Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a vanity.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, since it is difficult to remove partial stains such as sleeves such as cutter shirts, heels, and socks such as cotton, preliminary washing is generally performed by hand-washing that portion with a brush or the like. However, such a pre-cleaning operation is not only troublesome, but also has a problem that the object to be cleaned is greatly damaged by the friction of the fibers.
[0003]
Therefore, for example, Japanese Laid-Open Patent Publication No. 4-224793 discloses a washing machine including a partial washing device that performs partial washing of sleeves and heels. The configuration of this conventional washing machine will be described with reference to FIG. In the washing machine main body 32, the cleaning object cleaning spray nozzle 31 disposed in the vicinity of the cleaning object input opening 34a, the cleaning liquid supply device 35 for supplying the cleaning liquid to the spray nozzle 31, and the ultrasonic cleaning liquid. A partial washing device including an ultrasonic generator 37 that ejects from an ejection nozzle is provided.
[0004]
When the object to be cleaned is partially washed, the pump 36 of the cleaning liquid supply device 35 is driven to suck out the cleaning liquid from the washing tub 34 and guide it into the injection nozzle 31. The cleaning liquid is subjected to ultrasonic vibration generated by the ultrasonic generator 37 and then sprayed from the spray nozzle 31 toward the washing tub 34. At this time, the object to be cleaned is brought below the spray nozzle 31 and a cleaning liquid containing ultrasonic waves is applied to the contaminated portion, whereby the dirt is released from the object to be cleaned by the ultrasonic cleaning action, and the cleaning liquid is used. It is designed to be washed away.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, while the functions and capacity of washing machines are increasing and the capacity is increasing, there is a trend toward downsizing of equipment in terms of housing conditions, and the widespread use of dryers and the like ensures sufficient space around the washing machine body. In the case of the washing machine disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. Hei 4-224793 described above, there are difficulties in usability and storage properties of the partial washing apparatus, which has been an obstacle to commercialization.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional problems, and an object thereof is to provide a bathroom vanity equipped with an ultrasonic partial washing apparatus. Another object of the present invention is to provide an easy-to-use vanity that improves the storage performance of the partial washing apparatus.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, a spraying device for spraying the cleaning liquid supplied from the cleaning liquid supply unit toward the wash basin by ultrasonic vibration is provided in the vanity, and the spraying device transmits the ultrasonic vibration. A vibration horn that amplifies and drops the cleaning liquid into a droplet and injects it from the tip toward the wash basin, and the injection device has a slit portion that allows the object to be cleaned to be inserted and moved in a direction perpendicular to the cleaning liquid to be injected. There is formed, Ru provided a rotatable rotary member for guiding the insertion and movement of the object to be cleaned to the slit portion. According to this, the washing | cleaning liquid containing an ultrasonic wave is ejected from the injection apparatus provided in the bathroom vanity. Therefore, by applying clothing or the like to the sprayed cleaning liquid, the partial dirt is efficiently washed away. Further, when the cleaning liquid is ejected by ultrasonic vibration amplified by the vibration horn and an object to be cleaned such as clothing is inserted into the slit portion, the partial dirt of the object to be cleaned is cleaned by the cleaning liquid to be ejected. Further, even when the partial dirt is spread over a wide area or is scattered at several places, the partial dirt is effectively washed away by the cleaning liquid by moving the object to be cleaned to the site where the cleaning liquid is sprayed. Furthermore, since the rotating body rotates as the object to be cleaned is inserted into the slit portion and moved after the insertion, the object to be cleaned can be smoothly inserted and moved.
[0008]
In addition, an ultrasonic signal generation source, a cleaning liquid supply source, and a means for generating ultrasonic vibration by the ultrasonic generation signal are provided, and the cleaning liquid supplied from the cleaning liquid supply source is directed to the washing tank by the ultrasonic vibration. A spray vane that injects the liquid into the washing vanity, and the jetting apparatus amplifies the ultrasonic vibrations and incorporates a vibrating horn that drops the cleaning liquid into droplets and sprays the liquid from the tip toward the washbasin. slits the object to be cleaned inserted and can be moved are formed in a direction perpendicular to the cleaning liquid is injected in, Ru provided a rotatable rotary member for guiding the insertion and movement of the object to be cleaned to the slit portion. According to this, the washing | cleaning liquid containing an ultrasonic wave is ejected from the injection apparatus provided in the bathroom vanity. Therefore, by applying clothing or the like to the sprayed cleaning liquid, the partial dirt is efficiently washed away. In addition, since water or hot water is required as the cleaning liquid, if the spraying device is provided on a bathroom vanity having a water supply / drainage function, the construction work of the cleaning liquid supply source is facilitated.
[0012]
Moreover, it is set as the structure which attaches the said injection device removably to the installation stand arrange | positioned in the said wash basin or its vicinity. According to this, the space above the wash basin can be widely used if the spray device is removed from the installation base and stored in a place where it does not get in the way.
[0013]
Further, the installation base is composed of a support column that is vertically extendable and supported to be rotatable in the horizontal direction, and a holding unit of the injection device that is bent from the upper end of the support column. According to this, since the height and direction of the injection device change together with the installation table by extending or retracting the installation table in the vertical direction or rotating in the horizontal direction as necessary, the usability of the injection device is improved.
[0014]
Further, the spray device is connected to the holding portion with a spherical coupling structure that is slidable. According to this, the direction of the injection device can be freely changed according to the user's preference while the installation base is fixed.
[0015]
The vibrating horn is supported in the frame of the ejecting device through a support member made of an ultrasonic absorbing material that absorbs ultrasonic vibration. According to this, since the energy of ultrasonic vibration amplified by the vibration horn is absorbed and attenuated by the support member before it is transmitted to the frame of the injection device, it is possible to prevent the frame from shaking greatly or generating excessive heat. .
[0016]
In addition, a partition plate for partitioning the frame body vertically is provided at a position lower than the upper end of the vibration horn in the frame body of the injection device. According to this, even if the sprayed cleaning liquid splashes into the frame of the spraying device due to rebounding, etc., it is blocked by the partition plate and does not enter above the upper end of the vibration horn. It is possible to prevent malfunction and failure of the injection device due to being applied.
[0017]
Then, by forming the partition plate integrally with the support member using the same member as the support member, the assembly process can be simplified and the cost can be reduced by reducing the number of parts.
[0018]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a partially omitted perspective view of a vanity according to the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, the vanity table 1 includes a lower storage portion 3 having a pair of left and right hinged doors 2 and 2, and a washstand 4 positioned above the storage portion 3 and supported by the storage portion 3. Consists of. A faucet installation portion 4 a that forms the back wall of the wash basin 5 is disposed at the back of the portion of the wash basin 4 where the wash basin 5 is formed. The faucet installation portion 4a has a flat surface with a substantially horizontal upper surface, a faucet 6 connected to a water pipe (not shown) on the surface, an installation base 7 for the partial washing apparatus 10, and a flexible surface. A hose 8 having a property is attached.
[0019]
Reference numeral 9 denotes an oscillator provided in the storage unit 3 to which one end of the lead wire 11 is connected. The lead wire 11 drawn out from the oscillator 9 is led into the hose 8 and the other end is connected to the vibrator 16 (see FIG. 4) in the partial washing apparatus 10. Further, in the hose 8, in addition to the lead wire 11, one end is connected to a water pipe (not shown) and the other end is led into the partial washing apparatus 10 and has a flexibility. 21 (see FIG. 3) is also accommodated. Reference numeral 12 denotes a slit portion formed to extend in the width direction and the depth direction of the cover body 13 that forms the appearance of the partial washing apparatus 10, and clothes and the like are inserted from the slit portion 12 to clean the partial dirt. It is like that.
[0020]
The installation base 7 includes a column portion 7a and a holding portion 7b having a U-shaped cross section that is bent in a U shape from the tip of the column portion 7a and is inclined so as to be lowered from the bent portion toward the tip portion. . Further, the installation base 7 is supported by the water faucet installation unit 4a so as to be rotatable in the horizontal direction (F direction) and extendable in the vertical direction (D direction) by the support column 7a. Such a structure is known in the art and will not be described in detail here.
[0021]
Further, one end of the handle portion 14 is fixed to the cover body 13 of the partial washing apparatus 10, and the other end and the tip end of the hose 8 are connected via a connecting portion 15. And the partial washing apparatus 10 can be fixed to the installation base 7 by holding this connection part 15 in the holding part 7b of the installation base 7. FIG. In addition, a taper etc. can be used suitably for the connection of the connection part 15 and the hose 8. FIG.
[0022]
FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the bathroom vanity showing a state in which the partial soiling apparatus is rotated in FIG. 1 and stored behind the bathroom vanity. As described above, since the installation table 7 is rotatably provided by the support column 7a, for example, when a force is applied in a direction in which the right side surface of the cover body 13 of the partial washing apparatus 10 is pressed, the partial washing apparatus 10 is It rotates clockwise with the part 14 and the connection part 15, and is accommodated in the position removed from the washbasin 5 at the back of the washstand 4 as shown in FIG. Therefore, when the partial washing apparatus 10 is not used, the apparatus 10 is moved to such a position so that the apparatus 10 does not get in the way even when face washing or hand washing is performed.
[0023]
FIG. 3A is a side view of an essential part of an example around the installation base in FIG. A spherical member 15 a having a spherical space inside is formed at the tip of the connecting portion 15 held by the holding portion 7 b of the installation base 7, and a part thereof is open. On the other hand, a sphere 14 a is formed at the other end of the handle 14 whose one end is fixed to the partial washing apparatus 10. The spherical body 14a is selected to have an outer diameter substantially equal to the inner diameter of the spherical space in the spherical member 15, and is held slidably in the space. Therefore, the handle portion 14 is rotatable up and down (in the direction of V) and left and right (in the direction of H) with the sphere 14a as a fulcrum, and the swinging operation of the partial washing apparatus 10 fixed to the handle portion 14 is enabled. The height of the wash basin 4 shown in FIG. 1 is generally about 75 to 80 cm, and when the handle portion 14 does not have the rotation function as described above, it is difficult for some people to set the partial washing apparatus 10 at an optimal position. However, by enabling the angle adjustment of the partial washing apparatus 10 as in the present embodiment, there is an actual advantage that the user can work in an almost upright and easy posture.
[0024]
A relatively large opening is formed in each of the spherical joints that are slidable between the handle portion 14 and the connecting portion 15, and the openings are formed by the hose 8, the connecting portion 15, and the handle portion 14. The lead wire 11 and the water absorption pipe 21 led into the partial washing device 10 through the inside are selected so as not to be kinked or compressed by the rotating action of the spherical body 14a.
[0025]
FIG. 3B is a cross-sectional view taken along line XX in FIG. The holding portion 7b of the installation base 7 is formed of an elastic body having a U-shaped cross section, and an upper opening extends in the width direction (direction indicated by an arrow in the drawing) within the elastic limit. Therefore, when the connecting part 15 is inserted so as to be pushed in from above the opening part of the holding part 7b, the opening part is widened by the outer peripheral part of the connecting part 15. When the connecting portion 15 is further inserted, the opening portion narrows due to the restoring force, and this acts as a gripping force, so that the connecting portion 15 is securely held by the holding portion 7b as shown in FIG.
[0026]
FIG. 4 is a front sectional view of an example of the partial washing apparatus according to the present invention. In FIG. 4, reference numeral 12 denotes a slit portion, which is a gap between an upper curved surface 13a and a lower curved surface 13b that are integrally formed from both side surfaces of the cover body 13 of the partial washing apparatus 10 and extend in the depth direction (direction perpendicular to the paper surface). Shows the part. Reference numeral 16 denotes a vibrator to which the lead wire 11 drawn out from the oscillator 9 is connected, and is connected to the upper surface of the vibration horn 17 at its lower end as shown in FIG. Both upper side surfaces of the vibration horn 17 are sandwiched by a pair of left and right rectangular parallelepiped support members 18, 18 made of a vibration absorbing material such as silicon rubber, and one of them is fixed from the outside of the cover body 13. By tightening with the screws 19, the vibration horn 17 is supported in the cover body 13 by the pressure contact force applied from the left and right support members 18, 18. Further, the tapered tip end portion 17a of the vibration horn 17 and the vicinity thereof protrude into the slit portion 12 from the substantially central opening of the upper curved surface 13a, and a pair of columnar rotatable members on the left and right sides thereof. Short rollers 20, 20 are provided side by side so that their axes are substantially horizontal.
[0027]
A water supply pipe 21 connected to a water pipe (not shown) is led into the cover body 13 from above the support member 18 and penetrates the support member 18 in a substantially vertical direction, and its lower end is an upper curved surface 13a. It is provided so that it may be located above the water supply guide 22 which is an inner peripheral surface. A drainage pipe 25 communicating with the external space is formed below the distal end portion 17 a of the vibration horn 17 through the lower curved surface 13 b and the opening on the bottom surface of the cover body 13. Thereby, the tap water supplied from the water supply pipe 21 flows down the drain pipe 25 and is discharged to the outside of the partial washing apparatus 10 without delay. Reference numeral 23 denotes a partition plate that divides the inside of the cover body 13 up and down. The partition plate 23 is positioned lower than the connection portion between the vibrator 16 and the vibration horn 17 and surrounds the entire periphery of the vibration horn 17. 13 is disposed throughout the interior. Although the material of the partition plate 23 is not particularly limited, it may be formed integrally with the support member 18 using the same member as the support member 18 such as silicon rubber as shown in the figure. This can reduce costs and simplify the assembly process.
[0028]
In the above-described configuration, when the object to be cleaned 24 is partially washed, the tap is released and the tap water as the cleaning liquid is guided from the water supply pipe 21 to the partial washing apparatus 10 and is allowed to flow above the water supply guide 22 in the cover body 13. . As a result, the cleaning liquid is dropped onto the curved surface of the water supply guide 22, flows down along the curved surface, and is poured into the vibrating horn 17. In addition, the electric pulse generated by the oscillator 9 is energized to the vibrator 16 via the lead wire 11. Then, the vibrator 16 vibrates and ultrasonic waves are generated in the vibration horn 17 connected to the vibrator 16. This ultrasonic wave is converged as it propagates downward due to the shape of the vibration horn 17 and reaches a very high energy density (several tens of W / cm 2 or more) at its tip 17a. At this time, the cleaning liquid is subjected to strong ultrasonic vibrations at the tip 17a of the vibration horn 17 to generate a capillary surface wave, which is reduced in size and accelerated, and jetted downward together with the ultrasonic waves.
[0029]
And the to-be-cleaned object 24 which apply | coated the liquid detergent for partial washing previously is inserted in the slit part 12 from the outside. At this time, since the roller 20 rotates along the insertion direction, the article to be cleaned 24 can be inserted smoothly. The lower end of the roller 20 is provided on the same plane as or slightly above the tip portion 17a of the vibration horn 17 and at a position where the distance from the lower curved surface 17a is about 10 mm. Accordingly, when the cleaning object 24 is inserted into the slit portion 12, the user's finger is blocked by the roller 20 and does not reach deeper, so that the finger touches the exposed vibration horn 17 so Absorbs sound waves and eliminates the risk of burns. In addition, if there is such a gap, the sleeves, heels, socks, underwear, etc. of a cutter shirt that is usually partially washed can be inserted into the slit portion 12 without difficulty, so that the usability is not impaired.
[0030]
When the object to be cleaned 24 is completely inserted into the slit portion 12, the tip 17a of the vibration horn 17 is in a positional relationship that slightly contacts the object to be cleaned 24. Therefore, the ultrasonic vibration of several tens kHz with amplified amplitude is obtained. In addition to the physical cleaning action that is transmitted directly from the tip 17a of the vibration horn 17 to the object to be cleaned 24, strong cavitation occurs on the outer surface of the object to be cleaned 24 that retains the cleaning liquid containing ultrasonic waves or in the fibers. Combined with the moderate cleaning effect obtained by this, dirt is efficiently removed in a very short time. The state of the cleaning liquid irradiated from the vibration horn 17 to the cleaning object 24 is mist, and the cleaning liquid scatters to the user's body and clothes to the extent that it penetrates even if it hits the object to be cleaned 24 that is close to the object. There is no such situation. Further, there is a possibility that the cleaning liquid is scattered in the cover body 13 due to the rebound from the object to be cleaned 24. However, since the partition plate 18 is provided at a position lower than the vibrator 16 as described above, the vibrator It is possible to prevent the cleaning liquid from splashing on the power supply unit such as 16. Therefore, there is no fear of failure or malfunction of the partial washing apparatus 10, and the reliability of the apparatus 10 is improved.
[0031]
Since the washing liquid washed away after the partial washing passes through the drain pipe 25 and is quickly drained toward the wash basin 5, it is possible to prevent the reattachment of dirt due to the stay of the washing liquid containing the dirt component. Further, since the ultrasonic vibration included in the drained cleaning liquid is considerably attenuated while passing through the drainage pipe 25, there is no problem even if the drainage is touched. In addition, since the degree of dirt removal can be visually confirmed, consumption of electric power and tap water can be reduced if it is determined whether or not to continue partial washing based on the result.
[0032]
Using the partial washing apparatus according to the present invention described above, a washing test of the contaminated cloth was performed. The test method was based on the JIS electric washing machine C9606 washing test, and an artificially contaminated cloth simulating wrinkle dirt was used as the contaminated cloth. The experimental conditions are as follows. Ultrasonic waves having a frequency of 40 kHz and an output of 30 W are used, the temperature of tap water as a cleaning liquid is maintained at 25 ° C., and a standard amount of a commercially available detergent for partial washing is previously applied to a contaminated cloth. The cleaning ability was evaluated by determining the degree of cleaning (%) using the reflectance method. The degree of cleaning (%) was calculated according to the following formula.
Degree of cleaning (%) = {(reflectance after cleaning−reflectivity before cleaning) / (reflectance of raw cloth−reflectivity before cleaning)} × 100
[0033]
The results are shown in FIG. For comparison, the result of washing the contaminated cloth with a brush or hand scissors under the same conditions as above except that no ultrasonic waves are used is also shown. As is clear from FIG. 6, according to the partial washing apparatus according to the present invention, a degree of cleaning exceeding 90% was obtained in only about 10 seconds. Even after 12-fold cleaning, the degree of cleaning was not 90%, and a remarkable superiority of the cleaning effect in this example was confirmed. In addition, the state of the artificially contaminated cloth after cleaning showed that the fiber was damaged by friction in brush cleaning and hand scrub cleaning. It is clear that it has a sufficient advantage.
[0034]
In addition, this invention is not limited to the said embodiment, Of course, a various correction and change can be added within the scope of the present invention. For example, the partial washing apparatus according to the present embodiment has been described as having a slit portion into which an object to be cleaned can be inserted, but as an injection nozzle for injecting a cleaning liquid containing ultrasonic waves, the object to be cleaned is applied to the sprayed cleaning liquid. The dirt may be washed away by an ultrasonic cleaning action.
[0035]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, by providing an injection device for injecting a cleaning liquid containing ultrasonic waves toward the wash basin on the vanity, such an injection device is attached to the washing machine as in the past. The space around the washing machine can be used more widely than the conventional structure. Further, in the present invention, a slit part in which the object to be cleaned can be inserted and moved in a direction perpendicular to the cleaning liquid to be sprayed is formed in the spraying device, so that the object to be cleaned such as a garment or a sleeve is inserted into the slit part. As a result, it is possible to efficiently wash away the partial dirt of the object to be cleaned. At this time, since the cleaning liquid containing ultrasonic waves does not hit the user's fingers, sufficient consideration is given to safety. In addition, by moving the object to be cleaned in the slit, it is possible to apply the cleaning liquid to the area where the object to be cleaned needs to be reliably sprayed. However, a sufficient cleaning effect can be obtained. In addition, by providing a rotatable rotating body that guides the insertion and movement of the object to be cleaned in the slit portion, the rotating body rotates as the object to be cleaned is inserted and moved after insertion. Insertion and movement becomes possible.
[0036]
In addition, when the spraying device is detachably attached to an installation base provided so as to be rotatable in the horizontal direction, for example, when the installation base is provided at the back of the wash basin, the installation base can be rotated. The spray device can be moved to a position off the upper side of the wash basin. Therefore, since the space above the wash basin can be used widely, even when the vanity is used for original purposes such as washing and hand washing, the spraying device does not get in the way and the usability of the vanity is not impaired. In addition, when a vibration horn connected to a vibrator that generates ultrasonic waves is provided in the ejection device, the cleaning liquid is ejected by ultrasonic vibration amplified by the vibration horn. Therefore, while a further cleaning effect can be expected, large ultrasonic vibrations are transmitted to the frame of the injection device, so that vibrations are transmitted to the user's fingers through the frame, or discomfort is felt, or the vanity is made by vibration. There is a possibility that the frame body may shake and generate annoying noise, or the frame body may be deformed by excessive heat due to vibration energy. Therefore, in the present invention, the vibration horn is supported in the frame of the injection device by a support member made of an ultrasonic absorption material. As a result, the ultrasonic vibration amplified by the vibration horn is absorbed and attenuated by the support member before it is transmitted to the frame, thereby solving the above-described problems.
[0037]
Further, by providing a partition plate that vertically partitions the frame body at a position lower than the upper end of the vibration horn in the frame of the injection device, even if the cleaning liquid to be sprayed splashes into the frame of the injection device due to rebounding or the like. Since it is blocked by the partition plate and does not enter above the upper end of the vibration horn, it is possible to prevent malfunction and failure of the injection device due to water splashing on electrical components such as a vibrator, and the reliability of the device is improved. Furthermore, the partition plate can be formed integrally with the same member as the support member. In this case, the assembly process can be simplified and the cost can be reduced by reducing the number of parts.
