Tr=Q(n)/[q(n)+Δq(n)・p(i)]
Tr=Q(n)/[q(n)+Δqmax ]

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a work machine operable remaining time prediction device that predicts how many hours remaining from the present time the work machine can be operated.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A work machine such as a hydraulic excavator is equipped with an engine, rotates a hydraulic pump by the engine, and drives a plurality of hydraulic actuators (hydraulic cylinders and the like) with pressure oil discharged from the hydraulic pump to perform a required operation. By the way, unlike ordinary vehicles, work machines such as hydraulic excavators often work at a site far away from the city, so when the engine fuel is exhausted, it cannot be replenished immediately. Impairs productivity significantly. On the other hand, since the load of the work machine fluctuates greatly, it is difficult for the operator of the work machine to predict the amount of fuel consumption, and the time for refueling is lost, resulting in running out of fuel, often resulting in the inability to work. A situation occurred.
[0003]
In order to avoid such fuel exhaustion, conventionally, the fuel gauge of the work machine has displayed an alarm or generated an audible alarm when the fuel is reduced to an amount that can be operated for 1 hour at the maximum load. A means for urging the operator of the work machine to replenish the fuel is attached, and when there is an alarm, the operator calls the refueling vehicle by telephone or the like to receive the refueling. Also, in the case of a work site where a large number of work machines are used, such as a direct mine (open pit) mine, several refueling vehicles are prepared, and each of these refueling vehicles is in charge. The work machines were circulated to prevent them from running out of fuel.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The above means of generating an alarm when the fuel is reduced to an amount that can be operated for 1 hour at full load, the operator knows this from experience because there is still enough fuel left for 1 hour operation. Therefore, ignoring this warning and continuing to work without requesting refueling, when remaining noticed, the remaining amount of fuel will be low, it will be in time even if refueling is requested, and work will be forced to stop until the refueling vehicle arrives Often there was a situation.
[0005]
In addition, in the means for circulating the refueling vehicle, early refueling is performed in order to surely avoid running out of fuel, and refueling is performed even though there is still a lot of fuel remaining. Once the work was stopped, the time increased, which was a factor that hindered productivity. In particular, at the site where the three shift system is implemented, the operating rate of the work machine reaches 90% or more, and in such a case, an increase in the stop time for refueling directly leads to a decrease in productivity. . Furthermore, in order to avoid running out of fuel with certainty, it is necessary to secure a sufficient number and a sufficient number of personnel necessary for the operation of the refueling vehicle and the refueling vehicle, and the cost is extremely large. It was.
[0006]
The object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems in the prior art, and to predict and display accurately how many hours the work machine can be operated, thereby making it possible to carry out rational refueling. An object of the present invention is to provide a device for predicting the remaining operating time of a work machine.

In order to achieve the above object, an invention according to
[0008]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided an engine, a fuel tank that contains the fuel of the engine, a fuel meter that detects the amount of fuel in the fuel tank, a hydraulic pump that is rotated by the engine, In a working machine having a plurality of hydraulic actuators driven by discharged oil, first calculation means for calculating an actual fuel consumption amount of the engine based on a measured value of the fuel gauge in a predetermined period, and obtained previously A second computing means for computing a variation in fuel consumption, which is the difference between the actual fuel consumption and the actual fuel consumption obtained this time, and classifying the magnitude of the variation into a plurality of predetermined ranges Storage means for storing the number of occurrences of each calculation result of the second calculation means, third calculation means for calculating the occurrence probability for each classification based on the storage contents of the storage means, Occurrence of Determining means for determining whether or not the rate is equal to or less than a predetermined value; and when the maximum occurrence probability is less than or equal to the predetermined value, a representative value of the largest category of the categories is extracted, and the maximum occurrence probability Representative value extracting means for extracting a representative value of the maximum occurrence probability category, and the remaining amount of fuel obtained by the fuel gauge, the actual fuel consumption obtained by the first calculating means and the representative value And a fourth calculating means for calculating the movable remaining time by dividing by the sum of the representative value extracted by the extracting means.

[0023]
FIG. 9 is a graph showing the relationship between the probability p (i) and the set value. In the figure, the horizontal axis represents the area for the fuel consumption Δq as in FIG. 6, and the vertical axis represents the probability p (i). FIG. 9A shows a case where the probability of each area is less than the set value, and FIG. 9B shows a case where an area having a probability exceeding the set value exists. The case shown in (a) of FIG. 9 is a case where the amount of fuel consumption varies every predetermined time (for example, one hour). In this case, a light load work and a heavy load work are mixed. Presumed to have been implemented. On the other hand, in the case shown in FIG. 9B, it is estimated that work with a substantially constant load is being performed, and the fuel consumption is concentrated in one or two regions.
[0024]
Therefore, in the present embodiment, when it is determined in step S42 that the maximum probability among the probabilities of each region is equal to or less than the set value as shown in FIG. A representative value (an arbitrary value such as an intermediate value or a maximum value of the region) in the region where the fuel consumption is the largest among the regions where i) is not 0 is set to Δq max (step S 43 ). On the other hand, in step S 42, if the maximum probability of the probability of each area, as shown in FIG. 9 (b) is determined to exceed the set value, the probability p (i) is the maximum area Is set to Δq max (procedure S 44 ). 9A and 9B show representative values Δq max when the representative value is selected as an intermediate value.
[0025]
CPU122, after taking out a representative value [Delta] q max in the process of steps S 43 or Step S 44, a workable remaining time Tr is calculated by the following equation (Step S 45).
Tr = Q (n) / [q (n) + Δq max ]
As is apparent from this calculation formula, in the case shown in FIG. 9A, that is, when the work load is not constant and the fluctuation of the fuel consumption is large, the subsequent fuel consumption may exceed the expectation. , And the variation of the maximum fuel consumption until then is adopted, and in the case shown in FIG. 9B, that is, when the fuel consumption is relatively constant, the subsequent fuel consumption Predicts that it will not fluctuate so much, and adopts the most probable variation in fuel consumption.
Processing after calculating the workable remaining time Tr in operation steps S 45 is the same as the processing steps S 33, S 34 shown in FIG. 7 in the previous embodiment.
[0026]
As described above, in the present embodiment, the calculation method of the remaining operable time is changed depending on the work mode of the work machine. Therefore, in addition to the effects of the previous embodiment, any work mode can be used. There is also an effect that it can be dealt with.
[0027]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the actual fuel remaining amount is calculated by adding the expected amount of fuel consumption fluctuation that takes into account recent fuel consumption trends to the fuel consumption for a predetermined time. The remaining operating time is calculated by dividing and displayed on the display device, so that the operator of the work machine can accurately grasp the remaining operating time, which enables rational refueling. can do. In addition, even if the means for circulating the refueling vehicle is transmitted to the refueling vehicle by radio or the like, extremely efficient refueling can be performed, and consequently the number of refueling vehicles and the number of refueling personnel can be reduced. Can be made.
