Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an ultrasonic vibrator used for cleaning a flexible material such as a cloth using ultrasonic waves, particularly for cleaning partial stains such as cuffs and collars of clothes and strong stains.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, since the stains on the laundry, such as the cuffs and collars of the cutter shirt and the cotton socks, are difficult to remove, they have been hand-washed or roughly washed with a brush before being put into a washing machine for selection.
[0003]
As a method for solving this complication, a technique disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 4-224793 is disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. HEI 4-224793. There has been proposed a method of performing partial washing with a cleaning liquid on which ultrasonic waves are ejected from an injection nozzle by using an ultrasonic generator that applies ultrasonic waves to the nozzle.
[0004]
Further, as a method of directly irradiating an object to be cleaned with ultrasonic waves through a vibration horn, a method of cleaning is disclosed in JP-A-6-218337.
[0005]
This is done by spraying the cleaning liquid from the tip of the vibrating horn, or by ultrasonically vibrating the horn while spraying the liquid on the tip of the horn, and irradiating the ultrasonic wave from the horn to the part to be cleaned to remove dirt. This is a shell-type cleaning device characterized by peeling off dirt with a liquid.
[0006]
On the other hand, as a technique for promoting the dissolution of the powder detergent, for example, a washing machine having the following configuration has been proposed.
[0007]
FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of the vicinity of a water supply section at the top of a washing machine of a conventional fully automatic washing machine having an automatic detergent input device.

[0011]
In this automatic detergent injection device, although the concentration of the cleaning solution is improved as compared with the case where the detergent is directly injected into the washing tank, the remaining undissolved detergent still exists at the time of water supply. The cleaning power of detergents cannot be fully exploited.
[0012]
As a method for solving this, a technique disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 6-36591 has been proposed. In this technique, ultrasonic waves are used to promote the dissolution of the detergent in automatic introduction of the detergent. It is. In other words, in this device, the powder detergent is temporarily dissolved by supplying water to the detergent dissolving cylinder containing the powder detergent, and the detergent which cannot be dissolved in this portion and floats as a powder as it is is transferred to the detergent dissolving cylinder. Ultrasonic waves from ultrasonic transducers installed in the downstream pipes are used to further secondary melt.
[0013]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, each of the above-mentioned prior arts has the following problems.
[0014]
(1) In the apparatus disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 4-224793, the object to be cleaned is brought below the injection nozzle and is cleaned by the ultrasonic force. In the case of a flexible material such as cloth, the vibration of water caused by ultrasonic waves is absorbed by the cloth itself, and is not easily converted into a force for releasing dirt from the cloth, so that only a certain degree of cleaning power can be obtained.
[0015]
If the distance from the jet outlet to the object to be cleaned is far away, the ultrasonic waves are attenuated in the jet, and a strong cleaning power cannot be expected.
[0016]
(2) Further, in the apparatus disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 6-218337, it can be said that since ultrasonic vibration is directly applied to an object to be cleaned, transmission of mechanical force to dirt is good.
[0017]
However, because it is a portable type, for example, in the case of cleaning garment stains and cuffs partially stained, some water receiving portion is required, and furthermore, a certain amount of tension is applied to the collar and sleeves. It is necessary to press the horn tip of the cleaning device held in one hand, and it is easy to imagine that the cleaning operation becomes difficult. Further, in such an operation, when a finger directly contacts the horn portion, there is a high risk of severe damage.
[0018]
(3) Further, in the technique disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 6-36591, powdery detergent floating in running water is continuously dissolved by ultrasonic waves from a vibrating surface arranged on a side surface in a water supply pipe. However, the dissolution mechanism is considered to be only a strong near-field in the vicinity of the vibration surface, and the time required for the powdery undissolved detergent to pass through the near-field is considered to be very short. Therefore, a sufficient dissolution promoting effect cannot be expected with such a configuration.
[0019]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide an ultrasonic vibrator capable of easily performing partial washing of laundry and sufficiently promoting dissolution of a powder detergent. Make it an issue.
