 described later. By configuring the horizontal support 16 as described above, the exterior plate holding frame 18 is supported so that it cannot move in the horizontal direction but can move in the vertical direction. Further, by rotating the distance adjusting pipe 17a, the position of the exterior plate holding frame 18 is adjusted and supported in the indoor and outdoor directions. Adjustment of the position of the exterior plate holding frame 18 can be appropriately performed even during or after the installation of the glass plates 1. As shown in FIGS. 1 (B), 5 (A) and 5 (B), the horizontal support 16 is connected to the horizontal support 16 at a right angle to the length direction of the horizontal support 16. 20a is attached.
[0016]
(Horizontal connection long body 20) The adjacent joints 20a are connected by a horizontal connection long body 20, as shown in FIG. With this configuration, individual horizontal movements between the horizontal supports 16, 16 adjacent to the left and right are restricted. In addition, although installation of the horizontal connection long body 20 is not an indispensable structural requirement of a present Example, it is preferable to install for the stable support by the horizontal support body 16 of the glass plate 1 ....
[0017]
(Exterior plate holding frame 18) As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the hanging rod 3 is provided with an outer plate holding frame 18 for each of the upper and lower lengths of the glass plate 1. Each exterior plate holding frame 18 includes an indoor side holding plate 21, an exterior plate receiving body 22, and an outdoor side holding plate 23.
[0018]
(Regarding the Indoor Holding Plate 21) As shown in FIGS. 1 (A) and 1 (B), the indoor holding plate 21 is disposed on the outdoor side with a receiving flange 24 connected to the horizontal support 16 provided on the indoor side. [0019]
The indoor side holding plate 21 is formed in a thin disk shape using a metal material having high rigidity, and a cylindrical receiving flange 24 is integrally formed on the indoor side surface thereof. The bearing receiver 27 is engaged. The indoor holding plate 21 does not necessarily have a disk shape, and may have a shape other than a substantially rectangular shape. In this embodiment, a universal joint 29 including a support bearing 28 and a bearing receiver 27 is used as a means for connecting the outdoor side end portion of the horizontal support 16 and the indoor holding plate 21 in a three-dimensional manner. Although configured, other means such as a composite hinge may be employed.
[0020]
(Exterior Plate Receptor 22) As shown in FIGS. 1 (a), 6 (a), 6 (b), and 6 (c), the inner surface of the indoor side holding plate 21 is positioned at the upper and lower intermediate positions. The outer plate receiving body 22 that is horizontal and protrudes at a right angle is integrally formed.
[0021]
Since the exterior plate receiving body 22 receives the weight of the glass plates 1 and 1 at the upper part thereof, the outer plate receiving body 22 is composed of upper and lower double plates made of a highly rigid material and is formed in a rectangular shape in plan view. A notch 30 is formed in the engaging portion 26 in the vicinity of the center position of the indoor side holding plate 21 for inserting a suspension rod 3 described later vertically.
[0022]
Connection holes 25 and 25 for mounting outdoor support plates on the left and right sides are formed in the outer surface of the exterior plate receiver. Furthermore, glass liners 32 and 32 made of a plate-like resin material are provided on the upper surface of the horizontal portion on both sides of the notch 30 of the exterior plate receiver 22, and the exterior plate receiver 22 is made of a plate-like resin material. On the lower surface of the body 22, glass contact pieces 33, 33 made of plate-like silicon rubber are provided integrally with the exterior plate receiving body 22.
[0023]
Further, as shown in FIG. 7, glass holding support portions 34... Are provided on the outdoor side surface of the indoor holding plate 21 at positions corresponding to the side surfaces of the left and right glass plates 1. The glass press support part 34... Is formed with a concave and convex groove in the direction toward the center of the glass plate 1 to be supported, and the glass press support part 34. Paste and place. The glass presser 35 is made of rubber.
[0024]
Moreover, you may form an uneven | corrugated groove | channel in the direction which goes to the center of the glass plate 1 ... to support also in the contact surface of the glass plate 1 ... of the said glass holder 35 .... By forming the concavo-convex grooves in such a direction, the glass plate 1 is supported by the concavo-convex groove ridge lines, and no bending stress is generated in the glass plate 1.
[0025]
(Outside Outdoor Holding Plate 23) As shown in FIG. 8, the outdoor side holding plate 23 has a glass presser support portion 36 in a concavo-convex shape at positions corresponding to the side surfaces of the left and right glass plates 1 of the indoor side surface. Then, four wedge-shaped glass pressers 37 are attached to the glass presser support portions 36. The glass presser 37 is made of rubber. Therefore, the configurations and materials of the outdoor side holding plate 23 and the glass presser 37... Are basically the same as those of the indoor side holding plate 21 and the glass presser 35. The outdoor holding plate 23 is connected to the indoor holding plate 21 with screws.
[0026]
(Attachment to the suspension rod 3) The attachment rod 38 as shown in FIG. 1 (a) is attached to the suspension rod 3 at regular intervals in the vertical direction, that is, for each vertical width of the glass plate 1. As shown in FIG. 10, each attachment pipe 38... Is attached to the outer periphery of the suspension rod 3 using a wedge 39 integrally with the suspension rod 3. At this time, since the wedge 39 bites into the gap between the lower portion of the attachment pipe 38 and the outer periphery of the suspension rod 3 and is engaged with the suspension rod 3, even if the load of the glass plate 1 is applied to the attachment pipe 38, The attachment pipe 38 is securely locked to the suspension rod 3 and does not slide down.
[0027]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 10, a high nut 41 having a large vertical width is screwed below each mounting pipe 38, and a nut 42 having a normal length is screwed above the mounting pipe 38 so that the vertical position can be set freely. . The reason for using the high nut 41 is to increase the response force because the load of the glass plate 1... Is applied to the high nut 41 as will be described later. The attachment pipe 38 is clamped by engaging the engaging portion 26 of the exterior plate receiving body 22 through upper and lower washers 43, 43 having a U-shaped planar shape and metal elasticity, and tightening both nuts 41, 42. 3 to support. The upper face of the upper washer 43 is formed into an isosceles chevron, and the lower face of the lower washer 43 is formed into an isosceles inverted chevron, and the lower face of the nut 42 and the high nut 41 are formed on these chevron parts. Each upper surface is slidably contacted.
[0028]
In other words, as shown in FIG. 12, the glass plate holder 22 is supported by the attachment pipe 38 via the upper and lower washers 43, 43 so as to be swingable in the vertical plane.
[0029]
(Attachment of Glass Plate 1) In this embodiment, the glass plate 1 is attached to the housing 2 and the wire structure 9 in the following order.
First stage (attachment of wire structure 9)
First, as shown in FIG. 3, the upper and lower ends of the wires 10, 11 constituting the wire structure 9 are attached to the housing 2 by the attachment bracket 7. And the space | interval holding body 14 ... is interposed between both the wires 10 and 11, and the wires 10 and 11 are made into a tension | tensile_strength state. Reference numerals 10a and 11a denote tensioning devices for the wires 10 and 11, respectively.
[0030]
Second stage (mounting the suspension rod 3)
Attach the top and bottom of the suspension rod 3. For the suspension rod 3..., A wedge 39 is used for an attachment pipe 38 in which a high nut 41 and a nut 42 which are provided at regular intervals (the vertical length of the glass plate 1) constituting the engaging portion 26 are screwed in advance. Install and fix.
[0031]
Third stage (mounting of horizontal support 16)
A horizontal support 16 is pivotally attached to a horizontal shaft 15 (see FIG. 5) indicated by the spacing member 14 of the wire structure 9.
[0032]
Fourth stage (attachment of indoor holding plate 21)
As shown in FIG. 1 or FIG. 10, a notch 30 of the engaging portion 26 is engaged with a mounting pipe 38 provided on the suspension rod 3, and washers 43, 43 are interposed on the upper and lower sides, and a high nut 41 and a nut 42. Then, the room-side holding plate 21 is attached by clamping from above and below. In addition, the horizontal support 16, the support bearing 28 and the bearing receiver 27 are connected as shown in FIG. 1.
[0033]
5th stage (attachment of glass plate 1)
The lowermost glass plate 1 is mounted between the suspension rods 3, and the outdoor holding plate 23 is mounted on the indoor holding plate 21 to engage both corners of the glass plate 1. After the lowermost first-stage glass plate 1 is mounted, the second-stage glass plate 1 is mounted from the bottom.
Sixth stage (attachment of outdoor holding plate 23)
Then, the glass plates 1 and so on are sequentially attached upward. The outdoor holding plate 23 is fixed to the indoor holding plate 21 with screws for each mounting. The state after attachment of the glass plate 1 is as shown in FIGS.
[0034]
(Effects of the embodiment) This embodiment has a configuration in which the exterior plate 1 is supported by the wire structure 9 and the suspension rod 3, and the load of the glass plate 1 is mainly supported by the suspension rod 3. Therefore, it is efficient and easy to support the load. Moreover, since the wire structure 9 mainly restricts the movement of the glass plate 1 in the indoor and outdoor directions and in the horizontal direction within a certain range, the required stress resistance can be greatly reduced.
[0035]
In particular, in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 12, a support bearing 28 and a bearing receiver 27 are interposed as means for connecting the horizontal support 16 and the exterior plate holding frame 18 in a three-dimensionally rotatable manner. The upper surface of the washer 43 positioned above the mounting pipe 38... Is formed in a chevron shape, and the lower surface of the washer 43 positioned below is formed in an inverted chevron shape. By making the lower surface of 42 and the upper surface of the high nut 41 slidably contact with each other, the exterior plate receiving body 22 is swingably supported on the attachment pipe 38 via the upper and lower washers 43, 43. Therefore, since the exterior plate receiving body 22 is rotatably supported with respect to the hanging rod 3, even if there is little clearance between the hanging rod 3 and the glass plate 1, it can be safely handled in accordance with the movement of the glass plate 1. It can be made to follow, and can withstand vibrations caused by earthquakes and the like.
[0036]
Even if the glass plate 1 may be partially damaged, the outdoor holding plates 23 at the upper left and right corners of the damaged glass plate 1 are removed and the outdoor holding plates at the lower left and right corners are loosened. Can be exchanged. Therefore, maintenance of the glass plate 1 is easy. In addition, in the said Example, although the case where the normal glass plate 1 was used as the glass plate 1 was demonstrated, this invention is applicable also when using the said tempered glass plate, Furthermore, in a glass plate, Needless to say, it can also be applied to metal panels such as aluminum alloys, steel plates and stainless steel plates, and exterior plates such as stone.
[0037]
【The invention's effect】
