【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for strengthening the ground by injecting and solidifying a chemical solution for strengthening the ground into the ground.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In tunnel excavation work, etc., especially in the construction of excavating tunnels in soft ground (natural ground), the ground is consolidated by injecting chemical solution into the ground, filling it into the ground gap and solidifying it, Alternatively, it has been conventionally practiced to strengthen the ground by filling a solid solution in a large cavity generated in the ground and solidifying it.
[0003]
FIG. 8 shows an example of the construction method.
In the example shown in the figure, a long hole for injecting a chemical solution is drilled obliquely toward the back along the tip surface and the outer periphery during tunnel excavation, and a predetermined casing pipe, here a
Incidentally, the
[0004]
This example is an example in the case of using a two-component foamed polyurethane chemical solution as the chemical solution. The first chemical solution such as water glass and the second chemical solution such as isocyanate are used as the main tank 210-1 for the first chemical solution in FIG. Each is stored in the main tank 210-2 for the second chemical liquid, and the first chemical liquid and the second chemical liquid inside each are sent out by the
The mixed chemical liquid (foamed polyurethane chemical liquid) supplied to the discharge pipe is discharged from the discharge hole of the discharge pipe to fill the inside of the
[0005]
In this chemical solution injection method, conventional main tanks 210-1 and 210-2 each have a capacity of about 100 liters. In this case, when the liquid is injected into the ground, the internal chemical solution is consumed immediately. .
Incidentally, in the case of the
[0006]
For this reason, in this construction method, about 20 cans of Ito cans 212-1 and 212-2 each containing about 20 kg of the first and second chemicals are loaded onto a pallet and transported to the site. A pierces one can at a time, opens one-to-one cans 212-1, 212-2, and frequently fills the main tanks 210-1, 210-2 set in the
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the case of this injection method, since the chemical solution must be frequently replenished from the Ito cans 212-1, 212-2 to the main tanks 210-1, 210-2, the operation of operating the
That is, a dedicated worker A who replenishes the chemical solution is required in addition to the worker B who operates the
[0008]
In addition, empty cans that have been emptied are generated as a large amount of industrial waste at the site of tunnel excavation work, which requires a large amount of processing costs and a large environmental burden, which is an urgent need to reduce industrial waste today. It becomes.
In addition, there may be some residual liquid in the empty can, and its treatment is also a problem.
[0009]
In addition, the second chemical solution such as isocyanate in the foamed polyurethane chemical solution is treated as a dangerous substance, and as described above, the chemical solution is frequently transferred from the Ito Can 212-2 to the main tank 210-2. If it does, it will increase the opportunity for the worker A to come in contact with the dangerous material, which is not preferable in terms of safety, and in some cases, the worker A may be allergic to the chemical.
[0010]
Further, since the chemicals in the main tanks 210-1 and 210-2 are consumed immediately, the chemicals are always replenished into the main tanks 210-1 and 210-2 in an appropriate amount and at an appropriate ratio. In addition to the problem that the work burden caused by this must be constantly monitored, it is particularly dangerous when transporting the canisters 212-1 and 212-2 from the factory to the work site. There is also a problem in safety when carrying the Ito can 212-2 containing the second chemical.
[0011]
Such a problem is particularly the case where a

[Means for Solving the Problems]
The method for injecting the ground strengthening chemical solution of the present invention has been devised to solve such problems.
Thus, according to the first aspect of the present invention, an injection machine including a liquid feed pump and a main tank containing a ground strengthening chemical solution are mounted on a vehicle, and the chemical solution in the main tank is grounded by the injector. Supplying to the discharge pipe inserted into the discharge pipe and discharging from the discharge hole of the discharge pipe, filling and solidifying the void or cavity of the ground and solidifying the ground strengthening chemical solution injection method, A chemical solution container having a chemical solution container and configured to be reusable and transportable is mounted as the main tank so as to be able to get on and off the vehicle, and the chemical solution in the chemical solution container is discharged by the injector. Supply pipeAnd so onFrom chemical containerTheTo the injectorTheAn auxiliary tank having a smaller capacity than the chemical liquid container is inserted on the chemical liquid passage for preventing the chemical liquid from being cut off when the container is switched, and the chemical liquid is supplied from the chemical liquid container to the injector via the auxiliary tank. It is characterized by that.
[0015]
Claim2Is the claim1In the above, the auxiliary tank has a capacity capable of accommodating a chemical solution amount required for at least one injection operation.
[0016]
[Operation and effect of the invention]
As described above, the present invention is equipped with a chemical container configured to be repeatedly usable and transportable so as to be able to get on and off the vehicle, and using this as a main tank, the chemical liquid inside is supplied to a discharge pipe by an injector, and the discharge pipe Injected into the ground from the ground.
[0017]
This chemical solution container can be increased in capacity (for example, a capacity capable of accommodating the chemical solution 1t) as compared with the above-mentioned one funnel. Therefore, according to the present invention, the problem that occurred in the conventional injection method shown in FIG. That is, it is possible to solve the problem of frequently transferring the chemical solution to the main tank from a large number of Ito cans previously loaded on the vehicle, significantly reducing the burden on the worker, The problem that a large amount of empty cans are generated as industrial waste at a tunnel excavation work site or the like can also be solved.
[0018]
In some cases, it is possible to eliminate the need for a dedicated worker who replenishes the chemical solution. It is also possible to automate the supply of chemical liquids and to automate the chemical liquid injection work, and to reduce the cost of industrial waste treatment and chemical liquid injection work. Become.
[0019]
In addition, since it is possible to eliminate the need to transfer the chemical to the main tank using the Ito can as described above, it is also possible to prevent the chemical from remaining in the empty Ito can and its processing becoming a problem. In addition, since it is not necessary for the worker to frequently transfer the chemical solution, even when the chemical solution designated as a hazardous material is used, the operator can hardly have an opportunity to touch it. .
[0020]
In addition, according to the injection method of the present invention, the chemical solution container can be filled with a chemical solution at a factory, etc., and transported to the construction site and used as it is as a main tank. Furthermore, since the large-capacity chemical container can be used as the main tank, it is not necessary for the worker to constantly monitor the remaining amount of the chemical liquid of the first chemical liquid and the second chemical liquid during the filling operation. It becomes possible (when a two-component type chemical solution of the first chemical solution and the second chemical solution is used as the chemical solution), and the burden on the worker can be reduced also in this respect.
[0021]
For example, even if the chemical solution is handled as a dangerous substance, this regulation can be easily satisfied by using the chemical solution container, that is, by making the chemical solution container a structure that satisfies the provisions of the Fire Service Law.
[0022]
Here, the chemical container is made of metal and is a pressure resistant container (for example, 1.9 kgf / cm).3(Withstand voltage of G or higher).
The container can have a large capacity of at least 1000 liters.
[0023]
Furthermore, the chemical container can be provided with a support frame for supporting the container, and the container is further provided with an outlet that allows the internal chemical liquid to flow out, and a pipe can be connected to the outlet. It can be left as it is.
Further, the outlet can be provided with a valve for opening and closing the outlet.
As such a chemical solution container, the one disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. 2002-064728 proposed by the present applicant and the like can be used.
[0024]
In the present invention, a two-component foamed polyurethane chemical liquid composed of a first chemical liquid and a second chemical liquid can be used as the chemical liquid. In this case, at least one chemical liquid is supplied from the chemical liquid container to the discharge pipe by the injector. Can be made toThe
[0025]
It is also possible to install a plurality of chemical containers in the vehicle, supply the chemical liquid from one chemical container first, and then switch to supply from another chemical container when the interior is empty. The
By doing in this way, it becomes possible to supply a larger amount of chemical liquid continuously to the discharge pipe through the injector without replenishing the chemical liquid in the middle.
[0026]
In addition, when switching supply of a chemical | medical solution from one chemical | medical solution container to another chemical | medical solution container, this may be performed manually or may be performed automatically.
[0027]
The present inventionIsA small-capacity auxiliary tank is installed on the chemical solution path from the chemical solution container to the injector, and the chemical solution is supplied from the chemical solution container to the injector through the auxiliary tank.It is characterized by.
[0028]
For example, it is possible to supply the chemical solution directly from the chemical solution container to the injector without using such an auxiliary tank. In this case, there is a risk that air will be sucked into the injector when the chemical solution container is empty. Will occur.
Thus, if air is sucked into the injection machine, for example, in the case of the above-mentioned two-pack type polyurethane foam chemical, the chemical may be cured by moisture in the air.
[0029]
However, the claim1If the chemical solution is supplied from the chemical container to the injector through the auxiliary tank according to the above, even when the chemical container is empty, the chemical solution is supplied from the auxiliary tank to the injector. Inconveniences such as being sucked into can be avoided.
[0030]
In addition, it is desirable that this auxiliary tank has a capacity capable of accommodating the amount of chemical solution required for at least one injection operation (claims).2).
By doing so, even after the chemical container is emptied, at least the next one injection operation can be performed without any trouble, and during that time, the chemical liquid is supplied from another new chemical container to the auxiliary tank. By doing so, the injection operation can be continuously performed without interruption.
[0031]
In addition, this auxiliary tank can be used to prevent the supply of chemicals when switching the supply of chemicals from one to the other of a plurality of chemicals containers that are simultaneously installed in the vehicle. In addition, even when another chemical container is mounted on the vehicle and the chemical liquid supply is continued when the chemical container becomes empty, it can be used for preventing the chemical liquid from running out at that time..
[0032]
