Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a draining bag that is used by being set in a basket for receiving garbage disposed in a triangular corner or a drain outlet of a kitchen.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a draining bag for kitchens, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 54-32383 and Japanese Utility Model Application No. 3-122002 have proposed a tubular knitted fabric mainly composed of synthetic fibers made of polyester, polyamide, polyurethane, or the like. Yes. The above draining bag is used by setting it in a basket that receives garbage disposed at the triangular corner of the kitchen or at the drain outlet, and has good garbage catching and draining properties. After that, when removing from the triangular corner or basket, germs propagated in the triangular corner or basket, causing a feeling of sliminess and offensive odor.
[0003]
In order to solve these problems, antibacterial copper triangular corners and baskets are used, or chlorine chemicals are sprayed on the triangular corners and baskets to kill attached bacteria. However, the former method is more expensive than existing plastic or stainless steel triangular corners and baskets, and the latter method has problems in terms of safety. There is a need for a draining bag that does not give a slimy feel to the triangular corners and basket even when a basket is used, and that does not reduce the ability to catch dust or drain water.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of such a situation, and an object of the present invention is to obtain a draining bag that does not give a slimy feeling to a triangular corner or a basket, is highly safe, and has excellent dust catching and draining properties. It is what.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention achieves the above-mentioned object and has the following configuration. That is, the present invention describes that "a cylindrical knitted fabric made of synthetic fiber filament yarns has chitosan having an acetylation degree of 40% or less and a resin having a film forming ability, and the total adhesion amount of chitosan and resin is determined by the knitting. The antibacterial drainage bag characterized by being 0.005 to 1.0% by weight with respect to the weight of the product and the weight ratio of chitosan and resin being 7: 3 to 2: 8 ” To do.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the draining bag of the present invention will be described in detail.
The cylindrical knitted fabric made of the synthetic fiber filament yarn used in the present invention is a synthetic fiber such as polyester, polyamide, polyurethane fiber, etc., as described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 54-32383 and Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 3-122002. It is a closed bag made of filament yarn as a material, knitted into a cylinder with a pantyhose knitting machine, and sewn with a sewing machine at the bottom.
[0007]
In the present invention, chitosan and a resin having a film forming ability are adhered to the tubular knitted fabric.
Chitosan here has a free amino group obtained by treating chitin obtained from invertebrate crustaceans and mushrooms with a high concentration of alkali and deacetylating it. It is necessary to use chitosan having a degree of conversion of 40% or less. The method of attaching chitosan to the knitted fabric will be described later. However, when the degree of acetylation of chitosan exceeds 40%, the solubility of chitosan in an aqueous solution of an organic acid or an inorganic acid is remarkably reduced, and the knitted fabric is uniformly distributed. It becomes impossible to fix, and sufficient antibacterial effect cannot be exhibited.
The resin having film-forming ability in the present invention is a water-soluble or emulsion-type resin that forms a film by heat treatment and becomes insoluble in water. For example, polyester resin, polyacrylic acid Examples thereof include resins and polyurethane resins.
[0008]
In the present invention, the resin having the ability to form a film with chitosan is imparted to the tubular knitted fabric. At that time, the total adhesion amount between the chitosan and the resin is 0.005 to 1.0 weight with respect to the weight of the knitted fabric. %, And the weight ratio of chitosan and resin must be 7: 3 to 2: 8. When the total adhesion amount of chitosan and resin is less than 0.005% by weight, the antibacterial property intended by the present invention cannot be obtained, and when the total adhesion amount exceeds 1.0% by weight, the drainage property is deteriorated. Moreover, when the weight ratio of chitosan and resin exceeds 7: 3, chitosan is likely to fall off during use as a draining bag, resulting in a slimy corner or basket. If the weight ratio is less than 2: 8, the desired antibacterial property cannot be obtained.
[0009]
In the present invention, in order to uniformly attach chitosan and resin to the tubular knitted fabric, chitosan is previously dissolved in an aqueous solution of an organic acid such as acetic acid, lactic acid, citric acid, or an inorganic acid such as hydrochloric acid, and then the above resin. Mix with aqueous solution or resin emulsion solution to adhere. As a method for adhering, any conventionally known method such as a padding method, an impregnation method, or a spray method may be used.
The present invention is configured as described above.
[0010]
[Action]
Although the details of the antibacterial action of the chitosan of the present invention are unclear, the quaternary ammonium salt of chitosan produced when chitosan is dissolved in an aqueous solution of an organic acid or an inorganic acid in order to attach chitosan to the knitted fabric is a fungus. It is presumed that the antibacterial action is expressed by adsorbing to the anionic building components in the cell wall and disturbing the biosynthesis of the cell wall and disturbing the substance transport inside and outside the cell wall. When chitosan having such antibacterial action and a resin that becomes water-insoluble by heat treatment are attached to a tubular knitted fabric and used as a draining bag, chitosan will not fall off during use, and the germs present around the garbage will be removed. As a result of suppressing the growth, it becomes possible to reduce the slimy feeling of the baskets provided in the triangular corners and drains of the kitchen.
[0011]
【Example】
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail by way of examples. The measurement of antibacterial performance, drainability and the feeling of slimness of the baskets in the examples was performed by the following method.
(1) It was measured and calculated by the following method by the antibacterial shoe flask method (bacteria count reduction rate test).
[Test strain]
Staphylococcus Aureus FDA 209P
〔Test method〕
Suspension buffer solution of test bacteria is poured into sterilized raw drainage bag and antibacterial drainage bag, respectively, and shaken for 1 hour at 150 times / min in a sealed container. The number of viable bacteria was measured and the reduction rate (%) of the number of bacteria was determined.
[0012]
(2) Drainability Drainage set in a stainless steel basket (diameter 125 mm, depth 140 mm, hole diameter 1 mm) with 10 g of water added to 100 g of SB fondo board dinner beef curry (dry) and stirred. It was poured into the bag and the time until the water in the bag ran out was measured.
(3) Peeling SB Fond Board Dinner Beef Curry (dry) 100 g into a draining bag set in a stainless steel basket (diameter 125 mm, depth 140 mm, hole diameter 1 mm) used as a drain outlet, temperature 20 ° C., After leaving in a room with a humidity of 60% RH for 3 days, the draining bag was removed from the stainless steel basket, and the slimy feeling of the basket was relatively determined by the following three steps based on the tactile sensation.
○: Very slimy feeling △: Very slimy feeling ×: Very much slimy feeling [0013]
Example 1
When knitting with a circular knitting machine so that the draining bag has a width of 100 mm, a length of 200 mm, and a stitch of 0.8 mm square when suspended (no load), a polyurethane monofilament 70 is placed at the upper end of the knitting machine. A yarn covered with a polyester multifilament 75 denier / 36 filament was used for the denier, and a polyester monofilament 20 denier was used for the main body to form a cylinder. Next, the bottom of the knitted fabric was sewn using a polyester multifilament 75 denier / 36 filament to obtain a test drainer bag.
[0014]
Here, 10 g of chitosan having a acetylation degree of 15% (SA-50, manufactured by Takamatsu Yushi Co., Ltd.) and 10 g of lactic acid were added to 980 g of water and stirred and dissolved to obtain a chitosan aqueous solution. Using this chitosan aqueous solution and a water-soluble polyurethane resin (Daiichi Kogyo Seiyaku Co., Ltd., Elastron MF-9, solid content 30%), the chitosan and resin solutions shown in the following formulas 1, 2, and 3 in Table 1 are drained. The bag was padded (squeezing rate 25%), and heat treated at 150 ° C. for 1 minute in a dryer to obtain three antibacterial draining bags of the present invention (referred to as the present invention A, B, and C, respectively).
[0015]
[Table 1]
Figure 0003629501
[0016]
For comparison with the present invention, comparison was made in exactly the same manner as in this example, except that the formulations 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 in Table 1 were used instead of the formulations 1, 2 or 3 used in the present invention. 5 points of water draining bags (respectively referred to as Comparative Examples 1 to 5) were obtained.
[0017]
In addition to the above comparison, a draining water for comparison was made in exactly the same manner as in this example, except that chitosan with 50% acetylation was used instead of chitosan with 15% acetylation used in this example. An attempt was made to manufacture the bag, but the chitosan did not dissolve uniformly, and the desired draining bag could not be obtained.
[0018]
The performance of the present invention and comparative draining bags obtained as described above were measured and evaluated, and the results are shown in Table 2.
[0019]
[Table 2]
Figure 0003629501
[0020]
As is clear from Table 2, the antibacterial drainage bag of the present invention has excellent antibacterial properties and good drainage properties, and the basket is less wet.
[0021]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, an antibacterial drainage bag having good drainage performance can be obtained without the use of a copper triangle corner or basket, which can easily suppress the feeling of slimming of the triangle corner or basket.
