【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、主として身体障害者、老齢者等の身体活動が不自由な者がトイレ内の腰掛け式の便器に座って用便する場合に、その便器があるトイレ内への移動、更には便器に対する腰掛け等の動作を用便者本人が自身で無理なく、簡単に行うことができるようにした腰掛け式便器への座盤開閉式移動腰掛け装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来から一般家庭において、身体障害者、老齢者等の身体活動の不自由な者、特に歩行が困難な者が用便する場合、便器が設置されているトイレへの往復が非常に苦痛になるために身近に屎尿器等を置いておき、そこで済ますことが多い。ただ屎尿器等の使用は煩わしく、周囲を汚損することも度々あるために、こうした点を解消すべく例えば常時使用できるように寝室、居間等に置いておかれるプラスチック製、木製等の家具調の用便器等も提案されている。しかしながらこうした用便器を使用して誰も見ていないときに用をたしたとしても、その後片づけには他者の介助が必要であり、また周囲への気遣い、遠慮等によってその使用に苦痛を感じ、躊躇せざるを得ないことが多々ある。

また近時は使用者に肉体的な負担をあまりかけなくて済む腰掛け式便器、いわゆる洋式便器が広く普及し一般家屋のトイレにも設置されるのが通常になりつつある。ただこの腰掛け式便器では用をたした後に立ち上がるときに身体的には負担が若干でも大きくなるために便器に関連して取り付けられる立ち上がり用の補助具が種々に提供されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが屎尿器自体の使用は上述したように使用者自身にとってはあまり好まれない傾向があり、歩行が可能であればトイレに行き、そこで用を済ませたい希望を強く持っているのである。また上述した立ち上がり補助具自体はトイレへの歩行が可能な者には役立っても、歩行が困難な身体不自由者には直接に役に立つものではないのである。

そこで本発明は叙上のような従来存した諸事情に鑑み創出されたもので、歩行が困難な身体不自由者、重病者等でも腰掛け式の便器に座ることができれば、その座ったままの腰掛けた状態で一人ででもトイレに行くことができ、しかも便器の直上位置にまで用便者を案内させて便器に直接に跨がせて用を済ますことができるようにし、しかも汚損等の虞も少なく、清潔に使用でき、使用者の日常活動の場所例えば居間、寝室等に置いておいても邪魔にならないようにした腰掛け式便器への座盤開閉式移動腰掛け装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上述した目的を達成するため、本発明にあっては、腰掛け式の便器Ｔの便座部を跨いで便器Ｔに嵌め合わせ装着可能にした台車本体２の上部に用便・使用者が腰掛け可能な腰掛け面（６）を設けると共に、移動可能に形成した用便台車１と、この用便台車１の腰掛け面（６）に便器Ｔの便座部の直上位置に対応させて開口形成した用便開口９を開閉させる左右に開閉自在にした開閉座蓋１０とを備えたものである。
台車本体２は、便器Ｔの底部にその前方から嵌め合わせるように平面から見て背面側で開放されたほぼ溝形状の刳り貫き部３Ａを形成した底板３と、この底板３の左右両側で相対峙して立設した左右側板４と、底板３の前側で立設した前側板５と、便器Ｔの便座部上方に位置するよう左右側板４間に架装した腰掛け面となる上板６とによって背面開放構造に形成することができ、またこの台車本体２の底部に移動車輪７を付設して構成することができる。
開閉座蓋１０は、用便開口９を覆うに足りる大きさで形成され、揺動あるいはスライド式に左右に分離分割されることで用便開口９を開閉させる２分割構成になっているものとできる。
具体的には、例えば台車本体２自体の上板６における前縁近傍位置で、分割された開閉座蓋１０夫々の左右部分がその前縁位置によって左右方向に上板６上面に沿う水平面で揺動されるように支承されていると共に、揺動開閉側端部は、台車本体２の後背部側における用便開口９の外縁のほぼ中央位置で、開閉座蓋１０自体の閉塞時の位置決め用に突起状に形成したストッパー１２に当接するようにして構成することができる。

以上のように構成された本発明に係る腰掛け式便器への座盤開閉式移動腰掛け装置において、用便台車１の台車本体２における上部である腰掛け面（６）は閉塞させてある開閉座蓋１０上に用便・使用者を腰掛けさせ、底部の移動車輪７によって腰掛けた状態のままでトイレ内の便器Ｔまで移動させ、台車本体２が便器Ｔを覆うように嵌め合わせた位置決め移動後では使用者を腰掛けさせたままで便器Ｔ上に案内させる。
便器Ｔ位置に使用者を案内させた後、台車本体２の腰掛け面（６）に設けた開閉座蓋１０の開閉は、使用者の臀部を用便開口９を経て便器Ｔの便座部に直接に載せるものとさせ、その状態で用便を済まさせ、終了後の臀部の持ち上げと共に開閉座蓋１０を閉塞させることで再度開閉座蓋１０上に腰掛けさせ、腰掛け状態のままでトイレ外に外出させ、腰掛けさせたままの移動車輪７による移動で所定位置に戻させる。
底板３、左右側板４、前側板５、上板６によって背面開放構造のボックス状に形成された台車本体２は、腰掛け面となる上板６の開閉座蓋１０上に使用者を腰掛けさせたままで底板３底部に付設の移動車輪７によって移動自在にさせ、前向きに腰掛けている使用者が後ろ向きのままで用便台車１自体を移動させることで便器Ｔにそのまま跨がせた状態で覆うように位置決め装着させる。
左右に２分割で開閉される開閉座蓋１０は、使用者の臀部の左右のいずれか一方ずつの順次の重心移動による持ち上げで他方を用便開口９を経て便器Ｔの便座部に直接に載せさせ、また逆の順序による持ち上げと共に分割された左右の開閉座蓋１０の閉塞で臀部を開閉座蓋１０上に載せさせ、再度の腰掛け移動を可能にさせる。
台車本体２の前部側の揺動支承で左右揺動開閉式とした開閉座蓋１０は、後ろ向きに腰掛けている使用者の臀部の背面側で開閉することで便器Ｔの便座部に対する腰掛け、便座部からの持ち上げによる開閉座蓋１０への再度の腰掛け位置決めを円滑にさせる。またストッパー１２は後ろ向きの操作で開閉させる開閉座蓋１０を閉塞するときに開閉座蓋１０の分割された左右部分を合致させる中央位置で位置決め停止させ、開閉座蓋１０によって用便開口９を確実に閉塞させると同時に、使用者の体重が負荷される開閉座蓋１０を用便開口９周縁に位置決めさせてそれに耐えさせる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面を参照して本発明の実施の形態を説明するに、図に示される符号１は移動可能に構成されている用便台車であり、用便・使用者が腰掛けられ、またトイレ内に設置されている洋式便器いわゆる腰掛け式の便器Ｔの便座部を跨ぐ程度の高さを備えた空洞状に形成されている台車本体２の底部に移動車輪７を付設して成るものである。

この用便台車１は、便器Ｔを跨ぐよう内部を空洞にすると共に便器Ｔに覆い被せるよう嵌め合わせて位置決め装着する位置決め開口を背側面に設けたほぼボックス状にすることで形成された台車本体２を備えて成り、台車本体２の内部は便器Ｔを僅かに凌ぐ程度の高さに設定され、便器Ｔの前方から嵌め合わせるようにすることで便器Ｔを覆うように跨いでセットされるものとなっている。すなわち図示にあっての台車本体２は、便器Ｔの底部にその前方から嵌め合わせるように平面から見て背面側で開放されたほぼ溝形状の刳り貫き部３Ａを切欠状に形成した底板３と、この底板３の左右両側で相対峙して立設した左右側板４と、底板３の前側で立設した前側板５と、便器Ｔの便座部上方に位置するよう左右側板４間に架装した腰掛け面となる上板６とによって背面開放構造に形成されている。この台車本体２自体は使用者が移動のために腰掛けられるものとなっているために使用者の体重等を支持するに十分な強度を備えており、また汚損時でも簡単に拭き取り清掃できるように例えば強化合成樹脂材、木材等にて形成されている。

なお底板３の刳り貫き部３Ａは、平面から見て底板３の後縁側からのＵ字状、Ｖ字状、コ字状等に抉られるようにして切欠形成されており、この刳り貫き部３Ａの底縁が便器Ｔの前側面に当接することで用便台車１自体の位置決めができるようにしてある。また前側板５は、図示にあっては例えば矩形状に開口されていて、台車本体２内部においての便器Ｔの突出した全部を回避できるように、更に便器Ｔに対する位置決めその他を直接に視て確認できるようにしておくとよいのである。

台車本体２の底部には、例えば底部の四隅夫々に移動車輪７が付設されていて、使用者が上板６上に腰掛けたままで台車本体２自体の床面上の移動走行を行えるようにしてある。この移動車輪７は、図示のように底板３下面に固着された自在車構造のものとしてあり、底板３の外側縁から垂設したカバー８によって側方から覆われるようにしてある（図６参照）。

もとよりこの台車本体２は、図示のように底板３、左右側板４、前側板５、上板６等によってボックス状に形成されている場合に限らず、図示を省略したが例えばほぼ直方体状の支柱・枠状となるようにパイプ材、棒材等による枠組状の構成となっていてもよく、また移動車輪７自体はこうしたパイプ材、棒材等の端部に付設されていてもよいのである。

このように構成した台車本体２における上面例えばその上板６には、用便台車１自体を便器Ｔに位置決めセットしたとき、この上板６直下に位置する便器Ｔの便座部に対応する用便開口９が開口形成されており、この用便開口９は上板６上でほぼ水平面に沿って左右に開閉される左右で対となるように、分離分割式に形成した座盤となる開閉座蓋１０によって覆われている。用便開口９自体は、図２に示すように使用者の臀部がすっぽりと落ち込み、便器Ｔの便座部上に直接に触れて腰掛けさせるに十分な大きさに開口されている。また開閉座蓋１０自体はこれの周縁が用便開口９の周縁の外縁上に位置するものとなっていて、閉塞されている開閉座蓋１０上に使用者が直接に腰掛けても、開閉座蓋１０自体、この開閉座蓋１０が当接される用便開口９の外周縁等が損壊されない強化されたものとして形成素材、形状その他が適宜に考慮されたものとしてある。

図示のように開閉座蓋１０自体は平面から見て用便開口９を覆うに足りる大きさ例えばほぼ円形状に形成されていて、左右に分離分割されることで左右部分夫々がほぼ半円形を呈する２分割構成にされている。そして台車本体２自体の上板６における前縁近傍位置で、分割された開閉座蓋１０夫々の左右部分がその前縁位置によって左右方向に上板６上面に沿う水平面で揺動されるように例えば軸ピン材１１で支承されていると共に、揺動開閉側端部は、台車本体２の後背部側における用便開口９の外縁のほぼ中央位置で突起状に形成したストッパー１２に当接するようにして、開閉座蓋１０を閉塞するときに位置決めされるようにしてある。

すなわちこの開閉座蓋１０自体は台車本体２における後背部側が揺動開閉されるよう分離される２分割構成のものとなっていて、使用者が開閉座蓋１０上に腰掛けた状態で、使用者の臀部における左右のいずれか一方を臀部の他方を分割された開閉座蓋１０のいずれか一方に載せて残したままで浮き上がらせるように身体の重心を移動することで、臀部を直接には載せていない開閉座蓋１０の他方を外側に先ず開放し、浮き上がらせていた臀部の一方を用便開口９を経て便器Ｔの便座部上に直接に載せるのである。次いで、同様に便器Ｔの便座部上に載せた臀部の一方を残したままで臀部の他方を浮き上がらせ、開閉座蓋１０の他方を外側に開放することで臀部の他方を便器Ｔの便座部上に用便開口９を経て直接に載せるのである。用便の終了後では、今度は逆に臀部の半分ずつを持ち上げ浮かせながら、また開閉座蓋１０の左右夫々を閉塞しながら開閉座蓋１０上に載せるようになっている。

なお図中符号１３は分割された左右の開閉座蓋１０夫々に付設された開閉操作用のハンドルであり、図示例のように開閉座蓋１０の縁部から外方に突出するようにしたグリップ構造のものとしてある。この開閉座蓋１０自体は図示を省略したが、揺動式に開閉されるものとせずに左右側方にスライドするスライド開閉式のものとすることも可能である。

また台車本体２の後背部には、上方に突出させることで配置構成した手押しハンドル２０が付設されている。この手押しハンドル２０は、図示にあるように左右側板４の後部から上方に突出させた左右のハンドルステー相互間にグリップを架装した正面から見てコ字状に形成されていて、介助者による用便台車１自体の移動のみならず、使用者自身が腰掛けた際の背もたれとしても使用できるように配慮されている。

次に上述の実施の形態においての使用の一例を説明すると、例えば一般家庭における居間、寝室その他に置いておき、用便の必要が生じたときに使用・用便者が用便台車１の台車本体２における上板６の開閉座蓋１０上に腰掛け、底部の移動車輪７の転動によって腰掛けたままでトイレまで移動、走行する。このとき用便台車１に腰掛けた状態の使用者自身で移動車輪７を転がしながら、また介助者によって手押しハンドル２０によって押されながらもトイレまで移動するのであり、場合によっては壁を伝って移動する。トイレに移動後は、逆向きになり用便台車１の後背部側を便器Ｔに向けそのまま後退する方向に移動し（図１参照）、用便台車１によって便器Ｔを覆うようにして便器Ｔに嵌め合わせ装着セットする（図３参照）。

次いで用便者は、開閉座蓋１０の左右のいずれかに身体の重心を移動すなわち臀部の左右のいずれか一方を開閉座蓋１０上に残したままで他方を浮き上がらせ、その浮き上がらせた側の開閉座蓋１０の一方を外側に揺動開放する。開いた側の臀部の一方を用便開口９を経てそのまま便器Ｔの便座部に載せ、今度はその便座部に載せた側を残して臀部の逆の側を浮き上がらせ、開閉座蓋１０の他方を外側に揺動開放する。そして臀部の残りの側を用便開口９を経て便器Ｔの便座部に載せるのである。このように臀部を用便開口９からすっぽりと落とすようにして直接に便器Ｔの便座部に載せた状態として用をたすのであり（図２参照）、その後、逆の動作で臀部の半分ずつを浮かしながら、また開閉座蓋１０の左右を閉塞し、開閉座蓋１０上に腰掛けた状態としてトイレから外部に出て、その腰掛けたままで所定場所まで戻るのである。

もとより本発明に係る座盤開閉式移動腰掛け装置自体は、一般家庭のみならず、病院その他で使用することも可能であり、腰掛けて用をたす腰掛け式の便器Ｔであれば、またトイレ内に移動するのに段差その他の床面上の障害物が存しなければいずれでも利用できるのである。

【発明の効果】
本発明は以上のように構成されているため、歩行が困難な身体不自由者、重病者等でも腰掛け式の洋式の便器Ｔに座ることができれば、用便台車１に腰掛けることで一人ででもトイレに行くことができ、しかも便器Ｔに跨るように位置決めセットすれば便器Ｔの直上位置にまで用便者を案内させることができ、臀部の左右を浮かせながら開閉座蓋１０を開放させることで便器Ｔに直接に跨がせて用を済ますことができるのである。しかも用をたすには便器Ｔに直接に載って済ますから用便台車１自体を汚損する虞も少なく、清潔に使用できるのであり、清潔な状態で使用可能なことで使用者の日常活動の場所例えば居間、寝室等に置いておいても異臭その他が生じず、邪魔にならないものとして、場合によってはそのまま通常の腰掛けとしても使用できるのである。

すなわちこれは本発明において、腰掛け式の便器Ｔの便座部を跨いで便器Ｔに嵌め合わせ装着可能にした台車本体２の上部に用便・使用者が腰掛け可能な腰掛け面（６）を設け、移動可能に形成した用便台車１と、この用便台車１の腰掛け面（６）に便器Ｔの便座部の直上位置に対応させて開口形成した用便開口９を左右に開閉自在にした開閉座蓋１０とを備えたからであり、これによって、使用者が腰掛けたままでの便器Ｔへの移動往復、臀部の左右の一方ずつの持ち上げと開閉座蓋１０の開閉操作との関連による便器Ｔの便座部と開閉座蓋１０自体との容易な腰掛け・載せ替えを可能にし、身体不自由者等が一人でも簡単に便器Ｔで用便を済ませるようにできるのである。

また台車本体２は、便器Ｔの底部前方から嵌め合わせるよう背面側で開放されたほぼ溝形状の刳り貫き部３Ａを形成した底板３と、この底板３の左右両側で相対峙して立設した左右側板４と、底板３の前側で立設した前側板５と、便器Ｔの便座部上方に位置するよう左右側板４間に架装した腰掛け面となる上板６とによって背面開放構造のほぼボックス状に構成してあるから、使用者の体重その他を十分に支持できる耐荷重性を備えたものとできる。更に台車本体２の底部に付設した移動車輪７と相俟って所定場所からトイレまで使用者を腰掛けさせたままで自在に移動でき、しかも使用者を腰掛けさせたままの後ろ向きでの便器Ｔへの移動によって便器Ｔの便座部上に使用者を案内位置決めさせることができ、その位置での開閉座蓋１０の開閉操作で使用者の臀部を便座部に直接に載せることができる。

台車本体２の腰掛け面である上板６に設けた開閉座蓋１０は、上板６に開口形成の用便開口９を覆うに足りる大きさで形成され、揺動あるいはスライド式に左右に分離分割されることで用便開口９を開閉させる２分割構成になっているから、使用者の臀部の左右のいずれか一方ずつの重心移動による順次の持ち上げと開閉座蓋１０の左右部分の開閉操作とで、臀部の左右の他方を用便開口９を経て便器Ｔの便座部に直接に載せることができ、また逆の順序による臀部の左右の一方の持ち上げと共に分割された左右の開閉座蓋１０の閉塞で臀部を開閉座蓋１０上に載せることができ、再度、開閉座蓋１０上に腰掛けさせてその移動を可能にさせるのである。しかも重心移動で臀部の左右を一方ずつで持ち上げさせるから、身体の不自由な、また重病者であっても面倒がなく、更には介護者の介助を必要としても本人自身、介護者自身のいずれでも身体的な苦痛は少なく、無理なく簡単に行えるのである。

更に開閉座蓋１０は、台車本体２自体の上板６における前縁近傍位置で、分割された夫々の左右部分がその前縁位置で左右方向に揺動支承されていると共に、揺動開閉側端部は、台車本体２の後背部側における用便開口９の外縁のほぼ中央位置でストッパー１２に当接するようにしてあるから、後ろ向きに腰掛けている使用者の臀部の背面側で開閉することで便器Ｔの便座部に対する腰掛け、便座部からの持ち上げによる開閉座蓋１０への再度の腰掛け位置決めを円滑にさせることができる。そればかりでなくストッパー１２は後ろ向きの操作で開閉させる開閉座蓋１０を閉塞するときに開閉座蓋１０の分割された左右部分を合致させる中央位置で開閉座蓋１０の左右部分夫々を位置決め停止させるから、開閉座蓋１０によって用便開口９を確実に位置決め閉塞できる。しかも開閉座蓋１０の側周縁は用便開口９周縁に位置決めされて支持されるものとなるから、使用者の体重が負荷される開閉座蓋１０は、それに耐えて使用者をしっかりと支持することができ、腰掛け移動中その他でも損壊される虞がないのである。
